  Most Incredible Planners!

  We are so grateful for having worked with Jodi and her incredible team and can’t thank them enough for such an unbelievable experience! They made wedding planning easy and stress free especially on the weeks leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Throughout the entire process they responded immediately to emails/ phone calls and were always able to find the answer. They truly made our day so special and perfect. Jodi, Nicolette and the team went above and beyond to make our dream wedding. They are absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding!

  So Glad to Have Hired Jodi Raphael Events!!

  Hiring Jodi Raphael Events for our daughter’s wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Jodi and her team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and responsive. They spent a tremendous number of hours working to help our family create the wedding of our daughter’s dreams. Jodi’s recommendation for who to use for vendors were top notch. The timeline Jodi and her team created for our wedding day was invaluable and kept everything moving along smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the day without any worries. This is actually the second time we have worked with Jodi. She was in attendance at our daughter’s bat mitzvah years ago and that was a wonderful event, but this wedding was one for the books. We are still getting calls all these weeks after the wedding about how stunningly beautiful it was. Thank you to everyone from Jodi Raphael events for making this day perfect.

  Briana & Lyle's Wedding

  Jodi Raphael and her entire team at JRE did an incredible job planning and managing every aspect of Briana and Lyle’s wedding, from helping us select the perfect venue, to helping with the most minute details on the wedding day, many of which we would not have thought of on our own. We selected most of Jodi’s recommended vendors, but we also selected a few on our own. Nevertheless, Jodi worked with all our vendors seamlessly, and she made them all part of the team. Most importantly, Jodi executed Briana’s vision for her wedding to perfection, and we could not have done it without her. In addition, Jodi and her team were incredibly responsive during the more than yearlong process, as no email or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour or two, including weekends, and Jodi was always there for us. We cannot thank her and her team enough, and we highly recommend JRE for your wedding planning needs.

  Fabulous planners!

  Jodi, Sue and Kaitlin planned a fabulous bat mitzvah party for us and exceeded everyone’s expectations (not easy with a 13 yr old!). They were flexible as plans changed and supported whatever decisions we made. The event itself was spectacular…the decor, the vendors, the flow of the party, and everyone raved about it. Jodi et al. are the best; in fact, they’re planning another wedding for our family later this year…best praise I can give is to re-hire them!!

  We could not have been happier with how our wedding day turned out thanks to Jodi and her team! The florals/decor/styling exceeded our wildest expectations, the music was sensational, and all of the vendors she connected us with were incredibly talented (not to mention a dream to work with). We really could not have done it without JRE – they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we could be present & enjoy every moment of our wedding day.

  Simply The Best!

  It's hard to imagine a more talented and organized event planner than Jodi Raphael! Our son and daughter-in-law's wedding in Oct 2023 at the Boston Public Library was magical. No detail was missed! Jodi knew which vendors - music, photography, flowers, lighting, design - worked well at the BPL, and she secured them for us. Her planning list was always at least one step ahead of us. And, on top of all that, Jodi was delightful to deal with, and in those few stressful moments that always occur during wedding planning, her diplomacy and persuasiveness prevailed. We, the bridal family, could not have asked for a better thought partner to plan and execute this milestone event. It was remarkably memorable ... as was Jodi!

  Jodi and her team were at our disposal thoughout the 11 months of wedding planning for our daughter’s wedding. Her communication was always prompt via email, text, phone call or Zoom. Each member of her team was a dream to work with. Having developed professional relationships with vendors over her many years of event planning, she was always ready to recommend vendors for us. My daughter and I then researched them to see if they seemed to be the right fit before deciding which ones to use or to ask her opinion on others. All vendors she recommended were top notch! She seamlessly coordinated all the vendors and rental decor from ordering to day of setup. When, during the last few weeks before the wedding we experienced some major venue hiccups, Jodi stepped in on our behalf and ensured we would receive the event we expected.   Could not have asked for a better weekend

  We had the best experience working with Jodi Raphael Events for our wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks, and wedding day. In our first few meetings, Jodi and her team spent time to really understand our vision for the weekend and then immediately went to work to start putting all the pieces in place. Jodi was attentive, providing sage advice and suggestions on areas we would not have otherwise thought of, while simultaneously working to incorporate the details that were important to us. Jodi leveraged her strong industry relationships to bring in exceptional vendors; from photography/videography to floral to band to hair/makeup and beyond, it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The design and execution - from aesthetics to overall flow of the weekend - were perfection. When we got the sneak peek of the venue, our jaws hit the floor. It was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. We felt very special and taken care of by Jodi and team all along the way. We could not have asked for a more special celebration and top tier team with whom to work. HIGHLY recommend!!

  Our best decision!

  We had a superb experience using Jodi and her team for our daughter’s wedding last week at the Connors Center in Dover. The guidance, expertise, know how, attention to detail, and most importantly style sense elevated the wedding to beyond what we could have imagined. While we thought we needed a day of planner, we in fact hired JRE for more planning than that, and are so happy we did. From guiding us in the early planning stages, to helping with every vendor, to the design and execution of a perfect wedding, we are so grateful to Jodi, Sue, Bianca, Jason, and so pleased with our decision to hire them. We could not have pulled off an event with this level of finesse, timing, decor without their brilliant skills. Working with every vendor was made better through Jodi’s connections, contacts, knowledge. For instance, working with the band, was enhanced by Jodi’s oversight. We don’t know of course what it would have been like without her, but having Jodi coordinating with them resulted in a superb musical experience, a packed dance floor, a beaming bride and groom. We were all hoping for an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful gardens, but when the weather forecast really looked bad, Jodi called us to ask if we wanted a tent…on 2 days notice.. and arranged it! We won’t say it wasn’t disappointing that the weather was less than ideal, however the ceremony was set up so imaginatively and beautifully in the tent, that thought faded.   If you need a wedding planner, you should absolutely hire Jodi Raphael Events! Jodi and her team are exceptional, and will make you feel like your wedding is just as important to them as it is to you. They are responsive, organized, expert planners who can make your entire wedding experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Jodi and her team were there for us at every step of the way, offering expertise and guidance. Jodi has an excellent eye, and can make your wedding venue and space come to life.
  
