We honestly didn’t know where to start when it came to staging our September wedding, but Tori and Jefferson Rentals make our reception dreams come true! We reserved a huge tent with drape (liner?), lighting, pole wraps (drapes?), bistro lights/chandeliers, and the cherry rose dance floor. We also rented beautiful solid wood farm tables, the perfect gold chiavari chairs, fans, a bar, the Corkscrew wet/dry inflatable slide, and a luxury restroom trailer. Friends said the bathroom was so nice they drank more so they could use it again, haha! Oh, and we got a light tower for the parking area. Tori was knowledgeable about what size tent and restroom we’d need for our guest count, as well as how many tables and chairs we should plan on, and what add-ons would fit the vibe. She created a layout so we could see exactly how everything would be placed. Initially I said ‘no thanks’ to the wrapped poles, drape, and white lights but I am SO GLAD she changed my mind. It took our event (and the photos!) to the next level. Delivery, setup, and pickup could not have gone more smoothly. We found the pricing affordable, and the quality of all items was top notch. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jefferson Rentals! They provided the large pole tent, tables, chairs, linens, bounce house, and more for our wedding in late May 2026, and every aspect of their service exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. The team was professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping us create the wedding we envisioned. They made the rental process easy and stress-free, which was invaluable during such a busy time.
The quality of everything they provided was outstanding. The pole tent transformed our outdoor venue and gave our casual wedding an elevated, polished feel while still perfectly complementing our rustic aesthetic. We received countless compliments from our guests on how beautiful everything looked and how seamlessly it all came together.
One of the biggest highlights was the bounce house, which was an absolute hit with the kids. It kept the children entertained throughout the celebration and added a fun, memorable touch that perfectly matched the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere we wanted.

Our entire experience with Jefferson Rentals was exactly what we needed. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We got the perfect sized tent. The farm tables gave us the look we were going for and the arch for the wedding site was just right. The price was great and we were able to make a few small changes so easily. I loved working with Jefferson Rentals and will use them again for other parties. At first I was just going to rent tables, chairs, and a restroom, but then added a tent. They worked with me to make sure I had all the information I needed and that I would like all the choices I was making since I didn't go to their showroom to look at anything. I love that you can text them with questions and they get back to you quickly. The delivery and set up couldn't have been better, especially because we were having the wedding on a private farm, so not a typical setup. The team was fun, kind, professional, and knocked it out of the park. They made expectations for me very clear and everything was great. The right choice!
My husband and I are super pleased that we chose Jefferson Rentals to provide the tent and tables and chairs for our wedding. There were plenty of choices, but we particularly liked the wooden farm tables and chairs and the wine barrel bar to go with our aesthetic. Stacey and Karen were exceptionally responsive to my questions, and setup/breakdown of the tent, tables, chairs went smoothly. Mario and his team on setup were great at explaining how to use the sidewalls and where all switches/outlets/plugs were located in the tent. When you see all the work that goes into setting up one of the big high-peak tents, you know why they aren’t cheap. (That being said, Jefferson had the best/fairest prices we could find in the area!) Would absolutely recommend them to anyone hosting an event, large or small. -

