    Jenny Orsini is the best in the business!

    I found Jenny as she was a recommended planner from my venue. I did not expect to be blown away by how this incredible woman helped plan my wedding. Jenny helped plan my NJ wedding while I resided in Chicago for a year and a half and boy am I thankful for her. Jenny is experienced, so personable, well connected and a great listener. While she is client-oriented, she removed any stress I had from planning the wedding out-of-state and made the whole process easy and informative. I always appreciated her upfront-ness about cost, she would always be honest about budgets and give her recommendations based on her experience and what she knows about her bride. All in all, I would recommend Jenny Orsini to another bride having a wedding in the east coast or anywhere! Jenny will go above and beyond for you as she did for me.

    Jenny is professional, proficient, fast, detail-oriented, and accommodating. She supports whatever your wildest dreams, ideas, and visions are with help, logistics, and direct communication. Especially in regards to budget and calendar planning.

    As our wedding planner, Jenny worked with my husband and I from start to finish. She even made herself available to answer my father and family’s questions through email, phone calls, and texts. This made the experience beyond belief easier on my husband and me, as both of us come from large families and work full-time. Jenny also kept us on track for all timelines.

    I can say explicitly - that she was just as happy and excited for us as she was a professional, managing everything going on around us.

    As a bride - there is no one better to work with than Jenny. She executed our wedding to perfection with excitement and support.

    Don’t know what I’d do without Jenny !

    I don’t even know where to begin! I met Jenny when she did my twin sisters wedding and knew I needed her for my wedding! You don’t realize the little details that go into wedding planning that Jenny does! She was extremely helpful and made the months leading up to my wedding stress free! I gave her my vision and she helped me have it come to life!

    Best decision we made for our wedding!

    I consider myself a lazy perfectionist- very much procrastinated because the thought of doing even a minor task felt like climbing a mountain since I wanted it to be “perfect” for such a momentous day- so I’d put it off. I needed someone who kindly pushed me in ways I needed (but not uncomfortably) but also brought the level of experience and nuance that I didn’t have going into the planning process- which for me being mildly Type A was so great to have in Jenny and her team! We got married at a venue that isn’t really known for weddings so I had to lean on her hard. She took the reigns when I needed her to but also very much wanted to make my vision come to life and make it personal which was so important to us. We also were a Covid wedding and it pushed us back a year- rescheduling was not fun, emotionally and otherwise, it was new to literally everyone but I can honestly say it was as close to a breeze it could have been with her. I used her as a partial planner, but on many occasions she stepped in and worked with me longer than she signed up for, and she never batted an eye, which I very much appreciated. Plus she’s super funny and lighthearted which is always great when things can get overwhelming! She found there were some things I stepped back on because I was overwhelmed and she took it all in stride and would take that task over. I would absolutely book her again. She really cared about us and took the time to get to know us. Her roster of references are fantastic and I always felt comfortable in her hands- and more importantly- the day went by wildly smoothly to the point people in the wedding and vendors would come up to me and say this was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable weddings they had been a part of. Jenny is truly amazing and made our day so perfect and beautiful, I am SO excited and lucky we were able to work with her!

    Best wedding planner

    Jenny was 100000% the reason why my wedding was SO perfect and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her team! Not only is she an incredibly talented wedding planner, but she is also so kind, genuine, and kept me sane throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jenny kept me on track with deadlines, coordinated with all of my vendors, and worked with me endlessly on creating all the little details that made my wedding so beautiful (floral arrangements, signage, chargers, linens, neon sign, music, cigar bar, EVERYTHING...). I was such an indecisive bride, but Jenny was so patient and creative in helping my vision come to life. She was so organized, prepared, and I literally did not have to stress about a thing because I knew that she had it all covered - I truly cannot emphasize how fabulous she was!
    As an out-of-state bride, I trusted Jenny with everything aspect of our wedding and she did not disappoint. She knew all of the BEST vendors and saved me so much time, money, and stress throughout this past year of planning. Jenny is truly a 5-star professional in the wedding industry and knows her stuff. I had SO much fun working with her and all of my guests were raving about how gorgeous every aspect of my wedding was...all thanks to Jenny! I am forever grateful for hiring Jenny and thank you for making our wedding everything I could have ever dreamed and so much more!

    Jenny is the real deal!

    Where do I even begin?! Jenny is an all around rockstar! I planned my wedding for almost 2 years due to covid and Jenny was there every step of the way making things completely stress free. When we had to move from June 2020 to May 2021, Jenny handled all of the logistics and put our minds at ease during a very stressful time.

    Jenny was so easy to work with, completely understood my creative vision and was able to find and work flawlessly with the other vendors to execute it. She has amazing connections and recommendations for vendors in the area which was super helpful. I asked a lot of questions and requested crazy details and Jenny never made me feel like I was being bridezilla.

    On the day-of, I hardly had to think about a thing because I knew Jenny had it covered. We had to change the ceremony to indoors at the last minute and she made that transition entirely stress free and it looked beautiful. We can’t thank Jenny enough for executing our perfect wedding!!

    Jenny and her team are the best of the best! Jenny became more than my planner - she is a trusted friend for life!

    Where do I even begin? I got engaged of in March of 2018 and Jenny was one of the first decision my mom and I made when wedding planning and she is certainly the best decision we made in our planning process. Jenny stood by us and guided us through military moves, location changes, date changes and even a global pandemic. Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 18, 2020 in Jersey City. Jenny and her team had planned every last detail leading up to our big day -you name it she had planned it - linens, menus, day of paper goods, favors, hotel blocks, transportation, everything I could have imagined and more. When New Jersey closed down due to COVID-19 I was crushed but knowing that I had a team of professionals who cared about me, my family and my husband and I eventually having our big day was more than I could have ever asked for. They had already planned my entire day flawlessly, they then unplanned that entire day and re-planned it for October 24, 2020. Jenny and her team stood by us and guided us through a very uncertain time all while being professional, honest and truly compassionate. When it became obvious that our dream day in Jersey City would not be possible in October either - Jenny and her team flawlessly pivoted again. Jenny was dedicated to us from the start and committed to watching us get married and giving us our perfect day. She then unplanned our entire Jersey City wedding for a second time while simultaneously planning an entirely new wedding for us at The Mansion at Natirar.

    On October 24, 2020 Jenny and her team finally saw over two years of planning come to a close as Greg and I said I do in Chatham, New Jersey followed by our outdoor reception at Natirar. Not one detail was lost in the shuffle of re-planning, our perfect day was flawlessly executed by Jenny, her team and the vendors she helped us select. Wedding planning can surely be stressful especially in these uncertain times but if one this is for certain hiring Jenny Orsini is something you will never regret.

    Calming and friendly

    Jenny was calming during my most anxious moments and very friendly. She even went out of her way to help with my 1 year old during the ceremony which had been my BIGGEST stresser (I was so afraid of him crying or screaming during the ceremony). Jenny and her assistant put on their mom hats to keep him calm and it meant so much. They also made sure every detail was perfect on the day of and everything came out so beautiful!

    Jenny and Melissa! The ladies you need to manage your event!

