My mind is blow 🤯 I first met Jenni at a bridal show. Her table set up was gorgeous. She definitely stood out amongst the rest. But it was her WORK ETHIC that blew my mind. I saw the way she worked at the ceremony rehearsal. She was deliberate, communicative and eye open to detail, all while keeping a positive, up beat attitude with a smile on her face. She had an energy and aura that just shined. She worked with individuals one on one and worked with groups too. Before the wedding she had the timeline completed and thoroughly detailed and sent out to the vendors. If there was a change that occurred she noted and pointed that out. All this work was done BEFORE the day of the event. Now, on the day of the event, she was working hard, moving fast, making sure every detail was in place. One of the bridesmaids car had died and when she came in to ask about jumper cables Jenni did not hesitate a half-second to put her coat on and go and help. Then when someone else offered, Jenni ensured that the bridesmaid was taken care of while she attended her expected duties, that’s what I call being a leader and using effective time management. When things didn’t start on time for reasons out of her control she kept a positive attitude with a smile on her face and looked for every opportunity to make sure the wedding couple was happy. She even had an emergency kit when the bride’s hair wasn’t just-right and had a bobby pin to save the day. Jenni didn’t step on other vendors toes and was a great asset and source of calm for everyone around her. She worked non-stop from 10a to 10p all with the most sincere and positive attitude. Not one thing derailed Jenni from giving 110%. If you’ve made it this far in the review, don’t look any further, THIS IS THE COORDINATOR THAT YOU WANT AND NEED! I will look forward to working with Jenni again in the future. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jenni! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the moment she arrived, she took care of every detail with such calm, confident energy that it instantly put me at ease.
Jenni brought my entire vision to life beautifully — especially the tables. Every setting, centerpiece, and décor detail looked even better than I imagined. It truly felt like she stepped right into my vision and made everything look so amazing!
Throughout the day, she managed the timeline, vendors, and all the behind-the-scenes moments so smoothly that I barely knew anything was happening — and that’s exactly what you want on your wedding day. Because of Jenni, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every second without stress.
If you’re considering booking her, DO IT!! Jenni is incredibly talented, organized, and amazing at her work. I would recommend her 10/10 times to any couple wanting someone who will make their wedding day smooth, beautiful, and unforgettable. -

Jen is simply the best decision you can make for you big day!
Hiring Jen was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. She worked her butt off behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly, we honestly don’t know how she managed to be everywhere at once!
Jen’s attention to detail is unmatched. She thought of things we never would have, handled every hiccup with total calm, and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Beyond her professionalism, she is incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful. The kind of person you just feel lucky to have by your side on such an important day.

From start to finish, Jenni created the most magical day. She was professional, kind, and incredibly understanding — handling every detail with such calm and confidence. I booked the Brunch Bridal Package, and she set up our entire brunch area perfectly, on top of managing both the ceremony and reception setups flawlessly.
The way Jenni handled herself throughout the day — even when dealing with a bit of family drama and last-minute changes — was truly outstanding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her! She made our wedding day absolutely amazing for me and my husband, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
So many of our guests asked for her information (including several friends who are getting married soon), and one of them has already booked her for their 2026 wedding! -

I wasn’t sure if I was going to hire a wedding coordinator because I was already stretching my budget pretty thin. But let me tell you…. Of all the decisions I made for my wedding, hiring Jenni was definitely the best! I hired her for day of coordination, and wasn’t sure how she would successfully execute my wedding day with the minimal communication we had prior to my wedding. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement! I swear that woman has a clone because it seemed like she could be in two places at once. When we had hiccups on my wedding day, Jenni came up with a solution instantly! She took care of literally everything and all I had to worry about was having fun! I can’t tell you how many of my family members mentioned to me on my wedding day and in the days to follow, how incredible Jenni was. Not only did she do an absolutely amazing job, she also seemed like she was enjoying herself as well. It felt like she truly cared. I wish I could adopt her as my sister because I truly loved her personality and instantly clicked with her! She was so fun, so bubbly, and is just someone I genuinely enjoyed having around. I love Jenni and cannot recommend her enough! Seriously, make room in your budget to hire her, it will be the best thing you do!!! Thank you so much for everything Jenni! -

Jenni was an absolute dream to work with from a venue perspective!
She messaged me prior to the day of the event to confirm all the fine details and while at the venue, she was always on her game. She kept the Bride at front of mind awareness while keeping everyone in the party and important family in the loop. She was not only attentive but, remained on schedule & I still can’t get passed how well the charcuterie/grazing table came together. It showed preparedness & time management not to mention, absolutely delicious!
The couple had to have felt so lucky to work with Jenni & I would recommend her to anyone! 😊 -

Jenni was fantastic! I don't know what we would have done without her. She made rehearsal and the wedding day completely seamless. From coordinating my large bridal party and lining us up, being aware of a large family dynamic, setting up reception decor, cleaning up, I could go on! She was reliable, on top of it, and always thought ahead. Even my husband said "I don't know how we would have had a successful wedding without Jenni." Nateography worked with Jenni at a wedding in Lorain on 10.8.2023. She was great to work with and communicated very well before and during the wedding. As a DJ company for primarily weddings there is very few times we come across GREAT day of coordinator but yesterday we did with the Jenny’s! We had the pleasure of working with Jenni not only in the day of where she seamlessly work with us in coordination for the ceremony but she was attentive, and moving all night! All details were as the bride wanted and changed were adjusted on the fly. As a company we love to have this taken care of internally but we would gladly work with and recommend Jenni for all of our events! -

Jennifer is absolutely amazing to work with! I cannot say enough good things!!! She set up everything so beautifully and made our day run smoothly. We had terrible weather on our wedding day, a tornado warning lol, but she kept me calm and handled everything so well. With her help, we still managed to have our ceremony outside just like I wanted :) She did everything she could to make it possible! She went above and beyond! She is incredible at what she does! Jennifer’s gracefulness in execution if the wedding day was no less then perfection! As a Live Wedding Painter it was crucial for not just me but also the other team of vendors to be able to rely on someone who could direct in a seamless way! She delivered above and beyond. Not to mention her warm, kind and patient demeanor. She thought of every detail including capturing a few images of me also as the photographers left before my paint reveal. She even helped me capture that moment on her own device. (Photos attached) She went above and beyond to ensure the guests and the happy couple were filled with joy that’s day! I was hesitant about how everyone would react to a drink station with no alcohol but my goodness did Jenni deliver! It was a HUGE hit especially with it being pretty chilly outside. The kids enjoyed the hot chocolate and the adults were thrilled to have hot coffee and tea. I love how she put personal touches on everything that made it seem more geared towards us specifically. It was a gorgeous set up! I am so pleased and would HIGHLY recommend her!!!
