I wish I could give 1000 stars to Jessica Manns Photography! Haven't even gotten my official sneak peak from my wedding on Saturday, but from what she showed us, I know its going to be absolute ***MAGIC***. Jess is an absolute delight. She calmed me down when I was stressed about some delays on the day of, she was supportive, helpful, communicative, FUN, professional and honestly felt like a long lost friend to me and my husband. Not to mention that our engagement session was FIRE. We put our trust in Jessica Manns Photography to capture one of the most important days of our lives and I am so happy that we did. Look no further. Jessica Manns Photography is 10/10. -

If you are looking/thinking about doing a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift for your future husband, I highly recommend contacting Jess Manns!!! Jess was easy to communicate with via email, responded quickly to emails, made me feel comfortable during the shoot, and was just so down to earth. I was SOOOOO happy with how my photos and book turned out. And my husband definitely enjoyed it too! I went with Jess’ package that included hair and make-up, as well as getting to pick the location of the shoot. I strongly recommend this package if you’re not good at doing your own hair/make-up like myself or if you want to do an outdoor photo shoot like I did! You really can’t go wrong with picking Jess to do your boudoir shoot!!!! -

Amazing!
JESS!!!!!! Let's just say that she was AMAZING to work with. Not only is she an amazing photographer that knows how to capture the most perfect ray of sunlight but she is a beautiful human. From the first day that we talked it was like I knew her for a lifetime. She was so easy to work with for our engagement session and really helped guide us through poses and help us get comfortable. Our original wedding date got cancelled and we changed it 2 more times. Jess was more than willing to make sure we got our perfect day and really did everything to ensure that the day of our wedding. Her and her second photographer, Lauren, were so much help and really made taking pictures fun and easy and we really enjoyed spending the day with them. Jess sticks to a timeline which allows the whole day to run smoothly without having to worry about forgetting to get certain portraits done. She is very professional and knows exactly what the wedding day/experience is like, so I trusted her opinions on what we should do or how we should schedule things. With all of the stress of COVID, Jess made this process much easier by just being supportive and communicative. I can't wait to work with you again!!! -

Jessica (Jess) Manns is the real deal from booking to receiving our photos and everything in between. Jess encouraged my husband and I to just be ourselves throughout the entire process and got the most genuine photos of all our special moments. She takes the time to get to know you and your significant other throughout the process. She really captures you as a couple and the love/weirdness/special bond you share together! She really helped me through the struggles of planning a wedding through the pandemic with love and support. She kept it together for me on the day of our wedding (when it poured!) and the rain stopped just in time for her to take the most amazing photos I've ever seen! She is truly a wonderful, energetic, fun, and lovely human. She cares so much about making your wedding day special and unique to you. Not to mention, she is professional, prepared, and serious about her craft. Her talent is beyond words and I'm so grateful of the memories she captured and spending time with her was a blast! If you don't book her for your wedding day/engagement photos/etc, you're really missing out! -

Jess' skills are invaluable and an amazing addition to any event. Her photos are truly a work of art and I love displaying them in my home. Weddings are magical. If you’re looking for that magic to be permanently encapsulated in its entirety - look no further! Jessica is not only the kindest soul that I have ever met, but she is a literal gem of a human being. Like an old friend you love seeing again and again, she creates a safety net for you and your significant other through her thoroughness and creativity. Throughout the chaos of wedding planning, we were confident in knowing that Jess had walked us through our day and we were comfortable with what to expect from the timeline she provided us. Words cannot be used to describe how absolutely perfect our photos were (even our sneak peeks!)
Give your photographer creative freedom, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing (we did! We don’t regret it!)
If you feel that you’re “too awkward” for photos, I can reassure you 1000000% that Jessica will prove your theory wrong! Her fun-loving demeanor will put you and your loved one at immediate ease. The best part of her work is not only her attention to every detail, but, the comfort in knowing that the happiest day of our lives was perfectly preserved in time through the most loving person we have ever met. -

