You need WDE for your next event!
Booking WDE was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! We worked with Brooke for coordination and Courtney for rentals, and they were truly an incredible team. They were not only extremely professional and overall great at what they do, but they were also genuinely passionate about making our wedding day special and memorable.
Brooke kept us organized and on track with timelines/deadlines, offered insights and recommendations based on her years of experience in the wedding industry, answered all our questions in detail and a timely manner, and most importantly, she was reassuring that our wedding day was going to be nothing short of amazing. And she was right! Under her watch, our wedding day was seamless and stress-free (minus Mother Nature gifting us rain during our outdoor ceremony) and it wouldn’t have been possible without her. And Courtney just has a natural talent and eye for design—we had full confidence in her to take all the creative liberties. We were completely blown away by how she styled the entire venue with not only décor rented from WDE but also décor we provided ourselves. She thought of every detail with each inch of space she had to work with, and it all came together beautifully. We couldn’t have been happier!
We cannot recommend WDE enough to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planner/coordinator/designer. Please know, you absolutely won’t regret it! -

Booking White Dahlia was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning! We booked with them almost two years in advance, and they were so helpful and supportive from day one. Jess, our wedding planner, was absolutely incredible—we truly couldn’t have gotten through the day without her. She’s the kindest person, and you can tell she and her team genuinely love what they do. We also rented decor through White Dahlia, and they brought my vision to life perfectly. Wedding at Journeyman
So we had a vision to include some comfy headtable furniture and reached out to White Dahlia, and upon exploring their many options, found the perfect fit for our table! It was classy, cozy, and fit perfectly with our theme. They were very easy to work with, and didn’t even notice them coming or leaving! Very quick and efficient. I love White Dahlia so much. They went above and beyond to make sure our decor was perfect and our day went smoothly. They are very detail oriented, organized, and respond to our emails right away, even on days they are out of office! They also did us little favors (like dropping off linens for us or throwing in extra decor) to keep us from spending extra money. I truly felt calm and in safe hands the whole planning process and their help was WELL WORTH the money. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. -

White Dahlia created the perfect day!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica Smith and Courtney from the White Dahlia team for our wedding, and I can’t say enough good things about them. From the moment we started planning, they were the kindest, most professional, and incredibly skilled people we could have asked for.
They took away so much of the stress that comes with wedding planning and execution. Even on the big day, they handled everything seamlessly, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to Jessica Smith and the team. Our families and wedding party couldn’t stop praising them, and neither can we. I genuinely feel lucky to have worked with them and am actually a bit sad that it’s all over!
If you’re planning a wedding in the area, I highly recommend (demand) that you work with Jessica Smith and the White Dahlia team. Every interaction we had with them was perfection. They have a truly great company, and it shows in everything they do. -

Engaged? Next Step: Book White Dahlia
White Dahlia was absolutely necessary for our wedding! After the whole planning process and the wedding day Connor and I both agreed if there is one vendor you must have its a coordinator and that coordinator has to be White Dahlia. From booking Jessica and her team were AMAZING and even tho we switched main coordinators about 9 months before the wedding they made sure each and every one of our details and our vision was planned! The month of Jessica contacted each of our vendors to confirm details and she even helped us run our wedding rehearsal. Jessica was better than we could have ever dreamed of! Jessica, Courtney, Brooke, and Kelsey were all so so sweet and kind! They had smiles on their faces all day even while doing such tiring work. As the bride being able to relax and only worry about getting married was an absolute blessing! Their team was so responsive, helpful, professional, and kind. Their team was so on top of everything that I wasn't even worried when I hadn't heard from our venue to discuss details a month out from the wedding. I knew White Dahlia had it covered. And when our photographer told us three days before the wedding that they were only coming with half their team Jessica made sure to get everything worked out. Jessica helped us plan the most perfect day and if anything went away from the plan their team had it under control! White Dahlia is the way to guarantee a stress free wedding day so you can focus on your husband, guests, and having fun and not anything else! -

