I am so sad they are closing! I got my prom dress here and then my wedding dress. Sue was amazing in knowing exactly what looked best and found me the perfect combination of veil and tiara (she could tell I was a tiara bride). I will miss this place but am forever thankful for sue for making the dress buying process a smooth one.

Dream Dress
Growing up in South Jersey, I always drove past Jay West and admired the dresses displayed in the windows, never thinking I’d ever be able to afford a wedding dress from the shop. Fast forward to Fall of 2019 when I began wedding dress shopping. Everyone at the shop was so nice and helpful (and willing to work within a budget). I didn’t think people really had a moment where they found “the dress” until I tried mine on and the tears flowed. It was perfect.
After my positive experience, my mother and mother-in-law visited the shop and both found their dresses too! Of course, Covid happened after we picked our dresses, but it didn’t deter us from coming back in the Summer of 2021 for dress alterations. We all had a different seamstress and all loved the outcomes of our dresses! Antionette did amazing work with my bustle. If you’re looking for a local dress shop willing to work within a budget, and with a variety of styles, as well as dresses for the moms (including those of all shapes and sizes), look no further than Jay West–it’s simply the best.

Even though I had a much lower budget in mind they didn’t make me feel like I couldn’t find something there. That is the feeling I got everywhere else. I ended up purchasing a sample for a fraction of the price and was able to get my size. Thankfully they have a better eye than I do because I declined the dress at first based on how it looked on the hanger. She politely convinced me to try it out and it ended up being the perfect one of the day. I made my purchase and walked out with my beautiful dress.

Can't say enough good things about my wedding dress experience. Sue and Melissa helped me find the perfect romantic dress, with custom blush and ivory colors, beautiful rose gold accessories and shoes. They were patient and really cared.

I would highly recommend Jay West to everyone! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell they love what they do and they make you feel special each and every time you walk through the door. I was super indecisive when it came down to choosing THE dress. I probably went to 10 bridal salons and I even had 2 different appointments to looks for dresses at Jay West. During my appointments at Jay West, I can’t even tell you the number of dresses I tried on and they never seemed impatient with me (and I honestly couldn’t have blamed them if they were, I was getting pretty impatient with myself!). Once I found the one, it was a seamless and stress-free experience. Their seamstress, Kay, was a joy to work with. There were minor changes I wanted to make to the dress, and she executed them perfectly. I cannot thank Jay West enough for perfecting my ideal bridal look. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and I think everyone deserves to feel that way, so thank you Jay West!