If you are hosting a big event, let Jefferson rentals be the first place you look up! We just celebrated our outdoor wedding, and it was AMAZING! We rented everything from tables, chairs, linens, coffee maker, and porta potty which by the way is not your typical outdoor bathroom. The staff at Jefferson Rental were friendly, easy to communicate with, let us know when they were arriving with the tent and other items. Every Detail Covered!
I called Jefferson Rentals asking if they could make a wedding venue out of a hayfield. I had no idea how I was going to pull this wedding off for my son and his fiancé. They walked me thru every possible detail that I would need....High Peak Tent, Liner (my choice), Caterer Tent, Cocktail Tent, Sidewalls in case of rain and/or wind, fans, bistro lights, chandeliers, luxury bathrooms, wine barrel bar, tables, Crossback chairs with seat pads for the reception, Sweetheart Table,, cocktail tables, ceremony chairs, linens, a dance floor and and generators! They came through big time and gave me assurances every step of the way. They came out and did a site survey which totally put my mind at ease. The set-up took about 4 -6 hours and they arrived early and on-time. The tear down was lightening fast and our property looked as though we'd never had an event there. Although Jefferson Rentals might not be the cheapest place to grab rentals, they were worth it with how responsive they were, how they worked with changes, getting set up and tear down down to a science, and even making an extra trip for a few extra things. Beautiful Backdrop
We rented a pallet wall to use as the backdrop for our ceremony, not really sure how it would turn out. Scott and the team were so responsive and helpful, confirming a few days before the wedding and providing an accurate delivery time. The wall itself was very sturdy and anchored into the ground (installed by Jefferson). It looked even better in photos than we could have predicted.Jefferson Rentals's reply:

Jefferson rentals was amazing. from the inhouse personnel that assisted us with setting up the reservations to the crew that came to the house to set up the tent and chairs and lighting of the tent. Everyone was courteous, prompt, professional and efficient. We had to add tent sides and heater at the last minute and they were there for us on the day of the event. When there was a small issue with the bathrooms, they were on it and even gave a gift card after the fact. Weddings are stressful to plan. Anita Sent on 06/17/2018Jefferson Rentals was one of our vendors for our wedding. We rented crossback chairs (absolutely gorgeous), a dance floor, glass chargers, cocktail tables, and linens. Chelsea was AMAZING to work with and very accomodating! Pretty close to the wedding day, our guest list increased by 20%, and even though they ran out of chairs, they were able to get more chairs in order to meet my new guest count. They also have a great office that you can visit in-person to see all the rentals before you make a decision. (Many rental companies in the DC area require an appointment weeks in advance). We are located in Northern Virginia, and Jefferson Rentals is significantly cheaper than the vendors in the DC area.

Most rental companies are strictly a "by the book" type of company. Not only do they strictly adhere to their contracts, they don't care if there are mistakes, issues or unforeseen problems even if they are due to their own negligence. Not only is Jefferson happy to fix any slight issues that occur on a normal day to day basis, they go above and beyond to help rectify issues even at no fault of their own.
Dave, Nikki and company are true professionals and really one of the only teams I trust whole-heartedly to get a job done the right way for my clients. I've worked with some of the largest rental companies in DC and not only are their prices unparalleled, their customer service and genuine care is next to none. I've been happy to refer Jefferson to several clients, vendors and venues in the past few years and I will continue to refer them to anyone and everyone!! You cannot go wrong with Jefferson Rentals for your event!!! -

Amber Sent on 04/15/2015We rented most of the wedding items from Jefferson Rentals because their prices were the most reasonable in the area. I get that it's a wedding but Jefferson Rentals doesn't actually mark up their prices by 200% because it's a wedding. I appreciated their helpfulness in dealing with all the changes we had leading up to our event (David), as well as, the crew that delivered were just as friendly.
To top it all off - the items were all in great condition and were installed just as we wanted. They have since added more items to choose from for your perfect outdoor wedding.....that's why I would highly recommend renting from them. No other place in town beats them in quality and price!
We rented tables, chairs, tents, generators, restroom trailer, heaters, etc.

We had our wedding on a family friend's farm, so we were looking to rent a tent, tables, chairs, etc. Jefferson Rentals was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and quick to share information and answer questions. We ended up renting a restroom trailer, sound system, generators, fans, lights, and linens from them as well. They have a showroom you can visit to see some of the rental items in person before choosing what you want. And they walk you through different layout options based on your guest count. They deliver the tent a few days early and pick it up a day or two after the event, so there's plenty of time to set up and clean up. They were easy to communicate with, and everything we rented was high quality. I'd recommend them if you're looking for event rentals!
