Helen did an amazing job with my wedding flowers!! JH Designs was recommended by friends and by my wedding venue -Pelican Preserve - and I'm so glad I booked them! They have so much experience with weddings and Helen really made me feel at ease with the planning process! She was so easy to work with and really responsive to everything that I wanted! I could not have been happier with how the bouquets, centerpieces, and aisle decorations turned out! We also rented an arch with floral arrangements on it and it just looked so fabulous!!

Helen did an amazing job with our flowers for our wedding. Our center pieces were absolutely breath taking at our reception. All of our bouquets were beautiful. The only thing I was not impressed with is my bouquet was falling apart. It was only in little pieces and nobody could notice but it was still annoying when flowers kept falling out on the floor. None of the bridesmaids bouquets did it. Everything else was great, she knew exactly what I wanted and was very easy to work with.

...Shortly after writing this review Helen contacted me. She was very apologetic for what happened to my bouquet. Going through the process of planning a wedding I have dealt with business people who are rude and unprofessional and Helen is the complete opposite. She even sent me a check compensating me which I was not expecting because it wasn't necessary, but it shows how good her character is and how much she takes pride in what she does.

Don't even THINK about wasting your time "shopping" around for a florist! Helen made the most beautiful flowers for my wedding that I have ever seen, EVER. I cried that I had to leave them home to go on my honeymoon! We ordered our invitations online thru them, and Reba had them all put together (assembled) before I got there! They both go above & beyond your expectations, and make you feel so special, like you're one of their own family. The last thing Helen said to me after our consult was, "Don't worry, we don't do bad flowers." And, truer words were never spoken. First class!

Helen and Reba are fantastic! My wedding colors were navy and coral.. not ideal for flower choices, but Helen made it work! She used some silk flowers to complete my bride bouquet and it turned out gorgeous! She also did a large spray for the archway we were using, and it truly pulled together the entire ceremony. My family has used JH Designs for decades, and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

Helen and Reba are the sweetest people ever, and we could not have asked for anything more on our wedding day. The centerpieces were exactly what we were looking for, and the flowers for the bridal party and honored guests were beautiful. The flower balls on the sides of the aisle were even more beautiful than I imagined. Everything was perfect, and they were so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Helen and her team at JH Designs. The flowers at my wedding were better than I could ever have imagined. I wanted to make a statement with my flowers and make sure the ballroom had a glamorous party look, and Helen went beyond. Many wedding guests and employees at the hotel who had nothing to do with the wedding commented on how absolutely stunning the flowers were. When I presented my ideas to her she had some economical alternatives that didn't compromise the look I was going for. She told me what areas I could save money on, and what areas I needed to spend my money on in order to execute my vision. Helen has been in this business for a long time and hasn't incorporated alot of technology into her business. I will admit I was a little nervous when she started showing me pictures in an old photo album and writing out my order by hand, but there was no need to be nervous. Whether you are planning a wedding on a budget, or have money to burn, Helen will help you execute your vision at a fair price. The pictures of flowers on her profile are very pretty, but they don't begin to showcase what she is capable of. I wish I could upload pics to this review!!! On top of all of that, she is a wonderful person. Do not hesitate. Book with confidence!!!

I was referred to Helen and JH Designs through Michael at Colonial Country Club as I was getting my bouquet through her. She is the first and only florist I met with and she did not disappoint! I had an idea of what I wanted prior to meeting with Helen and found out that the flowers I wanted were out of season and if I wanted them they'd need to be shipped from out of the country. Helen was great with giving me alternatives that were similar and gave great ideas on how to make everything look amazing. She was kind enough to make a floral arrangement so I could see her vision and it was perfect. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away by how beautiful the bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, boutonnieres, and centerpieces looked! Her prices can't be beat and her work is fantastic!

