Hiring Jessy was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Outstanding Day-Of Coordination by Jessy Events for Our Knanaya Catholic Wedding
We were truly blessed to have Jessy Events as our day-of coordinator for our Knanaya Catholic wedding in Phoenix. Choosing Jessy was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. She understood the cultural traditions, church flow, and family dynamics that make a Knanaya Catholic wedding unique, and she handled everything with so much professionalism and care.
Jessy kept the entire day running smoothly—from coordinating with the priest and church team, organizing the bridal party and family entrances, managing vendors, and keeping our timeline perfectly on track. She stepped in wherever needed, solved issues before we even noticed them, and made sure every detail reflected exactly what we envisioned.

She made our dream wedding come to life
We chose the Peace of Mind Wedding package, and she truly gave us peace of mind. With only three months to plan—contacting her in mid-July for our November 8th wedding—she made everything feel easy and calm. She was always available, helping us find the best vendors and guiding every step with so much patience.
What meant the most was her heart. She didn’t just plan our wedding—she prayed for it to go smoothly. That love and care stayed with us throughout the whole journey.
On the wedding day, I didn’t worry about anything because she coordinated everything perfectly. She even literally fed me breakfast so I wouldn’t forget to eat. And when I had a last-minute request the day before, she still found a vendor for me.

The Most Responsive Wedding Planner
Jessy was consistently available to us from the time we started her services till even weeks afterwards. Jessy went above and beyond the day of our wedding, by making sure there was extra support, getting us materials that we thought we had but we didn’t, and for even packing up my bridal materials at the end. I thought I had lost a bracelet that my husband had bought for me, which had a special memory, but Jessy made sure it was safely packed. There’s only so much two people can do to prepare ahead of time for a wedding and then even less the day of their wedding. Jessy truly was the support we needed and we were blessed to have her presence and support! She made sure we both enjoyed our special day and had the least amount of stress possible! Jessy, you were absolutely wonderful!! -

Professional & Personable Planner
It’s hard enough to plan a wedding, but to plan a wedding while I was living out-of-country was a whole other challenge. My husband and I were into ~ 6 months of planning before we hit a road block juggling everything amongst our other day-to-day tasks.
We heard about a number of planners as well as Jessy through word-of-mouth, met with everyone for that initial meeting to assess our needs and what they could offer, and we felt the most comfortable with Jessy. She exuded the type of confidence that only someone well-experienced could convey. The way she listened to where we were at and provided guidance on where we would need to get to - we felt she was just what we needed. And on top of that, I myself who does planning and coordination day-to-day as part of my career and with my A/C-type personality, it was difficult for me in general to trust someone else with one of the biggest events of my life.
Throughout the planning phases leading up to the wedding Jessy kept on top of everything, even calmed me through my neurotic episodes where I would often question every little detail and ask for things often out of this world. You could feel like she knew what you were going through. She served as the main point-of-contact with all our vendors and took that load off. She also offered suggestions on the vendors we hadn’t secured yet, and recommended vendors she herself was most comfortable would work well with our vision.
When the week of the wedding arrived, Jessy was fully involved and present. She was at the rehearsal and took full reigns. Her presence and professionalism immediately kicked into gear and I knew my day would be in good hands. On the day-of, Jessy really shined. She was there by my side from morning till reception close-out. Everything was on-schedule, as we had discussed. Since our guest count was high, she also had support staff. She was there to hear all my day-of concerns and communicated with the vendors for me since my emotions were high. She went above-and-beyond in so many ways, I couldn't even keep track. All I know was that I honestly couldn’t have done it without her and would highly recommend her services if you’re not just looking for an experienced planner/coordinator, but also someone who is understanding and down-to-earth. And that is something you should highly take into consideration especially on a day where your mind and focus is going in a million different directions but at the same time you are forced to remain calm, and look and feel your best - you’ll really need someone who can reel it all in for you, and that’s Jessy.

Jessy was my day-of coordinator and our wedding day would not have been the same without her! I knew how great she was to work with since was my older sister’s full time wedding planner.
From the big things to establishing a robust day-of timeline, and recommending last minute vendors to smaller things like helping me change to different outfits/pinning me up on my big day— she was always there when I needed her. Jessy made for a stress free day for me and my husband and allowed us to be present during the craziness of our wedding. What I LOVE about Jessy is she is the sweetest but also very firm which is an absolute necessity in a coordinator to keep things moving. Could not recommend her more she always goes above and beyond! -