Wedding of our dreams
White Dahlia planned our 150-person wedding in Southwestern Michigan at Tabor Hill Winery. From the start, Jess and team took great care of us to reduce all of our anxieties and put the right plans in place for what turned out to be an amazing day. They laid out timelines, ensuring we were all clear on what decisions we had to make and when. Their local expertise was incredibly helpful -- they were able to recommend vendors ranging from transport to desserts, and even worked with restaurants to help facilitate our rehearsal dinner and after party.
As well, we didn't have a strong vision for the design of our wedding, and the White Dahlia design team helped us shape that vision, sharing examples and helping us determine color scheme, floral, and rental needs.
As the wedding got closer, their team leaned in further, even arranging a housecleaning for our home in Michigan that we were hosting pre-wedding events in.
We'd attribute the fantastic success of our day to their management on the day of the wedding! We were able to concentrate on enjoying our time with each other, friends, and families knowing that the little details were taken care of -- even when things didn't go exactly to plan.
We really enjoyed working with Jess and White Dahlia and would highly recommend them! -

Amazing Experience!!
We absolutely loved working with Courtney at White Dahlia Events! As a florist traveling two hours to a wedding venue, we felt calm and confident knowing that Courtney's organization and kindness would make the wedding go absolutely perfectly. Outstanding Experience!
Professional, outstanding experience from start to finish! Jessica and her team were truly amazing! We would not have been able to do it without them!
I knew with all of us being from out of town we would need someone to help have everything in order before we arrived. We would need someone to help decorate, make sure vendors were there, keep us on a timeline and most importantly make sure my daughters vision for her day was on point. Jessica and her team did that and more! If anything went wrong I spoke to Jessica and she handled it. I was able to focus on my daughters wedding and trust she would take care of everything that needed to be done behind the scenes! I cannot say enough, I think she did an amazing job!

Courtney at White Dahlia was so wonderful to work with! I had so many questions and went back and forth on how many of each item I wanted for over two years of planning, and she was always so responsive and kind throughout! The items we rented were exactly as pictured when we went to pick them up. Courtney was also very flexible with us on the dates/times for pick up and drop off. Highly recommend White Dahlia! -

White Dahlia truly made our day special
When my husband and I got engaged, I was already feeling overwhelmed and stressed with everything that needed to be done, and growing up in Southwest Michigan, I knew the competition and demand for wedding services is so high, and that everything needed to be figured out logistically and booked as early as possible. I also knew that I had several huge projects coming up at work that would require a lot of extra time, focus, and dedication during the months when planning would be most important. When we booked our vendor, they required a day-of coordinator and recommended White Dahlia. Knowing everything on my plate and seeing that they provided full planning services, we went ahead and hired them as our wedding planners. That was the best decision. Having someone to brainstorm with, narrow down the huge field with trusted vendor recommendations, and reach out and coordinate with those vendors make wedding planning much, much less overwhelming. Every step of the way, they truly took care of everything and celebrated my ideas and my wedding with me; they genuinely cared about my husband and my love story and were eager to support in every way they could. It was also so helpful for me to be able to ask questions or advice; we had a lot of kids at our wedding and they really helped us in figuring out how to keep kids entertained and parents happy with a wedding babysitter and provided some genius tips on how to keep track of the kids after dark, logistics that I wouldn't have even known to consider. The vendors they recommended were a great match, and I had no issues at all with any of them. I felt so well-loved and supported by my coordinator and the entire White Dahlia team, and the design they put together for the wedding day was beyond gorgeous, and I was so happy to have that trusted professional support and not have to pick individual flowers, napkin folds, etc. and worry about whether or not it would all come together. We received so many compliments from our guests on everything from the decor, lounge seating, and vintage glassware (such a big hit!), to "this is the most chill wedding I've ever been to." And it was; we actually got to enjoy our day rather than worry about details, hosting, coordination, etc. We had a fantastic time just enjoying our wedding as the guests of honor; how many brides or grooms get to say that? They even set aside appetizers and cocktails for us so we didn't miss out on any of the things we picked out and were looking forward to. I can't say enough good things, and I am so incredibly happy to have had a team that truly had my back throughout the entire process, and especially the day of. Even though the day would've been great no matter what (we were getting married!) I truly believe I was able to be fully present and enjoy my day so much more due to the hard work and assistance White Dahlia gave through the entire process. Thank you so much to such an incredible team for filling our wedding day with so much happiness. -