    I booked Jenny Orsini Events for my wedding coordination after reading several reviews that I couldn't overlook! I spoke with several wedding planners and coordinators and well, there was just "Something About Jenny"! She is REAL. Us brides have these fairy tale dreams and want it all. Jenny will tell you how to have all that you want, on a budget, while never compromising quality! She will also tell you if you're pretty much losing your mind which is what every bride needs in a partner. I felt like she was truly doing what was best for me and she genuinely was. She recommended the best floral design vendor and I partnered with her immediately! Jenny also had us partner with an amazing member of her team, Melissa! Melissa was extremely detail oriented, kept everything on schedule even when we experienced an elderly family member delay, and truly served as someone on I can rely on. LADIES! I promise, we will forget the little details that only these ladies can stay on top of and their creativity and organization is unmatched. They allowed me to live my fairy tale and I will forever be grateful for this 5-star team.

    A control freak who is happy she gave up control!

    For a while I went back and forth about whether or not my husband and I should hire a day-of coordinator for our wedding in July. I am very organized and VERY Type-A. I knew I would be able to handle everything if need be. However, after speaking to Jenny I KNEW I needed to have her help with my wedding! She was personable, organized, and had so many connections to my vendors already, that I knew she would be perfect!
    Having a day-of coordinator was ideal for us! We had already booked all of our vendors, knew what our vision was, but also wanted to enjoy our day without dealing with any stressors or potential problems. Jenny and Aimee did just that for my husband and I! With them, I knew our day would be seamless and instead of worrying about the set up, vendor issues, or potential problems, I spent the entire day soaking up every experience and emotion because I knew that I had the support of Jenny and Aimee on our special day!
    Jenny and Aimee helped to make our day even better than we could have ever imagined! With their help, the day ran on schedule, smoothly, and we did not have to deal with even minor issues. Our car had a flat tire when we arrived to the church and Aimee swiftly handled the problem without me ever even knowing!
    Typically I am not one to give up control, but I am beyond happy that I did! My husband and I were in amazing hands and if we were to do it all over again (I wish we could) I would hire Jenny and her team even sooner!

    An Unstoppable Duo for my Big Fat Greek Wedding

    I was a Type-A Perfectionist Bride who had every detail handled…and really wanted the last two weeks leading up to, and day of my wedding to be the time I could finally just relax. Jenny and Melissa were my power duo.

    I spoke with 4-5 local bridal services companies, and immediately JOE stuck out to me. Every vendor knows what to say to cover enhanced day-off services. Jenny did not just have the pitch handled, she had a personable air about her that had me know, “yes this is the kind of person I want around me in the face of my 250 crazy Greek relatives.” Melissa created our day-of timeline for us, and had it to all of our vendors, which made our lives so much easier and made wrangling our 13-person bridal party a breeze.

    What really stood out to me though, were Jenny’s and Melissa’s unconditional willingness to do whatever they needed to for my wedding to feel perfect. Taking items to the venue for us after the rehearsal dinner, handling the dispersal of tips to our vendors at the end of the night—and most importantly for my particular wedding—being willing to be stern with family members who may have wanted too much of the limelight or insisted on getting us off of our timeline.

    The day went so smoothly, I didn’t just make it to my cocktail hour, I actually got to dig into the food and relax with my new husband for nearly the whole hour. Jenny and Melissa, you were vital parts of my big day and I will always remember how amazing it was to work with you both. I cannot more highly recommend JOE.

    I rarely write reviews, however, the level of service was so amazing that I felt compelled. We met Jenny on a cold December evening, in hopes of finding a wedding planner we felt could live up to our expectations and help create our wedding vision. Her enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and professionalism led us to hire her immediately. She understood our vision and our needs and we both felt confident as she walked out the door that evening that she would be able to execute on our vision. We were most definitely not disappointed!! From the beginning she provided recommendations and options for our officiant, photographer, floral designer, DJ, makeup and hair….and just about everything else. She kept us on our timeline and on budget. Jenny was the interface with our maître d and was quick to provide alternatives and solutions. We were never worried and, while any bride and groom has some nerves on their wedding day, our day was fun and very low stress because we knew Jenny was at the helm. We could never have come close to creating or executing the perfect day that Jenny did and did so in such a friendly, understanding and professional manner. Somehow, five starts does not seem sufficient for helping us create such a beautiful day filled with a lifetime of lasting memories.

    Jenny was the absolute PERFECT wedding planner and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. When we got engaged and knew we were planning a cross country wedding from California, the first thing my fiance and I did was interview multiple wedding planners. When we met Jenny in person, she had clearly done her homework and came prepared with a picture of a venue for us based on what I described I was looking for over the phone. The minute we saw the place we knew Jenny was a great listener and understood exactly what we wanted and we hired her for full service planning. Of all of the many positives I could rave about in terms of working with Jenny, I think the #1 thing that made the difference is her vendor recommendations, starting with that perfect venue that we ultimately chose. Every single vendor she brought to us was top notch, coordinated well with the others, and made our wedding day a complete dream from start to finish. We didn't have to stress or lift a finger one time. Planning a wedding cross country I needed to completely trust Jenny to handle many of the small details, and she didn't drop the ball on a single one for our big day. For over a year and a half she was there constantly offering me open and honest advice and feedback and I couldn't find a flaw in the actual day of our wedding if I tried! Jenny is extremely detail oriented and her design skills are truly special. As someone lacking a design eye, I turned over the reins and trusted Jenny and her team to create the ceremony and reception I had always envisioned, and she OVER delivered. I received countless compliments from our guests saying this was the best wedding they have been to, and we truly owe it all to Jenny. If you are looking for a smart, direct, honest wedding planner that will create your perfect wedding vision, you need to work with Jenny!

    Jenny was incredibly responsive and was especially helpful with the coordination of all the last minute (stressful) details. The day was seamless because of Jenny and her team- my family and I were able to enjoy the day and not worry about any logistics.

    I loved my experience with Jenny Orsini Events. My mom and I were nervous about planning a NJ wedding on our own amidst our busy schedules, and a wedding planner was the perfect solution. Jenny helped to ease our fears and calm my nerves every step of the way. She was always willing to lend an ear whenever I was panicked or confused about vendors or decisions to be made. She was always there to give suggestions and advice about every aspect ... from linens, to invitations, to decor, to vendors, etc. Jenny is extremely responsive and attentive and she gives you her undivided attention no matter how busy her schedule may be. I had the full-service package, and Jenny was always there for me and would respond to my text messages morning, noon, and night. Even though I was always trying to cut corners on the budget, Jenny was able to find ways to help me save on areas and spend on others so that my wedding was beyond beautiful and elegant. The table design she created along with the centerpieces by A Touch of Elegance were beautiful and the linens, menu cards, and Chivari chairs made all the difference. On the wedding day, Jenny and her staff were amazing and kept everyone calm and the day on track, so that everything was perfect and ran smoothly. Everyone says to expect that there will always be something, no matter how small, that will undoubtedly go wrong at your wedding, but I honestly cannot think of a single thing that didn't go exactly as I had hoped. The day was perfect! Highly recommend! Jenny is the best!