Helen was truly amazing and does extraordinary work. She was the first florist I met with due to a recommendation by Michael at Colonial Country Club and after meeting with her, I did not have to meet with any other florist. She was very helpful in making suggestions for flowers since I had no idea what I was looking for. She did tell me that I had to figure out my own bouquet because she wanted me to love it so she wanted me to put some thought into what I was looking for and she would then create the perfect one for me after I let her know what that was. I decided on purple orchids and they were stunning. She also integrated them into the bridesmaid bouquets along with many other gorgeous purple flowers and they were perfect. Her pricing was very reasonable for the quality and quantity. She went above and beyond to meet my flower needs and exceeded all of my expectations, I would highly recommend her for your floral needs. Thank you Helen.

Helen and Reba were a dream to work with. Helen is wonderful and so talented. We used her for the flowers for the bridal party, the centerpieces, and miscellaneous spots throughout the venue. We got so many comments on how beautiful the flowers looked. Helen was so knowledgeable and put me completely at ease whenever I had any concerns. She completely delivered. Reba did our invitations and was so helpful. We were able to touch and see the invitations before ordering them instead of just getting them online and hoping they turn out alright. They both are the sweetest people and genuinely care about their customers. I felt like I was working with more of a friend than a business owner. I recommend them over all other florists in Fort Myers!

Helen did an amazing job and for a very reasonable price! Our flowers turned out so beautiful and bright! The arch decorations looked gorgeous and our bouquets were better than the pictures I showed Helen. She is the sweetest and most professional florist of all the ones I met in Ft Myers area, and I looked a lot!

Helen did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding. She created bouquets with flowers that matched the girls pool blue colored dressed perfectly. They were above and beyond my expectations of what they were going to look like. Helen was easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. She worked with us and our busy schedules to find a time to meet with her to discuss exactly what we wanted and since we weren't quite sure what we wanted she gave us some great ideas.

Best prices in town! I was shocked to see the final total. I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive! Helen came highly recommend and did not disappoint! The sweetest little Lady! She has talent, vision and experience. She knows her stuff!

Helen was wonderful. She took what I envisioned and made it come to life on my wedding day. The flowers were perfect and the colors matched beautifully. Helen has done all three of our daughter's weddings, and each time I am more amazed at what she creates with flowers. JH Designs is absolutely the best and Helen is such a great person to work with, from the floral arrangements for the tables, the bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony flowers, I have been beyond happy, my daughter's loved their bouquets so much, and the guests raved about the floral decorations.

Helen at JH Designs is an amazing person and is great at what she does. I am the type of person that is completely clueless when it comes to flowers and is one part of are wedding that I was completely unsure of and Helen took my thoughts and colors and turned are center pieces into a breathless arrangement that I could have never of dreamed of because it was so much more. The details of the center pieces even down to the smallest detail were just amazing and the fact that she got are colors down and everything just blended together so well. I was in shock and it actually made me cry because everything was just so perfect.

Helen did a great job with our centerpieces as well as the bouquets for the girls. We had a few special requests for the flowers and she made sure to follow through with these requests. She is down to earth and a great person to work with. She has been doing this for years and does an awesome job to make the reception look amazing!

Helen is amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and she went above and beyond and outdid herself! She is very reasonably priced especially for the quality of the flowers! Very highly recommended!!!!!

Helen was sooooooo nice!! She was so sweet to talk to and she was very very helpful. I went into my meeting with ideas of what I kinda did and didn't like. I was never sent on one thing except for my love of hydrangeas. After meeting with her I felt completely confident my flowers would turn out fine no matter what she decided. I added some brooches into my bouquets and she put them all in and arranged them for me. When I saw my flowers for the first time on my wedding day I was absolutely floored. They were GORGEOUS! I planned me entire wedding from Ohio.. one of the hardest things was for me to say goodbye to my flowers! I called helen the day after my wedding to let her know she exceeded my expectations and my flowers were breathtaking. I would recommend her to anyone!

Helen was so wonderful to work with. I had to plan my daughters wedding in ft. myers , fla. and we live in illinois. JH Designs was recommended to us and I must say we couldn't have found anyone better. Helen listened to what I liked but most importantly heard what my daughter (the bride) wanted. She nailed, it and her relaxed manorism put me at ease from day one. We could not have been happier with her table arrangements, bride & bridal party flowers, groom & groomsmens, parents and grandparents were all just what we wanted. BIG thank you to Helen your great. Helen was there for me through the whole planning process and was very supportive. Although I changed my mind and my dress a couple of times, she made everything work and always put me at ease. My flowers looked wonderful!