There are not enough words to describe how awesome this whole team is!! We used WDE for rentals and planning service. Courtney and Aubrey were incredible! Courtney helped us pick out the perfect rentals and she totally saw our vision. We truly felt like we received high quality service without being "sold" or talked into spending more than we needed to. Aubrey was our planner and our day simply would not have worked without her! She was so helpful, managed everything with ease, and was just fun to be around. Working with the WDE ladies felt like hanging out with friends!! You really cannot go wrong with these ladies and we cannot thank them enough for making our day perfect!! -

Absolute wedding must!
Courtney at WD was one of the BEST investments we made for our wedding day. She answered any question I had for over 2 years while I planned. She came to my rehearsal, set up all the decor, and on the day of she handled EVERYTHING. She truly made my wedding day stress-free and I couldn't be more thankful for her and her hard-work. I also rented items from WD that I would never use again (table numbers, card box, easel, etc.). They set it all up and took it all down. 1000/10 recommend! -

A great experience from beginning to end
We used white dahlia for our rentals the day of our wedding and everything was perfect. They have some really unique pieces, and we were able to create an ambiance that was both relaxed and comfortable but still felt elevated. Courtney was a dream to work with and was nothing but eager to help throughout the planning process. The holler back vignette is one of my absolute favorite things that we had at the wedding! -

Fantastic wedding planners
The White Dahlia team is incredible! The venue was a "destination" for both sides and working with a local team was crucial! We hired the Dahlia's for full service planning, design and rentals and we were incredibly satisfied. From early on, our planning coordinator worked with us on every detail and helped us stay on track, organized and focused. Jenna was incredible and she helped us coordinate every aspect of the wedding weekend. We were able to book wonderful vendors based on the team's experiences with vendors in the area. The design team, with Kelsey at the helm, helped us formulate the most beautiful wedding, along with its exectution. The entire team must be commended for their professionalism and amazing attitudes. We really loved getting to know the team. The rentals were just beautiful and the printed materials were great too. I would highly recommend the White Dahlia's!! They allowed us all to really fully enjoy the weekend!!! -

Camille was everything I could have asked for in a planner and more! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was as perfect as possible. She was super responsive and always available to answer any questions that I had (and there were a lot!). She also was super creative in helping us find ways to make our day exactly what we wanted it to be!
Everything we rented from them was BEAUTIFUL as well! And they have so much to pick from!

The Absolute Best!
White Dahlia Events truly put together our picture perfect wedding. From wedding rentals, day of coordination, and design and styling details we could not have imagine our day without them.
Jenna was my go to gal from the start. Always there to answer questions and follow up with vendors. The service they provide is every brides dream, taking away all the worry / stress. We had last minute changes to our guest list and Jenna and the team where there. They helped us change the escort cards and table layout making it seems like nothing happened. It was such a relief!
I would highly recommend Jenna and White Dahlia Events to anyone planning a wedding in the southwest MI area. They are the best! -