    Jenny is amazing! I don't know how she does it, but she really knows how to make a wedding fabulous. I saw photos of another fabulous wedding of hers and decided to meet with her last year. As soon as we met with her, we knew we had to have her as our wedding planner. She is so fun, witty, creative, warm, caring, patient, organized....I could go on and on. She was there for us during every step of the process from beginning to end. She provided us with the perfect timeline of important planning due dates. She also provided us with a budget that really helped us plan ahead and save for the big day. She also provided us with a fabulous team of people.... From the florist, to the photographer, to the videographer, to the makeup artist...everyone she recommended was perfect for our event. She even took my dog to his sitter on the evening of our rehearsal dinner. Our big day was flawless. The entire went on without a single problem. She planned everything perfectly and our wedding was beautiful and unforgettable. I really miss her and wish I could have her plan my entire life! I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning his or her wedding.

    Jenny was a major asset to our wedding. Her experience was so helpful when it came to any questions we had and she always had a smile on her face. Jenny was a huge help along the way - securing us our amazing makeup vendor at 7am on a Sunday morning three months before the wedding, helping with last minute decor details, and leading our families and bridal party successfully through a monsoon into the church and onto an unforgettable evening. You won't be disappointed, she is the best! Thank you again!!!

    Jenny is one of a kind.
    Where to begin? Jenny is professional, responsive, calming, funny and dedicated to making each of her weddings beautiful. From the moment I initially contacted her to discuss her services to after the wedding was over, she was responsive and always willing to provide advice. While we loved our venue, we were a little worried about its underwhelming decor and Jenny and the florist/event designer that she recommended helped to transform it into something classy and gorgeous. The moment I glimpsed our exquisitely decorated candlelit ceremony and heard the string trio (that she recommended) playing, I broke into tears. She's that good!
    Practically speaking, Jenny is very conscious about staying within budget and never recommended anything beyond it - she can truly make anything beautiful within your means. Jenny also acted as a liaison between us and some of our vendors when things became a little stressful and was able to troubleshoot and resolve some issues as they arose an invaluable asset. As if all that isn't enough, her personality is absolutely hysterical and several of our guests who interacted with her still ask about her months later.

    If you are questioning hiring a wedding planner - don't! We couldn't recommend Jenny more highly.

    Where to begin? Jenny is professional, responsive, calming, funny and dedicated to making each of her weddings beautiful. From the moment I initially contacted her to discuss her services to after the wedding was over, she was responsive and always willing to provide advice. While we loved our venue, we were a little worried about its underwhelming decor and Jenny and the florist/event designer that she recommended helped to transform it into something classy and gorgeous. Jenny is very conscious about staying within budget and never recommended anything beyond it - she can truly make anything beautiful within your means.

    Jenny also acted as a liaison between us and some of our vendors when things became a little stressful and was able to troubleshoot and resolve some issues as they arose, an invaluable asset. As if all that isn't enough, her personality is absolutely hysterical and several of our guests who interacted with her still ask about her months later.

    If you are questioning hiring a wedding planner - don't! We couldn't recommend Jenny more highly.

    I recently worked with Melissa from JOE on my September 10th wedding. I chose a "Final Details" package, as I had already selected a location, band, photographer, and florist prior to my wedding planner. Having Melissa walk me through planning the wedding was invaluable; even my parents (who were initially against having a wedding planner) were thrilled to have her involved. Melissa's expertise in event planning was apparent, from helping me strategically plan the timeline of our day, to speaking with vendors, to adding final design details to make things more cohesive, etc. She even talked to me for an hour and half late on a Thursday night during a pre-wedding meltdown! :)

    Hiring Aimee as our day of we'd planner was the best decision I made in e entire planning process. She was worth every penny! Leading up to the wedding, Aimee promptly answered all of my very random planning questions helping me to easily finalize the last few details and make everything come together. The first time I met her, we were at our venue three days before the wedding and she walked into the maitre d explaining to me why he couldn't accommodate some features d previously coordinated with his staff. Before even knowing me, she saw right away that things weren't right and immediately stepped in to help us find a solution. Day of, she took care of everything, Leaving me free to just enjoy the wedding. She even managed to convince my florist to create an extra arrangement, for our place card table, and made fantastic chalkboard signs for my guests to see on their way out. my only regret with Jenny Orsini Events is that I didn't hire them sooner to help me from the start! .

    Hiring Jenny Orsini and her team for our wedding day was by far one of the BEST decisions we made. I actually contacted Jenny immediately after getting engaged (3 years before our actual wedding date!), and she was extremely responsive and helpful. I knew right away that I wanted to work with her, and she did not disappoint! Jenny handled our all of our wedding design details, and she was there with her amazing team the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. She was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process, and I always felt like I could text, email, or call her with anything I needed. Jenny's knowledge of the wedding industry, her established relationships with wedding vendors, and her honesty is unmatched! She made my wedding vision into reality. On the day of the wedding, it felt like a dream come true. My guests are STILL talking about how gorgeous everything was and how every little detail perfectly complimented our day. This would not have been possible without Jenny and her team! If you want someone with amazing attention to detail and design vision who is also kind, supportive, and fun, you should definitely hire Jenny!

    Jenny Orsini events is an exceptional event planning company. Jenny is organized, on time, warm and friendly and completely took the stress out of planning my event. I can honestly say I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders after I called her. Jenny and her team are amazing. Every piece of our event was perfectly coordinated around our theme from linens and china to florals and favors. Hair, makeup, photos....everything was perfect. They far exceeded my expectations.     Melissa was our day-of coordinator. We absolutely loved her and she did a fantastic job keeping the entire day on track. It was great to place everything in her hands, allowing me to enjoy every moment of the day and not worry about who was standing where and whether or not all the vendors had arrived. In the time leading up to the wedding, we texted and emailed a lot to finalize details. We then had a final meeting in person a few days before the wedding. Melissa ran the rehearsal and then everything related to wedding the next day. She allowed me to attend my wedding as a bride, not a wedding planner. Hands down, hiring Melissa was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

    Jenny Orsini and her team made my wedding the most spectacular day of my life. They helped organize and execute everything flawlessly.     Far and away, the very best decision we made in planning our daughter's wedding was to engage Jenny and her team. From the moment we met Jenny about eight weeks prior to the big day, we knew that she was the right person with the right approach to bring all our prior planning to a very successful conclusion. In addition to the day-of coordination services, Jenny designed and produced beautiful custom menus that fit perfectly with the rest of the tablescape.

    Melissa, our lead coordinator, brought a wealth of experience, a wonderfully constructive and supportive attitude, and the right attention to detail that helped us all relax and enjoy the experience. Melissa is extraordinary. She and her team saved the day numerous times, showed great judgement and sensitivity, and focused clearly on what we and our daughter needed throughout final planning stages and of course on the wedding day.

    I got engaged in October of 2014 and knew I wanted to get married in Jersey City/Hoboken (with views of NYC). While I was VERY excited about marrying my (now) husband, the idea of planning was a bit daunting. I wanted a completely gorgeous venue, with the best food imaginable and the top-rated band in the area...the only problem was, like most brides, I had a budget! I knew with research I could find all my vendors, but what I wasn't sure I could do was execute the decor/logistics/flowers and everything in between...therein lies JENNY ORSINI EVENTS!!!

