John was the absolute best DJ for our wedding!! From start to finish, it is incredibly clear that he deeply cares about the couple he is working with. We worked with John ahead of our wedding to discuss our music taste - he stayed true to that during the wedding and really made sure our night felt like us. People kept coming up to us throughout the night telling us how fun the dance floor and playlist was! The dance floor was packed the whole night and John kept the party going the whole time. We would recommend John 1000x times over! You will not regret booking John for your event! -

John was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding day! From start to finish, he executed our vision perfectly — he stuck to our playlist exactly as we asked (and gracefully handled guests trying to sneak in song requests… not happening 😂).
The energy toward the end of the night was unreal. The upbeat music he chose kept everyone on the dance floor, and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved the entire playlist. It truly felt like us.
If you’re looking for a wedding DJ who listens, keeps the party going, and delivers exactly what you want, John is your person. One of my bridesmaids just got engaged and I immediately sent her his contact info — that’s how confident I am in recommending him! -

John Garland was hired as our wedding DJ. He was reasonably priced, took time to have phone call meetings with us prior to wedding day, and really helped guide us on how to pair music with the vibes we wanted from ceremony to last call. We have had friends and family brag about their DJ doing a great job and making our day so wonderful. He kept our guests on the dance floor and was such a huge part of the fun that was had. We are so thankful we went with him! -

10/10 Amazing DJ
John Garland was an absolutely amazing addition to our wedding day. He did an amazing job with intake - listening to our desires for the evening and preparing us with some particulars to think over for the next months. We met with him another time in preparation for our day, and we felt heard and understood in our desires. John was flexible, but also did a great job guiding us when we had questions or uncertainties.
On our wedding day, he did an AMAZING job tuning into our guests desires and our dance floor was PACKED the whole night. All of the "cues" went off without a hitch. He did everything we could have hoped for and more. In the face of some challenges with our planner, he was supportive and ready to jump to create the best day possible for us. I would recommend John every day of the week! We have had so many guests come back to us to tell us how much they loved our DJ! -

We have seen a lot of parties crash and burn with the wrong DJ, but John kept the party going the whole time! John was excellent throughout the entire process of working with him! We loved him the minute we got on the phone with him for the first time; he is friendly, upbeat and professional! Working with him was smooth and effortless. John kept the dance floor on fire all night, just the way we hoped!!! During my sister's maid of honor speech, she mentioned when my fiance sung "Be Out Guest" and won me over early on it dating, and John was right on cue with playing the song once her speech was over. It was hilarious! I liked John's professionalism, for instance how he handles guest's song requests that are on the do not play list. John had the perfect personality to guide the ceremony and reception. He genuinely was a joy to work with. We highly recommend him! -

DJ John Garland is fantastic! We had vetted a few different DJ's when evaluating who would work our wedding and the moment we spoke with John, we immediately knew it was the right fit! From his personality to his genuine care about making it your night, it was the perfect fit! The music flowed all night and matched the vibe with the guests! All of our guests additionally loved his breath of music and dedication to the utilization of CDs. We HIGHLY recommend booking DJ Garland! He will even play some 90s jams for the groom to break out some break-dancing moves on the dance floor! -
