Jarret is hands down the best videographer you will ever find anywhere. Not only is he the best at what he does, but the value of what you receive versus his asking price makes you feel like you hit the jackpot and ran away with it for free. His talent is undeniably good and his style and the way he films your perfect day will make you tear up and and fall in love with it no matter how many times you watch it. My husband and I, after we chose him, would always watch the wedding videos he would share, and I would always think to myself, "Wow the people in this video look amazing. I can't imagine mine looking this good." Boy was I mistaken! Ours came out so well I can't take my eyes off of it! He has this way of conveying the emotions of that day by showing you the snippets from the day that had the most meaning and showed the most heart. His highlight video gets you to focus on the little things along with the big things that happened that you may have missed in the excitement of it all. Like I said, he is truly talented and if you want the perfect videographer to capture your special day, you NEED to choose him. I promise you will not be disappointed. He also responds back to his clients in a very Timely manner and makes sure that you are satisfied with his work. Do not look any further, you will only be wasting your time. Best decision ever.

Honestly, we cannot even express how grateful we are to have booked Jarret for our wedding day videographer. He captured our day so perfectly!!! He and his second shooter were an absolute BLAST!!!! They're so natural and their personalities make it so them filming is not awkward at all. The moment we got our 5-minute video, our hearts dropped with excitement. We watched it about 10 times in a row before sharing it with our family and friends. The number of people who said that they cried watching it (who aren't close with us nor came to the wedding) was so high, because the video was able to capture our love so perfectly. Although the price seems like it's high, the experience we had working with JB Horn was absolutely priceless. We would go back and do it again in a HEARTBEAT. I wish words could express how much we love the video and how much we enjoyed working with Jarret and Rob. Thank you for making such a beautiful video that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

I don't even know where to begin...Jarret's talent is unmatched that is for sure! I found Jarret through wedding wire while doing some research. My fiancé wasnt sure he wanted a videographer so i had to try and prove to him that we did. All of our friends said that is their #1 regret from their wedding..not having a video. Well when i started to look at Jarret's work i was in awe...i showed my fiancé, we called up Jarret, met at a Panera, signed some papers and the rest was history! :)
JB Horn is the BEST in the industry for sure. Jarret was so easy to work with and flexible and always there to answer my texts or emails through the whole process. We just received our wedding video last week after coming back from our honeymoon and to say we were blown away with the result is an understatement. We have watched it about 50 times now as have all our friends and family. Jarret was able to capture the best moments from our day and put them into a highlight reel for us! The amount of emotion, happiness and fun that our video portray is crazy...without saying a single word. My photographer loved Jarret because you didnt even know he was there...but he captured it all from start to end. If there is one thing you should do to remember your wedding day, it is to book Jarret and you will NOT regret it! This video is worth every penny and more and we will forever be grateful to him!

Where do we begin! Let me start by saying that my husband was not convinced that we needed a videographer. I on the other hand, knew I wanted one from the beginning of wedding planning. I convinced him that we needed to meet with at least one, and I knew exactly which one I wanted to meet with. We met with Jarret at a Panera Bread (which we later discussed how we should have just got drinks instead!). Jarret is the kind of person who is instantly your best friend. He is honest about what he does, and he is damn good at it too. All it took was a few minutes with him and my husband (who didn't want a videographer at first) was 100% sold. Jarret is the only videographer we met with and we are not sorry about that. I wish we could give Jarret (and his friend Rich who was able to join us) a million stars on here because they deserve it! On your wedding day you want to be surrounded by people who are easy going, professional, who know what they are doing, and are fun! I am a horrible logistical scheduling person and Jarret literally took care of that for me because I honestly just didn't have a clue. Jarret fit right in with our families like he had known us for years! I sometimes have a hard time articulating what it is that I really want, and Jarret was able to understand what we wanted even with my lack of knowing how to explain that to him. That's huge in my book. He took the pressure off, to be honest some of the time I didn't even know he was there and when we watched our video we couldn't believe that he caught some of the beautiful moments that we may have missed being caught up in the day. My husband and I agree that the money we spent for Jarret was the best money we spent for our entire wedding. If you do anything for your wedding, I recommend to hire a videographer, and you should 100% hire Jarret!

Jbhorn or bust

Where do we even begin??? Jarret and and his 2nd videographer Rob were absolutely FANTASTIC. Choosing JBHORN was the best decision we made, hands down. We could not have imagined anyone else videoing our wedding day, because we cant imagine that there is anything better then them. They were the first people to show up and the last to leave. Jarret and Rob brought tons of energy and had us and our bridal party truly laughing all day/night. Both Jarret and Rob worked together so well with our photographer, which was very important to us. They let us lead the way and were there to capture all the raw, emotional moments in such a perfect, unintrusive way. JBHORN will always be one of our favorite vendors we booked with. Even now, three weeks later when we talk about the wedding we always say how amazing, funny and cool. Jarrett and Rob were. They became friends by the end of the night and we were so sad to say goodbye. They left such a great impression on us and helped make the day truly spectacular. Because of JB we get to relive our day over and over again for the rest of our lives and there is nothing better than that!

Jarret, Jarret, Jarret - Where do we begin?!
You shot our wedding approx. 11 days ago and you've already delivered the most amazing highlight video. And it was such an immense pleasure spending time with you on our wedding day. You seamlessly fit into every part of the celebration, from the morning in the salon with my mom and sister, to the bridal suite, to the photo adventure, to the ceremony and reception. Your sense of humor is just what the doctor ordered -- keeping everything in perspective, making the day even more fun. You were a great team player, collaborating with our photog. to get the right light, the right angle, the right shot. Your camera was completely unobtrusive -- just a natural part of the environment, and you were always there and ready to capture those most-special moments.
As you know, I contacted you only 8 weeks before the wedding and you never flinched or doubted my timeline. You made planning from another timezone easy-peasy. My hesitation to hire a videographer ('Is it really that important?' The answer is YES) thankfully ended with you and I am SO GLAD that I found you and that we shared our day with you... and that you, ultimately, shared your work with us. Our video is already so precious to us -- to see the day again, from another perspective -- wow!
So, to wrap it up, your value is truly invaluable. And while the price tag for your services is far too reasonable for the quality of the deliverable, it was never about the money, really. Your eye for image and your taste in editing is absolutely top notch -- and THAT'S why your couples are so over the moon about working with you.

My wedding was just a couple of weeks ago, and without even seeing our video yet I have no doubt that hiring Jarret was one of the best decisions I made. Knowing I would spend a lot of time with my vendors on my wedding day, I knew I wanted to surround myself with people that were not only talented at their craft but fun to be around. In the first 5 minutes of talking to Jarret it felt like we were long time friends. JB Horn went above and beyond what we expected of a videographer. From the first call with Jarret you can gain a sense of comfort knowing you are going to be working with the best of the best. His communication through the entire process is fantastic and makes it a stress free process. Jarret has the best personality which makes it easy to work with and in a way makes you feel as though you have known him for a long time. As for his work, I cant begin to describe the beauty that he captures through the day. The highlight reel he completes are all so beautiful and speak for themselves when you watch them. Each one that I watch feels like a movie! And as for the raw footage, Jarret blends the entire day together beautifully and its always a treat to rewatch or see moments you missed. From the moment my husband and I met Jarret, we knew he was the right videographer for us. It is so important to 'click' with your vendors and we just did! As the wedding approached, any questions I emailed were answered immediately. The day of the wedding, Jarret came to hair and makeup at 9:30am and didn't leave until the last dance at 11pm! He seamlessly fit in to our wedding and captured every important moment and all the fun ones, too- and it never felt like a camera was following me. I don't know if I can express how amazing it was to have someone document my entire wedding day without feeling any pressure to act a certain way. With Jarret filming, the day was so comfortable- from getting ready to first look to ceremony and the reception. Everything was so natural and it felt like Jarret was part of the wedding, not just some vendor taking video. His personality allows him to really capture amazing moments between people he may or may not know as they happen and it looks like magic. Our video was ready less than a week after our wedding and it is unbelievably perfect. Jarret told us that if we had any songs we wanted for the video, let him know. We decided that we trusted him to pick, so he chose the music and it just fit so well! Between the actual footage, the way it was pieced together and the music, I couldn't dream up a better video. My dad said 'You watch the video and you actually feel all the feelings that were wrapped up in the day.' It's not just a 'wedding video', Jarret documents the emotions and the meaning of the day in a way that allows other wedding guests to feel the way they did that day, not just the bride and groom. I would recommend Jarret to anyone and everyone, and I have! You will not be disappointed; in fact I'm willing to bet that if you choose him, he will exceed your highest expectations. Jarret is wildly talented and made sure we could always remember the best day of our lives beautifully.

