This review is long overdue but it’s been nagging on my mind to give this woman the credit she deserves! Jennifer shared her niche is natural wedding day makeup but I wanted something a little more glamorous. I lived in CO at the time of my wedding and was unable to meet in advance for a trial. Jennifer was so incredibly responsive to emails and the many pictures I sent of the look I wanted. She guided me in finding the right lipstick color (which was very important to me). One of my bridesmaids is super glamorous with makeup, while my mom wanted extremely natural. Literally everyone was thrilled with their look. She checks in and has you look in the mirror for feedback numerous times to make sure you’re happy.
Beyond her skills as a makeup artist, she also has such a relaxing presence. My nerves were high but she helped me feel at ease.
Almost forgot, a woman in the catering staff at the end of the night told me I looked beautiful AND most importantly, that my makeup still looked and incredible. It lasted all night!! My face did not melt! So important!!
HIRE HER. You will not regret it. -

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and listened to what we wanted for my daughter's wedding day. Everyone looked beautiful, and our makeup was natural-looking, like we wanted. I would hire Jennifer again in a second! -

Jennifer is so talented! Her pricing felt very fair for her level of skill + professionalism. Jennifer's overall calm, collaborative energy shows through from the makeup trial to the wedding day. She made me feel beautiful, confident, glowy AND still totally like myself, which was really important to me. My 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law all looked radiant and were so pleased with their makeup. Jennifer is organized, easy to communicate with, and made everything feel effortless. I can’t recommend her enough!! -

Fantastic Wedding Makeup Artist!
I had such a great experience working with Jennifer for my wedding day last September. She is extremely talented and professional. She worked with me from the makeup trial to the wedding day to create a wedding makeup look that felt natural and elegant. She is very efficient and was able to complete my large wedding party’s makeup in great timing and everyone was so happy with their looks! I can’t recommend Jennifer enough! -

I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist during my wedding weekend! Jennifer is extremely kind, professional, and amazing at what she does. She made all of us (different ages, skin types, styles) feel our best both Friday & Saturday nights. Everyone's makeup was unique, flawless and lasted all night. Choosing vendors can difficult but going with Jennifer is an absolute no-brainer. -

Jennifer is fantastic! I am not a huge makeup wearer, and she made me feel so comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say during my trial and we were able to try out a few different looks. She was so responsive via email and open to changes even up to the day of my wedding. She made me feel so beautiful and my makeup lasted all night, even with some heavy dancing! Jennifer is incredible. From our first email exchanges, I felt extremely comfortable chatting with Jennifer. Her portfolio is stunning, and her calm, professional demeanor on the wedding day was so wonderful to be around. She did makeup for me plus six others, and it all lasted beautifully in 90-degree hot summer weather. She was extremely receptive to my feedback when I wanted more or less of something, and she made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone! -

Jennifer is the best there is!!!
Jennifer is the most top-notch makeup artist and overall human. From the moment I emailed her - I knew she was incredible. She has such an attention to detail, precision, warmth and empathy, and is an incredibly talented artist. She listens and is incredibly in tune with the brides wants. My makeup looked absolutely incredible the day of my wedding - and stayed on all night despite humidity and lots of sweat from dancing. Every guest I saw at the wedding commented on the beauty of my makeup: how it was perfectly natural and accentuated all of my best features. Jen created the vision I so desperately wanted for my day and for my bridesmaids. She was able to squeeze in my entire wedding party as well. I've never met a more talented, communicative, warm professional. I now consider her a friend. Thanks for everything, Jen. We love you! -

I hired Jennifer to do makeup for my bridal party in our December 2021 wedding. She was a pleasure to work with from day one. She is highly organized and professional. Jennifer was fantastic to work with for my wedding this past Summer. My makeup looked natural and stayed put from getting ready in the morning until way after the party was over the next morning! She is so kind, and such a great energy to have around on the morning of the wedding when nerves are running high. Everyone’s makeup looked fantastic, and she kept all of the bridesmaids/flower girls/ mothers looking like themselves with the makeup still reflecting their individual personalities. I’ve struggled with combination skin and acne, and all that I wanted on my wedding day was to have perfect looking skin. A few days before I broke out with a pretty large blemish, and on my wedding day you couldn’t even tell it was there with Jennifer’s wonderful makeup! I don’t wear makeup on a normal basis (I’ll take extra sleep over getting ready), so I was concerned about having a look that my future husband wouldn’t recognize while still wanting to feel special and that I had makeup on for the big day. Jennifer followed my direction perfectly and I’m so happy with how the final look came out! I am so grateful that we were able to have Jennifer there for our wedding day! -

I will start by saying that I am a make-up girl! I wear make-up everyday, and I have a pretty large make-up collection, so I am well versed in applying my own make-up. However for my wedding day, I didn’t want to be the one applying my own make-up as I knew I would be stressed and I also wanted to be pampered! So I found Jennifer through reviews and could not have been happier about my decision. I think she was a little worried at first about doing my make-up since I am so into doing my own, but we worked together so well during my trial and came up with a look that we both loved. We used both some of my products and some of hers, which I really appreciated incorporating some of my favorite products from my own collection that I knew worked for me so well. When the wedding day came, she was fast and professional, having me, five bridesmaids, two moms, and my sister in law to do. We finished quicker than she had budgeted for! She takes a picture of your makeup at your trial and makes notes of what she used, so she had my look down and knew exactly what she was doing the day of and my makeup was locked down all day and night, even though we got a little rain during my first look. One of my bridesmaids had a moment during her makeup due to some personal insecurities she is dealing with, and Jennifer handled the situation very professionally. All of my bridesmaids looked beautiful and Jennifer was able to come up with a look that fit each of them, as I did not have a specific look in mind for the girls, outside of no bold lipsticks. She was able to do minimal but beautiful makeup for the girls who didn’t wear much on a regular basis, and went more full face for the girls who are used to wearing makeup on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Tess Sent on 10/24/2016Although Jennifer is pricey, she is so worth it if you can afford it! Friends gifted me her services and I am soo glad they did. I felt so beautiful after she finished my face-it really completed the whole look! I would highly recommend using her. she was on time, responsive, comfortable to work with and very accommodating. I had 2 make up trials with other people and I wasn't happy with how my face turned out. I didn't have time to have a trial with Jennifer as I live out of town but thankfully I didn't need one, she knows exactly what she is doing and is able to keep the look natural! Loved her and would use her again anytime I ever need to hire a make up artist.
