  Amazing all around!

  Working with Jessica was an absolute dream! I researched different photographers within my area and budget, reaching out to quite a few. Out of all of the photographers, Jessica was hands down the best communicator and most proactive! Even while I was upfront about still researching photographers, she offered and called me to walk me through the ins and outs of a wedding photographer. She was SO helpful and kind. Fast forward to our engagement photo sessions, we had to rescheduled due to severe thunderstorms in the forecast, but it was seamless to figure out a new time. The beach we used was absolutely packed, but she made us, and our dog, feel comfortable and at ease as if we were the only people there. On our wedding day, she continued to impress us by taking tons of photos from getting ready time through almost the end of our reception! Even our best man commented that he’s never seen a photographer stay so late or be so involved in all of the action on the dance floor. The pictures are unreal from the whole day! Needless to say. throughout the entire process, she was professional, a great communicator, invaluable asset for planning and a pivotal component of expertly capturing our wedding for us! We HIGHLY recommend Jessica for anyone looking for an amazing person, professional and photographs to last a life time!

  Jess, her husband and their assistants were/ are absolutely AMAZING!!! Her husband is now a videographer and that was a great add on for us! They work great together! Jess was so easy to work with starting from day one! She was responsive, detail oriented and knowledgeable all throughout the planning process. She had us send vision shots ahead of time which is great! Day of she arrived on time and was very efficient in her details shots and getting ready shots. When it came time for bridal party shots and first look Jess made the timeline flow seamlessly and organized everything with ease! She definitely knew what she was doing and would reorganize pictures for ideal lighting! As the ceremony and reception continued on she continued to organize shots with ease while not feeling like we were taking pictures the entire night! I cannot wait to see the pictures! Thank you so much Jess!!

  Jessica was absolutely amazing!

  Such a wonderful experience having Jessica capture our special day! She made it very comfortable for two people who really don’t enjoy getting their pictures taken. She went above and beyond and would recommend her and will be using her in the future for sure!

  Jessica was AWESOME to work with!!

  Jessica was lovely to work with! My best friend is a photographer, and so finding the perfect person to stand in for Arlyn while she was my MOH, was a tall order. We spent hours searching for the right person within our budget. Jessica was incredibly understanding and responsive when we had to make the tough decision to postpone our wedding due to covid. She checked in with us as needed throughout the year change. She arrived early on our wedding day, dressed to impress, and worked her butt off all day. She and her second shooter did not stop. We had a huge outdoor wedding and we had a lot of big group photos we really wanted to make happen. Jessica didn't bat an eye. She made it all work with ease! She was kind, prompt, fun, and totally on top of the timeline. She made me and my husband feel at ease. She took her time making sure all of our bridal party were looking their best - reminding guys to take wallets out of their pockets, take off sunglasses, stand tall etc. She made this really overwhelming experience so much fun. She had to take charge of a massive group, and she did so with ease, kindness, and respect. I can't wait to see her finished products. I've been following her on instagram for years, and her final products are always so incredible. Thank you Jessica for such an awesome experience!!!

  Beautiful shots, highly recommended!

  Jessica's photos are so beautiful! Exactly what we wanted of our special day! She did a great job both with the group shots we wanted and also creating some beautiful artful shots on the beach/using the veil which are just amazing. We had some trouble since the sun was shining right at our wedding party during the photos, but you would never know it from the results. Jessica is also very professional and communicative, both before the wedding and afterwards as she was working on editing. Highly recommend!

  Amazing and Very Talented!

  Jessica was a pleasure to work with! We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her as our photographer. She spent two months leading up to our wedding to get to know us and learn about our preferences. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and when we received our photos they blew us away. Working with Jessica was a pleasure, and she was able to capture our wedding perfectly.   So happy with her work!