If we could give a million stars we would. Our wedding was 6/30/17. Jarret is such a cool guy and a pleasure to work with. He was with us the entire day and was a total blast to be around. His pricing was the most reasonable we found and after one meeting we knew he was a perfect fit for our big day. The short video was amazing and we received in while on our honeymoon! We watch it over and over still. Our friends and family are still giving us compliments on it. We received the full length video withing a couple months. I can not thank him enough for capturing our day in such a perfect way!! He is the BEST!!

Book jb horn film now!

My husband and I both are from RI originally, but work in the tv/film industry in LA, needless to say, we have a lot of opinions about video, production, quality, etc. We were BLOWN AWAY by Jarret's video for us. It is SO GOOD and extremely well produced. He is an excellent storyteller and captured the most magical moments of our day. I posted it on my facebook and everyone commented it was the best wedding video they'd ever seen!! Not to mention, he's the most incredible person to have on your day - he's super fun and sends amazing and hilarious text updates and even created a silly meme for us of a little snaffu that happened, which had us laughing for hours. We came across Jarret by luck and boy are we glad we did! We were not able to meet face to face, so skype was the next best thing! Not only was he able to skype with me late at night, but he also had a 2 week old newborn in the next room! We chatted for a while, and it was an easy choice to hire him as our videographer. The day of, he blended right in! Capturing moments Im sure he wished he hadn't! Nonetheless, he was super friendly and outgoing, and made conversation with us all day long! He was absolutely amazing to work with!

I don't even know where to start when trying to describe what an incredible job JB Horn did! I was first drawn to contact him because I saw some of his work and loved the idea of the music video summary of our wedding. When we finally met with him we knew right away that he was a great choice for us. He is down to earth, and truly understood what we were looking for. He was so easy to deal with through all of our planning, he met with us whenever we asked and was always available. When the big day finally arrived, he was a pleasure to have with us capturing every momemt. We were eagerly awaiting the final product and he quickly delivered and we were AMAZED! Jarret is absolutely amazing!

Jarret is the best and so incredibly talented. We weren't planning to hire a videographer for our wedding - we didn't want to spend the money and were nervous about having another camera in our face. After postponing our wedding due to Covid, I found one of Jarret's videos on Instagram and knew we needed to work with him. During our intro call, he made us feel so comfortable and excited to have video of our wedding. We just received our videos and really think hiring him was the best decision we made. Our highlight video captures the day perfectly - from our more traditional church ceremony to the fun dancefloor and band at our reception. His drone footage is incredible. Jarret and his second shooter Rob are also people you want to hang out with on your wedding day. They're so much fun, and we honestly never felt like the camera was in our faces. It's amazing to have our full, hour-long ceremony and also to have reception footage with our band playing, speeches, cake cutting, etc. We feel so lucky that we'll have these videos in 20+ years from now. If you're thinking about hiring JB Horn, you should absolutely do it!

Words can’t describe how perfect Jared made our wedding day. We knew from the moment we met him during our planning meeting we would love him. Jarrett was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I was very unsure about hiring a videographer. With all of the other expenses of a wedding, I thought this was just adding to my budget. I also didn’t even know where to start looking for someone until I came across a video scrolling down my newsfeed of one of my Facebook friends. Her video lead me to Jarrett’s website where I watched every single one of his amazing wedding videos until 3 in the morning. I cried watching videos of people I didn’t even know! I was still nervous hiring him since we had never met before but Jarret was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Anytime I had a question he would text me back right away, never made me feel like I was bothering him, and I could almost read his upbeat tone in his messages. He walked in my house the day of the wedding and it was almost like I knew him for weeks.
I truly think you need to feel comfortable around your photographer and videographer so that you’re not camera shy and Jarret made me feel just that. But it’s not just his personality the day of the wedding that was awesome. My short 5 minute video was sent to me less than a week after the wedding and it captured every special moment I could think of. It was perfect and I couldn’t thank him enough for doing such an amazing job. Jarret has a real gift and I was so extremely thankful he had my day available. I watched the video about 274 times already and I know the number is just growing. Thanks again Jarrett!

Stop researching videographers right now and hire Jarrett because chances are, he’s already booked. If he is, I highly recommend you change the date of your wedding to accommodate. I know that sounds crazy but it would 100% be worth it!! Jarrett is so incredibly talented it's wild. How he got our video done so quick is beyond me. He is so easy going, friendly and professional. He didn’t just shoot our wedding but he made the whole day more relaxed with his laid back personality and easy going attitude. If we met him before hand, we would have invited him as a guest.

There’s no comparison

There are some things that money just can’t buy and what Jarret brings to your wedding day is one of them. First of all, he’s not just a vendor, he very quickly becomes a friend - actually family. The energy he brings ignites the room the second he walks in to start filming. There’s no comparison to the vision that he has and the art that he creates with it. He was able to capture exactly who we are as a couple and created a film that told our entire story. The moments he was able to capture are memories we will have forever.

I'm not even kidding when I say our friends and family are STILL talking about our video. Its cinematographic magic. The quality is out of this world, the shots they get are incredible. I have watched hundreds of wedding videos, and the raw talent from JB Horn film is absolutely unmatched. And to top it off they are SO MUCH FUN to work with.
I tell every single person who is engaged to book him, I have literally told people who arent even engaged yet to make sure he is the first vendor they book for their wedding when they get engaged. I have friends who say they wish they booked him because their wedding videos just dont come close to how good our video is, and then THOSE couples (who didnt even use him) recommend him because they love our video so much!!!
You seriously cant go wrong.

Having a videographer at our wedding was hands-down the best investment we made in wedding planning. Selecting Jarret was an even better decision! When I started wedding planning, I asked married friends of mine what their one regret was in planning their own weddings. Every single person who skipped a videographer said they wished they had made room in their budgets for a videographer. My husband was skeptical, but I was convinced we could find a quality videographer at a reasonable rate -- which I quickly found to a surprisingly tall order. However, my search ended immediately once I found Jarret, and we couldn't be happier with how everything worked out.

On our wedding day, Jarret came over to the house around 11:30am as I was getting ready with my family, and he quickly had everyone laughing and forgetting the camera was even there. In fact, most of the footage he took of my husband and I during our "first look" includes us laughing like crazy because we were having such a fun time with Jarret and our photographer Kendall Pavan (who happened to already be friends with Jarret, which was a huge plus!). He stayed until about 10pm and asked if we wanted him to stay longer, which was so appreciated -- it was wonderful to not have to worry about hourly limits or feel rushed at any point.

We received our highlight reel three weeks after the wedding, and it blew us away. I was expecting a great video, just based on looking at Jarret's portfolio, but it brought me to tears to see just how phenomenally he captured the day. Everyone (LITERALLY EVERYONE, no joke) who I've shared the video with has said that it's the best wedding highlight reel they've ever seen -- the music choices, the special moments he caught, the way he highlighted our personalized vows, everything. We also received DVDs and a USB drive of the 2-hour raw footage of the day, and it's so special to us to have these memories and re-live the day (especially since it went by so quickly and there were lots of little moments we missed!). In short, Jarret is funny, professional, and will be one of your favorite vendors to work with.

