Mark made everything so easy - he listed out every single thing we needed a song for, and he even let us know if songs would be long enough/or if we needed to think of something different. He had his own spin on how to make the celebration even better! Highly recommend - SUPER professional, and very accommodating - Thank you, Mark! :) -

This dj was fantastic. The music was great, he played a huge variety of songs that satisfied every age group. He engaged the guest in a completely professional and entertaining way and everyone was up and dancing and just having a wonderful time. I will definitely recommend Jersey Sound and Entertainment DJ's to everyone I know that is looking for a great DJ for any occasion -

What an enjoyable time we had at our wedding. We wanted a different vibe for our wedding and that's where Jersey Sound came into play. This was a destination wedding from New York and the music had to be from back home. All of our family & guests raved about Mark & his selection. Thanks again Jersey Sound. -

To any bride that is looking for a DJ. I highly recommend Jersey Sound! DJ Jersey Sound (Mark) was excellent and delivered great music and a good vibe for our perfect day (wedding)! He not only had everyone on the dance floor song after song, he also had intermittent and background songs planned for the cake cutting, speeches, bouquet throw and more. However, he was more than just a DJ for our wedding. He also was essentially a wedding planner as he came up with ideas for music and introduction of our wedding party we hadn't even thought of. We highly recommend him for his great tunes, great personality, but also to run your event like a true professional! -

Mark knew exactly how to help us plan how we wanted our night to go for my sister's wedding. He was very flexible with his hours and always available to answer any questions we had. From introducing the wedding party, walking down the aisle, to closing the night, we always had the perfect song playing in the background. Mark was able to play "Here Comes the Bride," by setting up a second sound system apart from the one at the reception. Meeting with him also felt very personal and all his attention was on making our night perfect. He is very experienced and collaborated with other vendors to assure everyone knew where to be and what was going on. Almost everyone danced throughout the entire reception. Mark always puts the bride and groom first, but is also open to requests. He really helped to make the night memorable. -

Mark is awesome. He was super professional, very responsive and know how to throw a party. We got married a couple of weeks ago and wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. We really wanted a DJ who would get the crowd dancing, and Mark did just that. He is a blast, but also professional. I've been to several weddings where the DJ played music but did not really engage the crowd. Mark was the opposite, he knew how to read the crowd and played music accordingly. Furthermore, he did a great job announcing the bridal party and the "special moments" like cake cutting, father/bride dance, mother/groom dance, etc. Mark's great and we were so fortunate to have him help make our wedding a fun time for all of our guests! -

Mark sat down with us and went over each song and everything that was expected of us and him for the day of the wedding. Mark contacted us as the days got closer to the wedding and made sure everything was going smoothly for us. Made us feeling very comfortable! -

I can't say enough good things about Mark & Jersey Sound. I've been to several weddings in the last few years and the DJ's were not very good. Mark was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. He made sure that we were comfortable with everything before our wedding day. Everything from his attire, equipment and microphone skills were very professional. He was great interacting with our guests and had everyone dancing from the time dinner was over to the end of the night. It's just a shame we can only rate up to 5 stars because we would give him more than that if we could. Thanks Mark for making our wedding reception AWESOME!!! -

Mark was so great. We hired him almost a year in advance and for him to keep in contact that whole time & to make sure every detail was in place really made my day a lot less stressful. Mark was our DJ for our wedding on Feb 21 and he did such a great job! From the initial meeting to the night of our wedding he was super helpful and professional. He made sure every song and detail was perfect for our wedding. It was great how responsive he was when I would call, text or email him. He made sure to keep us in the loop on everything and stuck to the timeline. He was a big hit at our wedding and played all the songs we wanted plus more! He really made our night amazing! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

My husband Alex and I got married Feb 12. Odd wedding during the weekday, but we couldn't find anything open last minute so close to Valentines Day.. We were impressed with Mark and the entire wedding staff. Mark was quick to help with any of my questions, and one of the few vendors that I dealt with that e-mailed me to keep things going on schedule before I e-mailed them. They made sure that they were 110% prepared.
On the day of the wedding, Mark was amazing. All of our guests, young and old, were out on the floor dancing and having a great time. Several guests came up to me and told me that this was the best DJ they'd ever heard. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great wedding DJ. It really was the final touch that made this night complete. -

Mark was exceptional at our wedding. Before the event, he provided fantastic input as far as an overall outline for the flow of events during the reception, and followed up several times to make sure everything was set to go smoothly and how we wanted it. On the day of the event, he arrived early, set up for both the ceremony and reception and coordinated with the day planned to ensure all went smoothly throughout the night. Mark had a tremndous feel for the crowd and kept everyone involved and dancing after the dinner portion of the reception. In addition to getting all the songs we requested in throughout the evening, he added songs that fit our theme and vibe perfectly. Mark made the night memorable not only for my wife and I, but also all of our guests and for that we thank him! -