  We were not initially sure we were going to hire a wedding planner for our wedding, but we are SO glad that we hired Jodi and her team. It completely changed the wedding experience for us, and the Jodi Raphael Events team handled soo many aspects of the wedding that we would not have known how to handle. They took challenging details and logistics out of our hands when we wanted them to, allowing us to focus on the details we were more excited about. Jodi and her team offered excellent insight and ideas, yet also helped us make the wedding completely mesh with our own vision and preferences.

  Jodi and her team are incredibly professional and customer oriented with great attention to detail. Her vendors are fantastic and everything was incredibly beautiful and went off without a hitch.   60th birthday bash

  I hired Jodi Raphael Events to help me plan a 60th birthday party. They were excellent. Jodi had so many creative ideas that brought the party to life. We had a wonderful venue decorated with gorgeous exotic flowers and lovely colorful art. Her band recommendation was a huge hit. The party really reflected my interests and memories.   Rehearsal Dinner and Welcoming Party

  We worked with Jodi for our son's rehearsal dinner and welcoming reception on the Friday evening before his Saturday wedding at the Boston Public Library. We live in NYC and therefore relied heavily on Jodi. Because the wedding was to be a large, formal affair, our son and his fiancé requested that the Friday evening events be more casual. Jodi recommended a Mexican restaurant that turned out to be perfect. We had a rehearsal dinner upstairs and moved to a festive large room downstairs to welcome all comers. Jodi coordinated with the restaurant and worked with us on the menu, budget, flowers, etc. Importantly, she was on site at the events which allowed us to relax and visit with the guests. While the Friday evening festivities were modest in scope compared to the large wedding and reception the next day, which Jodi planned with the bride's family, Jodi attended to the details of our event and things came off beautifully.

  Jodi and Nicolette were amazing! Planning a wedding from across the country in the midst of covid was tough but they really help put us at ease. Hiring Jodi and her team was the best decision we could have made. It allowed us to really be present and not feel any stress on our day.   If the scale would allow more than 5 stars, I would award Jodi Raphael Events that well-deserved award!
  As mother of the bride, I so appreciated JRE’s consummate professionalism, expertise, organizational skills and truly open communication with all involved. They completely understood our individualized vision and complimented this with their talents and skills. We were always informed of options and costs and now know that wedding event management is a necessity. We began working with JRE when COVID made our previous wedding venue impossible; Jodi and Nicolette supportively helped us navigate all options at such an uncertain and anxiety provoking time. There is not enough room to write a review of all they did. But the end product was our daughter's dream wedding; and it took place less than 4 weeks after Boston's COVID restrictions lifted! JRE did not just plan a wedding. They constantly made contingency plans and revised and "re-evented". Their endless efforts allowed a day that was all that we wanted--and so much more! Compliments still continue about the beautiful setting, the band and the delicious food; but also mentioned is the attention to detail in making this fun, safe and comfortable for ALL guests! That came from JRE's visions. Guests raved about the beautifully arranged and inviting cocktail area overlooking the Charles River, dancing outside under the Pavilion, the amazing food served by Museum of Science's Maxx Catering and JRE's ideas for desserts and late-night bites. All was perfectly orchestrated because of JRE's precision planning, continual presence and support. My husband thanked Jodi and Nicolette during his father of the bride toast, saying they came to our rescue and worked magic. My daughter (an event manager herself) could not have been happier. She said we could not have had our amazing and perfect day without their hard work behind the scenes-- and without them at our sides on our most special day!

  I don't know what we would have done without the team at Jodi Raphael Events! We hired JRE in the midst of COVID when it became clear that we would have to (very sadly) move our wedding venue and adjust many aspects of our wedding. During a time of stress, uncertainty and frustration, Jodi and Nicolette were everything we needed and more! They truly came to our rescue when we didn't know what to do and helped organize our dream wedding. They were such a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and made us feel calm, secure and confident in all of our decisions. They are a very talented, organized and professional team with incredible design vision! We received so many compliments after our wedding on everything from the food selections and decor to all of the small detailed touches. I found them especially helpful in planning out the flow of the day and keeping all of our vendors informed and organized. Having their team with us on wedding day made all the difference as we didn't have to worry about a thing, and could be guests at our own wedding! My only regret is not hiring them sooner! They are the best!

We found Jodi Raphael Events on-line, and once we met Jodi and her assistant, Nicolette, we knew we were working with experienced event planners, who would make our wedding beautiful, and as stress free as possible. Jodi started working with us a year before the wedding, taking us to see venues, and suggesting bands, caterers, florists, photographers and videographers that we should look into. The decision was made to proceed with the wedding even as it became clear that because of Covid, it was not going to happen the way it was originally planned. Jodi and Nicolette worked to make sure it was perfect, reworking contracts, connecting with the new venue, and arranging for guests to attend by video to name just a few of the endless details that they took care of. Most importantly they kept all of us on a schedule in the months leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of the event. Jodi and Nicolette were always positive, easy to work with and always available to speak with us or answer emails.   This is why you pay for a (great) wedding planner! My daughter got a beautiful wedding despite everything having to be redone and planned for due to COVID. Plus all the "normal" in the moment things that got taken care of because they have done this a thousand times before. My daugther, wife and I got to enjoy the wedding, rather than run it.
