Jess was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was an incredible communicator—organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. She built out our timeline and made sure we captured every single photo we wanted without ever making the day feel rushed.
On the wedding day, Jess and her team were everything you hope for: professional, calm, and so easy to be around. They made us feel completely comfortable, which allowed us to actually enjoy every moment.
And her talent speaks for itself. I knew from the beginning that she understood my vision, but she exceeded every expectation.
On the drive home, my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were that we chose her.

I can’t recommend Jess enough. I have followed her work for years, and she is the dream photographer! My husband and I don’t necessarily know how to pose for photos, and she guided us through it all. She made our engagement shoot vision come to life with her romantic, light and airy work -making it feel like a real life fairy tale. She guided us through all our poses to make it look so natural and fun! She did the same thing for the boudoir shoot I surprised my husband with. I had no clue what I was doing for the boudoir shoot, and she literally got on the floor and helped me pose - it was phenomenal!
For the wedding, she showed up even more than I could have imagined. Not only did she arrive at my house for our getting ready photos an hour early to prep - she also went to our venue prior to getting to us to scope out the venue since she had never been there before. What a professional and skilled artist to say the least! Throughout the entire day, same thing - she helped us pose and guided us to make sure we have some posed and some candid photos as well! Our wedding day photos are a dream, and we’re so ecstatic we went with Jess. She truly romanticized the day more than what it felt with her skills! Don’t hesitate to call Jess if you have a vision - she can help bring it to life! -

Finding the perfect photographer topped my wedding planning priorities list. Vetting numerous candidates was challenging, but Jess stood out immediately as the ideal choice. Our initial meeting for engagement photos in NYC felt as if we'd known each other for ages. Jess's approach was phenomenal, ensuring we were at ease and joyful throughout the day. Her knack for capturing unique, creatively located shots that resonated with our vibe was impressive. In the week leading up to the wedding, Jess and I exchanged inspiration, ramping up the excitement. She flawlessly captured the essence of our big day, paying close attention to what mattered most to us and efficiently organizing those moments early on to alleviate any stress. Remarkably, she seized the opportunity during sunset to take what became my favorite photos. Having a photographer who is not only skilled but also genuinely interested in understanding and capturing the couple's essence is crucial. An extra perk was receiving the wedding preview just days after the event, which added a special touch to our honeymoon flight. We adored working with Jess - from the moment we first spoke on the phone, she made us feel comfortable and excited for the process. She expertly made us feel at ease in front of the camera and after the engagement shoot I knew we had made the right choice. Little did I know she would absolutely blow us away with our wedding photos... she took the most beautiful photos that captured every moment of our day, from the details, to the florals, to the family portraits. Truly the photos make us look like a magazine spread which is saying a lot for two people who felt awkward to start in front of the camera. And to top it off, Jess and her team were absolutely a joy to work with. So professional, easy going, and fun. Would recommend working with Jess and her team a thousand times over. -

Aside from choosing our venue, we knew that the most important vendor to invest in would be our photographer - after all, years from now we will only have our pictures to look back on to remember our wedding day. Having known Jess for years and seeing her work from other people’s weddings, I knew in my heart she was the only photographer I could trust with the most important pictures of our lives.
I’m very type-A when it comes to planning, but I felt so comfortable giving Jess full control of how our wedding day timeline played out. The minute she walked into my bridal suite I felt instant relief because I knew we were in the best hands. Jess was always on time, organized, easy to work with and constantly working to create perfect shots. She always has a plan in mind. From the very beginning Jess had a way of making us feel so at ease in front of the camera (which says a lot for my husband who typically hates taking pictures). She works hard to get all the right angles, but she makes it look so effortless and natural. I’d get excited whenever we could really see her gears turning with creativity, when she’ll say “WAIT DON’T MOVE” - those always end up being the most beautiful shots. All day long Jess was constantly moving, keeping us on track, getting all of our requested shots and still getting the in-the-moment candids that we love.
Because we did a first look, all of our formal portraits were out of the way before the ceremony so that we could fully enjoy cocktail hour with our guests (highly recommend). Jess made our bridal party portraits a breeze (and there were 19 of us total). My mom was so impressed with how Jess wrangled our family members (even our unruly grandparents) to get family portraits done so efficiently and professionally.
Jess has been nothing short of incredible from the day we booked her, to our engagement shoot, to answering all of my questions during the wedding planning process and finally, to our wedding day where she captured the memories we’re going to cherish for a lifetime.
I have so much admiration for this business she’s created and I know her portraits will be famous one day. We were blown away by how stunning our engagement and wedding preview photos were. We are constantly getting compliments from our friends and family about how gorgeous Jess’ work is. The beauty of her work speaks for itself, but there’s also something to be said about how wonderful and accommodating she is as a person and as a professional. There really is no one better, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Working with Jess is a dream! She came highly recommended by a friend and still she exceeded my steepest expectations! On the day of our engagement photos, I hated my hair and felt self-conscious. Jess totally put me at ease during our photos. We took our photos an an arboretum and had the unusual request of wanting of popping over to the goat farm taking pictures with the goats! Jess was so down and the photos are amazing!
Leading up to our wedding, Jess made us an incredible timeline which let us know exactly what to expect. Our day of coordinator called it "the most beautiful timeline she's ever seen."
When the actual day came, Jess was simply the best. Whether and temperature were not in our favor, but no one would know from looking at the photos in our wedding preview. Jess captured us perfectly as a couple. Everyone keeps telling me you can see the love in we have for each other. I'm just overjoyed with how she and her second shooter were able to capture our day.