Choosing Jarret to be our Videographer for the wedding was by far one of the best decisions we made! He was absolutely awesome to work with and we could not be more thrilled with our film. The BEST!!! Don't even think twice!!

Jarret and his team are amazing storytellers, the work they produce is truly art. He gets booked up far ahead for a reason - this is not just a normal wedding video. He captured our wedding last month and he was so wonderful at putting us at ease in front of the camera and getting all the moments big and small. I am so grateful that we got to work with him!!!

Our Favorite Vendor!!!

Jarrett was by far our favorite vendor because of his genuine and hilarious personality! He made us feel so comfortable and because of that, he captured such natural and sweet moments of our wedding day. I watch our video over and over again and fall more in love with it each time. I have heard countless times from friends and family who have seen our video that “It is the best quality wedding video I have ever seen!” I may be biased, but I truly believe that too!! Jarrett was solo shooting our day and was the first vendor to arrive (began shooting drone footage around 9am) and was the last vendor to leave (stayed until the very end of the night at 11:00pm). He also had our highlight video back to us in 11 days and all of our raw footage was back in 3 weeks!! He is so incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants to have the love and emotions of their wedding day perfectly captured!!

Jarret filmed our wedding on Saturday, July 26, 2014. We are very glad to say that he did an amazing job! He was very professional and hands on. I (the bride) felt very comfortable while he was at my home, barely even noticed he was there. Jarret was very friendly and easy going. We were so surprised that he stayed for the entire ceremony and reception, capturing every special moment. He was able to give us our highlight reel within less than 2 weeks. Watching the video felt like reliving the happiest day of our lives. We recommend him to any couple looking for an awesome wedding videographer, You will not regret it!

I am so happy that we booked Jarrett as our wedding videographer! I found out about him when I saw a video on an old friend's facebook page. When I looked on his website, I knew he would be great because his videos all looked awesome! After talking with him, I was so excited to book him! He is one of the nicest people that I have met and is super easy to get along with! It was so nice to have him there on our wedding day, he is genuinely a great person and awesome videographer! He got us our video so fast which we really appreciated! You can tell he loves what he does and he takes pride in it which is obvious once you watch his videos! I've watched ours about 50 times and still LOVE it! He did an awesome job, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

#1 Do not even consider skipping the video of your wedding day -you will regret it.
#2 Do not look any further for a Videographer- Jarret Blinkhorn/ JB Horn Film is as good as it gets.
Jarret has an incredible attitude and an obvious passion for his work. He was not intrusive at all. When we watched our video, it was very obvious that people did not realize they were being filmed, which allowed for a genuinely candid account of the day. I had watched some of his clips on his website, so I got a feel for his style, but I was still BLOWN AWAY by our final product. He captured the excitement and beauty of our day perfectly. Countless people who were not at the wedding but watched the video, said they felt as though they were there while watching. I don't know how he does it, but Jarret is phenomenally talented and we could not have been more impressed. Not to mention, he helped my sister with the painstaking removal of plastic that was sewn over the beading of my dress and helped the guys figure out how to operate their bowties!! I feel especially lucky since I found JB Horn by doing a google search for videographers and lucked out BIG TIME. If you are like me- you spent every moment of the year leading up to your wedding -planning and after it's over it's depressing that it's done. When I got my video, less than two weeks later, it was exactly what I needed to pull me out of my funk. Jarret is THE MAN and you will NOT regret hiring him to capture the joy of your day.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.

WOWWWW. I have been holding off on writing this because I wanted to come up with exactly the right words to say but the bottom line is, book Jarrett.

We were on the line of whether we were going to do a wedding video or not. It is a daunting thought to have a camera in your face when you’re not used to it. I REALLY wanted to make sure I wasn’t overthinking anything I was doing on our wedding day. As soon as I had my first phone call with Jarrett, I knewwwww we had to book him. He had me cracking up on the phone within the first minute and I could tell he was my kind of people.

Jarrett and his second shooter, Rob, are the coolest, calmest, most hysterical people to be around. It honestly felt like we were hanging out with our best friends all day as opposed to a vendor. This was HUGE. We felt so comfortable with them, that we actually forgot they were filming while they were with us. Everything was so natural and effortless.

The first time we watched our video, we couldn’t even believe what we were witnessing. I think I blacked out the first time because I was in awe. Jarrett completely captured our personalities after only meeting for the first time that day. He has an INCREDIBLE gift. Since I posted it, we have had multiple friends and even random people reach out to us telling us our wedding video was the best they have seen. There was 0 fluff. It is all perfect content that reflects exactly who we are and tells the story of our day. How someone can do that in only 5 minutes simply amazes me!

Mark my words, you will hug him and beg him not to leave come the end of your night. I’m pretty sure that’s all you can ask for in a vendor. Do yourself the biggest favor ever and book him! You will not regret it.

If could give Jarret one million stars, I would. Originally we booked another vendor and I was content. Then, a friend of mine posted her sisters wedding video. After watching and crying my eyes out, I knew as a bride, I should not be content with a vendor, I should be OVER JOYED. I cancelled my other videographer and contacted Jarret. He was so responsive which is extremely important to me because during the planning process it helped keep my mind at ease.

Throughout the spring and fall I watched each and every wedding he did. You can tell he puts everything he has in each video and captures every moment that a bride and groom would want to replay over and over again.

A month before the wedding he helped me come up with a day of schedule and was able to assist me and tell me his opinion based off experience which was so helpful since I have never been through this process.

The day of the our wedding he made my husband and I feel so comfortable. He loosened everyone up and i totally forgot he was even recording us!!

We got our trailer within 2 weeks!!!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT?? It was so awesome to not have to wait to relive the day. I got DOZENS of messages from people telling us the cried and that it was the most amazing wedding video they have ever seen. I highly recommend Jarret!!!!!! You will not regret it!!

BOOK HIM if you have the chance!

If you have the possibility to book Jarrett, do it without hesitation. He truly is a videography genius and I couldn't say more positive things about him/ his work. He made me/us feel so comfortable in what can be a very awkward and uncomfortable setting (when you're not used to having someone document your every move). No hourly limit- he shoots until he feels as though he has enough footage. The drone video of Newport was absolutely amazing. I am so beyond ecstatic that we have this work of art video to be able to watch and reminisce on the best day of our lives, for the rest of our lives. We are forever grateful for his expertise and awesomeness.

Director of the year 2024

We didn't put a deposit down for our venue until we confirmed that JB Horn was available that day too. That is how important having him for our day was. His videos are stunning, captivating and cinematically gorgeous. We dreamed of an amazing video he would put together for us but when we received our video, the dream we had was not even CLOSE to the final product. He blew us AWAY!!!! Our video is like a movie. He went above and beyond and my heart is so full for the special touches he added of our lives and family.
Leading up to the wedding he was incredible and then the day of, he was an angel. Jarrett and Rob (second shooter) were FUNNY, a great time, and made the day as perfect as we hoped. He kept us on schedule, made sure we got footage we wanted and was down for anything.

I could keep going on our love for JB Horn but stop reading this and message him to hire for your wedding!!!!!!!

I honestly don't know why anyone would even consider using anyone else other than Jarret. Not only is his work EXCEPTIONAL, but he is one of the nicest human beings you will meet. His work is out of this world and he captures every single moment. We watched our video over and over again, sharing with so many family and friends. And then our raw footage came in and we were able to re-live the entire wedding!

Choosing JB Horn Film was one of the easiest/best decisions I could've ever made during this experience. Jarret makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during a time that can be so stressful. My husband and I couldn't be happier to have such an amazing memory at the touch of a button, and to have met a great friend!