The best of the best!
Where do I even begin?! White Dahlia is the best wedding vendor out there. I had an initial call with Jess and knew I wanted to work with her and her team in some capacity for our wedding day. We decided to move forward with the Month of Coordination plus rentals and I'm so so so happy we did. Kelsey was so helpful with the rentals and turned our venue into a completely different and magical venue. Jess and Jenna helped during the rehearsal dinner and wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure the day ran seamlessly. Jess is so calm, kind, enthusiastic, and truly wants to make your wedding day so special. There are not enough words to truly thank her and her team for alll of their help to make our wedding day so special. Simply the best!!
White Dahlia was a godsend when it came to wedding planning and coordination! I can't even imagine trying to do it all without this incredible team! Courtney was SO fabulous and made the whole planning process such a breeze. Aside from planning / coordination, we also used them to rent linens, chargers, and the most amazing furniture and decor for our venue space. It all looked so beautiful! Not only was Courtney an absolute rockstar during the planning process, she made the rehearsal and day of the wedding so flawless. She was super organized and buttoned up and everything was executed perfectly. It rained HARD the morning of our wedding and I'll never forget Courtney being so reassuring and calming my crazy nerves. She went above and I am forever grateful! White Dahlia for the win!
My wife and I hired White Dahlia to help plan our wedding this October. Coming from a husband who originally thought we could do without this service, boy was I wrong. SO much goes into planning a wedding that you don't even think of. Thankfully Jen and her team were there to guide us in the right direction. Jen our planner/coordinator from White Dahlia was absolutely incredible. The White Dahlia team are wedding and events experts, they helped us plan and coordinate things I didn't even think of. We also were able to rent almost every decor/wedding item we needed from them. They bring it all to the venue and take it home with them on the day of, zero hassle for us! On the the big day they are superstars at coordinating who needs to be where and what other vendors need to be doing what and when. Leaving us to really enjoy ourselves and get the most out of our wedding day. I really cannot recommend them enough, we would have been lost without them. Best hire out of the entire wedding team. Worth every penny. -

Highly Recomend!
When we booked our venue at Tabor Hill, we also purchased a package that involved wedding coordination leading up to the wedding for decor set-up/break down, ceremony timelines, week before consultation, as well as other day of "to-do" conversations that I definitely didn't even think of until working with White Dahlia! Their entire team is kind, responsive, helpful, and truly want to help make your day as easy and enjoyable as possible. We worked primarily with Courtney and she is SO easy to communicate and plan with. A few months before the wedding we decided we wanted to do some decor rentals through White Dahlia and we are extremely happy we did. The rentals were definitely worth it. Courtney walked through the rental inventory at their WD property with us and helped make our decor visions come to life. I was all over the map with different ideas and Courtney was able to pull it all together for us to create the most beautiful touches on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Courtney was there to set everything up/break it all down at the end, help our ceremony run VERY smoothly, make sure guests proceeded to cocktail hour, all while checking in on how we were doing. Courtney is an asset to the White Dahlia team and I am so happy that she was part of our dream day! -

Dream Team!
These girls are the DREAM TEAM!!! I hired them as a wedding gift to myself and omggg am I glad I made that decision. These girls did everything as promised and them some. They held my hand through postponing due to covid, they replied to everyone one of my (semi-over-the-top) emails, they rolled with every last minute change, they made my vision come to life, they cleaned everything up at the end of the night AND packed out car for us!!! I seriously 1000% believe that we would have had a completely different wedding if it weren't for the White Dahlia girls. Forever grateful for them and would highly recommend them to anyone! P.S. Their rental selection is superb!!! Kelsey has fantastic vision! Renting our signature drink glasses was one of our favorite parts of the wedding! -

Highly Recommend!
Not wanting our families and guests to do anything but enjoy our special day with us, we decided that hiring a Day of Coordinator was what we needed. Jen and her team from White Dahlia made our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it run seamlessly (at least as far as I, the bride, know). Any hiccups that may have occurred, if there were any, were handled without my involvement being needed at all, leaving me and my husband to enjoy or day with our guests.
Having been laid-off for a while due to COVID shutdowns, I had lots of time to put together my vision for our wedding. White Dahlia took that vision and executed it more perfectly than I could have imagined!
When I was having an issue with vendor responsiveness with another vendor, Jen stepped in to help. They also took care of returning our rental vases to our florist the morning after our wedding so that my husband and I could just sleep in and not have to worry about anything.

