  JDetailedEvents was the only reason everything went off with such a bang on Saturday. They relieved so much stress during the planning process and recommended a wonderful florist, the best DJ, and were such a pleasure to work with. Their communication and follow through is absolutely impeccable and I would recommend these ladies to anyone for any event.
  
  They have such great advice and suggestions when asked and kept me on target with all my todos. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they provided throughout this process. They were the glue that held everything together!!!!

  Jaclyn and her JDetailed staff were so wonderful to work with. They made the planning process so easy. I was planning my Chicago wedding from San Francisco; Jaclyn was able to arrange vendor meetings and tastings during the few weekends I visited Chicago. JDetailed was able to accommodate all of my requests and always made me feel like my wedding was their main priority. My husband and I were able to enjoy every second of our wedding day since Jaclyn and her team took care of the details.

  Jackie was outstanding. She communicated with me day or night and promptly responded to all questions/concerns I had. She is extremely organized and flexible. Other vendors were very impressed by her and commented on the how helpful and professional her services were - especially her detailed event timeline. I would highly recommend Jackie and use her services again in the future.

Jackie provided incredible guidance throughout the wedding process, understood my vision and helped bring that vision to life. Jackie was very organized, thorough, thoughtful, and professional from the very beginning of our process with helping to book hotel blocks, to the detailed and very helpful wedding timeline, and to the last minute vendor details up to the day of the wedding.
  
  The planning process and selecting/communicating with vendors was quite overwhelming for me (and I'm a horrible decision maker). Jackie helped so much in making appropriate vendor recommendations and selections. She took all of my concerns and questions seriously - even down to what type of table linen to use. Jackie definitely has a "customer first" attitude which helped make me feel special and valued throughout the process and her amazing responsiveness, communication and flexibility is so appreciated.
  
  I would HIGHLY recommend JDetailed for any event!

  Without Jaclyn and team, we would not have been able to enjoy the planning process and our wedding weekend as much as we did. They were EXCEPTIONAL! Every bit of detail was taken care of so professionally and went beyond our expectations. I highly reccommend JDetailed for your wedding! We can't thank them enough.

  Thank you JDetailed events for planning a wonderful event! Working with Jaclyn and Ashley was such a pleasure. From the beginning of the process to the actual wedding day, they did everything to make my husband and I feel relaxed and assured the day would be absolutely perfect. I was very thankful for Jaclyn's assistance at the beginning of the process with vendor selection and negotiation. We could not have been more pleased with the florist (Virginia Wolf), band (Green Line), stationery (Magnificent Milestones), and photographer (Gerber and Scarpelli). Jaclyn worked closely with them and us to make sure our dream wedding became a reality. She also worked closely with St. Michael's in Old Town, Germania place, and the PUBLIC hotel to make sure the day of coordination was perfect.
  
  The groom's parents also used Jaclyn to help plan a beautiful rehearsal dinner at Spiaggia. They immediately were impressed by Jaclyn's skill and knowledge of venues in the area.
  
  I was highly impressed with the comprehensive timeline Jaclyn and Ashley put together for the entire weekend. Everyone partaking in the wedding from the bridal party to the vendors knew exactly where to be and when starting Friday morning before the rehearsal dinner.
  
  I also love the additional touches Jaclyn and Ashley did on the actual wedding day to make us feel special. Throughout the day and after, friends and family complimented how "relaxed" and happy we were. I attribute the calm attitude to having Jaclyn and Ashley by our side. I knew not a detail would be overlooked and any issue that arose would be addressed immediately.
  
  Thank you Jaclyn and Ashley for helping us plan truly the best night of our lives. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on the beautiful venue, food, band, and small details that made the night unforgettable!

  My husband and I were not sold on an event planner, but we were wrong! Working with Jaclyn made our daughter's wedding day perfect. Everything went very smoothly and on schedule. Jaclyn is professional, creative,Courteous , responsive and very easy to work with. Thank you for a day filled with many happy memories.

  I would award Jaclyn 10 stars were they available. She helped translate my daughter's dream wedding into reality doing all the heavy lifting while we had all the fun. She went well beyond the scope of the contract, doing anything we needed with a smile and grace. She had a great stable of vendors to recommend, and also coordinated well with the vendors we had selected before hiring her. At the event itself she was very much in the background….but worked her magic so if there were any hiccups, we didn't know about them! Hiring JDetailed Events was the single best decision my daughter made (after her choice of groom of course)!

Doug and I never had a doubt that everything would be perfect, but it wasn’t until the week of the wedding that we realized how amazing Jackie truly is.   When my fiance first brought up the idea of using a wedding planner, I was skeptical as I thought we could do it ourselves. However, shortly after talking with Jackie, it became apparent that we would need her help through the process. She quickly proved her expertise by providing us options for the venue and ultimately saved us a lot of money by negotiating directly with our vendors. She handled every detail of the wedding, ensured we made decisions on time, and provided constant communication. Jackie was always professional, friendly, and made us feel like we were her most important client. There is no doubt in my mind that our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without Jackie's help, and I strongly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding planner!