Seriously the Best Videographer of All Time

Words cannot even describe how amazing Jarret is! I knew that I was going to have Jarret as my videographer before I even got engaged. In fact, we picked all 3 of our wedding dates (thanks COVID) around his availability. I needed Jarret there to capture our big day and we are so blessed that he was. Our video was amazing! It was beyond what I could have imagined. Not only is Jarret incredibly talented but he is SO comfortable to be around. It was like having another friend at our wedding. He made us laugh and feel so comfortable. Even more, he got along great with our vendors, him and my photographer really worked as a team to beautifully capture our day. I would choose JBHorn Film over and over again and I wish he could document every big moment in my life. Jarret, this is what you were made to do and you are so incredibly talented!

Best wedding-related decision you'll make

If you're at all uncertain about hiring a videographer, or are unsure which videographer to hire, I have only one piece of advice: HIRE JARRET! First of all, he's a blast to work with; I could tell from our first conversation he was going to be fun, but on the day of the wedding he and Rob kept us laughing nonstop. Jarret's been super responsive when we've had any questions, and his turnaround time for videos is amazing. Most importantly, of course, is the video itself: it's incredible. I've watched it over and over, and several of our friends have commented that it's the "best wedding video they've ever seen." It's beautifully edited and perfectly captures the spirit of our day. If you need one more reason to hire Jarret, we found that his pricing was extremely reasonable in comparison to other videographers in the area. I genuinely cannot recommend JB Horn more enthusiastically. You won't regret it!

We heard about Jarret's services through a friend whose brother was recently married and used Jarret as their videographer. After viewing a couple of the videos on Jarret's website, we could tell he was extremely talented and we wanted him to shoot our wedding. We had a video conference to meet Jarret and found him to be friendly, funny and genuine. We felt very confident that Jarret would do great work, and he did!

Jarret coordinated with our photographer to make sure all the important and special parts of our wedding were captured. It looked like they both had a good time at the wedding, so that made us even more confident that Jarret would make us happy. We were expecting to wait a couple months to see the highlight reel, but Jarret delivered an amazing final product ahead of schedule. It felt like an extra wedding present and we could not be happier with the result.

Jarret has great taste in music. He has a unique talent in the way he matches songs to the personalities of his subjects and to the mood of the event. We loved the songs he chose for our video. They just fit perfectly.
When he combines his excellent taste with the amazing moments he captures on video and then uses his artistic and creative skills to edit it all together, the result is beautiful.

We will definitely recommend Jarret to anyone looking for a videographer for any occasion. He makes great dog videos too!

Incredible Wedding Videographer

Jarret and his team did an incredible job with our wedding videography. Both before and after the day, the communication with Jarret and his team was clear and comprehensive and we were never left with any uncertainty. On the wedding day, they brought a fantastic energy and were very easy to work with. My wife and I felt very comfortable and they shot fantastic footage without anything feeling overly "staged".

The videos that we received were incredibly well-made and far better than the typical "cookie-cutter" wedding video template. The editing made the video truly feel representative of the energy the day while capturing all of our favorite moments. Jarret and his team are clearly a level above the typical wedding videographers out there and should be the top choice for anyone considering a videographer.

From moment 1, working with Jarret was incredible. Prior to our wedding, we spoke with him multiple times to ensure we were all on the same page and he took time out of his busy schedule to speak with us extensively on the phone about our vision for the day and our video. By the time our wedding arrived, my fiancee and I were totally trusting of Jarrett and Rich, his second shooter. They happily showed up a few hours before the wedding and got some great footage of folks hanging out and my wife and I getting ready. Jarrett and Rich seamlessly vibed with our photographers and were funny and super easy to talk to and get along with the whole day. Once the ceremony began, I hardly realized their presence the rest of the night, yet they were apparently right up in the mix the whole time..capturing the most special, intimate and beautiful peices of our wedding.

We are SO thankful for what JB Horn Film was able to provide us; a gorgeous, timeless memento...with every shot so intentionally planned and placed. Editing was not only lighting-fast, but a breeze! Jarrett was more than happy to swap out a few snippets for us and truly created something that we feel is as perfect as our wedding day was (and we're not the only ones who feel that way - multiple people we don't even know were sharing our highlight reel all over social media!). JB Horn Film's ability to make us feel so comfortable, beautiful and heard is the main reason that we would, without hesitation, reccommend them to anyone and everyone.
Videography was not something we had initially budgeted for, but we seriously could not be happier with our choice to have JB Horn Film capture our day. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

The most Epic videographer around

I’m an OG bride of Jarret’s from 2015 when videographers were just starting to be a thing! Jarret is a family friend and I learned of his talents through my dad.

I’m a daddy’s girl through and through so when he said he knew a guy to capture our special day I just had to go with Jarret.

My husband and I have now been married for 8 years and I STILL have friend compliment on my short clip of our wedding that I post to social media every year and how they wish they went with him as a videographer!!!

I’ve had the privilege to watch Jarret’s craft evolve over the years and have even joked with him about getting remarried to my husband again just so I could hire him again to capture our day with his new latest and greatest technology!

The most talented and amazing videographer EVER!!!

Where to begin?! Jarret is AMAZING!! When my husband and I were looking to hire a videographer, we contacted Jarret after viewing our friends' wedding highlight clip and absolutely loved it. When we initially spoke with Jarret, we knew he would be perfect to work with not only because he's hilarious but also because he's so easy going, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. Right after that initial conversation, we hired him! We also appreciated Jarret's honesty when it came to creating the highlight clip. I asked him if we were supposed to pick out the music or tell him what we wanted in the video and his response was basically to trust him and let him decide what to put in the highlight clip. If there is one thing I can tell you, it is that you can 10000% trust Jarret with this. When we received our highlight clip a few weeks after our wedding, my husband and I were BEYOND happy with the result. I continue to watch it 5+ times a day and still cry each time I view it. We had (and continue to have) several family and friends reach out to us just to say that it's the best wedding video they've ever seen. Already, 2 of our friends have hired him for their wedding day. His editing skills are unreal. He picked the best background music for us and nailed it when it came to choosing what to highlight in a 5 minute clip, which in my opinion seems really difficult to do. Lastly, I think it's important to note how fun Jarret is. Who wants a boring videographer anyway? During our reception, we had a bottle dance going and when it directly pointed to Jarret, he went into the circle and did the worm. How awesome is that?! At the end of the day, Jarret's service meant more to us than he will ever know. We have the most amazing wedding video to look back on and we are so grateful to him for that! He is the ULTIMATE videographer! Trust me when I tell you that you do not need to look any further.

Jarret is the BEST!

Jarret is the absolute best of the best. I’m not even sure if words can describe how happy we were to be able to have him as part of our wedding day. It all began two years prior to our wedding when we had a consultation call with Jarret to discuss booking. After our call, my Husband and I knew immediately that Jarret was the perfect fit. Not only is he extremely talented, he brings the best vibes to any interaction, even if it’s just a phone call or an email. Jarret was one of our BIGGEST hype people on the day of our wedding. His positive attitude, energetic presence, and humor kept us laughing all day and added to what made our day so special. We truly just loved being around him. Crazy enough, his personality is just an added bonus- His work is absolutely AMAZING, and he is so beyond talented. Jarret sent us a teaser film while we were away on our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, he sent us our highlight film and it was no less than a work of art. He captured our wedding so perfectly, and it brought back all the emotions of the day. We will probably watch the video every day for the rest of our lives- it’s that good. Oh where do I even begin there's so many great things to say jarretts work is just seriously the most amazing I've ever seen its a true work of art in its own way he truly captured even the smallest of details and put them together perfectly i will be able to relive my wedding for the rest of our lives!! Jarret is the best of the best! My husband and I weren't completely sure we were going to get a videographer until we saw him do my sister's wedding. This was the absolute best wedding video that I have ever seen, and we look forward to seeing our own. I expected wedding videos to have the cheesy shots and sappy music, but Jarret makes it a work of art. Not only is he talented, but he is a true pleasure to work with. Flawless hands down

Jarret and Rob were outstanding. To the moment they arrived at the house, to the very end of the reception... 10 STARS! They work so great together and have such a fun personality, they both fit right in with our families! They have such attention to detail and grabbed shots that I would never have even thought of. The 5 minute video clip that was made was so much more than I expected. I have gotten so many compliments on the video. Everyone has said they have never seen a wedding video done that well, and that it is like a music video! They are fantastic! I couldn't picture not having them for our wedding. Thank you so much!