Best vendor to work with
I rarely write reviews so for me to write a review is a big deal. My husband and I cannot express enough how much Jess had played a huge role in our big day. Not only did she accommodate multiple times with engagement pictures and with covid, she did everything so seamlessly and professionally. She created a timeline for our wedding that not only myself and the bridal party followed but as well as all the other vendors. Our family and friends have expressed multiple times how amazing Jess was and how great it was having her as an addition to our day! She was so quick to respond to any and all emails or chats through Instagram. You can truly tell Jess is passionate about her job and we were so happy with literally everything she did. Since we’re not in the wedding industry we did not have a clue on exactly where or what to spend money on first. If I was starting over I would definitely book Jess first thing. Especially huge shoutout for not making me feel like a crazy person when “wedding guests” are out of line lol. Love Kevin and Tori 💕 -

Simply the best!
Where to begin? Jess is absolutely amazing and incredibly talented! Words cannot express how thankful we are that we found her. She knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We had nothing but smiles for every session. Jess was the first vendor to reach out to us during covid and made us feel at ease. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and she was right there helping us through the craziness. I’m glad we can look back at our amazing photos with nothing but smiles and we owe that to Jess! We give her 2 paws up!! -

We found Jess while at the Lovesick Expo and happened to win a certificate from her, and we are so glad we did because she was PERFECT from beginning to end. Jessica was very responsive to us and friendly the whole time. She made us feel comfortable with who we are, and accepting of us. We never felt judged in front of the camera, which was very important to us since we are an introverted couple for the most part. I felt beautiful in every photo she sent, and I am so happy with how they came out so far (just have sneak peeks! CANNOT WAIT to see the rest). She even gave us a little surprise of some Polaroid pictures from the wedding that night, which was so cute!
Jessica is friendly, accommodating, and like a friend who will give you encouragement and advice when you need it in the midst of your bridal panic. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married. The money is well worth the outcome. -

If you're looking for a wedding photographer, PICK JESS.
We are ENAMORED with our pictures! Jess is AMAZING! I am absolutely stunned at how absolutely gorgeous every single picture in our gallery is. I am the kind of person who always forgets to snap pictures of important moments and I regret it later, so we knew that choosing a photographer was going to be a huge decision for us when planned to elope.
We can't say enough about what Jess has done for us. She is so accessible and willing to accomodate your needs. My husband and I agreed that we both felt like we'd known Jess for years as soon as we met her. I've never felt so comfortable in front of a camera, but she makes it so easy and natural. We really appreciated how she gave us directions without making us feel overly posed and still staying true to ourselves. We were already floored by her style, grace, and humour before the ceremony even started and then she somehow managed to go even farther above and beyond.
And last but not least, at the end of our ceremony when our officiant threw on the table the idea of jumping in the nearby creek for water portraits, Jess immediately said "Yes!" and followed us INTO the water on a whim. Her enthusiasm made us even more excited to take a chance at something unforgettable on our wedding day. She ended up knee-deep in a creek with us and was still 100% professional and continued to make us feel like the stars of the show.
Her work is MAGICAL. I have never been so excited to see pictures in my life. On top of everything, she is such a bright, beautiful, genuine person and that's exactly the kind of energy that couples need on their wedding day. Thank you, Jess!!! -

First of all, right after the initial phone call with Jess we knew she was amazing. She really got us and it felt like we not only had a vendor, but chatted with a friend! When COVID-19 hit and sent our plans flying, Jess was the first vendor to reach out to us and offer her help. We ended up eloping on our original date (6/12/2020) and only had Jess there to capture the moment- it truly was so so special and we can't thank her enough for EVERYTHING. We can't wait to do it all over again on our big wedding date which got postponed until 2021. -

The best!!!!
Jess was the best part of our day. She was so organized and thoughtful, and the questionnaire that she sends is filled with things I never would've thought of myself that made the day even better. She really cares about her clients and will easily become one of your favorite people. She is funny and calm and always has such creative and fun ideas for pictures. She really captured our essence as a couple during our engagement shoot, and then REALLY captured the essence of our relationships with our friends and family at the wedding. Her pictures are perfect because they show who you genuinely are, instead of just formal prom poses. Honestly i was so nervous leading up to everything, and as soon as Jess got to the venue to start shooting I immediately felt better. You know she has your back. We love you Jess! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. She is amazing! -

