Jessica was the best!
My 11-month experience working with Jessica was truly exceptional. She carefully brought my vision to life, creating an event that felt both unique and timeless, filled with vibrant pops of color, meaningful personal touches, and unforgettable “wow” floral moments. I never once had to stress about vendor selections or communication—Jessica seamlessly managed every detail.
She brings a creative yet warm and personable approach to the wedding world that makes the entire process enjoyable. Even now, I continue to receive compliments on how beautiful and distinctive our event was. And honestly, I wish Jessica were my friend in real life! -

I can’t thank her enough.
Jessica has such a great eye for detail, excellent ear for listening, huge heart for compassion and she always knows the right words to say.
The vendors I personally spoke with all remarked how wonderful she is to work with.
From A to Z, Jessica was hands on in bringing us the most cool, creative, stylish, different ideas.
She really paid close attention to our tastes, wants and needs. I can’t imagine pulling this off without her guidence.
Since our wedding, I have heard countless remarks from our guests regarding how much fun they had.

Jessica made our wedding dreams come true!
I highly recommend Jessica Rourke and her wedding planning team! I stumbled upon Jessica’s Instagram account after my now-husband and I got engaged and booked our venue, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else! She understood my vision before I could describe it, and she brought it to life. Her calming and confident energy permeated our wedding planning process, which reassured me, a Type-A bride. She is poised and comforting, and she knows when to crack a joke to lighten the mood. Her vast experience working in the wedding industry meant she helped me through every step of the planning process. Her attention to detail was unparalleled: she recommended the most stunning bridesmaid dresses; worked with our florist to design spectacular arrangements and bouquets; and even selected a particular lace overlay for our tables to accomplish the dreamy, classic vibe we envisioned. She also coordinated the unglamorous details like renting transportation from three separate vendors, managing the chair and linen rental orders and deliveries, etc. She knows the best vendors, and she works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure her weddings run smoothly. Our wedding was truly breathtaking. I know Jessica and Shana are to thank for our magical, perfect day going off without a hitch. I absolutely recommend Jessica Rourke for all your wedding planning needs! -

Jessica Roarke is the finest young businesswoman and planner I believe I have ever met. Jessica planned my fourth daughter’s wedding. It was a destination for all involved, our family farm in the mountains of North Carolina.
I knew from the minute we met Jessica that she was going to be the perfect planner for this special occasion. You can’t help but love her, she is genuinely kind, listens attentively, and in all situations is calm, composed and thoughtful. And, its not a mask or armor she dons, it is Jessica’s remarkable heart.
Our planning meetings in western North Carolina were not exactly convenient travel but she was flexible and enthusiastic none the less. She was always prompt and prepared and presented us with an agenda ahead of time so that we could be prepared also. My daughter Mary and I are the sorts with wandering minds you might say, Jessica would make us all laugh and pull us back on course. Planning was flawless.
Jessica has a corral of amazing vendors and they all clamor to work with her because it is such a joy to be on her team. We loved every one of them, total satisfaction.
The wedding execution presented us with some challenges beyond human control.
First, Covid hit. The rural location dictated air travel for all. As the bride and MOB panicked, Jessica maintained her composure through each delay, negotiating and renegotiating time and again. She was a champion for us and I believe each vendor felt they were a winner. All were happy with her and enthusiastic about the event.
Then, the weekend of the wedding, when it finally happened, the weather was quite a challenge. Heavy storms with strong wind and rain, took the tents down while the family was off property hosting the welcome party. Again, Jessica was a star. She managed the vendors and kept them safe, managed reconstruction and had a smile on her face. Setup wedding day presented some of the same challenges, yet again she orchestrated the setup in the rain with a smile on her face. Every detail was perfect! Jessica made the day and evening so flawless we were celebrating the opportunity to dance in the rain.
Jessica is amazing, I absolutely love her, and we are all truly grateful! -

Jessica is a dream wedding planner
After hiring an initial wedding planner, it was clear they were not the right person to build a venue on my family's farm for my wedding. So we were given a glowing recommendation to work with Jessica.
I cannot say enough kind things about my experience with Jessica. She truly was able to build out a gorgeous wedding on my family property - all with a smile! Something that is difficult to do!
My dream wedding came to life because of her experience, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the process! My husband and I nicknamed her "Mary Poppins" because of how kind and thoughtful she always was.
Building a wedding on a family property is very difficult because you have to figure out electricity, bathrooms, walk ways, coordinating vendors, literally building the tent and floor - and she made it look easy. She created detailed timelines for the vendors and for me on the wedding day, and was extremely organized. Everything went extremely smoothly and my husband and I were actually able to enjoy our own wedding!
She was so amazing, that my recently engaged friends were asking for her card at our wedding. One of them just used her for her wedding at Old Edwards and that too was a true success!
There are a lot of hard choices to make when planning a wedding, but hiring Jessica is an easy one. My sister isn't even engaged yet and knows Jessica will be planning her wedding.
She takes your vision and brings it to life, even better than you could have imagined it. My husband and I are eternally grateful to her for the once-in-a-lifetime wedding she was able to plan for us.

