Perfectly wonderful

I couldn't be happier with the boutique-style wedding invitations Jen provided at such an affordable price. Jen was prompt with communication and so easy to talk to when trying to explain my vision for an invitation.

Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with! Everything was via email and she helped me so much! I was clueless with everything but had an idea of what we wanted and she completely exceeded all expectations! I cant wait to mail out my invitations!!!!

Wedding Stationary

Working with Jen was a joy! I wanted a classic and romantic look for our wedding invitations and her handmade paper designs were EXACTLY what I envisioned. Coupled with gorgeous letterpress. Jen was so adaptable and creative. Her envelope liners for both sets of invites (since we had to change wedding dates) were some of my favorite details from our whole wedding. So many friends and family remarked how much they enjoyed opening our invitations because they were so beautiful!

Beautiful Vintage Glam Invitations

I loved the wedding invitations that I ordered from Jen in the Art Deco style for my 1930's wedding. The quality was amazing and the process was very easy. My guests loved the invites and I couldn't be happier.

Simply Wonderful!

I couldn't be happier with the beautiful custom escort cards that Jen designed for my wedding! I saw these pretty watercolor pineapple escort cards on Pinterest but couldn't find anyone who made the exact thing. I found Jen's designs on Etsy and saw she made something similar and I asked if she could make a few adjustments to fit my vision. She exceeded my expectations with how beautiful the cards turned out! I only gave her one description for color and font and she nailed it on the first try! She is very responsive and she shipped the cards quickly, too. She was a pleasure to work with all around! Thank you so much, Jen! Our escort cards were perfect! :)

Jen is an absolute talent and I HIGHLY recommend her. My wedding coordinator connected the two of us and it was the best decision made for our event! She did our save the dates, invitations, wedding day signage, reception menus, table numbers...you name it!!! Jen really has an eye for design and it shows in her work. Very elegant, classy and simple. When I met with her to see invitation examples...I liked so many of them I didn't know which one to choose! I looked at other vendors and they didn't have the sense of style that Jen shows with her work.

Not only is Jen talented but patient and friendly. She was so good through the planning process to send proofs and let me review everything before printing. I would definitely reach out to Jen again if I have another special occasion that requires invitations or signage. Thank you Jen for all your hard work and helping make our day special!

We hired Jen to do our wedding invitations, ceremony programs, and menu cards. Beautiful stationary, we received many compliments on them. Jen is very prompt at responding to requests. I am very happy with my decision to have her create these items for our wedding!

Jen's invitation was exactly what I was looking for! It was my vision turned into reality! Guests were also impressed with her menus, table numbers, and name cards. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect design. We also used it for our photo booth template. Jen was great to work with and I'd definitely recommend her!

I absolutely loved working with Jen on crafting my dream invitations. She was helpful in explaining what would and would not work with my ideas and sent over several proofs of different options. We absolutely love our invites! Jen has made this whole process very easy and a happy experience for us both! I would recommend Jen Simpson Design to everyone, they have been very helpful and responsive to all of our requests. The final product is amazing! Jen is an incredible designer! I randomly found her designs on pinterest. After sending her an email, she was in touch within 24 hours. Her designs are unique and so beautiful. We never met in person (she is in CA, our wedding was in PA), but we had no problem communicating and getting exactly what we hoped for. She also made our wedding programs to match the invitations. I cant say enough great things!! Thank you Jen!!

My invitations were exquisite and of high quality, and set the perfect tone for our wedding day. Jen uses good quality materials and took great care to ensure everything was just right, wording was correct, etc., and the invitations were carefully packaged and sent in a reasonable time frame. Great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone who wants beautiful, personalized and unique invitations. We received many compliments on these invitations!

We ordered invitations from Jen and they were perfect! Jen's designs are really lovely; they're classic and simple but not boring and won't date. Our ordering experience was really easy and Jen always replied promptly. When we were having difficulty with deciding the wording Jen made two proofs for us to view to help our decision making. As noted by Jen, really carefully proof read your invitations and perhaps even get someone else to look at them too. We live in Australia so just little things like spelling can be different, and also how we format date and time. Overall a fantastic experience. I wish we had reason to order more :)

Working with Jen has been the easiest part of planning my wedding by far. Any time I contacted her, whether it was through Etsy or her email, she returned contact within 24 hours - usually less! Additionally, she was more than willing to play around with an existing design to tailor it to my color scheme and needs. I am so pleased with the final product; I feel like I got first class service and materials for a very affordable price. Here's what you can expect working with Jen:

Jen crafted a custom design for our wedding invitations and we could not be more thrilled with the final product! We are extremely picky people and found her incredibly patient and helpful. We recommend her wholeheartedly!!

We love the invitations, insert cards and RSVP cards! It exceeded our expectations! The dark purple color is exactly what we wanted. The return address is beautiful as well! The design came out better than what we envisioned - rustic, classy and quality letterpress invitation that will set the tone for what the guests could expect at the wedding day. We are planning our wedding ourselves but will have a week coordinator so we personally researched and picked our vendors based on their work, cost, reviews and responsiveness. If I could give Jen a 10 I would! She is very accommodating to our requests, shipped on time and very prompt in responding to my messages which is very important for any bride. We wouldn't compromise the quality of our wedding with the cost and the invitations made me feel proud that we picked a quality vendor at a great price! Thanks again! - Ava Grace

Invitations are gorgeous! Jen was very accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She even sent me extra envelope samples to make sure we got the exact shade of gold I wanted. The entire process was so easy and stress free. It was an overall delightful experience!