Everyone needs a wedding planner/coordinator!
To be honest me & my husband had no idea what getting a month of coordinator would be like lol. I was one of my first friends married, but we decided to go for it and needed the extra help with our crazy schedules. And little did we know how much help it would be! Their team was AMAZING :) I talked to everyone on their team and worked directly with Jen, she was so sweet and amazing to work with. They helped take over the month before our wedding and confirm with all our vendors on times everyone needed to get there, layouts, making sure everyone was on the same page, set up, rehearsal practice etc. I also rented a few items from them (candles, sign holders, custom signs, and a sitting area). It was beautiful! I love all the rental options and they did an amazing job at communicating with us and answering any questions. They also helped pack up the car/bus at the end of the day which was SO helpful. Thank you guys so much-

The Best!!!
I cannot thank white dahlia events enough for making my wedding absolutely perfect! My fiancé & I were engaged for almost 2 years (thanks to covid) & they were there for us every step of the way! Courtney and Jen were with us on our wedding day & when I say they went above and beyond I truly mean it!! We had unseasonably warm temperatures as well as an unexpected downpour in the middle of our reception - at one point I remember looking over at Courtney & Jen soaking wet from trying to protect everything in our reception and they still had a giant smile on their face & asked ME if I needed anything! They were truly the best and made sure my wedding went smooth regardless of what obstacle came their way! -

Best Decision I Made for my Wedding!
I had an amazing experience with White Dahlia Events! Jess was the day of coordinator for my sister's wedding 2 years before mine. She did such a phenomenal job that she was the first vendor I booked for my wedding! I literally hired her before I found a venue! Both Jess and Kelsey are amazing humans and I'm so glad that they teamed up to create White Dahlia! Jess and Kelsey literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wedding day. From last minute changes, checking in with me, handling anything and everything, answering all of my millions of questions, getting me beautiful rentals and being so nice and easy to work with, they were absolutely amazing! You know you had a good wedding when 1) you didn't hear of any drama because Jess handled it all without you even knowing, and 2) Kelsey's team is working tirelessly on the day of to make sure it's pulled off exactly how you pictured it. Do yourself a favor and book White Dahlia today! It's the best decision I made for my wedding! I can't recommend them highly enough! -

If you are an out-of-state bride (or any bride), White Dahlia is a MUST. White Dahlia has been the best part of the wedding planning process. Being from Chicago, my fiance and I wanted to get married in Michigan, and White Dahlia helped us find vendors, get hotel blocks and were ALWAYS available to answer questions or help. I originally wasn't planning on having a wedding planner, but I could not have done it without them!
If you are on the fence at all about getting a wedding planner, you should, and it should definitely be White Dahlia! -

Jessica Smith of White Dahlia was Great!
After we first signed up with Jessica as our "week of" coordinator, we found out that she was going to be joining up with the White Dahlia service. While we were nervous that the change from working for her own individual company to a larger business may impact her ability to provide us with more personal service, it quickly became clear that we had nothing to worry about.
From the time we hired her through our wedding date in October, Jessica was consistently professional, responsive and knowledgeable. She showed great patience in putting up with our numerous requests for phone calls, and helped provide us with creative suggestions and vendor recommendations for our specific requests. In the rare instances when we had issues with any of our vendors, she was there to reach out to assist when needed and appropriate, as well as to brainstorm potential solutions. Throughout we felt that Jessica went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process.
Overall our experience with Jessica Smith and White Dahlia was incredibly positive, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get married within their range. If you're still reading this, go ahead and book her already as we loved working with her and her team! -

The vendor I would hire over and over again
Kelsey was an absolute dream to work with, and quite honestly I don’t think I could have put together the wedding without her. Her services were worth every penny, and she’s the one vendor I would hire over and over again. She has a talent for picking up the brides vision for the wedding day, and she builds upon it. She has a lot of experience, and a ton of amazing ideas. Her rentals are so beautiful, we rented long family style wood tables which she helped dress with eucalyptus garlands, gold tea lights, white flowers and pillar candles. She also helped install her beautiful silk flower arrangement on the tree that our ceremony took place under. During the entire planning process she was always just an email or a text away, we met in person multiple times to discuss the decorations and planning. She made me so calm and I could always depend on her. She had great vendor recommendations, and on the day of our wedding she did a great job keeping all of our vendors organized and she kept the day running smoothly. She led the rehearsal with the bridal party- and she led the procession on the wedding day. She even packed all the decorations my family left behind, and brought them to us the following day. She respects her customers and is a true professional. I could go on and on about how amazing her services are! If you’re a bride- you absolutely need Kelsey and her team in your life!-