Helen is such a sweet woman who met with us any time I changed my mind, which was a couple :). She is very flexible and after hearing the mood I wanted at our wedding, was able to make it happen. The church and bouquets were better than I could have imagined. She is very reliable and everything just seemed to appear where it was supposed to be before it needed to even be there, without me every even seeing her! Helen is a fabulous florist with a well earned phenomenal reputation and I would recommend her to anyone!

Helen and her team did an amazing job with my wedding flowers and they also worked within my tight budget. THe flowers were more that i could have imagined and it was great working with Helen. She is just a wonderful and caring person. She also delivered everything on time and without issue. Will definitely work with her in the future.

Provided for me a beautiful set of flowers for my curtain and for my bridesmaids and groomsmen as well as for my tables and my flowers were beautiful! Highly recommended! They work with budgets, and are very kind in making your day beautiful!

Highly recommend this florist. We priced several others and they couldn't come close to her price and her service. She was so easy to work with and helped us cut corners to save money but at the same time provided beautiful centerpieces and decorations. They looked like we paid a fortune for them and really made the tables beautiful. You won't be sorry!

Absolutely loved my flowers. The florist did an excellent job picking out flowers that were perfect for me. the quality of the flowers were amazing. My flowers last me over a week after the wedding. Would use her again.

After meeting with Helen three times and changing what I wanted Helen was very patient with me. When I saw my bouquet and the floral centerpieces for the first time I was speechless they were so beautiful and better than I had expected. My bridemaids bouquet came out great. The colors definitily complimented their dresses and the groomsmens tuxes and their boutonnieres. I loved my bouquet it was a teardrop bouquet with phalenopsis, cymbidium and dendrobium orchids. It looked very elegant. A lot of my guests complimented me on my floral centerpieces. I could not have asked for anything better!

Helen is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about her. I had met her a few times at different wedding shows and knew she would be great to work with but I had no idea just how great of a florist she would be. When we had our meeting to pick our flowers a few months before our wedding (August in FL wedding) she was so honest and great to work with telling us the best flowers that would hold up in the FL heat. I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted but had some ideas. She wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive flowers she truly wanted me to get the best flowers. If I wanted a type of flower she would tell me that she could get it but they wouldn't look great b/c it wasn't the right time of year. I'm so glad she was so honest and truthful about what would look the best. She told me a particular type of flower wouldn't be good for that time of year so I chose something else - a friend of mine was getting married around the same time and had a different florist... she chose those flowers and I was surprised since Helen said they wouldn't look good and she was right. My friend was diasspointed in her bouquet the day of her wedding and didn't have a florist who was honest and wanted the best for the client. When my flowers showed up the day of our wedding, they were spectacular! All of the arrangements were full and beautiful. I had a bouquet of calla lillies and they were breathtaking!!! Besides Helen being amazing at what she does and so honest, the prices are so so affordable. I had heard so many things about how expensive florists are and it can break your budget by not planning for it and I almost fainted when I received the quote... it was so much under our budget that I was stunned. She is affordable, friendly, and a master at what she does!!!!

Working with Helen was a breeze. We only met twice to discuss my wedding flowers but it was enough for her to understand the theme, colors and type of flowers I wanted for my bouquets and boutonnieres. My bridesmaids and groomsman really enjoyed the purple died orchids over a peacock feather. Everything was just beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time. Would certainly recommend JH Designs!!

Helen did an amazing job on our wedding flowers! They turned out even better than I imagined! She even added a few things to my bouque to make it even more perfect as a suprise! Helen is a very organized, easy to get along with person who loves to make her brides happy. She knows her stuff...she has been doing it for a long time so sometimes its harder for her to see the new innovative ideas, but she will listen to you and do her best to perform. The flowers were beautiful for the reception and we were very happy with them. The flowers for the bridesmaids and groomsmen were also great. My bouquet, however, while looked pretty, was not what I had asked for so that was disappointing.