    After soliciting recommendations from my friends/colleagues, Jenny's name crossed my desk. She is probably the 5th planner I spoke with, once again, describing what I was looking for. "I really don't need help with finding a venue, photographer, ground, band, etc....I just need someone to take my budget for decor/flowers and make the room a magical place! I'm looking for someone to pull the details all together 8 weeks out and really run with it while in the homestretch". Jenny is the only planner that "GOT IT!".

    Jenny understood that I was OK doing much of the planning but needed her and her team's touch to do the things I couldn't. She really listened to my needs/requirements and was flexible with her pricing structure to make it work. She has the same 24x7 mentality I do and I knew that if I needed her, she would be there. She would run every purchase by me to make sure I was good with it before moving forward and really shared my vision. If I suggested something she didn't like, she would tell me...and I really appreciated that.

    And as far as my wedding day, I will be forever grateful for the comfort she brought me. I was truly a guest at my wedding...I had no worries because I knew she had it covered.

    In summary, I can't say enough good things about my experience partnering with Jenny Orsini Events. If you don't have her plan your wedding...you're just crazy!!!

    Aside for saying yes to my now husband, hiring Jenny Orsini and her fantastic team was one of the easiest and best decisions I made for my wedding. Initially, I thought I could potentially plan the wedding on my own with the aid of my mom and bridesmaids. I thought once you find your venue, you could easily do everything yourself. After all, a lot of wedding venues provide their own Event Designer. However, after meeting with Jenny, I realize she provides a lot more services that these Event Coordinators can't give. First of all, due to her years of experience and connections in the wedding business, she gives you a superior list of vendors to choose from to make your wedding day spectacular. She thinks of every little detail from the stationary, napkins, chargers, centerpieces, card box, unity candles, etc. Mind you, I am of Filipino decent and had a Filipino Wedding Ceremony which she was able to coordinate beautifully. She already had programs for it! Secondly, she is always available day and night to answer your questions and concerns. As the wedding day gets closer, you have occasional debriefings and discuss other things that need to be done. This was crucial for me. I needed deadlines. Especially in my line of work, it was difficult for me to find free time. Most importantly, especially within the last 3 weeks til the wedding, I didn't feel stressed because she was taking care of everything. This was great since it allowed me to focus on the important things, such as my fiancé, my family and friends. After working with Jenny, she and her team became family. It was so easy to work with everyone. If you plan on having a big wedding and know you are going to invest a decent amount of money, you are better off hiring a planner to ensure everything goes smoothly and is stress-free. You should hire Jenny Orsini and her team.

    Jenny Orsini Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first moment I met with Jenny, I knew that she had to be my wedding planner. She was professional, beyond organized, and knowledgable, while still being able to laugh and joke! Jenny helped to recommend the perfect vendors, suggest unique ideas for tablescapes and florals, organize the perfect bridal shower, and put together the absolute best wedding a girl could have asked for. One of the best parts about working with Jenny is that she is there to answer your questions NO MATTER the time of day. You can text her at any hour and she will certainly get back to you. She's there to answer you within minutes even if you have already asked the same questions 100 times, something I admit I did a lot of. She has tons of patience and has this way of calming your nerves and making you realize that your day will be absolutely perfect. Jenny worked hard with my family and I to stay on budget and was able to think of creative ways to save money in order for me to have exactly what I wanted on my wedding day.

    On the actually wedding day, Jenny and her team (specifically Melissa) helped to ensure that the day ran smoothly and that the decor was on point. The transitioning between the daily staples (pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) went beyond smoothly and I have Jenny Orsini Events to thank for that. Without them I would have been an absolute wreck on my wedding day worrying about every little detail. To say I would recommend Jenny Orsini Events is an understatement. I hold them in the highest regards and I would be crazy not to tell anyone to use them. You are not just hiring a wedding planner... you are hiring a friend!

    I would definitely recommend Jenny Orsini Events! Jenny was terrific! She always responded immediately to my emails, texts, or phone calls. Anything I asked for she made happen! I had a major issue with my wedding dress and she accompanied me to the bridal salon and made sure my dress was fixed. I interviewed several wedding planners before hiring Jenny and I was definitely satisfied overall. There was truly nothing she would not do! On the day of my wedding she helped me into my dress, sprayed hairspray on my hair, helped my father with his tuxedo, and even helped the groomsmen put on their boutonnieres. My mother was a little unsure at first but by my wedding day she said Jenny was the best wedding planner ever! I hope to hire her one day for another event!!!

    Looking back – I can say with confidence that hiring a planner for our wedding day is like building a house with a solid foundation. And having Melissa Loiacono as our personal wedding planner is like choosing the right materials to not only build a stronghold internal structure but also having a beautiful exterior design customized to your preference and style in order to transform a house to your personal home:P
    Like many other engaged couple, I was hesitant at first to add an “unnecessary” costs to an already anticipated expensive event. I initially thought that there is really no visible output from a planner in your wedding day unlike other wedding vendors. Amidst all these concerns, for one reason or another somehow my then fiancé convinced me to take a leap of faith and hire a wedding planner… and I am so happy that we did because we really saw the value of having Melissa as we were planning our wedding. For starters, she recommended amazing vendors who are very dedicated to their crafts and we can honestly say that we would not have found these vendors ourselves. Throughout the whole planning process, she also served as a mediator when my fiancé and I had disagreements on our preferences whether it was the design, food or vendor. I was definitely wrong to have thought that a wedding planner have no visible output because having Melissa and Jenni on our wedding day really manifested in the amazing ambience of our wedding reception and both of them were very good at managing and keeping our vendors well informed on what they were supposed to do. I honestly cannot remember of anyone asking or bugging me on “what to do” as everyone seemed to know exactly what they should do. Lastly, Melissa really streamlined our idea and made our vision a reality. It was such an amazing wedding.     I don't remember exactly how I found Jenny Orsini Events, but I am so blessed that I did. I was about a year into planning my wedding and found the perfect venue, band, dress etc... But these were all things I knew I could do on my own. What I needed guidance on was design and details!! I'm the type of girl that loves linens, flowers, stationary! I knew what I wanted but needed someone with expertise to show me the way and that is exactly what Melissa did! Jenny had a phone conversation with me regarding exactly what I needed and knew Melissa would be a good match.

    From our first meeting to the big day Melissa was completely committed to my vision. She led me to wonderful vendors that helped me achieve the atmosphere I desired and always respected my budget. My guests still argue about what their favorite part of our wedding was. She helped create a beautiful and intimate ceremony with an even gorgeous monogram runner. Then the reception tables were amazing with lavish linens and charger plates. She planned an after party with an amazing DJ, photo booth, bar stools and lighting!!! My guests were blown away! She makes the day of your wedding stress free, with a detailed timeline and takes care of everything! I did not have to worry about a thing!

    Melissa is extremely professional, but even more becomes a friend. She supported me through some tough decisions and me and my husband will always have wonderful memories b/c of her. We even face booked when I was on my honeymoon in Africa to talk about my breathtaking photos. She loves what she does and makes the wedding planning process as easy as it can be!!!! I highly recommend working with Jenny Orsini events as they cherish every client and treat them with respect and make dreams come true!