Jarret not only, was literally the best videographer around that captured our day and personalities beautifully, but he also might be one of the funniest human beings around. Look no further, you have found your videographer! Jarret arrived more than an hour before my dress went on and stayed through to the after party. Despite never having met before, he felt like an old friend, but at the same time his filming style is so non-intrusive that you forget he is even there. The highlight reel he created literally makes you feel like you’ve stepped back into the day. I don’t understand how he captured everything – every hug, every tear, every candid moment of joy – but he does. The full footage is amazing, and I love getting to relive all the memories.

If you want your special day captured by someone who is kind, brilliant, and so passionate about what they do – get Jarret. Check this off you list and book, you literally cannot find better.

JB was the easiest vendor for us to book. It was a no-brainer. He is so fun, professional, and TRULY TALENTED. We were recommended from a friend and booked him right after our in-person meeting. He really takes the time to get to know his couple - what shots you want, what he should focus on. We actually had another meeting with him at a brewery closer to the wedding because he is so chill, easy and we just loved his company. Day of wedding: he added a fun atmosphere for everyone. My bridesmaid loved his energy as we were getting ready. Throughout the day, he was getting all the shots, got along with all my vendors, and my attendees loved him. It's so key that the photographer and videographer are on the same page. There was no worry with JB. My wedding was during the Pride Parade in PVD and it was awesome. He got together a video the morning after because it was such a unique experience. It looked like a movie production - everyone LOVED it, still talk about it today. I couldn't be happier with the final product and all the raw footage. He works with you after to make sure it is what you want, which is so important. Having a videographer is one thing I think every bride should have, but having JB Horn Film is a definite must. I will be able to enjoy my day forever. Jarret and his second shooter, Rich are The BEST!!! The search is over - You've found the MOST INCREDIBLE TEAM OF VIDEOGRAPHERS!! I'm serious - you won't find any other team out there that is better. I know - I watched about 50 wedding videos and looked at about 30 different videographer websites but once I spoke to Jarret, I knew I would be a Happy Bride on my Wedding Day. Jarret is the Only Videographer to consider when you are looking for the perfect person to capture your Wedding Day, whether it's big or small - traditional or totally unique. Jarret created a Picture Perfect Video for us and he did it in record time - we only waited about a week for our Brilliant Piece of Art - that's what our wedding video is..a work of art, full of beautiful and intimate moments of our day. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, always giving me time on the phone or via email. He also helped out on our wedding day! The Absolute Best

Booking Jarret for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. From our first phone call to when we said goodbye on our wedding day he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were so lucky to have him be a part of our special day.

When Jarret walked in the room the morning of our wedding my bridesmaids all thought he was a friend of mine - that is how friendly and comfortable he makes everyone feel. We had never met since we planned our Newport wedding from NYC. Not only is Jarret extremely talented but he is so down to earth and makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the day. He had everyone hysterically laughing while we were getting ready. It helped make everyone so much calmer!

The best!!!

THE MAN. Jarret was our favorite wedding vendor by far. He made the day even more fun, if that's even possible. From the first email exchange, Jarret had a great attitude, was cracking jokes and made us feel at ease. It's a little awkward having your whole day documented, but he did a great job of making us feel comfortable and having a good time filming while not intruding on the day. It felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. And the video we ended up with…still bring us to tears! The highlight video captures the emotions of the day perfectly. There was no one else we even considered - go JB Horn or go home!

Words cannot even fully describe my incredible experience with Jarret. He by far was the easiest, most flexible, vendor that I worked with during my wedding planning and day of. His personality shows through his email and his work. My video was absolutely amazing.... it received a whole lot of commentary when I shared with my friends and family on facebook.... I had people emailing me and calling me to tell me that it was the most amazing wedding video that they have ever seen. I have had lots of friends get married and seen my fair share of wedding videos, and I can 100% agree that it really is the best wedding video I have seen. He captures all those special moments on video and transforms it into such a work of art.

Jarret was extremely quick in the turn around of the videos, and when I returned from my honeymoon, it was already at my door step!

Best decision I made!!

The best decision you will make for your wedding day is to hire Jarret! First of all he has the BEST personality and is super easy to work with. He made being in front of the camera such an easy and natural thing, most of the time I didn't even notice he was filming. Second, his videos are honestly breathtaking. He is incredibly talented and will capture the vibe of your wedding day perfectly. I literally watch my video at least once a day and still get chills each time I watch it. When my fiance told me he wanted to get a videographer for our wedding I wasn't sure at first but boy am I happy we decided to go with J.B. Horn Films. Not only is he an amazing person and easy and fun to work with, but he is incredibly talented. Our video came out better than we could ever imagined and he captured all of the moments of our day that it feels like I am reliving it every time I watch it. I cannot recommend J.B. highly enough. When we met Jarret, we just knew that he would be perfect. Why? Not only was his work amazing, but we were getting married on Friday October 13th, and Jarret LOVES horror movies....and LOVES Friday the 13th! He is the BEST. Jarret made us laugh the entire time! (Literally every moment of me in the highlight video is me laughing) Jarret was AWESOME! and everyone in my family was like “that guy is so cool!” “that guy knows what he is doing” “that guy is so funny”! He was a perfect match! Many of my family members and wedding party have said that they just kept rewatching the highlight video because it was just that good! I've only watched it about 253 times. I'm not sure I could possibly fit in one review just how incredible JB Horn Film is. I actually wrote a much longer review, but had to cut it down to 2000 characters apparently. Jarret is amazingly talented and has an incredible eye. What makes him unique is his ability to capture not only the major ceremonial moments, but also the smaller moments that really capture the mood of the entire day. From the quick loving glances, to the laughter, to the joyful tears, Jarret's video captures every emotion and brings me back to exactly how I was feeling the day of. He is very professional but easygoing. He offers suggestions, but doesn't place you into a position to film something. He allowed us to be ourselves and be natural, and I really appreciated that about him. He also dressed up for the wedding. I can't tell you how annoying I find it when a videographer or a photographer shows up in a t-shirt and baseball hat with a big vest of equipment around him. I appreciated that Jarret dressed like he was going to a wedding (I'm sure not all brides care what their videographer dresses like, but it certainly impressed me) Jarret kept the whole wedding party relaxed and having fun the entire day. I promise, if you choose JB Horn Film for your big day, it is the best decision you will make (other than the groom!)

Hire Jarret now!

Where do I even start? Jarret is a GEM of a human. I found Jarret (well, his videos) through a friend who's sister used him as their videographer years ago. When I watched their video I teared up and said "He's going to be my videographer, I don't care about any thing else". Well, 2 years later when my husband and I got engaged he was one of the first vendors I reached out to. We were planning our wedding from Philadelphia, so we were only able to "meet" Jarred via a phone call but he was so warm and friendly on the phone, I knew he was our person. WHO WOULD HAVE KNOWN HE'S EVEN COOLER IN PERSON. Seriously guys, Jarret is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Throughout this pandemic he was constantly checking in on how I was feeling, and so open to any changes (because there were about 10 of them haha). Every time I talked to him, I felt like no matter how our day went, it would all work out. He kept me sane throughout this pandemic wedding time. We met for the first time on the wedding day, and when he walked through the door, he was such a positive light and his personality fit right into our crazy group. Throughout the day we got to know Jarret more, and he has truly become a friend to my husband and I. Our video is such a beautiful memory and I watch it about 15 times a day. Jarret Blinkhorn came highly recommended to us by our wedding planner and I could not be happier that we chose him to document our wedding day. We got ready in Newport, RI and were married in Westport, MA (yep, different states), but he was at my hotel bright and early and then beat us to our wedding site that afternoon. I hadn't offered him really any suggestions as far as how I hoped our video would look and feel, but he absolutely nailed it with our highlight reel. Not only did it PERFECTLY capture the emotions of our day, but he finished it the week after our wedding. Extremely impressive.