I bought my dress from Jay West for my wedding that was on August 9th, 2019 at The Pen Ryn Estate. My dress is Essense of Australia Style #D2525, formal A-Line, sweetheart neckline, off the shoulder. I bought my dress in August of 2018 during the Summer sale. From the very beginning, the staff at Jay West was very kind, welcoming, professional, & extremely knowledgeable about bridal gowns. Jay West was the first bridal boutique that my family & I looked at for gowns, & we had a wonderful experience. They listened to my ideas & vision of my dress & helped me stick to my budget. After not having success with the first few dresses that were in budget, Patti asked if it was okay that she pulls a dress a little out of budget). It was the most beautiful dress that fit my body perfectly. Patti truly knew the type of dress I was looking for & I’m glad she pulled it. That takes a lot of skill & I really appreciated that. The dress really wasn’t that much over budget & my mom was so incredibly generous to buy it for me. I am forever grateful for that & that she also paid for the alterations. The staff at Jay West was always so accommodating to my family. I have a sister who is in a wheelchair & requires assistance getting up & down stairs. They were always helpful & accommodating. I didn’t always go downstairs for dress fittings & appointments. They would let us go to one of the fitting rooms upstairs instead of going downstairs. The staff remembered me & my family & always made a fuss when we go in. It was really nice to always be welcomed with a smile. My bridesmaids ordered their bridesmaid dresses at Jay West too. Janet was very helpful in helping us figure out what dresses I wanted & gave me great ideas. I wanted my bridesmaids to choose a dress that was comfortable for them, so she advised me that I give everyone a couple options which worked out well. She also helped me come to a decision on the color of my dresses. I was indecisive on colors & she gave me the idea to go with long black. It was the best decision! My alterations were done by Kay & she did an incredible job. She had to shorten it and take it in since I was losing weight & did that with no problems. She was so sweet throughout the entire process & made me feel comfortable each time. Kay also was happy to create a veil for me from my mom’s original veil. She did an amazing job & the veil is something I’ll cherish forever. Thank you to Kay for all the alternations you did for my dress & for creating the veil. I am still receiving so many compliments on my dress & how well it fit me. It is the most beautiful dress ever! Thank you to Melissa & Sue for helping me get my dress ready & helping me put it into my car when I picked it up for the wedding. I picked it up the day before because at my last official fitting, the sleeves needed a little extra altering & Kay was happy to do quickly, making every little detail perfect. I had such a great overall experience at Jay West & am proud to have gotten my dress from this local boutique. Their customer service is excellent – answering phones promptly & making sure all my questions/needs are met. I would recommend Jay West to anyone. You certainly will not be disappointed in the great quality of wedding gowns & the customer service. Got it exactly right with my dress & Jay West!
I would drive by Jay West almost every day when my husband and I were still dating. I always wanted to go there because the dresses in the window were so beautiful! This was the 3rd shop in 1 day that I tried. After the 2nd shop I was exhausted and felt defeated but when I got to Jay West I told them my budget what I was thinking I wanted and we walked around and picked out probably 20 dresses. The first dress I tried on I did not see before Cathy handed it to me...I walked out and instantly knew it was the dress. My family and MOH could see that it was the dress by my face. My MOH asked if I wanted to try on other dresses still - I said sure but never actually did. This was the dress. Cathy said that she knew right when she saw me that she wanted to have me try this dress on! They are amazing at Jay West! The dress was in my price point and we didn't go over! I loved it even more when I found out it had pockets! Honestly - they are professional and amazing - the seamstress is just as wonderful! Love love loved my experience and my dress!

I had such a great experience with Jay West. This may have been the 7th or 8th bridal boutique I tried, but the first one that made me feel completely at ease and comfortable! I was able to try on multiple dress styles within my budget and there was no pressure to decide right away. I came in a couple times with different groups and there was so much flexibility. When I made the decision on the dress, it was such a great moment & the ladies at Jay West made it feel so special. I had Kay do my alterations, and she was THE BEST!!! She listened to everything I wanted for my dress (and I was very particular with the bustle) and she used some magic to make everything look beautiful and exactly how I wanted it! Go to Jay West! We not only got the most stunning gown for my daughter's November wedding, we also purchased a gown for the Mother-of the Bride, and then at the last minute, when another vendor messed up an order, we were able to rush order gowns for the Maid of Honor and Junior bridesmaid. The service is EXCELLENT. Lisa D was amazing at helping the MOB choose her gown, getting her a bit out of her comfort zone to look stunning (no, seriously, people in the hotel were coming up to me to comment on how absolutely gorgeous my gown was). Barbara outfitted the bride, and it was so easy to "say yes to a dress" with her capable hands guiding the way. Alterations were easy and convenient. Such a wonderful experience!

I got my wedding dress and veil at Jay West! The dress was Gorgeous!!! I got an Allure gown that was all Ivory lace with a champagne underlay that looked absolutely perfect and different! Each person I worked with at Jay West was extremely helpful and took their time with me and my whole bridal entourage that had to come along. They spent hours helping me try on as many dresses as I wanted, (not just 3 like most bridal shops) until I found the perfect one! They also let me customize the gown, I added sparkling Swarovski and pearl sleeves and a belt to go around the waistline. The Seamstress was wonderful as well and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Jay West was the second shop I visited in my search for a gown. They were wonderful! I arrived with 3 family members, and they treated us so well. I tried on a few different styles, but was hung up on a dress that I had seen online. They were quick to get a loaner into the shop a few weeks later, and I was able to purchase the dress that I had been dreaming about. They were spot on with their timeline throughout the whole process. Their seamstress Kay was really great to work with, and my strapless dress was a perfect fit in the day of (not once did I have to pull it up!). Thanks ladies!!