    Jenny was great! She brought her design experience to the table.. literally.. my tables were to die for! She helped in every aspect of the planning process. And it was all about the little details which, in the beginning of my planning process, i could have cared less about. But as I got more into planning I finally realized that she was right. The little details are what make the wedding. My father wouldn't even notice if i dyed my hair pink.. but oh yes.. he totally noticed the menus, table linens, napkin rings.. it was impressive. Jenny was professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her! She really created the wedding I had always dreamed about having!

    Where do i even start with this review!? i have no words to describe how grateful i was that i had Jenny by our side as our wedding planner. When we got engaged i knew from day one that i wanted an outdoor, country yet elegant wedding...something that would be so simple yet end up in a magazine! (which it did folks! NJ Bride Magazine!! :) I never imagined the amount of work and price tag that came along with basically building a venue from a blank slate. It also didn't help that our guest list was at almost 300. We had no idea where to start & with our busy school & work schedules we couldn't find the time to dedicate to building this dream wedding we envisioned; so we decided to hire a wedding planner. Jenny was the first & the last planner we met with because we hired her that day. We loved her personality, her honesty, & how knowledgeable in the business she was. We were comfortable & laughing from the second we walked in and thats the experience we lived for the two years we were engaged & planning. We had a few bumps in the road like every couple planning a wedding but she ALWAYS found a way to make everything okay, calm me down and make it happen!! She seriously wanted our best interest, searched long & hard to get us the best options & prices and always respected our choices. I'll never forget that the day of our wedding our caterer forgot his silverware, our "beautiful" barn windows made for our seating arrangement were crushed, it was 96 degrees out; yet she and her fab team fixed it all & made it all happen! Every single detail was beautiful, perfect & picked with a lot of love, dedication & hard work between us and jenny. There simply isn't one thing i would change about our day. It was a blessing that we worked with Jenny & an even greater blessing that we found a life long friend!     The best decision we had made when planning our wedding was hiring Melissa Loiacono, from Jenny Orsini Events, as our wedding planner. Because of her, we had the wedding of our dreams. The kind of wedding that shows up in magazines!! No cookie cutter wedding here! We hired her for full service planning. She was there for us from start to finish. If you work full time and are planning on having a wedding in New Jersey, you need to hire Melissa. Don't go it alone. She takes your dreams and visions and helps to make them a reality. She has exquisite taste. Plus she tells you like it is. She will let you know if something just won't work or if it will blow the budget. So very important if you are like us and are paying for your own wedding. She is always there for you - texting, emailing, calling. Whatever you need. She is there. She is the most down to earth, caring, coolest person you will meet. She has the inside track when it comes to dealing with vendors and knows how to get the best deals. We were so glad she was in our corner. That alone should make you hire a planner. She knew how to negotiate to get the extras that you want on your special day. On our wedding day, she impressed everyone! The woman never sat once! If there were any problems at all, we did not know about them. She did EVERYTHING! We were able to enjoy our own wedding!!     Having a wedding planner was the best decision we could have made, but finding Jenny was beyond lucky! She handled two busy doctors schedules and was able to get us to do (most) things on time, which is no small feat! She was always so patient and really understood how hard it was for us to do this with our schedules. She had great ideas of how to combine our champagne tastes on a more high quality beer budget. She took the time to get to know us which made it so much easier for her to understand what we wanted. She was always there and responded to emails, texts and phone calls so quickly despite getting them at all hours! She has such a fabulous eye for detail and really helped us understand that more isn't necessarily better. My husband has credited her with, "I was against the expense of a planner in the beginning but Jenny is indispensable and is the reason I haven't been murdered by my fiancé yet!" She is so well connected in the business that she had vendors in every field but was never pushy for us to use hers. She was so wonderful and caring she became a friend to us that we still keep in contact with.     where do I even start?? We had the PRIVILEGE to work with Jenny in creating the wedding of our DREAMS and, thanks to her that's exactly what it turned out to be! From day one, Jenny took ownership in our wedding, asked all the right questions and was quickly able to pinpoint what look, style and vibe we were looking for, something that indecisive me couldn't figure out after over 2 years of trying to on my own. She stayed in contact with us answering any questions we had, regardless of the time of day or night, she put us in touch with the PERFECT vendors, totally eliminating the hours and days I would have spent trying to figure it out on my own (vendors that I like to call, my wedding dream team!) spent endless amount of time helping us figure out everything from colors to pesky napkin treatments lol. She handled everything with our stationer, taking that completely off my plate and was even there for me to vent to when all things wedding were getting the best of me. Jenny is down to earth, creative, super knowledgable about this business, real and she truly becomes a friend through the process. The only downfall, is that once your wedding is done, there's no reason to bug her at 11 at night anymore :( lol

    I couldn't afford a planner that would help me from beginning to end, but they worked with me and I ended up hiring a "Day of Coordinator."
    Adhari went above & beyond...I had a couple of meetings with her before the wedding and she helped me streamline my vision and ideas and tell me what was important and what was feasible.
    I would ask her all types of advice, opinions and thoughts-and she always responded and helped me out. She also communicated with all my vendors and made sure everything was all good.
    Very professional 

    On the day of my wedding she was my savior. She made sure everything was on point and perfect.
    In addition to obviously working stuff out at the venue, she also came to my hotel to help me with my dress and to help the guys with their boutonnieres! Not to mention calm me down before I walked down the aisle. Lol There was nothing that she wouldn’t do! How can anyone have a wedding without a planner on site? I don’t know.

    Adhari and her team were amazing…I highly recommend her to everyone in need of a savior!

    I hired Jenny for day-of coordination b/c I was worried about who would handle all the details of our 'non-traditional' wedding day itinerary. It was worth EVERY penny and then some. Jenny is an experienced pro, and the peace of mind she brings just by being there is priceless. Even just the simple things like guiding everyone in the procession or making sure that special signs were placed where they needed to be - these are all things that a bride should not be worried about that day, and with Jenny there, I didn't have to. She was the go-to person all day and it was invaluable to us! Highly recommend!