Great experience with White Dahlia Events!
From my first phone call with Jessica I had that gut feeling that this was the team for me. She greeted me with enthusiasm, warmth and kindness and will make you feel like your wedding is truly special, unique and important. We received that same level of communication and feeling throughout our whole wedding planning process. We booked White Dahlia for month of coordination ( would highly recommend using them for full planning services – but were already booked at the time of our wedding) That being said – month of coordination was above and beyond what I expected. Jess and her team were always quick to answer our questions, help with vendor recommendation, and brainstorm with us well beyond our 1 month of services. Having them helping us with coordination and décor set up on the day of was so wonderful and truly took away so much of the stress for both myself and our families. We also partnered with White Dahlia, specifically Kelsey, on the design side of things and we were so happy to have this service available to us and not have to go elsewhere and add another vendor to our list. They had a beautiful selection of rentals ( we used their gold chivari chairs, some cocktail seating and tables and a ton of candles). Kelsey helps you not only pick out the pieces but provides a design vision board which is amazing. She even helped us at the last minute find bistro lights and set them up for our rehearsal party the night before. These 2 ladies and the team at White Dahlia not only have the heart for wedding planning but truly are experts in the industry. Book them for your wedding!!! -

Hire them!
Kelsey was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!!! I hired Kelsey and the WDE team for my big day in August 2019 and they were incredible. I was able to communicate with Kelsey months before the wedding and she helped with both small detail planning as well as big picture logistics. She went over and beyond my expectations and was willing to do whatever I needed, truly always making sure my wish list was achieved. I encourage every bride to hire the WDE team as they made the entire day a dream! -

Our Wedding couldn't have happened with out White Dahlia!
We truly believe we had the best wedding ever and this was all due to Jess Smith and her team at White Dahlia Events. From our initial call with Jess, we knew she was a must-have for our wedding! She listened patiently to our vision and gave advice on vendors and next steps. We enjoyed our catch up phone calls to keep on track throughout the process, we appreciated her honesty when she saw gaps. She was sympathetic during times of stress and knew when to take charge. She planned well with the other vendors as they gave positive feedback on how great she was to work. White Dahlia worked collaboratively with other rental companies to create our vision for a perfect evening. We had three events throughout our wedding weekend and White Dahlia went above and beyond to make each event special. Wedding planning is stressful but Jess and her team made it easy. Words can not express how amazing Jessica is! From the moment we first spoke with her (about 8 months prior to our wedding) up until wedding day she was readily available for all questions we had - anything from vendor recommendation, advice on decor, ANYTHING! Originally we booked Jessica because we wanted someone that could be a day of coordinator but liked that she also helped with logistics such as coordinating with the transportation vendor, etc. Jessica definitely went above and beyond the call of duty! She even helped me re-glue an eyelash that was falling off day off. From the moment we booked Jessica I have felt a weight lifted off and much less stressed about everything.
Jessica also always brought an energy with her and made you feel like you were the only bride she was working with. You can really tell she loves what she does! I would recommend Jessica to anyone in a heartbeat! You will NOT be disappointed! I wish I could give her 10/5 stars! -

We hired Jessica when we still had 5 months until our wedding and our only regret was not hiring her earlier!! We got married at Blue Dress Barn and she helped make the entire wedding planning process so easy. She has amazing working relationships with basically every vendor in that area so she had a ton of great recommendations of vendors that we ended up using. Every vendor we worked with that we told we were working with Jess raved about her and if we ever had an issue getting a hold of one of them, Jess would just shoot them a text / call to help us which was SO nice.
She was always so responsive either via text or email to ALL of the questions I had and was always willing to hop on a call to go over everything and make sure we were feeling okay with how everything was going. She reached out to all of our vendors prior to our big day just to make sure everything was all set which is just another example of how much stress she saved us!
The day of the wedding she was truly amazing. She was at our venue right on time to help set everything up and it looked even better than how we pictured it. She helped coordinate the entire day, making sure we were where we needed to be and that everything was going according to our schedule. At the end of the night, her assistant was so helpful in helping clean up and loading up cars with gifts / cards / and all of our decorations we had brought in.
Immediately after our ceremony she had my husband and I go into the bridal suite to just take a couple minutes to ourselves and relax before going back outside to our guests which was so needed and another special thing she does. She also made sure I had a drink in my hand :)
Jess - our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it couldn't have been possible without you! Thank you!!!

