Jennifer’s was both professional and very personable - very accommodating and gracious, and their property, decor, food, and staff were excellent!

From our first conversation through the big day, the team was responsive and easy to talk to, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. They went out of their way to accommodate our vision, including personalizing our ceremony and giving special attention to our son throughout the celebration. The food was delicious, the service felt tailored to our needs, and the staff stayed late to help with cleanup so we could enjoy our guests without worry. Jennifer's Garden delivered quality service at a price that made sense for our budget. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue that truly cares about making your day special.

We were very lucky to have found Jennifer’s Garden. We were looking for a place where we could have an outdoor ceremony and inside reception and this place was perfect! Deb was great to work with and made the day go so smoothly. Through the whole planning process, Deb was there when we needed her. Priestess Julie made us feel very relaxed and made the ceremony great. The food was phenomenal! We had so many guests tell us that the food was delicious that they wish there was more to eat. The whole serving staff was very kind and helpful. They made sure we were well taken care of. We could go on and on about all the great things about this place. I highly recommend this venue!!!

Having our wedding at Jennifer's Garden was beyond what we were hoping for in a venue for our big day. Deb is the most kind, thoughtful, and sweetest person i have had the pleasure of working with. She was there through every step making sure we had every question answered and reassured us on any and all worries. The staff was amazing and made our room look absolutely beautiful for our guests. They are super flexible and help you with anything you need! If there’s something you need to get done, trust me they will get it done! They made it easier for us! They handled the chaos (if there is any). You won’t notice because they’re on top of it! They have amazing attention to detail and brought our wedding to life! Highly recommend for your wedding! Deb was a rock star with coordinating everything. Alison took the best videos! And Mary was wonderful with getting to know us and making out ceremony so special! The food was soooooo goood! I got the most compliments about the food!! Hats off to the chefs!!

Jennifer’s Garden was the best! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. First, the owner, Deb, is amazing. She goes above and beyond for you to have a great experience. She is easy to communicate with and available always! The venue itself is gorgeous, clean, and open. Plenty of parking. The food?? Everyone still talks about how good the food was! I am gluten free and there were still plenty of great options for me. The decorations were stunning. We had Allison as our content creator and she was also amazing! I highly recommend adding that to your experience! And the price?? I still can’t get over how affordable the venue was for everything we were able to get! I’m telling you, this is the place! In the middle of our reception I looked out and thought how perfect our day was because of this venue!

Deb, the wedding coordinator, and her whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They offered 3 different packages to choose from to cater to your financial needs. The location itself is beautiful for pictures. They offer an indoor or outdoor ceremony option on-site. There are plenty of hotels 5 mins away, and Jennifers Garden offers a shuttle service that ran all night. The food was delicious. And overall you get a lot of bang for your buck!

We held our Daughter's Wedding Reception here. It was an unbelievably good experience from the first day we met with Deb to the moment we walked out the door. You would have thought we were royalty the way she took care of us. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted for the reception and that we were happy throughout the process. On top of that, the price was amazing. We looked at several venues, but no one included all that Jennifer's Garden included for the price. Most places nickel and dime you for everything but not here. Of course you can upgrade some of the choices, but even the premium choices were reasonable. The only outside vendors we had to secure were the photographer and the DJ. On the day of the event, everything was set up exactly like we had planned. The food was OUTSTANDING. The Cake was incredible... and every part of the event went off without a hitch. At the end of the evening, the crew even boxed up all of the gifts and leftover food/cake so it took us 10 minutes to clean up. If you are looking for an amazing place to hold an event, you can't go wrong at Jennifer's Garden!

We recently had our wedding at Jennifer’s Garden Banquet and Convention Center, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly organized. They made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, always quick to answer questions and accommodate our requests.

The venue itself is stunning—elegant interiors, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a spacious ballroom that created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. Everything was set up exactly as we envisioned, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner.

The food was absolutely delicious, with many of our guests still talking about how much they enjoyed the meal. The service throughout the evening was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and professional.

Thanks to the team at Jennifer’s Garden, our wedding day was truly magical. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space and a dedicated team to bring their vision to life!