    I knew that between the high demands of my job and buying/moving into our first house that I needed help with planning my wedding. Melissa was there 100% to help me with EVERYTHING - from selecting a date, picking our venue and even deciding on a dress. Then once you get all of the "biggies" solidified, there are so many other questions you don't know exist when planning a wedding and she was able to quickly answer every single one of them. From when to send my invites out, seating arrangements or even what to wear to my bridal shower - Melissa was always "on" for me.
    To me, one of the most helpful roles Melissa played was vendor introduction and management. With everything I had going on, I didn't have the time to say, interview four different local DJ's, see if they were cool, learn if they were in my budget and if they had my date available. Melissa is an extremely well-experienced professional who has a serious pulse on the industry and NJ weddings. I gave her my wedding budget and she was able to recommend the best vendor for the funds I had available. Honestly, I just loved everyone she introduced me to - they were all awesome people, perfect fits and that saved me so much time and contemplation. To give you an idea, Melissa introduced me to my awesome DJ, visionary florist, kick-ass makeup artist, amazing hair stylist, super-talented calligrapher and fabulous stationary shop. It was also very helpful that she did all of the vendor confirmations the week of the wedding, including videographer, photographer, etc. to make sure they knew the game plan.
    Melissa herself is also a visionary. When the possibilities were endless and completely overwhelming for me, she provided design direction that I was completely on board with. She tied together all of the details in our wedding to create a perfectly seamless execution that had us speechless when she revealed the room to us.
    From tip to toe, the table number frames, lighting, menus, card boxes, wedding logo, table linens, napkin bling, escort cards - every detail was completely nailed.
    My parents (mostly my mom) were against me having a wedding planner and thought that I was being over-the-top. But by the actual wedding day, after they had seen all that Melissa helped me with: keeping me calm, being at my side throughout the entire process, running the rehearsal at the church, providing our day-of itinerary and keeping us on-track on the big day- my dad actually mentioned her in his speech before dinner and thanked her for all that she did to help make my day all that I dreamed it would be.
    What I walk away with when I think about my experience with Melissa/Jenny Orsini Events, as I recommend her/them to all of you, is that this event planner/event planning team, are people you can TRUST. It's hard to think of trusting someone with your most important day, but I'm so glad that I trusted Melissa because she created a fairytale of a day for me.     Working with Jenny was beyond an amazing experience. We spent the better part of a year together and have have a lot to say but I will try to keep this short and sweet.

    Value: Jenny is/was worth every penny. PERIOD. She handled (and worked well with)all of my vendors and was able to get in touch with them and get the answers that I needed within several hours at the most when I had a question or concern. Jenny just took a lot of stress and worry off my shoulder and out of my head. so I was able to enjoy the process of planning my wedding more. She responded to all of my questions or calls within minutes. She ended up becoming more than my "wedding planner" so became a friend and confidant.

    Jenny also designed my wedding, working closely with my florist. The design of my wedding was amazing. Everything was unique and gorgeous from the tablecloths, napkin treatments, to my sweetheart table. She brought every idea I had to fruition and then some (while keeping me in budget).

    She even worked closely with my mom on my bridal shower, which again. was off the hook and completely unique. The design pictures should be on her blog. Please take the time to check them out (I believe under "A Bridal Shower That Rocked"). I'm hoping that one day she will also be able to design my baby shower.

    I still stay in touch with Jenny. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her services.

    I had the pleasure of working with Jenny Orsini as my wedding coordinator. Jenny was so fabulous and professional and made sure everything turned out picture perfect on my wedding day. She even took the time to look at the photographer's camera to make sure my hair/makeup looked picture perfect on camera...something that I had not thought to do. Jenny just made me feel 100% at ease on my day. I was able to enjoy the day rather than worry, and that to me is priceless. Thank you Jenny!!

    Love Love Love Pampered Bride Weddings and Melissa L.! Melissa worked with me for two years to execute my dream wedding and it was just that. Although a type-A personality that likes to be on top of things even if I hire someone else to be, I could not have pulled off the wedding without her. Every detail was covered and there wasn't one thing that I would have changed about my wedding - and I owe it to Melissa and Pampered Bride Weddings. Worth every penny!

    Jenny, Melissa and the entire team are fantastic!! You CANNOT go wrong with them. So many people initially questioned why we would even need a planner, after all a wedding is simple right? Not at all!! Having the PBW team on our side made wedding planning such an amazingly fun experience! It was the best decision we made, hands down. Did you ever watch Bridezillas? The reason their weddings usually turn out to be a mess is because they don't have the PBW team helping!

    Hubby and I initially met Jenny after meeting several other vendors and immediately knew she was the one. Unfortunately we could not afford her complete services so she recommended we book Melissa as our main coordinator, and Jenny would be behind the scenes to help. There was no doubt in my mind that Melissa would be any less capable than Jenny, and boy was I right! Melissa got everything I wanted right away. I only had to explain my vision once and she ran with it. She booked all of our meetings with vendors, helped with negotiations, reviewed all our contracts, even helped me find my dress on the first try!! I can't begin to list all of the other things she was there for. Melissa became my best friend in a very short period of time. We talked everyday and she kept me updated and on a strict (needed) timeline to make sure everything got completed. I can't explain how needed this was especially for a procrastinator like me!! Not one detail was forgotten about or left out. She is so unbelievably organized and really knows how to stretch a dollar which helps so much if you're on a budget!

    The day of was such a whirlwind, but Melissa and team kept us on track. This is how organized Melissa is.. the day of timeline she created for us was broken down by 5 minute increments! I thought it was hilarious at first, but soon realized how on top of things she was. Every detail was laid out which meant nothing was forgotten about. Everything flowed seamlessly that day and went by all too quickly, but hubby and I were able to enjoy every minute of it instead of worrying about minor details (did I bring my shoes, veil?). I wish we could get married all over again, it was simply that great!!!

    To this day I still keep in touch with Jenny and Melissa. Once they are in your lives they are there to stay. You will see it becomes much more than a business deal, you form a lifelong friendship.

    For all the brides out there, do yourself a favor and book PBW! You will be SO happy you did, and that means your future hubby will be happy too =)

    When my husband and I began to plan we knew right away that we wanted to hire someone for ‘day of coordination’, we both wanted to be able to enjoy the day and not stress about any of the details. As soon as I met with Jenny, I knew that PBW would be able to deliver – and deliver they did! The entire day ran smoothly (as far as we know) for both of us and our families because Jenny and Melissa were there to handle it all – I truly do not believe that I would have been as relaxed and had such an amazing day if it was not for both of them.

    I was also fortunate enough to work with Jenny to come up with the perfect design and look for the reception. I had a vision but without Jenny’s honest and creative suggestions the vision would never have become a reality and I truly can not thank her enough for that.

    I would recommend PBW to any bride who would like to enjoy the planning process and be able to focus their energy on what their day is truly about! Thank you to PBW for allowing me to do just that!

    When my husband and I first met Jenny over two and a half years ago--I never knew how amazing the actual wedding day would be--but I knew we clicked from the moment we met and she had all of my trust from that first meeting. Over the next 2 years--there would be countless emails and meetings. She introduced us to each and every one of our vebdors and they were ALL nothing less than FANTASTIC! We know we would not have known about all these fabulous vendors who delivered top notch service if it wasn't for Jenny and her extensive knowledge of what's hot in the wedding industry! Anytime I had an important question (or a stupid one)---she always delivered an answer within 10 minutes! She reviewed all of our contracts, created our event design for the wedding and my AMAZING bridal shower, gave her opinion on stationery choices, accompanied us to our tasting...I mean you name it, she helped with it! When we were stuck looking for an officiant---she agreed to do it! That's right--she even officiated our wedding and it was perfect! (I told you she does EVERYTHING--haha)
    When the wedding day came, I can't tell you how in awe I was with EVERYTHING! I never imagined in my wildest dreams--my dream wedding could actually come to life! It was beyond anything I've ever seen and everytime my husband and I talk about the day--we always agree it was absolutely perfect---we wouldn't change a thing....and we know that is all thanks to the fabulous Jenny!!! She is not only an amazing wedding planner---she is now a friend and we are so grateful for all that she did to design/plan our beautifully perfect wedding day!!!!