We recently used Jersey Sound for a winter formal dance at my school. Suffice to say we were all wildly impressed. On the planning side, Mark was very easy to work with. During the work week finding time to plan is not always easy -Mark would go out of his way to accommodate my schedule, calling and texting sometimes late in the evening in order to work everything out. Mark is also very considerate, he wanted to make sure the music would be enjoyable and appropriate in the setting. The night of the dance could not have gone smoother. Mark was early and totally self sufficient in his set up, this reduced everyone's anxiety. The setup itself is high quality, the sound system is very effective, there did not appear to be any technical difficulties, and the dance floor lighting system is very impressive—Mark even brought extra floor lights to help set the mood in the rest of the ballroom. Overall, Mark's image is more professional than any other DJ the school has ever used. The music itself was stellar. One student remarked to me that he didn't think Mark played even one bad song, most of us actually danced for the entire time. Mark is without question Student Council's DJ of choice for our future events.

Mark was absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I hired him to DJ our wedding just after the first initial meeting. Mark is outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He had so many different ideas for our wedding.... from lighting to music to timelines. We could tell he knew his stuff and loves what he does. He was always very responsive and answered all emails and phone calls very quickly.
Our wedding day was everything we had imagined and Mark had a great input in the success. The music was perfect! He was able to entertain all the guests and everyone, regardless the age and background had a blast! His energy got the party started and kept it going. We heard a lot of great comments from our guests. To say we were pleased with him is an understatement. I would hire him for any and every event. He is awesome! -

Mark was an absolutely amazing DJ. I believe that the DJ is the biggest, most important part of a wedding reception and Mark exceeded my expectations by far. He kept everyone dancing on the dance floor, kept everyone and everything on time from the dances to cutting the cake. Mark provided excellent service for our 8th grade dance. He played appropriate music that kept the students interested. He was very flexible in getting approved to DJ in our district without asking us to pay for the upfront costs. He was very understanding in negotiating a fee which we could afford. My daughter was married at Jacaranda Country Club in Venice Florida. Mark Giagrante from Jersey Sound was our DJ. From the moment of our first meeting, Mark was very professional. He has a wonderful personality and I knew he would be the perfect DJ for the wedding. Two very good friends of mine recommended him also. He was very prepared. He kept the wedding party and all of the guests on their feet. We had the best time dancing. He was great when he introduced the wedding party. Everyone still comments how fun the wedding was and how great the music and DJ was!! I would highly recommend Mark and would use him again (if my 2 boys ever get married!!) -

Mark was the DJ for our 30th high school reunion. Being that we graduated in 1983, we requested most of the music come from that era. He did an absolutely outstanding job! He had an extensive library of songs to get the crowd on the dance floor and singing along to songs from back in the day.

Mark helped us out immeasurably...the whole process was rather stressful except for our DJ, Mark G. He made us feel comfortable, walked us through his plan, discussed options, let us know what we should or shouldn't do...in short, he was our coordinator. And a great kick-ass DJ!
I asked him to play some of "my music" and he did. he arrived wearing attire suited to our event....our beautiful wedding at Selby Gardens in Sarasota on March 15th 2010. The Ides of March may have not been a good day for Julius Caesar, but it was an Awesome day for us! And Mark was there every step of the way. When in Rome.....choose Mark!

We hired Jersey Sound for our May 23, 2015 wedding and couldn't be more happy. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone said how much fun they had. We found Jersey Sound online while planning our Anna Maria, FL wedding from Cincinnati, OH. Mark allowed us to provide all the songs we did & did not want played. I have worked with and recommended Mark for many of my wedding receptions for my brides. He is very easy to work with, does a great job, plays good music and is very involved in the process of the timeline. I will happily continue to refer him! -

Mark knows his stuff and he collaborates with his clients and doesn't dictate what needs to happen. We had a very unique "split" wedding set up (private ceremony with a few people for dinner and a big party with many others for drinks and dancing an hour later). He made sure the tone and excitement was appropriate throughout. He sensed the right kind of music for everyone and kept things going for hours. Jersey Sound and Entertainment is the only way to go! -

Mark was great to work with and provided us with a night of great music. His personality was relaxed and easy going and he fulfilled all of our wedding day requests. Our guests made many comments on how he was an awesome DJ and made our reception a fun experience for everyone. -

Our DJ was okay. He kept everyone dancing..the only issue that we had was he wouldn't play songs when people came up and asked him to play a song. We had to ask him repeatedly to play songs. It was very annoying. -