Everything about Jennifer’s garden has been amazing. Deb is WONDERFUL. She has made this process so pain free. The venue itself is stunning but on top of that the food is delicious, the cakes are amazing, and they offer so much decoration wise too! Those are just a few examples but I seriously cannot recommend Jennifer’s garden enough!!!

We had a surprise party for my parents’ 60th anniversary at Jennifer’s Garden. From the first day meeting with Deb, she gave us some great ideas for the food, cake, centerpieces, table linens and decor. The baker at JG was able to replicate their wedding cake! Their event packages make it very affordable with the food, cake, centerpieces and linens all included in the price. Deb and her staff even came up with the idea on how to get my parents there for the surprise party. All of the staff were so helpful, supportive and very accommodating to our ideas as well. We had a terrific celebration and it could not have been possible without the help of Deb and her staff at Jennifer’s Garden!

The planning process exceeded expectations and Deb was so informative and kind. She really put me as the bride at ease knowing the vision of the wedding was coming to life.

Julie our officiant is one of the sweetest people we have met! Our meetings with her preparing for the ceremony made my husband and I know we picked a wonderful person to bring us together to start our marriage.

Rehearsal night went really well and helped everyone prepare for the big day.

Our wedding overall was the best and most magical day ever! We hope to see Jennifer’s Garden staff again soon and are so thankful for everything.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The food was awesome, and the service was excellent! They do everything they can to make your day special. If you're looking for a turnkey venue this is the place. They take of the setting up & the taking down. At the end of the night, they will box up your stuff & take it to your car. All you need to do is show up & enjoy your evening with your guests & leave. They even offer a shuttle to & from the hotels. Once less thing to worry about booking!! We had 330 guests at our reception & they all raved about the food & loved the venue. Just book it you won't be disappointed!!

Jason and myself just had our wedding there 9/9/23 . Where can I start this… From day one Deb made us feel so comfortable and understanding with everything. Now the food was amazing.. We had Julie do our wedding.. What amazing person she is.. She made me feel so comfortable and also calm myself down.. Also at the end of the night Deb and the staff cleaned up everything and packed everything for us, so we didn’t have to do all of that stuff..Julie and Deb thank you so much for making sure our day was super special inside and out.. We appreciate it!!

We had our daughter & future son in law's Wedding Shower at Jennifer's Garden in August. We were overjoyed with how everything turned out.

•The food was excellent in presentation, quality and quantity. Their executive chef was able to easily accommodate our family's severe gluten allergy needs. I couldn't find another facility that could, nor even cared to help people with severe allergies. The other venues were very limited on what foods would be gluten free. Jennifer's offered a great selection of gluten free foods and were very familiar with food allergies so we felt it was safe there.
The salmon was out of this world with a high end presentation. The mini veggies with hummus was a great touch of sophistication.
•The service was excellent. Every need was thought of ahead of time to make our day special and flow smoothly.
The wait staff was professional, courteous, and had a friendliness about them. Deb and Julie went out of their way to add special touches that we hadn't even thought of. I'm so happy that they added those touches for us. There was always one of the staff in the room to help us in case we had any questions. We had ordered extra plates of food in case we had any extra people come. We had a person come and they were therefore easily accommodated for.
•The cost of the venue was competitive yet gave us so much more than other venues would give. The quality of the food was outstanding compared to the cheap food other venues tried to sell. Other venues wanted to charge for every little thing which was ridiculous. Jennifer's included a lot in their package compared to other venues.
•Other venues had small amounts of time you could book rooms. At Jennifer's they gave us well enough time. We felt relaxed and could actually enjoy the day instead of looking at our watches to see if our time was up. That was important to us.
•The room they gave us was beautiful and spacious. It had a great view with a lot of natural light. It made us feel as if we were having a happy, special day. With some guests having health issues, it was great to have such an open space so they didn't have to worry about being too close to others if they didn't want to. There was a lot of room for all of our specialty tables that were set up for games and activities so people could move around them easily.
•We received a call the next day. It was a great way to follow up with us. It showed that they cared about us using their facility. I was happy with that extra effort they made.
•Overall, I highly recommend Jennifer's Garden. We left with a great feeling and was able to really enjoy our special day. We had no issues. Everything ran smoothly and professional with a friendly human touch. I am very satisfied with every aspect of our experience and will be using them again in the future for our son's wedding.

