To the best and most helpful wedding planner in San Diego. Jenna really helped me plan my wedding from the ground up. I was a person who never really dreamt about a dream wedding and knew nothing about planning one. Jenna was there holding our hands from day one helping us navigate and create the most magical and memorable night of our lives. From the big decisions of our venue to the minute details of the table settings she brought our dream night to life. If i tried planning this on my own i think i would have given up. She kept the timelines straight and kept us on schedule throughout the whole planning process. Then when it came to the big day she was a boss. Everything went off without a hitch. I would have to say this might be the best wedding we or any of our guests have attended. The love and gratefulness we have for Jenna is unmeasurable. And the team she surrounds herself and vendors she suggested were all top notch and came through better than expected! -

We absolutely loved having Jenna as our wedding coordinator! We hired her for the Management and Coordination package, and she went above and beyond to help us have a beautiful wedding day. She knew the questions to ask our vendors, the timeline was pristine, and she has an amazing decor selection so we didn't have to go in search of anything besides a few unique items. She communicated with us in a timely manner and we really didn't feel stressed leading up to or on the day of. Our rehearsal was smooth as she spoke with individuals, specifically our officiant to make sure certain things were in his speech, and that made sure our ceremony was flawless. Her assistant was also fabulous and we really couldn't have asked for more from both of them. Thank you Jenna! -

I cannot express enough how amazing Jenna was. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect.
I was extremely stressed and emotional in the lead-up to the wedding, but Jenna was the calm presence I needed. She was there for me every step of the way, offering support, reassurance, and expert guidance when I needed it most. Her ability to keep me calm and focused was invaluable, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was handling everything.
She truly went above and beyond in every aspect. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment because I knew Jenna had everything under control. I didn’t have to worry about a thing – not even a tiny detail. For example, when the rental company set up the chairs and tables incorrectly, Jenna immediately stepped in and fixed it without me even knowing until after it was taken care of. It’s that kind of attention to detail that made all the difference.
Thanks to her expertise and calm demeanor, everything was executed perfectly. She worked behind the scenes to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. Hiring Jenna was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her for day-of coordination and she went above and beyond to surpass all of our expectations. She encouraged us to reach out with any questions during our planning process and had great advice and insight whenever we were unsure about something. She also has some amazing vendors she works with, we were extremely happy with her florist recommendation. She is very organized and has a similar type-A personality to me which I appreciated, as I could trust her to keep everything together and communicate all the important details. She helped us tie up loose ends to put all of our design elements together flawlessly and helped us bring to life the vision I’ve had in my head since I was a little girl. The day of our event, Jenna and her assistant were on top of everything. There were some big things that went wrong (as is bound to happen) and I never knew about any of them. My dress came unbustled and they were there fixing it within a few seconds, before we even had a chance to tell them. They were prepared for everything and we really could not have pulled together our beautiful wedding without them. We will forever be grateful to Jenna and her team. -

I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went and how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of 😀. She is extremely professional and on top of it all and my husband I highly recommend her. All of our guests commented on how smooth the wedding went and for us was nearly stress free. Thank you Jenna! -

There aren't enough great things to say about Jenna and her team. I was planning an out of state wedding and she handled practically everything for me. She was at vendor meetings, created my full timeline in great detail, handled a lot of the decor and was truly the best person. Jenna is knowledgeable, detailed, so kind, warm, experienced and responsive. Would recommend her to everyone!!! -

TL;DR: Hire Jenna, you will be sad if you don't. She is the best.
Jenna Carino was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we met her, we knew that we were in good hands. i have worked in the wedding industry myself and had extremely high expectations for how I wanted to be supported on my wedding day and Jenna surpassed every single one. Jenna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, making everything easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, she helped us with DJ recommendations, design and ultimately delivered the wedding of our dreams! Jenna went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect. Jenna was our favorite person throughout the entire process, and as the bride I was constantly talking about how much I relied on her and loved having her as the person to lean on. I already miss working with her and both of us cannot recommend her highly enough. On our wedding day, we did not worry about a single thing thanks to her. She kept everyone organized, she handled many different personalities with professionalism, kindness, humor and grace. Jenna designed and provided all our signage and also sourced over 300 candles for us to make our romantic dinner setting wishes come true. It was magical! We are so grateful to have had Jenna as our wedding coordinator, and we would give her 10 stars if we could! -