  I cannot say enough positive things about Jessica. We are using her for all of our wedding photography needs. Our engagement photo shoots were nothing short of magically as she captured our love, but also the beautifully scenery as well. The photos were so good I couldn’t decide which one to use for our save the date. Then our big wedding was postponed due to COVID, so instead my (now) husband and I decide to elope instead. It was stressful enough having to deal with planning a wedding due a pandemic but Jessica was very accommodating. Jessica managed to make my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera.   Jess is incredible! She’s the most amazing photographer I’ve ever seen/worked with, I’ve been in at least 4 weddings in the past 2 years. AMAZING!

  Choosing Jess as our photographer was the best decision we ever could have made! Her and her husband Victor are absolutely AMAZING, both as individuals and professionals. They make you so comfortable. We haven’t even had our wedding yet, but I had to leave a review on here because she is just perfect. So far we’ve only done our engagement photos with her, but every single picture that came out was amazing (see some below, hard to choose when she gives you thousands of photos)!! She did half of our engagement shoot in Boston during the summer, and the other half during the winter at Tower Hill Botanical Gardens. How many photographers do you know that would bend over backwards for you. Ugh she is just so amazing. We can’t wait until she captures our special day! Jess actually wants to get to know her clients, she gets to know you on a personal level and makes you so comfortable to be around her.
  
  Jess is absolutely amazing at what she does. She knows what she’s doing and performs her job with passion. She makes you so comfortable, even when you have an audience watching.   The Best Photographer!!!!

  Jessica was just amazing to us. We had to change our location in the last minute due to the rain. She was very cooperative and supportive! We rescheduled another session just for the beach photos and it was an amazing experience. The photos are simply beautiful and exactly what we wanted, so we were lucky to have her take our family photos two months after our wedding. Cannot wait to see those!

  Say YES to Jessica Muniz Photography

  Jessica was an absolute doll! We chose her to photograph our wedding back in December, after seeing her work online and we couldn't be more pleased. From the very beginning when we reached out, she honored our wishes and was always exceptionally accommodating. During our wedding reception she was actively taking pictures without being intrusive. She made a lot of nice suggestions and also followed through when we requested anything. She didn't miss any actions, which we were so fortunate for because our families and friends were so entertaining all night haha. All with a big smile on her face! We will be having a photoshoot with her in June and we couldn't be more excited. Thank you so much Jessica!

  Best Day Ever

  My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Jessica Muniz. Even though we had a very small and privet wedding we wanted to capture every moment of it. My biggest concerns were that no photographer would agree to come because we decided to get married pretty much 3 weeks before the actual wedding date....but Jessica came to the rescue and saved the day... even though her busy schedule she did the impossible to make this happened not only because she is an absolute professional but as a woman she knows how important this day is for every bride. Everything went well from the beginning to the end, she made everyone feel comfortable and special while she was doing her job around us, she is a very easy going person and such a sweetheart and at the same time an absolute professional and 100% focused on what she was doing...not to tell about the pictures...they came out AMAZING and we couldn't be happier with the final results. I am not sure if it's a propriate to talk about money, all I can tell that you will not find a better offer, Jessica Muniz is an example of people that not only work hard for what she receives but the passion that she does it whit makes her worth even more!!! Thank you very much Jessica for the amazing job and for making our wedding day one of the most memorable for our family!!!

  Our Cape Cod wedding in Falmouth

  Jessica was very easy to communicate with from Texas to our destination wedding in Cape Cod. She is prompt and professional. She was super nice and is very good at what she does.   Absolutely overjoyed!!!

  Jessica is so talented and creative! We had so much fun with Jessica as she took our wedding pictures a year after our wedding! The photographer we choose for our wedding gave us grainy, dark, out of focus pictures and for a year we’ve been heartbroken over those. Thanks to Jessica we finally have pictures we can print out!

  Could not be better

  Jessica was great on our wedding day. She met me (the bride) an hour before the wedding, took photos of the whole process, pre&during the wedding, couple photos, family photos, dancing photos and guest photos. The results are beautiful beyond what I hoped for. We received a very stylish flash disk two weeks after the wedding with all of our wedding guests, dancing scenes, food, all the tiny details. She did not need any instructions of what we want but also was very accommodating if we had a request. She is also VERY affordable! I could not recommend her more.

