  Working with James was an incredible experience and there aren’t enough words to explain how much I appreciate him – even for his patience in waiting for me to have time to complete this review! From Day 1 he was flexible, kind, complimentary, and just great to work with. He was always very responsive and accommodating, and worked with us along the way. He drove like an hour to meet us for our engagement pictures, and was very accommodating Day of. He and his daughter were not only extremely professional and pleasant to us – but to all of our guests! I’m Nigerian and in turn had a lot of Nigerian guests at the wedding who of course were loud, had their own opinions, and didn’t listen (ha!!). James was so patient with them and let people take the pictures they desired without compromising the pictures he needed to take for us. The pictures in the end were gorgeous and everyone loved them!! We were concerned about lighting being a mixed race couple - but all of the pictures came out great! I have recommended him to a number of my friends already as I think he was the best vendor we worked with throughout the wedding process. I’d recommend him to anyone not only for his extremely reasonable pricing, but for his great professionalism, customer service, and attitude. Truly a God send. Thanks James!

  Mr. Dinsmoor and his staff did an exceptional job. My husband and I felt confident we would receive great service from our first meeting. Mr. Dinsmoor is very professional but at the same he gave us the attention of a family member, fully invested in the outcome of our special day and patient with our many request. A great experience!

  James and his team did an amazing job at my wedding October 8, 2016! I couldn't be happier with my picture's! He did a wonderful job editing the pictures. They will be beautiful memories to look back on.The ceremony music was customized to our liking. The quality of the sound was great! James was also the DJ for for the reception. He was very friendly to all of our guest's, and did a great job announcing all of the events through out the night.The sound quality for the music was just out of this world! We are waiting to get our video back now. We are looking forward to seeing it! Im sure it will be great as well. Over all we just had a great experience working with James and his team. If you are looking for the best quality service's for the best price's he is your guy. I would recommend his services to anyone looking.

  James was fantastic. He provided detailed and professional work. Our wedding and reception was photographed and video graphed. Our family and friends are still raving about how professional James was. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, we received some of the pics the very next day.

  Mr. Dinsmoor was thee best! He was timely, professional, and all around awesome. My wife and I loved him as our DJ. He played requested songs and kept the party going. He has a wide variety of music and knew what to play and when to play it. We also hired him for photography and videography. Can't wait to see the photos ??

  James is more than willing to meet with you and visit your ceremony location so that he can plan ahead on what things will be like the day of the wedding. He also offers videography and DJ services if you need it! Even though we already had some prearranged plans, James also offers to take your engagement pictures. He's so great to work with and answers all of your emails as quickly as he can. His assistants were so wonderful as well!!

  James was great! He made our day so special. Not only was he our DJ he also does photography and caught a picture of our first dance when our actual photographer was no where to be found! I recommend James 100%

  The prices are amazing, the service is better. What else can I say? I challenge you to find a better priced photographer & Videographer that can give you 5 star service AND sideshooters. He also DJ's as well, but we did not ultimately decide to use those services (a DJ came with our venue).

He worked with us on a corporate event and somehow managed to be in 15 places at once, capturing incredibly beautiful, colorful shots with so much energy and excitement. He was professional, responsive and organized and delivered photos quickly and easily. My company does a lot of corporate events and his photos were some of the best that we've received. I'm so grateful that we found James and hope to work with him again in the future!

  Me and wife truly enjoyed James' services! Photos came out amazing. Even did a shoot for our engagement photos. Meets you at your location of your choice, and knows how to have fun while doing business. Would definitely recommend his services. If I were to positively critique or mention any rooms from improvement I would say the Wedding DVD video could have been shot with much better quality. Wasn't amazingly impressed with the one-sided angle for our wedding video DVD. But besides that, truly loved the pictures and glad that we have a DVD to watch :). Thanks James!

  James is an amazing photographer. My husband and I loved his work and had a really good time working with him. He is amazing with children since he did work with our daughter as well. He is very reasonable with prices, and will make sure you are satisfied with his work. He did an amazing job on our big day and would definitely work with him again in the future!

  He also did not provide my photos within the contractual date ( 30 days) and I have yet to receive my wedding video.
  James has poor communication skills, excuses galore and has set several resolution dates and a refund but to no avail.
  I strongly recommend that if you are considering using him or his company that you rethink and run for the hills.
  Weddings are a sacred and special moment, which can never be recreated; I am extremely sad and disappointed that I will now have this memory forever.

  Thank you for the candid remarks. I am sincerely sorry you are disappointed in our company. We try very hard to provide the highest quality service to every customer we are privileged to serve. I would like to take a moment to address your concerns. First, I am genuinely sad and frankly offended that you would insinuate that I am or would ever be considered a racist. I have worked more than 300 weddings of which approximately 70% are African American and I have never been accused of such a repulsive act. As a professional photographer, I try to get different looks and poses from my clients to have a variety of shots to choose from. The comment was certainly not made with any "racist" intent or overtones. Concerning the other observations, you received a link to your photos one day later than anticipated. As we have discussed previously, I have been traveling back and forth to South Carolina to take care of my ill grandmother which has put a great deal of unanticipated time constraints on my personal and professional life. While this does not fundamentally excuse the delay in getting your items to you, I was hopeful I would be able to honor our contract in a timely manner. Since I was not successful in doing so, I issued a refund for the video portion of your package in addition to sending the completed DVD. According to the post office tracking service, the package has been delivered.
  I am sincerely sorry we could not come to a better resolution and I hope you and Dante have many years of happiness together.