I wish I was exaggerating when I say that my wedding simply would have been a disaster if we had not gone with Jessy J. Events. Through the entire planning process, she was confident and reassuring that our wedding would be a dream and she was so right. I could actually breathe during my engagement because of her and her control in this! Days before my husband and I's wedding, everything seemed to be falling apart—setup time, catering falling through, breaking centerpieces, missing charters, you name it! Jessy handled EVERYTHING. She took control of every situation, solved every problem, and only told me what happened after she had already taken care of it so I would not worry! Jessy overlooks no detail and gets. things. done. My wedding on April 20, 2024, was nothing short of magical, and I owe so much of that to Jessy J Events. Jessy’s incredible attention to detail, calm demeanor, and unparalleled professionalism made the entire planning process and wedding day a dream come true.
When we faced a major venue issue—something that could have easily derailed our big day—Jessy stepped in and handled everything with grace and efficiency. She not only reassured us during what felt like a crisis but also worked tirelessly to find a solution that exceeded our expectations. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. From being unsure of having a coordinator to feeling extremely satisfied with Jessy as our wedding coordinator, Jessy will be the first person we recommend to anyone. Jessy was on top of ensuring that we’d stick to our timeline of events and was quick on her feet when issues arose with other vendors who were unable to deliver. At one point, our decorator did poorly and allowed all of his decorations to fall. She and her team were on top of it, making sure we had nothing to worry about. She made sure every decision was run by us and she kept us well fed and comfortable throughout the day. We even received a ton of praise for Jessy from family members for things like sticking fallen boutonnieres quickly, doing an exceptional job with organizing friends and family for photo shoots, and communicating the wedding day plan effectively. Jessy really is wonderful at her job and we would recommend her to anyone who’s not sure if they would like a wedding day coordinator (or planner) in a heartbeat. -

Our wedding would not have been possible without Jessy and her team and we couldn't imagine a better planner for our big day! Jessy was by our side for every step of the process, starting from identifying vendors, coordinating calls, and handling site visits to sorting through all the last minute details and coordinating the day of. From the get go, it's clear that she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table because she can easily provide thoughtful suggestions and alternatives and thinks through the littlest details that only an experienced planner would consider. Throughout the planning process, she was communcative, responsive, and organized which is exactly what we needed to help pull off our wedding. She was always easy to reach and made herself available whenever we had questions or needed to talk. Where Jessy really shines is day of coordination! We had a lot of moving parts and logistics on the day of our wedding and Jessy was seriously on top of it all. It gave us such peace of mind throughout the day knowing that she was keeping us and our vendors on schedule so that we didn't have to stress about it too much. We did a lot of planning together beforehand to make sure everyone was up-to-speed on the day's events and we actually managed to follow the schedule to a T for our Hindu wedding ceremony which is usually unheard of! Jessy was also wonderful at kindly and calmly moving things along when hiccups arose. We had a few difficult vendors and Jessy displayed the utmost professionalism in dealing with any challenges that came her way. Booking Jessy as your wedding planner means you will actually be able to truly enjoy your wedding day. Jessy was honestly the best day of coordinator that we could have asked for. She made sure we were on schedule, made sure we ate and made sure we took the time to take some of our favorite photos. I had to change into 3 different outfits and Jessy was right there to help me with all of them, even with small things like pinning that honestly make a huge difference the day of. We also used Jessy as a planner and she really had so much knowledge of all the vendors in the area and I gave us great advice and negotiated rates on our behalf. Jessy has a kind yet firm hand when it comes to day of coordination which I think it needed on such long crazy days, she really helped to get our bridal party and family in order when it was needed. Would definitely recommend! -

Jessy you are AWESOME! Jessy was our Day-of-Wedding coordinator, but she wasn’t just that. I had ups and downs with my make-up artist, hair stylists and my dress company two weeks prior to my wedding date. Even though she was hired just to coordinate our big day, she didn’t just limit herself to that. She went above and beyond and gave her 110% to help me out with anything that I was going through. I still remember getting a phone call from Jessy and her telling me “do not feel like you are a burden to me, if you need help with anything, I’m here for you. Please let me know if there is I can do anything to help you." Ever since that day, I looked at Jessy as my partner. It made me feel like we are one team.
Jessy and her team were awesome on the day of our wedding. They made sure that the day just didn’t run smooth, but they also made sure that my husband and I got everything that we needed. Her and her team made us feel like a king and queen. We all want our wedding day to go prefect, but I just want to highlight this. We were all a great team to achieve that perfection. A wedding planner with the gift of foresight !
We can't thank Jessy and her assistant, Jamie enough for helping us with our wedding day! They worked tirelessly and seamlessly from one event to the other to make our day feel effortless. Time flew, as a wedding day often does, but Jessy helped that time fly by more swiftly and memorably.
From our meetings leading up to the wedding day, Jessy asked the right questions to help us organize our wedding day more effectively. There are little things in the wedding process that we did not even think to ask regarding time management and event organization.
On the day of our matrimony, Jessy was our rock when it came to keeping us on track with time or even pulling us a way from guests so that my wife and I could grab a bite together in the bridal suite and enjoy some quiet time. The day goes by so fast, and we are so grateful that she did that. She loves her craft and it shows!
Most of all, Jessy has a great attitude! She is professional, reliable, calm, poised, and transparent throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her because she will provide you with a peace of mind. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows in her work product.

She flew all the way out to San Diego with her assistant and took charge of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception to make sure all vendors and participants knew what they were doing and when. It made our special day stress free and it kept everything running so smoothly. A lot of people think its a good idea to just ask a few close friends to help coordinate odds and ends for the day, but if you want to enjoy the the most special day of your life and keep it going without disruption, it was so helpful to have someone that knows the wedding service, the reception, and the traditions very well to run point and keep you smiling all day. She was always one step ahead and knowing that she was on top of it put us all at ease. The last few days before the wedding is always hectic. During this time, Jessy helped find someone to attach a hair clip to my wedding veil, get our seating chart boards created, dropped it off to the reception hall, came to my house, arranged the items the photographers needed for photographs were in one place, and ensured I was at ease the morning before my wedding.
