Joan made my wedding day dreams come true. She listened to my vision, helped me refine and improve upon the details and stayed on budget too!
The most amazing part is that she helped me pull this wedding off from start to finish in less than 3 months. Of special note were the top tier vendors she lined up that probably wouldn’t have even returned my calls if I’d try to do this without her connections.
As an added bonus, Joan is a lovely, elegant person with a very calming demeanor to balance out a nervous bride’s. The wedding was a success in every way and that wouldn’t have happened without Joan’s years of experience, her attention to detail and the creativity & class that she brings to her events. -

The best day ever!!!
Joan was so flexible, she took on my wedding literally 8 weeks in advance!!! My wedding was absolutely perfect, and STRESS FREE! I cannot thank her enough for the most memorable day of my life! ❤️ -

I am so thankful for Joan!!
Joan was such a blessing! We hired her 8 weeks before our daughter's wedding. I was trying to do it all myself. I was absolutely stressed out! She has the best demeanor for high stress clients and situations. She's very calming, eloquent, and professional! The decor, fresh greenery, fabrics, swags, etc. all exceeded my expectations! My daughter and I both cried when we walked into the venue for the rehearsal dinner and saw everything. It was amazing! The pastor also had to cancel at the last minute and missed the rehearsal. Joan didn't miss a beat and stepped in to explain to everyone what to do. I didn't realize how much I needed her! I will most definitely be hiring her again for my other daughter's wedding next December. -

We LOVED working with Joan and team!
Joan was great to work with. She was timely and has great vendors she works closely with. We live out of state and could not have planned our SC wedding without her! Everyone kept asking if I was stressed with the planning and I never felt any because of Joan and her team. -

Joan handled my my son’s wedding and did a fantastic job! Having been a part of a lot of weddings over the years, I was expecting the usual hiccups… there were none! Everything was absolutely perfect and as planned. All of our guests and vendors were very complimentary. 10/10 recommend Joan Day! -

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for Joan and her team! I’m a planner, an organizer, and like everything a certain way. At first I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner because I wanted to do everything myself. Oh boy was I wrong, Having Joan as our wedding planner was the single best decision I made during the entire process! After speaking with Joan once, I knew she was perfect for me! I immediately felt a big weight taken off my shoulders once we booked with her! A wedding professional is the way to go and you will not go wrong with JOAN DAY! She has the sweetest and most caring heart! She was so helpful from guidance on etiquette, time savings, pulling our vision together, decor setup and great vendor recommendations. Most importantly, she just HANDLED everything with so much grace!!
Our family has been talking about how wonderful and calm she was during the entire wedding process!
I didn’t even go the venue prior to my grand entrance because I knew it was going to be more beautiful and more magical than I could have ever dreamed of because of Joan and her team. For those that know me, couldn’t believe that I went all day without taking a look. I trusted Joan after only knowing her for a short time with my fairy tale wedding that I have dreamed of since I was a little again.

We had an excellent experience with Joan and her crew. This was a destination wedding for both the bride and groom’s family. All those worries melted away with Joan. She is very knowledgeable, calm, positive and works extremely well under pressure. I got to know her over the year of planning and sorry to see our business together end. She is the best! -

Joan made everything fall into place. She made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be, that my vendors knew what to do, and that my reception venue looked elegant. She has a very sweet, willing-to-accommodate personality. Would recommend to future brides. -

Best Planner Ever!
Joan Day did such an amazing job planning our wedding. I know it’s a cliché thing to say, but we truly couldn’t of done it without her. My wedding date was placed right in the middle of Andrew being stationed over 1,000 miles away & my final semester of nursing school. Joan took all the weight off and made the planning process so fun and easy. She was very responsive at all times and adjusted things depending on my husband and I’s preference - even at the last minute! The day of the wedding, she was a lifesaver. She kept everything timely yet flexible. I remember one mom specifically when the DJ was calling for the bouquet toss and I started running to grab my throw bouquet but Joan was right there when I turned around with it. I highly recommend Joan for everybody! She truly helped our day be the best that it could. -

Joan was amazing she basically became part of the family, she worked with my husband and me and perfectly captured our vision on our special day. She went above and beyond! Joan was creative, agreeable, smart, frugal when we needed her to be, and overall a welcome and warm help while planning. She took all my stress and dealt with family drama perfectly. You would seriously be lucky to have Joan help plan your event she was so amazing! -