I cannot recommend Jen Simpson Design highly enough! She worked with us to create a perfect customized invitation based on one of her designs. Through all of the revisions, she was warm and gracious, a true artist. We received countless calls, texts, and emails about how beautiful and special our invitations were. Beautiful invitations! Jen was super responsive to all of my questions, and worked with me to create the invitations we wanted. I received many compliments on them! She even worked to do the guest addressing and return address on the envelopes. A great experience!

I loved my invitations from Jen Simpson Designs! Jen always got back to me promptly and even let me know when she wasn't going to be able to respond as quickly during the ordering and design process. I wanted something special written on the RSVP cards and she helped me come up with the best way to fit it on the card. Jen was also able to do all of the addressing (both our address & all of the guests addresses) for an extremely reasonable cost! I couldn't have asked for a better experience :)

I found Jen Simpson Design and Etsy and I loved working with her. She was always quick to respond to an e-mail and she was patient with us when we had hang ups with our guest list. Our wedding invitations were stunning. Several people called after we sent them out to tell us how beautiful they were and wanted to know where we got them. I would recommend her to my family and close friends.

Jen was amazing to work with! I made so many changes to the original design and she was so nice about all of the emails I had to send! They turned out exactly like I described! This vendor is on etsy ... we used the vintage train ticket for our train themed wedding. They were beautiful and everyone loved them. On time and great quality. Perfect pricing!

I honestly think that the invitations and program fans that Jen Simpson custom designed for us were one of my favorite parts of our wedding! They were AMAZING and fun and beautiful and high quality! I found her on Etsy, and she was amazing to work with, responding very quickly to my stupid questions. I would recommend her no matter where you live (I live in MA and shipping was totally reasonable), she does amazing work!!

From start to finish, Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with. I found an invitation design in her collection that I liked, but wanted different colors, shape, wording, etc. Jen completely changed the design, and in a matter of days and sent me multiple options to chose from! The invitations turned out perfectly, they were high quality paper and ink, and were less expensive than I could have gotten from any store. I have heard from lots of my other married friends what a nightmare their invitations were...my experience was the exact opposite. I would not hesitate to use Jen again!

Jen is simply THE BEST.

I'm a producer by trade so that makes me terribly picky. Imagine the worst Type A person at your work and then make that person a bride. That's me. As you can imagine, it was hard for me to find an invitation designer that could pull off what my specific vision was... until I met Jen. She's a miracle worker. She took my abstract concept (our state flowers on a rustic but modern setting, with a bit of whimsy) and turned it into a beautiful invitation that set the tone for our wedding. Honest-to-God, we had people respond to our invite saying "If this invitation is any indication of how awesome your wedding is going to be, we HAVE to come." It was that good!

Jen was friendly, acted on feedback and made what had to be hundreds of revisions based off of my nit-pickiness. She never complained once and talked me off the ledge many times. When I wanted a program to match our invitations, she was there. When I emailed her four days before our wedding and decided I needed some signs to place throughout our venue, she churned out designs for the signs that matched our theme in just a couple of hours.

I quite simply cannot say enough good things about her. I'm not sure why she doesn't charge more!

Jen provided me amazing quality invitations, response cards and because I loved them so much I ordered matching thank you cards, table numbers and place settings. Everyone who saw these products fell in love with them. She helped me custom match the colors to my wedding colors and was extremely helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! Finally not only was the work of high quality but she shipped them super fast and responded to my every question :)

My wedding was planned within 2 months. I was short on time and Jen Simpson Design worked wonderfully with my timelines. They were quick to respond my emails and we very helpful in my final decision for my nvitations. I ordered matching thank yous and the quality of their product is amazing. Do not risk for your wedding or important events

COMPLETE DISASTER & highly unprofessional. Warning: I would hate for anyone else to have to experience this. DO NOT RISK USING THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY IMPORTANT EVENTS. I spent months planning my wedding suite with Jen. We paid a 50% deposit and signed her contract, and 1 day before our entire wedding invitations were due, she e-mailed me that the paper isn't available. When I explained how unprofessional this is and it was an avoidable issue, she took zero credibility and told me she was terminating the contract and cancelling our order, leaving us with no wedding invitations for our guests. I had asked Jen many times to please make sure this order was ready on time as we had a very tight turn around time with our guests' rsvps. I approved our invitations 7/7/21 and she assured me production was going well about 1.5 weeks after I approved the order (not sure what she could have been speaking about because 1-2 days before she was due to deliver them they suddenly didn't have paper). Of course this should have been addressed way before our pick date.

This experience is aside from the errors experienced in the proofing process and the poor quality in which the samples were mailed and presented to us. She also tries to charge you for adjustments or small requests. It was a terrible terrible experience for something that should be so joyful. I share this so this experience hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.