Wow, if you are considering working with Jessica Manns, DO IT! She is insanely talented and takes the most artistic and romantic photos. Moreover, she makes you feel totally comfortable and is so much fun to work with. She is always available via email, text, and phone. Before your wedding day, she sends a questionnaire that helps you plan out all the photos you should take (e.g. family photos, bride and groom photos, wedding party photos) and keeps you super organized. Along with taking amazing photos, she helped my husband and I put together the timeline for our wedding which was invaluable. Before she left, she gave my husband and I Polaroids from our wedding day in a little frame. It was so sweet!! I would work with her again and again. -

Daniella Sent on 04/16/2018IMPOSSIBLE to put into words what Jess has done for us. I feel SO SO SO lucky we found her. I knew we needed Jess by her style of photography, and then I was sold when we spoke on the phone and it felt like we'd be BFF forever. She's so laid back, but so aware of who you are as a couple, and how she's going to capture that. Aside from her insane talent, she's funny and authentic and supportive. She wants the best day for YOU. You don't really know that about a vendor until you know them, so I am telling you, Jess will capture your wedding/engagement/whatever in the best way possible. I keep telling my husband (!!) we are so lucky we found Jess, because she should be booked for years out, she's simply the best. Friends & family are blown away by her work, and I'm so proud that she was our photographer.

Jess is a GEM.
Jess is an absolute GEM! We cannot recommend Jess as a wedding photographer enough. While we were initially drawn to Jess because of her stellar portfolio (her photos do speak for themselves), it was after our first connect that we knew we had to book her. When assembling a vendor team for your wedding, it's so incredibly important to book people you are comfortable with and who's personality match your vision for the day. (After all, you spend a lot of the day together!) For us, we knew we needed partners who were fun, friendly and who could read the room. It was very important to us that the photographer we booked knew when to give direction and knew when to blend into the background and capture the magic of the day. From the very beginning, it felt like Jess was an old friend. She was happy to do our engagement shoot at our house so we could include our farm animals. Throughout the whole planning process, she was amazingly responsive and thoughtful in her replies. She answered all our questions and was happy to provide recommendations. During our wedding day, she and her second shooter, Lauren were the perfect team -- seamlessly integrating into the day's celebrations. We will forever cherish the moments they captured and are so grateful for Jess's patience, guidance and friendship throughout the entire process. - Leah & Matt -

There’s so much to say, I just need to figure out where to begin… Even before our first call/point of contact it was very easy to find exceptional work from Jess and determine this woman is TALENTED. Then, on our first call, my husband and I could immediately tell Jess was not only a pro, but easy to work with and genuinely connect with — so important when finding a photographer for your wedding! You’ll be spending A LOT of time with them on a very personal day, so it’s important you connect. Jess makes that easy, because she is the BEST.
Her packages were aligned with our wish list and budget (also important to be transparent on when hiring a pro for your wedding), plus we valued that beyond what we needed from Jess, we saw that she was a wedding pro dedicated to serving ALL couples from all walks of life. Her portfolio is filled with diverse couples in every way - this was important to us as people, but also showed that she understands lighting, framing, posing and editing. As a photographer, it can be tricky to capture two brides wearing white as they stand next to each other, or couples with very different skin tones to capture both without over or under exposing the other, but she does it all beautifully and flawlessly.
I can’t leave a review without talking about COVID and all the uncertainty this year has brought. In September 2020, Jess captured our NYC waterfront elopement. She also was able to join us for our pizza and beer reception at a local bar in their outdoor garden to capture the small “reception.” All of the images she captured were outstanding. In September 2021, we’ll be hosting another wedding reception (thanks, COVID) in PA with ~125 guests, and Jess will be there to capture that, as well. Throughout the planning and replanning process, Jess was very open in her communications, supportive of all her couples, and has worked so hard and with so much extra attention to each of her clients. We are forever grateful to her during this wild year! And we look forward to working with her again next year for a bigger celebration (hopefully). That all said, I couldn’t wait a full year to dote on her and share how incredible she is. If you are hiring a photographer, hire Jess! -

She’s Perfection!
Jess was the absolute easiest part of the wedding process! From the first time we chatted we knew she was the one! Her personality kept us laughing and comfortable the entire time and we clicked right away making two awkward peoples engagement photos totally natural! She was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire wedding planning process especially in a time when things were so unsure with covid. She was on top of getting the timeline for the day together and making sure we stuck to it making it so less stressful! She is amazing and so much more than a photographer and her photos are phenomenal and totally speak for themself!! Everyone needs a Jess in their wedding life!! -