    I don't know how I would have planned my wedding without Jenny and Melissa. They are beyond amazing. I had a HUGE wedding (500 ppl), and they kept me so calm throughout the whole process.
    Jenny and Melissa were always available whenever I had any questions, etc.
    The amount of text messages and emails that we sent is unbelievable (thank God for the BlackBerry).
    Besides being amazing at their jobs, they are also awesome women! Our lunches were a blast, and Jenny and Melissa are so easy to talk to.
    I could write pages about how much they helped and what they did. All in all, they are amazing, and I would not have had my dream wedding without them. I am a girl who does not have an artistic bone in her body, and yet, Jenny and Melissa were able to peel away the layers and really understand what I wanted for my wedding.
    I recommend them to every bride I meet.
    Thank you Jenny and Melissa for making my bridal dreams come true!

    We had such a great experience with PBW! Jenny and Monique helped us create our perfect day! When I first considered hiring a wedding coordinator, I was a little worried about the cost, but in hindsight, I can say that it was well worth it! We were planning a wedding in West Point, NY, and since we are in the Army, we were in four different permanent locations during the entire process (Iraq, North Carolina, Colorado, AND Arizona - this was like a destination wedding for us). While the long distance planning would make my head spin, none of this stopped the PBW ladies from making sure we had an awesome wedding. Because I knew nothing about the area and vendors, Jenny and Monique gave me awesome vendor recommendations, were always ready with important info and advice, kept us on track with the key planning dates, and even took care of the menial tasks (like getting my dress cleaned and up to the ceremony). They were only an email or phone call away! In addition to helping us plan from afar, Jenny and Monique did an awesome job with the day of coordination. From keeping the timeline, to getting the venue decorated, and everything in between, I did not have to worry about a thing and could relax and enjoy our special day. Their design and sense of style is impeccable, and they have great connections to some incredible vendors! One of the best decisions I ever made in the planning process was having the PBW ladies as planners for our wedding. To Jenny and Monique, thank you a hundred times over!! We are still receiving compliments about the wedding! We could not have achieved what we did without you both!!

    Jenny, Jenny---how I love ya!!!
    The fabulous Jenny Orsini and her team were the wedding planners for my October 2009 wedding. I chose the package where I got Day of Coordination plus planning help, which was just right for me since i did a lot of footwork myself. Jenny opened up her Rolodex and helped me find some great vendors (our band rocked!!!) and helped me take the vision I had of a sophisticated Art Deco theme to fruition and our wedding was amazing. Jenny is a dedicated professional with the right amount of sass and spunk to keep the most scatterbrained bride on a clear path. Thanks Jenny. Couldn't have done it without you!

    I should start by saying our wedding day was simply amazing. The weather did not cooperate, however everything that Melissa, Jim and I planned came together on November 14th. Pampered Bride was referred to us by a close friend, and I am so glad that we decided to hire Melissa. She was great to work with and any question we had she was quick to answer. She helped us create a theme, and color scheme and it all came together beautifully.
    She recommended our florist Laurellwood, stationary, who was done by Cam Turner, music by Elegant Ensembles and Video by Krystal Clear Production. All which did a fabulous job.
    On our wedding day Melissa was there to make sure I was taken care of, and the flowers were delivered to my house and the church. She also handled all of the gratuities along with the time of the reception, which was a big help because we really did not have to worry about anything but where to be and when, and Melissa told us that.
    I can not thank her enough for an incredible day which we will never forget the role she played in making it so special. So thank you to Melissa and Pampered Bride.

    Pampered Brides wedding provided exceptional service. Her vendor reccomendations were supurb. Jennifer did everything she was supposed to do,....Plus a great hand holder for the anxious bride. Wedding was far and above expectations.

    Jenny helped Chris and I plan our wedding over our 1 1/2 yr engagement. Jenny referred all vendors, which we were more than pleased with, and helped to negotiate all of their contracts. In addition to coordinating vendors, Jenny and her team helped to design a fabulous decor for our wedding that truly amazed us and our guests. She took our rough (very rough and always changing) ideas of what we wanted and brought them to life. Jenny gave me a sense of confidence through the planning process that I am so grateful for! I always had her on my side and she was always available to provide support, advice, and friendship. We are more than pleased with PBW's services and highly recommend that brides and grooms utilize their expertise; it will make your planning process fun instead of stressful!

    When I got engaged in July of 2007, I did not know where to start. I was sooo happy I was going to marry my bestfriend, and I knew I wanted a perfect wedding (who does'nt) but I did not know where to begin. My cousin loves watching wedding shows and remembered seeing Whose Wedding is it Anyway where Jenny from Pampered Bride Weddings did a wedding. My cousin loved how the wedding came out and thought I should reach out to them. At first I thought she was crazy, because there was no way I thought that I was going to be able to have them do my wedding, because I didnt know how much they would charge and they were based in NJ, whereas I wanted a LI wedding. But when I spoke to Jenny she was so pleasant, so sweet, and I knew I wanted to work with this company. My wedding planner was Melissa. From the moment we met, she got it. She got my hopes for the day, my vision, everything. Romantic Elegance! I wanted Romantic Elegance! And she gave it to me! We just clicked. Everything was easy....Melissa made planning our wedding an enjoyable experience. Everyday I say I would do it all over again. It didnt matter that she is based in NJ. For our first meeting she met me at work in Manhattan. Throughout the plannig process there were times when she would come out and meet me at my venue or vendors office, and there were times we would go to NJ to meet her. It just worked. No fuss, no hassle. It was great. The vendors she connected me with were also perfect! From the wedding stationary to the DJ, they were all perfect! And most importantly, they work with your budget. I had the most beautiful wedding and do not feel that I sacrificed a thing. She did that for me. Melissa made that happen. Cannot thank her enough.

    And on the day of my wedding I met another great person, Adhari. Adhari and Melissa together were a powerhouse on the day of my wedding. I didnt have to worry about a thing, not even my make-up. I had a make-up artist do my make-up in the morning and Adhari was there for the rest of the day to reapply when needed. Perfect (especially because I do not where make-up so I did not know a thing about touching it up..lol). I love Pampered Bride Weddings! I would have them plan every event if I could. Any bride would be lucky to have them plan there wedding! Much success Pampered Bride Weddings in the future!

    Jenny was one of my favorite vendors. We used them for DOC services and I ended up with 3 people. Since Jenny was 8 months pregnant she came to my house that morning to make sure I was calm and everything was running smoothly. It was great to have her there. Then Aimee and Marisa took over. Aimee is just amazing. She made sure that we were well taken care of and that our ballroom looked stunning. I don't think I could have gotten through the day without them.

    I love Jenny to peices!!!! She kept me under total control the last 2 months of our wedding - it was a disaster - our banquet manager quit and the new manager was dismissing our contract - like it never even existed!!! So jenny stepped in to keep the peice = and let me tell you she is wonders!!! cool and calm when you think you are loosing it

    Jenny also recommended wonderful vendors for our flowers and invites - everything turned out wonderful b/c of her!

    I owe her so much - i would 100% use her again!!!!