Also worth mentioning is that he's just a really cool guy and a lot of fun to have around on your wedding day. It goes without saying that having friendly, personable vendors is important, but i think this is especially crucial when it comes to photographers and videographers. Feeling comfortable around them translates into the best photos and film, and Jarret could not have made it easier for us to relax and just enjoy the day. I'm sad that our wedding day is over but so thankful that we can relive it whenever we want with our highlight reel and additional footage. If you're looking for a fun, talented, hard-working videographer, you've found your guy! Highly, highly recommend.

Jarret and team are legends, 12/10!!!!!

I don’t know where to begin, so I’ll start by saying our wedding day would have been less magical without Jarret and team!! Not only is he a magician with a camera, but he created laughs from start to finish. I think our wedding party and guests raved about him just as much as they did about the wedding itself! From our first conversation, then went in for two hours, I knew I had to have him as part of our big day. He calmed our nerves, made us laugh, all while feeling like like a friend. And on top of all of that he absolutely KILLED it on everything from our highlight video, to raw footage, to providing step by step instructions on how to share footage with friends, family, and most importantly social media hahaha. We’ve been praying for a way to relive the day, and he was able to give us that. That is something I will always be so grateful for. He’s a 12/10 and I promise you, you’ll never regret having him capture your special moments because he elevates the experience and is a gosh darn rock star!

If JB Horn is booked for your wedding date, I would sincerely consider changing your date. I’m not kidding. He’s THAT good. Multiple people, who have hired their own videographers for their wedding, told me it was the best highlight film they’ve ever seen. Period. The way Jarret tells the love story while choosing the perfect music, the perfect footage, it’s seamless and it’s a true art. I did extensive research on all my vendors and I never once saw another videographer who came close to the quality of work that Jarret provides. It’s perfection. This is the only choice for a videographer. Don’t make the wrong one.

I don't even know where to begin with Jarret. I researched videographers for months. Months. To no avail. Either they were good quality but prohibitively expensive, or they had those movies with the 80s glow/tacky look but were affordable. I still don't know how I found Jarret, but I'll be eternally grateful to google.

The first thing to understand about Jarret is that he's like a wedding altruist. His work is on another level. The way he captured our day (and delivered the highlight reel within 2 weeks, by the way) was just - I mean it was magical. It was so genuine, so real, the joy and fun and warmth of the day just shone threw his work. He intuitively just knew which moments to capture and highlight. After watching the video, both my mom and mother-in-law told me they cried (neither did at the wedding). Friends and facebook acquaintances have all told me that it was the best wedding video they'd seen. It was just, everything. Better than the videos of those videographers I'd seen that charge $6,000 plus.

Now the reason I call Jarret a wedding altruist is because he charges a FRACTION of the price, because, as he says, it angers him that couples need to break the bank in order to capture their day.

So yes - his talent is unmatched, and he is incredibly generous with both it and his time (he was with us for TWO days, and delivered us all the raw footage of the wedding), but more than that - he was just so enjoyable to be around. And the importance of that can't be underestimated. Your videographer is there in the room while you're getting ready, he's there when you're doing the photoshoots with the bridal party, he's at the reception - his attitude affects your mood. And god bless Jarret's personality. By the end of the weekend he felt like family, and I was sad to see him leave. Everyone loved him, he contributed to the high energy of our wedding so much, and I am so grateful.

So yes - amazing talent, AMAZING videographer, and wonderful human being.

I came across a wedding video of Jarrett’s on instagram and immediately knew I had to have him film our wedding. Looking at his work on instagram I was blown away by how talented he was. Every video he makes is a true masterpiece and perfectly captures the vibe of the couple and the essence of the day. 5 stars just aren't enough to praise the work of Jarret of JB Horn Film. My husband and I were introduced to Jarret's work shortly after we were engaged. Our close friends had booked him for their wedding and couldn't wait to show us his work. After seeing what Jarret does with his films, we immediately reconsidered omitting video from our day/budget. Fast forward a few months, a week past their wedding, I e-mailed Jarret 30 seconds into seeing their video to make sure he would be at ours!

Jarret is the most down-to-earth, genuine, and hilarious guy! He was with us the entire day; from early morning hair and make-up with the girls all the way to the last dance. He is never intrusive or in your face. In fact, the only reason you remember he is there shooting is because it's like having an extra friend with you for the day. The day after we got home from our honeymoon our 6 minutes and 48 seconds of perfection was waiting in my e-mail. We were speechless. Jarret not only captured every detail, but somehow managed to capture who we are as a couple. He does something with film that I have never seen before - and it is perfect. I watch our video every day (and it's safe to say that I have even shown it to strangers at this point!). Words can't express our gratitude and how lucky we feel to have such a beautiful memory of our day.

If you are trying to decide whether you want a videographer or not, you do. And you want Jarret. He was, hands down, our favorite vendor. We did not stop laughing the entire day and he helped all of us feel so at ease. At one point he even skipped across the parking lot with our flowergirl. It's one of my favorite photos from the day! Aside from being basically the coolest/funniest person ever, he is incredibly, undeniably talented. My husband and I can't stop watching our video and every person we have shared it with has been blown away, like us. It's amazing to us that he was able to pack in so many perfect little details and tell our story of the day so beautifully. Jarrett was the first vendor we booked, even before the venue and photographer (1 month after we got engaged and 2.5 years before the wedding). We saw his work through a friend and were BLOWN away. After booking Jarrett- I informed him that I trusted his work- and gave a short list of things I wanted in the highlight clip--I have watched my video about a million times (yes- I have a problem- and so do our family members)---and still cry---not only did Jarrett ensure that he captured the special moments of our day; he also was able to reflect our values, the joining of our two families and our personalities--in this incredibly unique way that brings me to tears every time I watch our video. I could go on and on- you will not regret a penny spent on JB Horn. He is nothing short of amazing at not only videography but also being a person who truly understands your needs on the day.

The greatest videography team

My husband and I were skeptical if we “needed” a videographer but after watching JB Horn videos we knew we had to sit down and meet him. From our first Starbucks date we knew we needed to book JB Horn. Not only is his work absolutely genius, he is so friendly, funny, and personable, he captured every single moment and didn’t rush us the day of. He made us laugh so many times and felt so natural. Our video is everything I wished for plus more! I love how he records our vows and included it with beautiful music and drone footage. If you are questioning if you need a videographer you absolutely do! The video tells so many stories and lets us relive our wedding that went by way too fast. Worth every darn penny!

JB was the best investment on our wedding day. Not only is he a magician behind the lens but he is a great guy. From the moment we met him we knew he was our videographer. He is professional but personable and made all of our guests feel comfortable throughout the night. We were married in 2017 and still watch our highlight video religiously. People say you don’t need a videographer and won’t watch your video but when your videographer is as good as JB, you will cherish it forever! Thanks JB! :)

The best decision we made - JB is incredible.

Words cannot do JB Horn Film's work justice. I searched tirelessly for videographers and would pick JB Horn Film a million times over. Jarret captured our entire day from start to finish and created the most incredible video I have ever seen. He spent so much time on every detail that was so important to us. He was so fun to have around on our wedding day and did everything possible to make our day the best day of our lives (he even shoveled snow so we had a path to walk in!) We have had our video on repeat since receiving it. My best advice to any engaged couple - book JB as fast as possible!