What can I say, Jenna was absolutely excellent. Leading up to the wedding she was very organized and professional. She did a great job at helping us communicate with wedding vendors and brainstorm final décor. She communicated our vision to the different vendors and was even an advocate when we ran into a contractual hiccup with one of them. With her knowledge and connections, we got a great deal on our wedding cake and she even had customized wedding mirrors made for our special day. The day of the wedding she took care of everything and truly made us feel like the VIPs for the event. She kept everything on track and if there were any problems I wouldn't even know because she handled them promptly and professionally. I can say if you are on the fence about getting a planner, Jenna is absolutely worth it and saved us from many headaches. Out of all the pieces that go into a wedding she would be at the top of the list for money well spent. We hope to see you at one of our friend’s weddings soon! -Mr. and Mrs. Creighton -

Our chef cancelled the day before our wedding and we thought our day was going to be ruined. Jenna stepped up, came early (when she didn't have to) and took the lead in making our day amazing! She jumped right in, became our chef, our wait staff manager, AND our coordinator. Without Jenna I don't even know how the day would have gotten done. She really was a SAVIOR! MANY MANY THANKS! -

The best decision we made was hiring Jenna to help us plan our wedding. She is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough.
First, Jenna's attention to detail is impeccable. From the first consultation to the final touches, she truly took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our big day. She always had our back during vendor meetings, guiding us to ask the right questions and address concerns. As an introvert, I loved having her there as our champion.
She is incredibly organized and always kept everything on track, including us, so we were truly able to relax and enjoy the planning process.
But what really impressed us about Jenna is her creativity. She has an incredible eye for design and can turn any venue into a beautiful wedding space.
Another huge plus is her incredible connections with vendors that she works with regularly, so we got the best of the best and great deals to stick to our budget.
She was always available to answer any questions and concerns, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy at every step of the planning process.
In short, if you want a stress-free wedding planning experience with breathtaking results, then Jenna is the wedding planner for you. She truly is the best of the best, and I cannot recommend her enough! -

Jenna is an amazing coordinator. She handled our wedding smoothly and she is a great support to me throughout the roughest moments of the wedding planning. She is my coordinator of the day but she's been giving support and advice three months beforehand. I'm someone who is organized and I love that she is the same way. However, there are times that I can't be as organize and prepared as I wanted to be because of life happening in between the wedding preparations, but Jenna was there to guide me and give me some breathing room when I needed it. She was very responsive and proactive with the planning. I like that she is firm with the vendors and fight for what the bride's wanted... what I wanted :) . She made sure I have all I needed in the Venue, and with the DJ. Jenna is also fair with how much she charge her clients and would never push in anything that will not add to the wedding. She is also generous with her time with the rehearsal and such. My now husband and I are truly grateful for Jenna. it would have been tears of frustration and stress on the day of the wedding if Jenna was not there to organize our wedding reception. -

Jenna is seriously the best! She designed the visual look and concept for our wedding. We were on a tight budget and she was able to design a stunning outdoor wedding for us. It was everything I would have hoped for. She is able to envision the flow of an event, needs from a design perspective, and was mega resourceful and creative, even on a tight budget. Also, she is the kinda person that you want around an in your corner. Hire her. You won't regret it! -

A Litteral Wedding Lifesaver!
I cannot recommend Jenna enough! Hiring her was 10/10 one of my best investments I made for my wedding. Jenna was onto of everything! She brought out her A game and it made a world of difference to me and my husband! She was so professional, prepared and sweet! I even had some of my guest tell me they liked her, which is amazing because that meant that on top of immediately fixing any issue that came up she was still nice and personable with the guests as well!!! Honestly I don't think my day would have been even half as amazing if Jenna was not there! If I could I'd rate her 1000000/10 but weddingwire doesn't let me :/ -

Best experience
From the moment we started working with a Jenna, she went above and beyond! She understood my vision and was very accommodating. She was available anytime I needed her or had a question and always responsive! As a client she was very organized and made planning our wedding so easy and stress free. When the weather changed unexpectedly we had doubts and that our vision wouldn't come to life and Jenna was able to make a miracle happen and it was beyond our expectations. She made our day run so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything other than being with our friends and family. We are so grateful to have had her as our wedding planning and would highly recommend her!!