I think Jessica was the best decision we made in our Wedding process. We used her services as a day-of planner and I don't know what we would have done without her. At first we were concerned about putting down extra money for something we thought maybe our family could help do, but her service was worth every penny. We planned our Wedding in Michigan from California and were not the most prepared people out there. We flew in two days before the wedding and did not complete everything and didn't give her a laid out plan for where the decorations should go and she saved the day. I was so worried when I gave her everything the night before the Wedding. I was getting stuff out of the car and saying "oh, this isn't done" or "I don't know where this is going to go" and she said she was excited to figure that all out. She put together a beautiful display of our decorations at Sundance Studios and worked so professionally with all of our vendors, was there to help put fires out, made sure we got to enjoy the food we spent so much money on, and even help cure our hangover in the morning with Gatorade in our car. Thanks Jessica for helping make our Wedding Day so much less stressful and being our go-to person for our day! -

Where to start... Jessica is AMAZING! I needed someone last min (a month before my wedding) because it was a destination wedding and I realized I had no one to set up the barn (blue dress barn) the way I imagined. She contacted me back right away! She was available the day I needed her and gave me a few options of how involved I needed her to be... And was very detailed for each of her package options. I also found her to be reasonably priced even tho peace of mind is priceless! She was however the first person I called and thank god for that because I would never have wanted to work with anyone but her! ?? We met for lunch and did a walk through of the venue together. She was the sweetest and most generous person. I knew I had nothing to worry about and that she would bring my vision to life making this important day as perfect as I ever dreamed! She ever snapped a few amazing pics of the barn and me seeing the barn for the first time that my Photograoher didn't even capture. She's truly amazing and this is her passion! Not just a career. That makes all the difference. -

Hiring White Dahlia Events for the Full Service Planning was a mistake
We hired Jessica once we started wedding planning to ease some of the planning off us and to have assistance on the day of the wedding. Months leading up to the wedding, we never heard from Jessica - unless I reached out with a question. I expected her to check in periodically, especially for the things we should be planning from month to month.
The description said that they "would be there every step of the way" and truthfully, our wedding felt like an afterthought to Jessica. The two vendors we trusted her with booking and coordinating were the two vendors that had issues. We ended up having to take over to confirm everything would run smoothly the day of the wedding. I asked Jessica for a day-of timeline and it was missing a lot of key events. The knot website has a much more detailed timeline and other wedding planning tools, which are free. Jessica arrived late to our onsite consult and was writing down our wedding information, like vendor names, even though I had previously provided that information to her twice. She seemed as though this was all new information to her, not like we had been in communication for 6 months. The week of the wedding is when she asked for a ceremony timeline and other important details for the day-of. Asking the bride to provide this information the week of the wedding, when she had months to prepare, was another example of how our wedding came across as an afterthought to Jessica.
The day of the wedding she did not follow the seating chart I provided and had the wrong amount of table settings at 6 of our tables. This resulted in our caterer charging us for the extra plates that we did not have guests assigned to. I also confirmed with Jessica which vendors needed a plate and she did not provide the correct information to me. This resulted in the caterer charging us more for the added vendor plates. None of this was brought to my attention on the day of the wedding when we could have corrected it. Rather I had to deal with it after returning from the honeymoon.
If you are going to book White Dahlia Events I would suggest just booking the day-of coordination. The Full Service Planning was a waste of money and provided nothing the knot planning website could not do above and beyond for free. This was the only vendor that treated us like our wedding was of little importance to them. I don't want someone else to experience the same frustration and disappointment that resulted from booking this service. -
