Tim was absolutely amazing at our wedding. We pick him because his biography said that he is very good at reading a crowd. And boy was he!! He could immediately tell that our guests wanted to just dance their hearts out and every song he played, everyone would just scream about it being their jam. I am so incredibly happy that we had Tim as our DJ. He even mixed us the best version of Sweet Caroline. 10/10 would hire again for events!

Amazing. The dance floor had every guest dancing all night
From the very beginning Gary and JLK events is very active in the wedding experience. From the day you book with them to wedding day they send wedding updates and checklists, reminders, and provide excellent support along the way. Gary Luca was the best DJ to work with because he was active in the wedding process early on, mashed up music for our special day, created personalized playlist for every vibe, and was overall a friend and support figure during this time. JLK is wonderful to work with! I recently used them for a clients wedding and they provided Cafe lighting, Cold Sparks and DJ services with DJ TIM! All teams were amazing and worked together wonderfully to make my clients wedding everything that they had imagined. DJ Tim is one of a kind. He is not a push play DJ. He made every moment of the wedding day special and even brought it all back with a sweet moment at the end of the night replaying the bride and grooms vows as they were surrounded by friends and family. We all had tears. As a professional, He is great to communicate with and has a lot of insight into a successful event and how to keep everyone on the dance floor. Gary is the BEST!
DJ Gary was the best DJ we could have asked for! My husband and I are not typically out on the dance floor at parties or weddings but we did not take a seat the entire night because Gary knew how to keep the party going! By the end of the night our guests were literally cheering for one more song. Additionally throughout the planning process, Gary was extremely organized and responsive to all our requests. He truly made our wedding night special.

DJ’s Tim and Jenny were absolutely phenomenal. They kept the dance floor for our wedding going all night long, and even stepped in to coordinate some of the finer points of the ceremony and reception, as we didn’t have a wedding planner. All the Sparkle ✨
A few years ago my husband and I stayed at The Westin Savannah which is how we decided to get married there in October. While we were there we loved how lit up the trees were on the lawn. That was a main goal of ours for our wedding.
We decided to rent the cafe lights for our outside dinner and also wrap certain palm trees with lights. The esthetic was so beautiful. While we had our first dance under the lights we talked the entire time about how gorgeous the lights made the lawn. It was truly magical!
We live out of state but as soon as we were in town JLK sent over a team to confirm which trees to light so they had it perfect for us. The entire planning process was very smooth!
Bonus: Due to schedules leading up to the wedding, they wrapped the palm trees the first day we were in town. Every night we got to enjoy the lights while we were hanging by the pool or outside enjoying the evening. Every time I looked at the trees I would smile.

There are several wedding planning items that we were looking forward to and finding the best DJ was up there. Thanks to JLK Events and DJ Gary, our expectations were beyond met. The booking process was very straight forward. The office team was great and answered all our questions. Can’t say enough about DJ Gary. We assumed we would just email a song list and that we would meet at the reception. Glad we were wrong. Gary wants to get to know the couple. He invested in our wants and helped guide us with ideas and suggestions. Gary was a pleasure to work with and helped us have the most perfect wedding day experience. He went up and beyond by making special details and surprises for our wedding that made it even more amazing than we expected. Gary was the absolute best! He did both the ceremony and reception music for us. He told us that he wanted to have a few meetings prior to the event so that we felt like he was a friend instead of a stranger and that could not have been anymore accurate! We cannot thank Gary and JLK events enough! We were limited on music ideas but he nailed it, and many of our guests complimented how amazing the music was. Guests were on the dance floor the entire night and Gary added a very special surprise at the end of the night which left both the groom and I in tears. Gary will forever be a very special part of our wonderful wedding day.

We love DJ Tim & JLK Events
JLK Events was one of our smartest hires for our wedding. Their entire team is extremely professional and highly responsive to any emails, calls, questions, etc. Their lighting and tech set up was seamless and beautiful. DJ Tim was very flexible when last minute changes arose and was very thorough with planning and preparation. He listened to our ideas while also providing professional recommendations and suggestions. We love the Vibo app that they shared with us to make music selections easy. We knew what to expect at all times and JLK delivered on their promise to make sure our guests had a great time. Our dance floor was never empty for the entirety of our event. We cannot recommend this vendor enough!!

DJ Gary Lucca was amazing!! He DJ'ed our family reunion in Hilton Head at the triangle. At one point I looked around and all 50 of us were dancing, what a truly incredible experience! The selection of music he had was on point too, including his transitions from song to song. A night we won't forget ever, that's for sure!

The lighting done by JLK was beautiful and set the tone for magical night! They turned a normal tent into something beautiful!.
DJ Tim and his assistant rocked the reception! Starting with planning months ahead to the day of, they made the whole process so easy. He played all requested music, match the energy of our families, and had us dancing and laughing all night! We can’t thank them enough!

JLK did an amazing job providing uplighting services for our wedding. The entire process from booking to execution was seamless. The lighting was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The lights were programmed to switch from candlelight to a purple/pink hue during the reception. The transition went smoothly and was simply beautiful. Gary Lucca from JLK Events was incredible to work with! He was so flexible with meeting up in person and via zoom as this was a destination wedding for us. The process of choosing music was easy via an app called Vibo, which Gary used for our playlist and found clean/radio edits of certain songs. His attention to detail was amazing! Gary added on glow batons for the final hour of dancing, which was so cool when we made our grand exit. He added in parts from our vows during a song at the end of the night…such a special touch. He had clips of phone calls from family that couldn’t attend our wedding (I sobbed). He flawlessly helped us pull off an incredible event. If there were issues (which we definitely had), you couldn’t even tell. Gary, THANK YOU for everything and being the most amazing wedding DJ. We appreciate everything you did for us.
