  Best wedding DJ in Indianapolis!

  I don't think we could've found a better DJ for our wedding! Jim was so easy to work with. He made our reception run so smoothly, my husband and I didn't need to worry about a single thing because Jim was so on top of everything. He is extremely detail oriented and overall just the nicest person. And most importantly, he knew exactly what music to play and at the right times to keep everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He was so accommodating and truly made our wedding the most fun night we've ever had. We will recommend him over and over again!

  I don't think we could've found a better DJ for our wedding! Jim was so easy to work with. He made our reception run so smoothly, my husband and I didn't need to worry about a single thing because Jim was so on top of everything. He is extremely detail oriented and overall just the nicest person. And most importantly, he knew exactly what music to play and at the right times to keep everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He was so accommodating and truly made our wedding the most fun night we've ever had. We will recommend him over and over again!

  Amazing Amazing Amazing

  Jim was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process - he really paid attention to all the little details that we would have honestly forgotten about. Also, we loved his set on the wedding day, and he was incredibly supportive day-of to us and all of our loved ones who were in the ceremony and in our wedding party. I could not recommend him enough; he was amazing!!

  Literally the PERFECT host

  Jim was quite literally the PERFECT host for our wedding. From the very beginning, Jim paid attention to all the details, including the small ones. During every Zoom, he changed his background to our venue, a small but fun detail. He has a very calming personality when planning with him that took away all my stress of picking out the perfect music. When it came time for him to MC, he brought the perfect energy. I was very impressed with Jim's ability to pull people onto the dance floor all night, especially since few of my family/friends dance. He read the room perfectly at all times and adapted the music to fit the needs of the crowd, all while keeping it within our preferences. Jim is the nicest and easiest person to work with. I could not recommend him enough!!

  He really is "The Perfect Host"!

  Jim came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He made the entire process easy for us. Planning meetings were guided and helpful. They made us feel comfortable that everything would go seamlessly on the big day. All of our guests spent the entire night on the dance floor. A couple weeks after the wedding, we received a dropbox from Jim with candid photos and videos he took during the day. It was such a treat to relive the fun of the dance floor! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

  Jim Cerone is the BEST!

  I can’t say enough great things about Jim. He was by far our most organized vendor and made us feel so much more calm as our wedding day approached because he had a handle on all of “milestone” events of the day. He communicated with our officiant, best man and maid of honor (for speeches/ toasts), and my dad who all had speaking parts in the day. He made sure our dance floor was never empty - everyone was dancing all night. And we had so many guests compliment on Jim throughout the night and after.

  You may not think a DJ will be that important for how your wedding turns out, but they can make or break the evening for both you and your guests. To say Jim exceeded our expectations is an understatement; he was so professional, helpful, polished, and made our reception run so smoothly. I can't recommend him highly enough; working with Jim was one of the best parts of our wedding day!

  We hired Jim for our February 2023 wedding at the Indiana Landmarks Center.

  The perfect host indeed!

  Jim was indeed the perfect host! Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple meetings to cover everything he needed to know to help the night run smoothly. He thought of everything ahead of time and made our reception effortless on our part. My husband and I did not want any line dances, limbo, or other similar things. When one of our guests asked for that, Jim was polite but stuck to what we wanted. It was greatly appreciated! We'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

  We hired Jim for our wedding in November (‘22) and I can’t imagine it without him. Leading up to the wedding, Jim was professional and organized- walking us through all the processes that he would be involved in with patience and detail. We met (via zoom) several times to make sure we felt comfortable with everything heading into the day.
  
  The wedding itself was a blast and thanks to Jim in a major way. The dance floor was full all night, and that’s not hyperbole. You could tell that Jim really enjoys what he does and takes immense pride in the work. It shows. Thank you to Jim for making our day one we’ll never forget. P.s. I went to a wedding the next weekend and I heard another couple who had been married within the past year mention that they had a DJ that kept the dance floor full the entire night and I asked who they hired.   The highlight of our night

  Our friends and family still tell us how much fun they had! Jim worked with us to find the perfect vibe for our day, and the energy he created with our guests made the night unforgettable. Seriously, we had our main character moment on the dance floor.
  
  Jim was incredibly professional and prepared when it came to the planning process. I'm a fairly anxious person, and the wedding planning process only made me more so. Jim ensured that we had a solid plan for the day, and even offered suggestions when changes came up the day of. I didn't worry about a single thing from the moment he prepared us and the bridal party for our big entrance into the reception to when he announced that it was already the last song at the end of the night!

  The Most Epic Dance Floor

  Jim truly lived up to his name as "The Perfect Host"! He is exceptionally talented reading the room... he knows what the music vibe should be and when to change it up. He is a true professional and almost serves as a mini-wedding planner in the sense that he met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding to confirm timeline, details, etc. We also hired him to do the audio for our ceremony. Without even asking, he recorded the audio of our ceremony and sent it to us shortly after. He knows how to keep the reception moving and would let me know when we are about to do the bouquet toss, dances, etc. I highly recommend booking Jim Cerone if you want your reception to be remembered for an epic dance floor!