This man went above and beyond for my wife and I. The turn around time was insanely quick. The quality was amazing. He is worth every penny spent. When I told JB that I would be singing my vows to my wife he responded by bringing in his friend Rich who specializes in audio to be sure he had everything perfect. Rich also stayed to film. We had two shooters all night, and get this, he didn't charge us a cent extra. I say this again, not a cent more for another person shooting our wedding and a perfect recording of our ceremony. Both men were funny, courteous, respectful to our families, and just really fun to be around. They are also stealthy. When you're in the moment you don't want a camera in your face. They never were. They got every shot they needed without being in anyone's way. When I was dancing I didn't even realize that they were there filming us. I really can't recommend JB Horm Film any higher. Best service I have ever paid for in my life. Oh and we bonded over comic books because he happened to notice that my Facebook profile pic showed me wearing an Iron Man mask. Now, that's an eye for detail if I ever saw one.

I don't even know where to start when it comes to Jarret and the amazing work he does. There are not enough words to describe how incredible our wedding video is and there aren't nearly enough ways to say thank you. From the second we met Jarret, it felt like we had known him forever. We didn't even have to think twice about hiring him for our wedding. I think we raved about him so much prior to the wedding, people thought we were crazy since he hadn't even filmed anything yet :) Jarrett showed up on our wedding day and had everyone laughing in seconds, his awesome personality and sense of humor made the day that much better. He really is just an all-around wonderful person who we are so glad we got to meet and share such a special day in our lives. Jarret brought his drone out and risked Castle Hill reprimand all to make sure he got some insanely amazing shots of us...which he did! To our surprise, while on our honeymoon we got a message saying our video was finished...WHAT?! Jarret cut our highlight reel in a week. ONE WEEK. And to say he totally nailed it is a complete understatement. It's better than we could have ever imagined. We watched it a million times that day and there's no doubt we will watch it a million times more. Pretty sure my mom watches it and cries at least twice a day (not joking), so be prepared for overly emotional parents. If we could have another wedding just to have JB film it, we would. I will continue to recommend Jarret to anyone and everyone looking for a videographer. If you are on the fence, DO IT. You will not regret it for one second. To think that we considered a videographer a "maybe" early on in our planning stage makes me feel utterly ridiculous. Jarret, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! It's clear you love what you do and take pride in every video you produce. Your talent is indescribable and your personality is just the icing on the cake!

JB Horn Film crushed it at our wedding. I cannot stop watching our wedding video, it is just so perfect. Thank you Jarret for being our videographer on our special day. You and Brittany together were just hilarious and I'm glad I had the both you of you together that day. You captured our wedding with such beauty and emotion of the whole day, it made everyone that I know who watched it cry. The best investment for my wedding day - and yes I'd rather forgo my wedding dress than skip Jarret's video!

This is a common sentiment shared by many couples but I have to admit, I was also guilty of debating whether a film was needed for the wedding day or not. People commonly think of photography as a must but video is more of an afterthought. But being such an insta story person rather than insta posts, I've always thought that there's something magical about the real, live moments that are captured in a continuous story, where you can immerse yourself and relive those moments again.
We found Jarret on google as my husband and I were searching for Newport based videographers and his website blew our mind. We saw a video done by JB Horn like, 2 years before we were even engaged, but had it book marked all this time! Even though Jarrett was not available to shoot our wedding, his coworker/pal Rich was! So if you're late to the game like us, don't fret- both of these guys are incredible. Super prompt, and helpful, even when I was forgetful and forgot to tell him what time to show up on the big day (he just showed up!).

Rich had a really tough job to do, as it was hard to get the shots he wanted with everyone else also trying to their job. He did an incredible job of staying focused on his work, and made sure to interject when he needed to get a good shot. His priority was making sure we got the video we were hoping for!

We were worried we would feel like he was paparazzi all day, but most of the time it was like no one was there (perfect for candid moments). It never once felt weird to have him in the hotel room with us getting ready,

If you are similar to myself, you are doing your research and budgeting, and trying to decide if a videographer is truly needed for your wedding. I’ll admit, I was skeptical initially – but I’m here to tell you that Jarret is undoubtedly worth the investment…so stop reading this, and go book him right now.

My wedding was the best day of my life – and I thought the most accurate way I would have to remember the wedding would be based on my own memories. So, when I finally saw the film that Jarret put together for us, I was shocked – he perfectly captured the energy and essence of the day; his shots, the lighting, the music – everything was phenomenal.

If the final product was amazing, that would have been sufficient in and of itself; however, what truly set Jarret apart was his ability to work with us, and make the entire experience fun and seamless. As a natural introvert who skews towards shyness, I was worried that having a videographer follow us around for most of the day would be potentially uncomfortable – and I was so wrong. Jarret and his team made me feel completely at ease from the first minute of their arrival, and were incredibly fun to have around. My wife was incredibly nervous on our wedding day and Jarret had her laughing all day long through the anticipation and nerve racking moments. In fact, I’m still not sure what got more positive reviews – the wedding video itself, or how fun Jarret and his team were with the bridal party and our wedding guests.

JB HORN is hands down the best!

Look no where else by Jarrett at JB Horn Film! We absolutely love Jarrett and his 2nd videographer, Rob. They are simply the BEST! We were planning our wedding from Arizona and being that we relied on reviews and our interviews with vendors I can't say enough good things about Jarret. I had my first call with him a year before our wedding date. He ended up being the only videographer I talked to because I knew he would be the perfect fit. He is so energetic, personable and passionate about what he does and I knew he would be great for our wedding day. On our wedding day, Jarret and Rob were the first vendors to show up and the last to leave. Throughout the wedding day they would continue to make us smile and truly make us more comfortable. By the end of the night, just about all of my guests raved about how they loved the videographer and couldn't wait to see the final footage.

His turn around time for the short film (4:30 minutes) was given to us exactly one month from when we got married! He is a man of his word and delivered everything on time and it was spectacular. The video was incredible and beyond my wildest dreams. He is so talent and just the best. Go with no one else but Jarret at JB Horn !

Hire JBhorn!

Two words - hire JBHorn! Before I was even engaged I was figuring out a way to make sure he was available for our future date. From the first call, I knew he was going to be the perfect add to our vendor team. Jarret and his team were by our sides for our private ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. I’m so glad we made the decision to capture those events as well given we had some really special moments occur - walking down in my mom’s wedding dress for the private ceremony and gifting my dad a brick at Tennis Hall of Fame. Jarret and team captured every tear and emotion perfectly. My one regret is not having them for our sunset cruise and day after party!

Day of, Jarret and team were there early and ready to go! It was so nice that we had a day before with them to ease nerves and get comfortable in front of the camera. The BTS content day-of was some of my favorite. By the time we got to the ceremony, Jarret was the most stealth guy. Big pet peeve of mine is when vendors stand in front of guests, are in the aisle the whole time, etc. The best vendor teams are there but stealthy!

Now when it came to the dance floor, Jarret was right there with us - in every mosh pit, spin and jump. I think we all were sweating by the end! Makes sense why this content was some of my favorite from our whole video!

When we got our video, we did a full watch party to unveil the weekend. Wow - tears and all the emotion came back. My husband and I still watch it and are in awe of the magic Jarret brought to life! We are so lucky Jarret was there on our day to capture these moments! I’m so grateful we have this amazing video to look back on.

JB Horn Film is a wedding requirement

Jarret's work speaks for itself. Het truly puts together a cinematic masterpiece for every couple booked and his personality makes booking him even more impeccable.

A wedding videographer was not considered at first when booking our vendors as my now husband and I both tend to be camera shy. The thought of having a photographer on our wedding day was almost intimidating so forget a videographer. I stumbled across JB Horn on Instagram and completely reconsidered this thought. I then did a lot of research and chatted with Jarret over the phone and was sold instantly.