  I found Jessica through a local wedding group on Facebook. Once I did my research on her Instagram and had her send me a portfolio, I was sold! My husband and I met with her to ensure we would get along with her. Jessica is incredibly sweet and professional. Even after having to postpone our wedding, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure she was flexible and prepared for our day! She had never been to our venue before, so made sure to meet up with us there to see the location before shooting there. Our photos are PERFECT! We have received so many compliments.

  Upsetting experience

  This was a traumatic experience for us. We booked Jessica for the full package. Jessica hung the wedding dress on the fire sprinkler and triggered it. This sent ~24 gallons of water per minute over the bride, the dress, and the entire bridal party. The makeup and hair stylists had to completely redo many members of the bridal party since they got wet. Because of this we didn't get the morning photos we wanted. To be honest, the start of the day was terrible because of Jessica hanging the dress. Our family photos were taken on pavement in a church parking lot. For perspective, the reception was on the beach. When we asked whether the parking lot would be visible, we were assured it would be blurred out. However, you can clearly tell that all of our pictures are in a parking lot. All candid photos throughout the wedding day were haphazardly composed, and we did not get pictures of all the guests. Our package included an engagement shoot, and it took 8 weeks to receive those photos. Additionally, the wedding photos were not delivered on time. It took 16 weeks to receive them, 6 weeks late. Jessica only reached out to apologize after we posted a review - 6 months after our wedding. She did offer us a refund but never followed through. Ultimately, she rescinded the offer and did not give us a refund because we would not sign her NDA. It came off as insincere and disingenuous. We chose Jessica because her pictures looked nice online, and, at the time, she was more affordable than several Cape Cod photographers. In the end, she has been unprofessional throughout this experience, and we wish we had gone with an experienced photographer.

  I want to start by expressing my sincere apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred in the morning. I understand how frustrating that must have been for the bride and wedding party. That's why I offered a full refund as a way to make it right.
  
  This review came out as a shock to me. When I apologized for what happened on the wedding day, I was treated with nothing but understanding, respect, and kindness. It seemed like there were no issues to be addressed at the time. I only learned of their true feelings after the review was posted. In an effort to make things right, I offered a full refund.
  
  Thankfully no one else got wet besides me and one of the bridesmaids who helped me retrieve all the items out of the room quickly. Although the wedding dress did get wet, it didn't get damaged. The bridesmaids were able to dry it out with a hairdryer while getting ready before the ceremony. Despite having a rough start in the morning, we were still able to take getting-ready photos. This incident did not affect the rest of the wedding day.

  Regarding the family photos, the couple specifically requested that they be taken at the church, and their priority was to attend their cocktail hour. Time was a crucial factor, and we had to make a quick decision. The only location with adequate lighting was outside the church. We couldn’t take the photos inside as we were trying to avoid guests exiting the church and creating a "greeting line" that would have delayed the photos and timeline. Additionally, the church had its own schedule to follow. Moreover, the church (in Orleans) was located 25 minutes away from the reception venue (Wellfleet), and considering the summer traffic on Cape, we had to ensure that we stayed on schedule. We believe we made the best decision given the circumstances that were presented to us at that moment.

  We understand that capturing photos of all guests is important to our clients. However, despite our best efforts, it can be a challenging task as we do not have control over the movements and preferences of people. For example, some guests may have stepped away or left early, or may simply not wish to have their photo taken. While we strive to capture candid moments of guests during the reception, our priority is to ensure that we capture all the formalities, such as the first dance, toasting, and cake cutting. Overall, we delivered 1300 photos of the entire day.
  
  Our delivery time for final photos is typically 8-12 weeks. However, 2022 was not an average year for the wedding industry, with many postponed weddings and high demand due to the COVID situation. Unfortunately, I had health issues during that time as well, which contributed to the four-week delay. To show our appreciation for our 2022 brides who had their galleries delayed, we offered a free 20x16 canvas as a gift.
  
  As someone who has been in the wedding industry for seven years and has done over 150 weddings, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our team's goal is to continue to improve our services for future brides, and we appreciate your understanding and feedback.