Jim will truly get to know you and your fiance, learn the precise details, and then knock it out of the park. From the start of our ceremony to the end of our reception, everything was just seamless. It took a lot of stress off of me as the bride to not have to worry if everything was going to happen when it was supposed to. Not only did we have such a great party because of him, but he is also the kindest, most caring person I have ever met, on top of being very professional. Hire Jim for your wedding day.   Try to remember or imagine the greatest party you've ever been to and that's exactly what Jim can create as the host of your event! He has the innate ability to connect with people of all ages in such a fun and professional way. Jim is truly a master of music and due to how he arranged the selection of songs, we had guests from the age of 6 to 81 out on the dance floor until 11pm at my daughter's wedding reception! I have not ever been to a wedding where there were so many people dancing all night long and because everyone was having such a blast, no one wanted the night to end! Due to Jim's great working relationship with our wedding coordinator, Paula Mallory, and his prior experience in hosting events at Bridgewater Club in Carmel, IN., every imaginable detail and back up plan for possibly needing to move the ceremony and reception from an outdoor setting to indoor ballroom in case of bad weather was impeccably taken care of by Jim and Paula. Because everything flowed so smoothly, it enabled my daughter, her new husband, our families and 175 guests to truly enJOY every moment of such a special evening! Thank you Jim for ALL you did to make that possible......you are absolutely THE best!!!!!

  Wow. Jim is the Perfect Host for your wedding. You would be doing your wedding a disservice not to include him in your special day. We originally found him from the AMAZING recommendations of my mom's friend. She had nothing but extraordinary compliments to Jim's service. He exceeded even these high expectations. When I reached out to Jim, he was accommodating, responsive, & interested in my ideas. He had a Wedding Entertainment Planner ready to go to jot down ideas & plans for our day. He knew when he needed to step in to get us down the path for a perfect entertainment wedding.
  Jim was ready with a timeline of events & music to accompany. From the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the night, Jim had a plan. Every minute was detailed & organized. He had us on a path to enjoy every moment of the night & (sometimes more importantly) our guests to rave about how perfect the wedding went. I cannot express how above & beyond Jim goes. He had tips for the perfect toasts, an agenda for us to be guided by, & he even called my mom during the final week just to check in & see how she was holding up. Talk about a perfect host.
  What really blew my mind was he understood that my husband & I couldn't dance. He helped us along the way by choosing the perfect song & made it so the experience was quick & painless. We even got some compliments (although they may have been just being nice), but either way we actually enjoyed the dance. He had so many ideas & listened to every one of our suggestions. We are IU alums & he even playing 'This is Indiana' to make the crowd go crazy.
  The day of, Jim was like a hawk. He knew what songs to play at just the right time to make sure everyone, & I mean everyone, got up on that dance floor. He constantly gave updates to my dad, the best man, & maid of honor so they were aware of their time to speak & made sure every event was a celebration. My wedding was as close to perfect as I could've dreamed & it was all thanks to Jim.

  Jim was an incredible DJ and kept our wedding flowing smoothly all night and made sure everyone had an incredible time! Our guests were so impressed by his professionalism and how they were individually greeted at the door and couldn't stop raving about how fun the dance party was. I will recommend him to everyone without hesitation!

  Words cannot accurately capture how wonderful Jim truly is! We partially picked our date around his availability and we are so glad we did. He is a true master of ceremonies, from day one his organization and professionalism stood out to us. His office is easy to get to, inviting, and well equipped to listen to the actual songs as we discussed them. His knowledge is unbeatable! I, personally, appreciated his timeline creation skills and checklists, along with his flexibility and wise suggestions to help with the flow of our ceremony and reception the most. He was always an email or phone call away and remained incredibly helpful, even with last minute changes. Our wedding is an experience I will never forget, and we owe our awesome night of dancing to Jim. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful he was though out the evening as well. Jim Cerone, without a doubt, is the best DJ and more in Indianapolis. To call him a DJ is an understatement with the class he exudes and takes care of making sure your wedding is going to be fabulous and flawless. You won't be disappointed with Jim and his services. My mother also had him attend and help with my bridal shower and all my guests were raving about how much fun the shower was.

He took care of the timing and announcing of everything ,cake cutting, bouquet toss, first dance, dinner music was all done on schedule and the music was perfect , everyone was dancing the night away. They say the DJ is one of the most important parts of the reception and that is so true!! Jim excelled at being the perfect host. We cannot thank him enough

  Jim was everything my wife and I could have asked for and more. My wife, having the privilege to babysit his kid’s growing up, knew that Jim was top notch and he outdid himself! We had a magical evening that went absolutely perfect. The ceremony, food, drinks, cake, Jim’s Selfie-Stand, and THE MUSIC- All the right songs at the perfect moment! I can't begin to tell you how many people have said it was the best wedding reception that they have been to and we are still receiving messages expressing congrats and thanks.
  
  The Selfie Stand was an absolute hit and was such a great time going through the pictures with family the day after. All of the memories that we will be able to keep from that including the continuous laughs as we made our way through all of the pictures are priceless!

  We had the best DJ in the city! Very professional, got the party going and kept it going, great positioning of equipment and just down right a very nice man! We couldn't have asked for a finer DJ for the wedding reception. 5 Stars ++++++!!!!