Recently DJed a fantastic wedding at Jennifers Garden. Well maintained outdoor grounds for ceremony and spacious inside...even in these Covid times! As a vendor I usually find 1 or 2 drawbacks, but everything was perfect from start to finish, no issues whatsoever...such a relief! Dedicated/hardworking/kind staff, and managers around whenever I had questions. They also did a great job with adhering to guidelines and being conscious of state regulations. Cant forget great food too! 5 of 5 stars!!! Hope to be back soon! -Tim

Jennifer’s Garden was the perfect venue for our wedding! Deb is amazing to work with! She made sure to have everything perfect for us, and made planning a wedding super easy as she had an answer for every question I had. The organization of Jennifer’s Garden took away a lot of the stress I thought I would have. Also, our guests are still raving on how good the food was! I highly recommend Jennifer’s Garden for any event!

Jennifer's Garden went above and beyond our expectations! We were planning a 90th birthday celebration from out of state and it was easier than if we had been in the same town. The food was excellent and presented with style. The staff was friendly and always asking if we needed something. They were very flexible and really listened to what we wanted for our mother. The staff even provided extra touches that we hadn't asked for to make our party complete. We can't thank them enough for a FANTASTIC job!!

I just want to say that Deb and her staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Julie who married us was amazing and all of our guests and ourselves loved the food and our cake. She even gave some people seconds. It was hot and fresh and their hospitality was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was worth every dollar and Deb really did go above and beyond with the decor. I made some new friends and for that I am blessed.

Deb and staff were absolutely wonderful and helped us every step of the way! Even the recommendations for photographer, DJ, and flowers from Deb were phenomenal. They do everything they can to make sure your day is perfect, and especially since we planned the wedding in 6 months. We were even given ideas and honest opinions about cake, decorations, etc. I could not say enough great things in reguards to everyone there and everything! Our day was perfect!

Deb and the staff at Jennifer's Gardens are fantastic!! We held our wedding reception there this past weekend and everything was perfect. Their service is amazing and the food was so delicious. Awesome wedding reception experience. Deb is an amazing planner and always answered I questions in a timely nice manor. Lynn was also great to, she helped me decorate my room and pick out the right colors. The food, drinks and cake was all amazing. I don't think anyone left hungry. The entrance from the upstairs made some awesome photos.

Where to even start! I am so so happy that we choose Jennifer's Garden. From booking, planning, and the day of, everything went amazing! I could not believe how hands on everyone there was! From helping get everything set up just the way I wanted to helping my husband get our son ready for the wedding! Just everything it was all amazing! They had our room done just as we wanted and it was absolutely beautiful! The food was amazing and they give you so much! The cake was done just as the picture I had shown them we wanted and was so delicious! All of our guests have been commenting on how beautiful Jennifers Garden was and how great the food was! Deb, Julie, Lynn and the rest of the staff are just amazing!! I seriously will miss working with them! Thank you all for making our day absolutely amazing!!!

Deb and her team at Jennifers Garden are amazing. The hall was beautiful, our day was perfect. Hotels are super close, shuttles run all night and easy access to the highway. Best wedding ever.

Jennifer's Garden was OUTSTANDING!! No stone was left unturned and Deb was extremely fast and efficient at responding to any and all questions throughout the process! Prices are extremely reasonable, you get SO much for what you pay for, and the service is top notch. Food is great, the reception rooms are big and very accommodating.., I really can't say enough great things about this venue from beginning to end!!!

Jennifer's Garden went above and beyond our expectations. They have a system and it works. Deb was always there to make our wedding perfect and did whatever it was that she could. Julie was the perfect officiator for us and made our ceremony so personal but fun. Our flowers didnt show up and in 10 mins they ran and put stuff together for bouquets! It was incredible how they did everything in their power to make the day great. I would recommend them to everyone who gets married.

