  It was a dream to work with Ginny! Ginny is responsible from discussing the wedding plans and fully interested in our wedding.
  Ginny also provided an "unique service" other than wedding planning as she helped coordinate a Chinese tea ceremony! :) I had no idea how to host a Chinese tea ceremony and as the bride and groom, WE NEEDED HELP! Ginny coordinated the tea ceremony in an honorable fashion as it is more of a ceremony to the elders! We were relieved! Additionally, Ginny gives her "best practice" feedback so we know what to expect ahead of time. Ginny always had a great attitude and we felt having her as our coordinator was a huge stress relief knowing she will take care of us! We strongly recommend Ginny as she is professional, flexible and accommodating! Thanks Ginny!

  Ginny is amazing! She helped us from the beginning to the end of my Chamber installation dinner. This year our theme is "Cultivating a Heart of Service" and she came up this great idea to use the watering pot as flower vase as our centerpieces. OMG it is so beautiful and everyone loved it.
  
  She is easy to reach and very responsive. She has been working with my florist and the hotel manger throughout the entire period and kept me updated on the progress. I hear nothing but great compliments from them of her professionalism and creativity.

  Ginny Hsiao provided EXCELLENT suggestions, guidance, support and services for our Company's Big Event!!! She took the idea we had for a theme, and took it to a higher level than we imagined! She definitely EXCEEDED our expectations! Ginny personally created and painted many of the pieces she used to decorate the venue space and created an AMAZING atmosphere! WE can't wait to use her services again!

  JL Events really did a great job on my beach wedding, my husband and I loved my wedding coordinator, Ginny, a lot. She not only carefully went through all the details with us before the big day came, but also provided excellent suggestions and plans to make our wedding even better. Ginny even hand-made some decorations herself to match our wedding style, how lovely she is. :) On the day of the wedding, she arranged everything in order. Without her, our wedding would not be perfect.
  I would definitely will recommend JL Events to my friends who will need a wedding planner or coordinator on their big day!

  Ginny did such an excellent job at our wedding. She has the experience and the vision to make any perfect. When we met with her before out big day she was very knowledgeable about the entire process and gave us valuable advice about our wedding. Things we would have never thought about on our own. Her advice gave us plenty of time to fix any imperfection and allowed our wedding to be better than expected. On the day of our wedding, because of Ginny took care of everything, we literally didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoy our wedding. Thank you Ginny for giving us our perfect wedding.

  We used Ginny at JL Events to help with our pre-wedding planning as well as wedding day coordination. At first we thought we could go about it alone but we are glad we had Ginny's help! She set up meetings with vendors, attended some of the meetings with us or on our behalf, and helped to negotiate pricing. Having her on the wedding day was a lifesaver! There were so many things on the wedding day that we just didn't want to have to worry about. It was so great to have the confidence in her to make sure that everything would go without a hitch - and it did! Everything was as planned and went perfectly. Thank you, Ginny!

  I am not a wedding person. So when my partner and I decided to finally make it official, I was really just hoping to have a nice Chinese-style banquet and skip the rest. However, as we had people from around the world (New Zealand, England and China) flying to California, I felt obligated to give them more than a meal. Ginny and I have been friends for a long time and she knows I have an aversion to weddings. Ginny volunteered her time and energy to plan me a beautiful wedding. All I had to do was give her the guest list, write her a check, and show up. With my less-than-meager budget, Ginny called in favors, used her connections and pulled off a rose garden wedding where my now-husband and I said our "I Do's" under a vine-covered gazebo surrounded by scented flowers.
  
  Ginny also ended up planning and arranging my reception! The night before the wedding and reception, I got a call from my Chinese reception restaurant saying they were shut down by the health inspectors! The banquet, which was the only part which I didn't ask Ginny to do, fell apart. Coincidently my wedding was on an extra auspicious day and since my original banquet was at the largest and fanciest Cantonese seafood restaurant in town, most restaurants in a 10 mile radius did not want to cater to my budget when there are bigger weddings to catch. While I was still sobbing Ginny somehow deciphered my garbled speech and sprung into action. She tracked down a great restaurant which opened up their banquet room just for us. Ginny even negotiated with them to replicate my original menu, obviously without the "added ingredients" disagreeable by health inspectors.
  
  Ginny ended up planning my entire event: my intimate and dreamlike wedding, saving a catastrophe of a reception, satisfying guests from around the world, and all within a tiny budget. With Ginny, everyone can love weddings.

  Ginny was our "day of" wedding planner. My partner and I were already way over our heads with the whole wedding planning when Ginny "stepped" in to help. She asked a series of questions and were very helpful when we weren't exactly sure how to respond to most of her questions. Ginny was patient and flexible and our wedding reception was beautiful. The only thing I would have hoped for was if we had Ginny to help from the beginning. We would have been able to prevent lots of headache and frustration from relatives and friends.
