  The experience I had with JewelsForMe.com has been nothing but wonderful for me. I spoke a lot of times to Sammy over the phone and over the email and he was always informative about the pieces I have been ordering. Gem quality is VERY good, and customer service is GREAT as well.The most important thing to me is that I can actually reach the company and speak to the same person about the ring before it even goes out to me. A few nice things were the free ring sizing and I was very satisfied with their warranty that insures your ring for 1 year. So if you have rhodium wear and your ring is scratched up and beat up by everyday use, they will replace it or fix the issue. When I first got engaged I was a size 6 but after dieting and exercising for the big day had gone down to a 5 1/4, I was so nervous as it was the end of May when I contacted them about this. Sam was right on top of it for me, I shipped it back to them on May 29 and had the ring back in my hands by June 5th, I was so scared about sending it back to them so close to the wedding but they promised me I would have it in time and the kept their word. Im sure I will be ordering from these guys in the future as they have exceeded my expectations on all three occasions that I have dealt with them in the last two months which proves to me that it wasn't just a fluke but they really do an excellent job at making sure that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend Jewels for me for anyone looking for any type of jewelry, My fiancee ordered a mens ring and for me my engagement ring and matching band for it, I loved how it is customizable which i found to be awesome as I wanted to get something special with our birth stones and they have it.

  Beautiful Custom Claddagh Engagement Ring

  Ordered an amethyst and alexandrite (our birthstones) claddagh engagement ring from Jewels For Me. It shipped in less than 14 business days and arrived 2 days after shipping. The ring is beautiful. It looks as pictured on the website and is petite but feels sturdy. The alexandrite's color change is gorgeous. It's purple with blue/green flashes when indoors in yellow lighting and changes to a blue/green with flashes of reddish purple in outdoor lighting. Couldn't be happier with this ring!

  My fiance wanted a non-traditional engagement ring and I was on a budget, so I did some research online and stumbled upon Jewels For Me. They had a wide variety of rings to choose from and you can customize everything from the metal to the gems on any given ring (and they have pretty much every gem you can imagine). Their prices are very reasonable, and the finished product was very nice for the price. I went with real rubies over lab created, and while they are a little foggy, they are very good quality for the price. I would recommend them if you are looking for something unique. The only thing I would change is I wish they had actual photos on their website of some of their products instead of just CG images, as the ring I got was very nice and would make a good example photo.

  The Ring I got from them was of superb quality, if slightly, and insignificantly, different from the one pictured on their site. Thier communication is not the best however, my initial inquiry went unanswered until I sent several e-mails, however once I had purchased the ring and had several more questions I got prompt response to all my communications. Due to some misunderstandings on my end, I had to exchange the ring for a different metal, setting up the exchange was a simple process, however after I shipped the ring to them, it sat for a full 5 business days between when UPS delivered the ring and when JewelsForMe acknowledged they received it. Only after I emailed them to ask if the ring would be done in time for an upcoming event did they tell me that they were closed for a time for the Holidays. It is understandable that they would be closed for this timeframe but professionalism dictates that they should've told me at the beginning of the process that there would be a delay in processing due to this closure, instead of after it was too late for me to do anything other than sit and wait. In conclusion I would recommend them, as their product is excellent, but would warn any potential customers to be careful that they're communication isn't always the best.