Jarret did a save the date film for my husband and I and incorporated this into our engagement shoot with our photographer. He showed such professionalism and respect while working with another vendor. He made us laugh and feel completely comfortable to the point where we didn't in any way feel like we were even being recorded. We knew we had nothing to worry about when it came to our actual wedding day and looked forward to seeing Jarret again one year later. Our save the date film was a huge topic of conversation with our guests when we shared the link on our wedding website. No one has ever seen anything like it and it truly got them excited to see what was to come on our big day. Big thanks to Jarret for making us unique!

On our actual wedding day, Jarret and his assistant were nothing short of a good time, making our family, guests and other vendors laugh throughout the day. Not only did Jarret do his job as a videographer but he helped with wardrobe malfunctions with our photographer by helping the men with their ties and myself with my sleeves which kept falling off. He used adhesives he had for his microphones to try and help keep my detachable sleeves up numerous times and if there were to be a sewing kit nearby I have no doubt he would have sewn them on himself.

Our wedding video was delivered in great timing and helped is relive our day. Our highlight film has so many beautiful moments we missed ourselves, from our guests in the crowd and all the key moments. The clips and song choices are beautiful. The app used by Jarret is also available on smart TVs we often watch it on our TV when we have guest over. Everyone is absolutely blown away.

JB Horn Film should be a wedding day requirement to all couples. Worth absolutely every penny. Thank you Jarret for providing such an amazing experience and high quality work.

After meeting Jarret at my MOH's wedding and seeing her wedding film, we knew immediately that when our time came, he would be the only person to call to capture our own wedding. Luckily for us that when our time came, we were able to snag him up and we couldn't be ANY more thrilled with our video! He has this knack for being in all the right places at the exact right times in order to capture all your special moments perfectly - and then turn them around into something even more beautiful than you could ever imagine. Selecting Jarret as one of our vendors for our wedding day was one of our absolute best decisions. He was fantastic and our video is priceless. Jarret's wedding videos are short films and at first, I was not sure if I wanted a short film to capture our wedding day. But I knew after meeting with Jarret that I wanted him as our videographer, no matter what the length of the film resulting. And my husband was excited about the prospect of a short film (because, as he put it, "people will actually watch it."). The final product is so indescribably incredible that I can't stop watching it.

Jarret captured wonderful shots throughout the day - beginning with the "getting ready" shots, through our church ceremony, to the epic dancing at the reception. He filmed these moments with incredible artistry, and to see them how he put them together into a short film is breathtaking. Our wedding video is under 7 minutes, and it showcases the full emotional range experienced that day. It perfectly captures the love and joy we felt and each time I watch it, I am brought back to that day in a wonderful way.

We also received the raw footage, which means we can look through it to view longer pieces of a particular moment (such as my husband's grandparents sharing a dance). It's so special to have both a short film that allows us to experience our wedding over again and all of the footage shot that day.

For me, the most important piece of all of this is that I have ALL of the footage from the day. My dad was just diagnosed with leukemia, and not knowing what will happen to him is scary. I find some comfort in knowing that I have video of him enjoying my wedding day with our family to look back on as we navigate this difficult time. If I had to go back and plan our wedding all over again, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't change a thing because Jarret did such a wonderful job. I recommend Jarret without reservation - he's a truly talented artist.

I would highly recommend JB Horn Film for your wedding. We weren't sure we wanted a videographer until our photographer suggested we meet with Jarret. After our initial meeting I knew I wanted JB Horn to film our big day. He was flexible, answered all of my questions, and made planning that part of our wedding a breeze. On the day of he was professional but put everyone in the bridal party at ease. It was like he had been a part of our group the entire time! JB Horn Film worked to meet all of the venue requirements and worked well with all of our other vendors. He gave us an end product that we were both able to afford and be completely happy and proud of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, he's fantastic!

Do yourself a favor and don't look anywhere else. Jarret is hands down the best out there. I saw one of his videos on a friends Facebook and after we met with him I didn't even look anywhere else. I knew that he was incredibly knowledgeable and has an eye for film that many other videographers don't. We didn't want any of the cheesy stereotypical shots and he was the perfect fit. Jarret is so incredibly fun to work with (especially the day of...be prepared to laugh) and extremely responsive. My husband was apprehensive about getting a videographer in the beginning (insert eye roll here) and I told him it was a non negotiable. I can't tell you how many times he had said "I can't believe I ever thought about not doing this!". We have watched our highlight video about a million times. If you aren't working with JBHorn Film - You aren't doing it right!

Caution: Sappy Review.

I have no words.. yet I have so much to say all at once. I can’t help but feel emotional writing about how grateful Andrew and I are for Jarret and his breathtaking work. The only way I can think to do this is to divide it into two parts: Wedding Day & Post Wedding Day.

Wedding Day – Amongst all the hustle and bustle of the day, Jarret arrived bright eyed and bushy tailed.. he instantly made us feel and let it be known that he was genuinely happy to be there and be a part of our day. We had never met Jarret before our wedding day (only had a couple of calls, and communicated via email) but somehow we felt like we knew him for years as soon as he walked in. He put Andrew and I at ease, he made us laugh, he was so incredibly personable and we trusted him immensely, immediately. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.. yet he gave us SO much more. He worked SO tirelessly ALL. DAY. LONG. – he was one of the very first “vendors” to get there and he literally was the last to leave at the end of the night – his hard work, devotion to his clients and of course talent & creativity is unmatched; Andrew and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Jarret be with us on the most important day of our lives, capturing every moment that we will now be able to re live forever… which leads me to Post Wedding day & the Video he delivered to us.. I think my jaw was on the ground for hours. I watched it about 100 times, and didn’t cry.. I sobbed (like UGLY cry-sobbed) and when I was done, I watched it about 100 more times. We were so moved by Jarret’s talent and his ability to capture our entire day within 5 minutes of footage, and nothing was missed (I mean, truly, he seemed to get it all in there! How is that possible!?) We knew Jarret was going to blow us away, we knew how talented he was through looking at his past work, but we didn’t think we were going to be fall-over, jaw to the ground blown away.. which is exactly what we were.

Jarret, we are so fortunate to have gotten to work with you.. you made our day so much more special and fun, and we will treasure your work for years and years to come. The Best of the Best!

WOW JUST WOW... We don't have the words. Our wedding video was absolutely incredible! Jarret and his team fully captured us as a couple, the emotions and overall feel of our day. Throughout the entire day, Jarret not only brought the most fun and positive energy, but made everyone around him feel so special and calm. I was very nervous the morning of the wedding, but felt at ease the second Jarret and his team walked into the venue. We cannot thank Jarret enough and will cherish this video forever!

BOOK HIM NOW! The Obsession is real.

WOW WOW WOW I have no words for Jarret's work. To be completely honest I felt like I was "that bride" who knew exactly what I wanted and had a lot of do and don't for our video. He could have easily ran away from my demands but he fully embraced it and ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED our video! It was the perfect marriage of romantic/emotional moments to begin with
before transitioning into a beautiful build up to the high energy dance party portion at the end. I am utterly OBSESSED!!!

As for his amazing personality- Jarret will have you laughing the entire day and during the planning process but at the same time not in your face at all during the wedding, the sweetest mix!! He's so easy to get along with and his second shooter, Rob is just as amazing. They seriously are the DREAM TEAM!

I can not recommend Jarret enough ( as if you can't tell from all my !! and uppercase ;) ). But seriously, if you're debating whether or not to hire a videographer DO IT and BOOK JB HORN RIGHT NOW!! You get to experience the whole day over and over again. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for capturing the greatest day of our lives and putting it so perfectly into video form that still has us speechless. Can not waitttt to find another situation to work together!

Jarret is a pleasure to work with...he is upbeat and has a great sense of humor! His work is exceptional...his videos capture everything from the big moments (with aerial overviews from the camera drone) to the small details and interactions among people. We highly recommend Jarret to all engaged couples and anyone looking to remember a special event. He is reliable, efficient and quick to respond to questions or concerns. His passion for his work is evident as his videos capture the beauty and emotion of the day! We cannot thank you enough for the video which serves as a memory of our special day.