I think it's rare for a bride to have the opportunity to see their future planner's work ahead of time. For me, I was lucky enough to see Jessica's work at one of my best friend's weddings. Her wedding was stunning, but more importantly, it was executed flawlessly, from start to finish. My friend's entire family RAVED about their experience working with Jessica, so when we had the opportunity to work with her, it was a no brainer.
When planning a wedding, there are a few things that are key factors to keep in mind when finding your perfect planner: 1) someone who will collaborate on the design, and bring unique ideas to the table, 2) someone who respects your budget, 3) someone with a strong working relationship with amazing vendors, 4) a hyper-organized person, and sometimes overlooked 5) someone who can navigate the stresses the bride often endures with grace and patience. Jessica exhibits all of the above listed qualities and so many more. She's responsive, creative, organized, and kind. She has formed strong relationships with amazing vendors and works well with all involved parties. Jessica worked to keep us on schedule and my mom and I looped in at all times. As we got closer to the wedding, we had weekly meetings to go through remaining action items and talk about any late-breaking changes. When we had last minute guest changes/cancellations, she handled the updates efficiently and made sure to update impacted vendors (like food and beverage). Even after the wedding was over, she would email us to make sure we’d seen the email from our photographer with our sneak peek photos! Day of, we ran on-time (even ahead of schedule sometimes!) and it was cool, calm and carefree for both me and my mom. She had everyone in the right places, kept us all on track, and had full control of the day.
The last thing I’ll mention is her kind spirit, which I already touched on briefly. Jessica is legitimately so, so kind and exudes a calming yet confident energy about herself. We always knew that she had things under control, and if there was a point where she felt stressed, I literally never would’ve known! Like Marie Kondo says, find the things that bring you joy; it was an absolute JOY and pleasure to work with Jessica on our wedding.
Jessica is truly an incredible planner and I will always recommend her to any newly engaged couples. She went above and beyond. Her passion for weddings and helping to create special moments for her couples is so apparent, and it translates in to how she executes weddings. She’s the best!!! -

Jessica Rourke is the ULTIMATE professional!
Our daughter chose Jessica after a referral from a friend. From our first interview, we knew Jessica was the best person to help us plan the perfect wedding! Jessica understood our daughter almost immediately, and our rapport was calming from day 1. We were planning during Covid, so there were so many extra issues to consider and provide for. Jessica handled everything like it was "normal". We all knew it wasn't! She assisted our daughter and son-in-law with choosing vendors based easily from her grasp of what they both hoped to have while keeping our budget in mind. The last 2 weeks were intense with sudden changes and additions. Again, Jessica adjusted and created ways to help us all adjust. Our daughter and son-in-law have thanked us over and over for the wedding of their dreams. I can't thank Jessica enough for guiding us to be able to provide this for them! -

Jessica was truly one of the best and most essential parts of my wedding. From the start she was there to help curate all 1000000 of my ideas and keep me focused on what was important and would make the biggest impact. She is a planner but most importantly a designer. I love that she helped me plan a wedding that was full-heartedly our personal, quirky style while keeping it thoughtful and timeless. Her focus on the goal and the small details was the biggest relief!
My wedding venue unexpectedly changed a couple weeks before my wedding and Jessica truly saved everything. Despite the upset of the venue change, my wedding was even better than I could have pictured it! She spent hours changing floorplans, contacting vendors and restyling to make sure not a single thing looked last minute. I couldn't be more thankful for all she did to execute my *perfect* wedding! -

Jessica Rourke- The Best of the Best!
Jessica not only brought my vision to life, but she helped me to verbalize the ideas I had in my head. As someone who struggles to explain myself, she spoke my language and was able to help me get my thoughts organized. Jessica is literally a dream to work with and she spent over 2 years working with my mom and I (thank you COVID)... the fact that she stuck with us, booked and re-booked vendors THREE TIMES, says it all.
She is so detail oriented and on top of things, but also SO personable and fun. She is the perfect mix between someone who can execute professionally and be your friend on the most special day of your life. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Seriously, she got to know ME so well which made the details she brought to life even more meaningful and special. I was honestly so sad that the wedding was over for many reasons, but the biggest was because I was done working with Jessica! -