My daughter's wedding reception was even more than we imagined! Deb and her team were amazing. Deb took such good care of us from the very first meeting to the very end. She went out of her way to make everything extra special and even more than we had discussed. She personally checked on everything during our event and made sure my husband got his specialty diet challenges met. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were very generous. The cake was beautiful and exactly what my daughter and son in law wanted. Our guests commented on how wonderful everything was and how much they enjoyed the venue. I can't imagine going anywhere else for this event. It was a dream come true for my daughter. Deb took all the stress away so we could enjoy the day. We are truly thankful for Deb and the entire staff. Deb was a blessing!

Our daughter and her new husband chose Jennifer's Garden as the venue for both their ceremony and reception, and we are so pleased with their choice! Deb and her staff were so organized, flexible, and helpful throughout and made the day absolutely perfect. The officiant, Julie, was wonderful and made the ceremony very personal and meaningful. Reception hall was beautiful and food was excellent! Service was maybe a little "too" efficient, as they were a little too quick to take plates away at dinner in order to keep the timing in check. Also, be aware that bar closes for only 1/2 hour during dinner (not an hour as contract says) and then bar closes 1/2 hour before end of evening - so still 5 hour reception with 4 hr open bar as contract says - not a problem, but just something to be aware of. Several hotels 2 minutes away, and they offer shuttle service to and from hotels all night - wonderful! Overall a perfect day, wonderful venue at great value, and we would absolutely recommend!

I loved everything about this place. It was like home and family working with deb, lynn, and julie. It was a stressfree and perfect day and they way exceeded any expectations.

Deb and her staff did an amazing job with our wedding. It was everything we dreamed of and more! They were very accommodating to all of our requests and anything we needed for our big day. The food was to die for! We could not have asked for a better day and we highly recommend them to everyone!

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but let me tell you working with Jennifer's Garden and Jennifer's Garden, and especially Deb, made my experience nothing but a pleasure. In the first email I sent Deb at 9 PM at night asking about more information about the venue, we received nothing but prompt responses. (I remember telling my fiancé, so shocked, that Jennifer's Garden already emailed back with info--the same night!) Deb made anything I wanted, possible, including a light wall display the week of the wedding. Deb and her team made it happen! I had my wedding on site as well and the reception was very well organized and helped set family members' minds at ease with a better idea of what would happen the actual day of the wedding. At the reception, the food was delicious (people were telling me how great it was days later) and I don't recall of there ever being a real line at the bar (we had about 170 guests). Deb and her team literally take care of anything you need and made my entire wedding experience so easy! It is easy for a bride to get stressed during wedding planning, but not when you're working with Jennifer's Garden!

They are fantastic!! We had such a great wedding. They kept making sure we were happy and didn't need anything all night! Everyone loved the food and it all came out so timely, and hot. Would recommend them to anyone! Deb and her team are fantastic!!

Anything and everything I dreamed of (and some things I didn't) were all taken care of beautifully at Jennifer's Garden. Deb, Lynn, and the staff took great care to make sure our wedding was nothing short of perfection. The food was phenomenal (that people are still raving about) and the sense of ease it gave me and my new husband was unparalleled. We didn't have to deal with set-up or clean-up and we were accommodated on every level we expected to be. The shuttle service was fabulous and without any snags. The cake was gorgeous and delicious. We could go on and on. But we must not forget how beautiful the venue and gardens are - our photos are stunning. If I could do it all over, I wouldn't change a thing.

Jennifer's Garden was beautiful and well-priced. The location was good for me since my family is close to the area. Some of my vendors and bridal party members did not care for Deb, but i did not have any problems with her. The day went perfectly and i got everything that i wanted.

I would recommend Jennifer Garden to anyone. Deb is very awesome and making sure the you day is about the bride and groom. She made sure we had everything and also got to eat before dinner. Thank for making our day special DEb.

There are truely not enough words for me to describe how Deb and her staff were.Just amazing,polite,aware of everything.The bartenders knew every drink every person would order and they were fast,and when the bar closed for an hour for dinner he was right at our head table.The food tasted more amazing than I remember from the tasting.Deb and her staff also do everything for you,all you need to do is relax and enjoy your day.Everyone from my wedding raved for a week about how nice it was.I was stuck on what to give my guests for there favor and Deb suggest I do a candy bar(a table full of assorted sweets)that was a huge hit,everyone loved it.thanks again to Deb and there staff. jennifer's garden is affordable,and they do everything there,your cake,food,bar,ceremony's,table's decorated.AMAZING

Jennifer's Garden was absolutely fantastic in every way! Deb, the event coordinator, put me at ease from the first time we walked in the door. We were able to communicate over the phone and through email on occasions when I could not make the drive out to Morris. She was always very organized and pleasant to speak with about anything. Her staff was also very helpful and very organized, making sure that every detail was to our liking. The service, the food, the cake, and the location are worth much more than the extremely affordable price. We are so happy that we were able to have our reception at Jennifer's Garden. Thank you for everything!