I loved working with Jess! I did a boudoir shoot with her a few weeks before our wedding (instead of the engagement shoot which was part of the package. Big +1 for being able to swap it!) and she made me feel confident, comfortable, and sexy. It was so fun and a memorable way to capture our pre-wedding bliss. Most importantly, me and my husband LOVED the pictures!
As for our wedding day - Jess and her second shot were professional, prompt, and fun! I want to highlight how well she executed the family portraits, which was a ton of coordination to corral our 40+ family members in a short time span (on top of it being SO hot!) She got it done efficiently and effectively.
We got our wedding preview shots WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. She totally made our honeymoon even more special because we were able to reminisce with 70 pictures of our big day.
To put it simply, HIRE HER.

Where to begin. Having lived in London for 8 years but originally from CT - planning our wedding in New York was a challenge. It was even more so because I chose to do all the planning and decorating (building faux flower arrangements) myself. And originally, I had chosen a photo mill type company to photograph our wedding because it was cheap and seemed easy. But after 1 failed photoshoot and a second where the photographer never showed up - we cancelled with that company and were totally refunded by some miracle. And that experience (who knew) was the best thing that could have ever happened - because if it hadn’t, I never would have found Jess or worked with JPP!
From the first call I had with Jess on FaceTime Audio - I immediately felt at ease. As crazy as I was feeling managing all wedding planning from London and fretting about family dynamics talking her ear off like a lunatic, she reassured me that I was no bridezilla. She was a dog lover too, had on her site that she was a family wrangling expert and I soon discovered she could make me feel calm - not to mention her eye for taking the most gorgeous photos... and that was it! I was sold.
And since signing with her, I felt like no matter what happened - it would be okay. And my God was it.
Jess' initial questionnaire covered everything. And when we reviewed it together over FaceTime, my husband and I could both tell how on top of everything she was. This wasn’t her first rodeo and it showed.
- She customized her package removing the engagement session and adding in a second shooter / additional hour to meet our budget.
- She responded to my every e-mail ask / potential photo requests - and she committed them to memory like an elephant reminding me NIGHT OF whether I still wanted a particular shot.
- She traveled to Rye, NY from Pennsylvania where she's based for us in a day.
- She captured all the sentimental shots I wanted during our mass - through family portraits and the rest of the evening… even pausing HER dinner to help me make my impromptu second dress entrance (!),
- She arrived on time and kept to schedule, working with her second shooter who was with my husband on the day to ensure there were no accidental run ins at the hotel
- She MORE THAN DELIVERED. While we haven't received the complete gallery as yet (only 1 week out from our big day!) we have seen all 150+ preview photos and my mom and I both spent yesterday morning going through them and crying at every, single, one. We will forever have the most beautiful photos of our special day to look at and relive over and over again because of her.
So I can’t thank or recommend JPP enough for everything she and second shooter Rachel did last Thursday to make us both look and feel like a million dollars. We are so appreciative of all their time and effort and would book her to document our wedding or any other life events a hundred times over. So don't hesitate. Just BOOK.
And if you don't believe me - that's fine. You don't know me from Adam. But then look at the pictures... these are just the previews so her talent speaks for itself! -

Our wedding day was honestly not great due to the many issues we've had with our caterer/venue, yet Jess was able to capture our day so beautifully as if nothing went wrong. Our family & friends also raved about how amazing Jess was with making them feel at ease throughout the photoshoot.

Jess stood out from every other wedding photographer that I had seen when I was searching due to the quality and uniqueness of her work. When we postponed our original date, she made it seamless and even sent us some treats to lift our heavy hearts at that time. Her work and organization leading up to the day was fantastic. She and our videographer, Ryan of The Ruby Company, kept everything on schedule that day. My husband and the photography team laughed it off making me feel comfortable when I didn't take direction well which then helped me relax. The entire time we took photos was very comfortable and fun! When I also asked to do an additional mini shoot after getting ready, Jess made it happen! We cannot recommend her enough and we received some photos back after just a few days. They are truly stunning, we can't wait for more!