As a couple you are so excited, you are engaged and your wedding day is coming. Time to plan, think creatively, make it special, but with COVID and family situation you have 8 weeks to make all that come together at a location no one lives in… we were recommended to an amazing person and planner, Jessica Rourke. We meet with her, she asked thoughtful questions to get to know us and understand what success looks like for us and we instantly made a trusted connection. Needless to say she worked miracles to organize and bring to life the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception each in their own spectacular manner. We could not have done this without her, our family and friends said it was truly magical and for us was everything we wanted to start our life together… -

Jessica is the absolute best. After having worked with her and watching her seamlessly weave together other bride’s special day, I knew I couldn’t do it without her! We had an out of town wedding, and she helped streamline everything with our vendors and gave me a peace of mind for our wedding day that I can’t even imagine going without. I have friend in the wedding industry and when it came time to choose a wedding coordinator, I reached out to her for suggestions. She told me that hiring a good coordinator is SO important and your other vendors will thank you for it. She could not have been more right.
Her immediate suggestion was Jessica Rourke. I reached out and within a day, Jessica had gotten back to me and set up a call to talk through what we needed.
Between my friend and I, the planning part of the wedding was taken care of and we just needed a coordinator for the day of. Jessica was so much more than that though - she basically takes over everything the month of.
My situation was even more unique because I caught a stomach bug and was in the ER the night/morning before my wedding getting pumped with fluids and meds. I'm usually a type A person who would have been checking in on everyone throughout the day to make sure people were where they needed to be and when. Being sick/tired on my wedding day didn't allow me to do that. But Jessica was already on top of EVERYTHING. Not a single thing throughout the entire day was out of place. Her team checked in with me constantly throughout the reception to make sure I had what I needed and the day was beautiful despite our health. Thank you Jessica! -

Jessica Rourke is the best decision that I could have imagined for my event. I have been in the wedding industry for 7+ years and currently work in management for consulting firms - she was able to surpass my expectations on managing a 650 person event.
Jessica took the effort to learn how a Sikh wedding works from understanding the details and learning all the norms. I have met 15+ planners all across North America, Jessica did a much better job than those who focus on only Sikh/Indian weddings.
Jessica took on the challenge of managing 650+ guests but was able to run the entire wedding with no hiccups at all. Guest planning and management is no easy task, but Jessica and her team were honestly wonderful.
Her strongest trait is the care and thought she puts in. Jessica maintained a very professional and friendly relationship with us, but what really stood her apart was the love she dedicated to our wedding. She genuinely cared for our well being and the overall happiness of the event. Coming into this planning phase, I had very high expectations of my planner, but honestly, I would recommend Jessica to anyone within or outside of South Carolina for any cultural wedding - she can do it all. We cannot thank her enough.

Jessica Rourke was the day of coordinator for my wedding day. She and her team did an incredible job. Jessica created a schedule for the night, walked me through it before hand to make sure I was comfortable and then executed the schedule of the wedding night perfectly. I am so thankful for the time and effort Jessica put in to make sure my wedding night was the best night of my life! I would highly recommend! -

Made experience easy, fun, and my wedding perfect!
On May 11, 2019 I walked away from the most perfect day of my life, my Charleston destination wedding. That day would not have happened if not for the coordination, artistry, patience and many other talents of Jessica Rourke. Jessica and I started our journey 18 months before my big day. She carefully selected venues and vendors who received so many compliments from my guests. In fact, I had several guests state, " THIS IS THE BEST WEDDING I HAVE EVER ATTENDED!"
A wedding obviously can not be a success without the right venue and vendors, however it is Jessica ability to see you for who you are that is her greatest gift. Her vision to make the wedding my own was spot on. So many of my family and friends said this wedding speaks of who you are. Jessica took the time to get to know me and plan a wedding that was "me". She matched her beautiful vision to represent who I am. She listened to me, understood me, was compromising when I said no and made suggestions I would have never thought of.
Finally, Jessica is one of the most easy going individuals to work with. Her calmness through the entire process was impressive including whether to order a tent at the last minute (which we did not and it worked out perfect) or securing the correct venue in the ever so popular Charleston area. You can see through her relationship with her vendors how much she is respected in the industry. Jessica clearly loves what she does and takes extra care to make your day just that "your day".
My mother and I would highly recommend Jessica for your wedding. Book soon because she fills up fast. -