The ladies were incredibly helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions quickly, work with anything special I wanted, and even fixed a decoration that I was working on and couldn't get right. The food was spectacular and everyone raved about it. Everyone also pointed out that they barely even noticed the wait staff, they were so discreet.

Deb is really on top of everything, and the price is great for how much is included! Everything ran smoothly for the most part. My only advice is that you make sure you communicate well with Deb. One thing wasn't mentioned to her about my plans and it was a pretty big bump for me. We got it taken care of, but she has a schedule (based off of your wants and needs, just tell her) and you better stick to it. I would definitely recommend and book them again.

Anne was wonderful to work with. She worked very hard to make sure my dreams came true within my budget. The food was wonderful, the room and tables were beautiful, and the guests felt like they were in a palace. It really was exceptional.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this venue. My son and his beautiful bride were married there this weekend. I had several of our guests complaint to me regarding their customer service. When I spoke with the bride’s mother she experienced the same thing. When I called to discuss this with the general manager today she was argumentative, rude and unsympathetic. Let’s just say with Jennifer’s Gardens, the customer does NOT come first. Horrible customer service!

Vendors and brides BEWARE

As someone who works in the wedding industry, it takes a LOT for me to leave a negative review. I have never, in over 10 years in the industry, witnessed such outright disrespect towards a bride nor received such disrespect myself.

-Staff was unorganized/giving contradicting information to vendors and couple.
-Venue was incredibly hot when we arrived. The bridal suite thermostat read 78º.
-Staff members were consistently rude to us as vendors as well as guests and even the bride. Specifically regarding the time the bride wanted introductions. While the bride and I were discussing the introduction plan, Deb and some young boy in dirty clothes interjected themselves into the conversation and began arguing with the bride, INCREDIBLY rudely, about what time they would take place. They insisted introductions needed to take place 15 minutes before dinner, rather than the 25 minutes the bride desired. They did eventually agree to start at 6:35 as the bride wished, and it worked out perfectly - finishing introductions, cake cutting, and speeches with 3 minutes before dinner started.
-When I politely requested a chair so my partner and I could sit together at dinner, I was told no. No explanation, no exception, just a flat no. When I inquired as to why, I was informed we were not allowed to sit or eat if we did not already have a chair. They claimed the couple did not include us in the count, when in fact, they had - and no additional chairs would be brought in unless the couple paid an additional fee for us. Knowing they already had, at this point I informed them I would go purchase food elsewhere. When I brought this to the bride's attention, she was mortified and incredibly apologetic - insisting she absolutely did pay for us. In addition to that, there were guests that did not attend so there actually should have been EXTRA meals. While this conversation was taking place in the hallway, the DJ and his wife were being served dinner, at their table.
-During the conversation mentioned above, Deb claimed we accused her of stealing from us, which is a blatant lie. Some of our items had been moved when we attempted to use them. They were later recovered in an area outside (where neither of us had visited). No accusation was made. Rather, it was an inquiry into if she had seen them or perhaps unintentionally relocated them.
-We did end up receiving chairs and food. I was served last by the dirty young boy who quite literally dropped my plate from so high up my vegetables bounced off of my plate and onto the table.
-My partner and videographer was standing near the back door towards the end of dinner when Emily, the officiant/coordinator/server approached him very rudely asking if he had a problem claiming he was staring at the young boy I mentioned above.

In summary, there was countless more issues that did not directly pertain to me that I have left out. This is our second wedding attended here and it will absolutely be the last. The first was not pleasant, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned. I'm sure I will receive a reply full of excuses and dancing around the real issues rather than accepting responsibility and attempting to correct them.