    Jenny was amazing throughout the whole process. We hired her because we live in CT and the wedding was in NJ. She helped us find our vendors, meet with them, negotiate and got them on board! She kept me on a timeline, especially the day of. She helped me keep my cool and my sanity! Her personality is very outgoing and boistrous and that helped me laugh and keep relaxed. Jenny is an awesome person and I would recommend her to all! Her team also helped at the rehearsal and the day of. They were professional and just as comforting and supportive as Jenny. They all know what they are doing and know how to do it WELL. On the day of my wedding, I was calm, knowing that Jenny was helping me pull off a perfect wedding day, which is was - at least I thought so - if there were any concerns or problems, Jenny took care of it and made sure my day was wonderful. My wedding was fabulous, I was pampered, which totally reflects her company's name. Thank you Jenny and the Pampered Bride team. It was all worth it.

    We had Jenny as our day of coordinator and it was the best wedding related decision we made!! She was absolutely amazing and we truly didn't have a care in the world that day knowing that Jenny was there. Anything that needed attention, she took care of so that we didn't have to worry or deal with anything. I didn't even have to touch up my own makeup - any time I needed touching up, Jenny was right there doing it for me. We had so many people comment on how great she was and how they wished they had Jenny for their wedding! She truly is wonderful and has an awesome personality and just makes your wedding day really end up being the special day that it is!

    What can I say except WOW! She is super organized and got things done! We booked her a little later in the planning process, after most of the big things were booked. I really wish I had found her sooner, because all of the great ideas and resources she had would have bee a great help when we first started out. She was just amazing, from going to appointments with me, to picking things up when I couldn’t, to just calming me down when I needed to talk. She has become a friend and if anyone is thinking of getting a planner to help them out from the very beginning, or just a DOC, I would HIGHLY Recommend her. Angela, her assistant was great too! They were both there for Bryan and I the whole day and night of the wedding; whatever we needed they were there. When my mom was getting nervous, they were there, when the bridesmaids needed help, they were there. Jenny and Angela were just amazing and I wish I could express better, how much Jenny really did!

    Pampered Brides took me in during the last 5 months before my wedding. I didn't realize that I needed help until then and I am so glad I went with Jen and her team. They are fun to work with and execute everything smoothly. They take your ideas and make them a reality.

    They made my wedding day memorable because all my mother and I had to do was focus on my wedding, not the details! We certainly enjoyed our day thanks to the Pampered Brides taking the stress off our shoulders.

    There are no words to describe how wonderful Jenny and her team are. My husband "allowed" me to hire a wedding planner after I bombarded him with emails and dragged him for months finding the perfect venue. Due to both of our busy schedules, we realized that it would be wise for us to get some help. I have to say that hiring Pampered Bride Weddings was one of the BEST decisions we made during the planning process.

    Jenny provided me with lists of her recommended vendors which I was insanely happy with. Everyone I worked with from her list was extremely professional, responsive and reasonably priced . Jenny knew exactly what do say and say when I had financial panic attacks at 11pm. She kept me grounded on design ideas, which I changed several times. She had other staff members provide me with additional vendor options when I was unhappy with the ones previously recommended. But most importantly, she kept me sane on my wedding day.

    She was 7 months pregnant when I had the wedding and she was still running around like a chicken with her head cut off to make sure that everything was perfect. Jenny called me first thing in the morning to see how I was holding up and visited me at the hotel several hours later. Her team finished a couple of projects the night before the wedding since I ran out of time and made sure no problems reached my ears during the wedding. If they encountered any problems, I still don't know about it.

    Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Pampered Bride Weddings should be for planning a wedding or any special event. The cost was ABSOLUTELY worth the problem free event.

    I was so glad to have Jenny there on my wedding day. Knowing she was there gave me the peace of mind that everything would run smoothly on my wedding day. She had a great relationship with all my vendors which is so helpful in those final stages leading up to the big day. She was always responsive - I knew I'd be able to reach her whenever and wherever. She was also ready and willing to answer any question I had - big or small. And when I needed a last minute design idea for a guy's cigar area, she came up with an awesome design that turned out to be a huge hit at the reception. I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to any future brides.

    Jenny, Melissa and the rest of the staff at Pampered Bride Weddings were amazing to work with before and during my wedding. It alleviated a lot of added pressure and stress having them involved with the planning and execution of the event. Everyone at Pampered Bride listened to my vision and incorporated even more ideas to make it a perfect day. They were extremely professional, creative and patient with me. I would recommend them for any event.

    PBW was wonderful to work with. My planner was extremely professional and really helped my wedding day run smoothly. PBW was also able to provide great design advice and links to very good vendors.

    We looked at two planners because we wanted someone to help us with creating a cohesive design for the wedding and also take care of coordinating the day of the wedding. I had seen Jenny on Who’s Wedding Is It Anyway, on the Style Network and thought she seemed fun. We met with her and loved her ideas and personality. She helped us to come up with the whole Chocolate Theme of the wedding (stemming from Aaron’s proposal using chocolate..see bio). She helped us to accomplish everythghing we wanted which was mainly to make our wedding unique and personal to us. She had some wonderful, fun ideas that really did make the wedding so special.
    She also helped us out by reffering vendors she’s worked with in the past and we had great experiences with all of them. She also has a great staff on hand that helped to support her and us the day of the wedding. She is an all-around wonderfully sweet person who I consider a friend now. I wholeheartedly recommend her or any of her staff for any of their packages.

    I worked with Jenny since the beginning. She was there to go to vendor meetings with me & look over contracts. She also helped me plan my overall theme & various other aspects of my big day. I ended up doing most of the leg work during the planning process with getting my vendors ( I didn’t realize it when I hired her that I would want to do it all myself) but she really helped me with all the small details of my day. Jenny was fabulous day of. Everything ran perfectly smoothly. She was there to do touch ups on me & anyone else that needed her. I am grateful to have had her & knew my day would go smoothly since she was there to run the show.

    Overall they were great. We saved A LOT of money on band (which our guests loved) and invites and some help with design development. They were always friendly and excited and supportive and I always knew I could turn to them with a problem. When I didn't understand how a process worked or took things the wrong way from a vendor they facilitated in squashing the problem professionally. There were a couple points at the wedding where they should have helped and didn't - ex. all guests were milling about and running into me and not directed down to the ceremony site. I had to have one of the groomsmen get everyone moving while I hide away. Also one of our guests mentioned the likely hood of someone falling down some steps and instead of getting someone to stand and assist people they said, "we'll take care of it" - few minutes later my aunt fell. Also when I had an issue with my bridesmaid dress I sent a few emails which were just never responded to. I figure it was b/c it wasn't thier place to help? But they could have said that. Lastly - there were some instances where I found the cheaper vendor or solution to a problem. Part of our deal was vendor reccomendations of all budget levels and I think that they are a bit more "high end" than what we were able to afford. The services were great and they were really professional (which I appreciate to no end) but like I said I got the feeling that we were too low budget sometimes and were left to fend for ourselves.
    BOttomline: You get what you pay for - higher qualilty vendor reccomendations and high quality service. It was great to have the high quality b/c the day went smoothly and were were really satisfied with almost all the vendor recs they gave us. And I knew I could email them at any time and get response and it provided a sense of calm which is really necessary! LOL