I stopped by Jay West to look at Bridesmaid dresses.. I showed them a picture of the dress I liked, they went right into the back and pulled it out for me. Id don't have any bridesmaids with me at the time but they let me and my mom try the dress on for size and look. They custom fit and do the alterations there, so I set up appointments for all of my girls, and we were able to get 20% off of the bridesmaids dresses since all of my girls are going to purchase from there. Fantastic customer service!!

So many people say the dress shopping process is stressful but that was not my experience at all with Jay West. My consultant pulled a variety of styles for me and it was easy to see what I hated (anything poofy, anything strapless, anything "princess"). I tried on about 10 dresses and decided on one that I loved that first day. What really stood out to me here was my alterations. Kay was simply amazing. She had me come in several times to make sure it was just right. When she was all finished with my dress, it fit like a glove and I can't even tell you how many compliments I have gotten on my dress. I wish I could attach a picture here because it was stunning. After the wedding reception was over, we went to a bar and random girls in the bar were screaming at me and taking pictures with me like I was some kind of celebrity because they said my dress was so gorgeous. It was kind of crazy actually. Basically I wanted to live in the dress. It was perfect!!

I had finally said Yes To The Dress at Jay West. The staff at this store is very flexible and accommodating. The star at this place is Kay, the seamstress made the gown fit my body like a glove. Janet was my consultant and she was very nice, efficient and helpful. I showed her pictures of what I had in mind, tried on a bunch and eventually ended up with the first dress I tried on, which was gorgeous and happened to be a sample sale. They have a pretty good selection and reasonable prices. They were also very easy to work with in terms of scheduling fittings etc. (Antionette did my alterations). Highly recommended!

I recently purchased my dress from Jay West and I couldn't be happier! From the moment that I walked in from the time that I left, my consultant made me feel like I was the only bride in the store even though they were pretty crowded. She let me go through the dresses with her and pull the ones that not only she though I would like, but that I thought I would like.
They had a beautiful dress displayed in the window and when I asked about it, she didn't even hesitate to jump into the window and take the dress off of the display for me.
I tried on about 60 dresses prior to my appointment and I let my consultant know. She wasn't happy because she thought I was torturing myself but promised that I would find my dress. I tried on about 5 dresses, all of which both myself and my family liked. Then I tried on the dress from the window. It was mine! I feel in love. My consultant found th perfect veil, hugged me and my family. She even walked away and waited just to make sure it was The Dress without giving me any pressure to buy, which I loved.
She measured me, hugged me again and had all of the consultants come down to see. It was an amazing experience.
They offered an end of the year 20% off sale, which I took advantage of- and no sales tax! A fantastic deal!
I would recommend Jay West to any bride. They were simply amazing.

I purchased my wedding gown from Jay West. Each person that I dealt with there was amazing. There was never a mistake along the way! The seamstress Antoinette is also really amazing to work with. They really are the best around.

I flew from California to go with my sister to try on bridesmaid dresses. My sister made an appointment with Jay West.
We were greeted by Laurie who would be our consultant for the day. She was very nice and very helpful throughout the whole process. She clipped the dresses my sister had on and knew exactly what size would work perfect for her. Laurie also gave me the information of the dresses I liked so I could share with my other bridesmaids in Florida.
Not only was Laurie extremely nice but the other woman who worked at Jay West were very nice. They answered questions I had about jewelry and complimented how the dresses looked on my sister.
Jay West really goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and to make the day special!

I got my wedding dress at Jay West for my wedding on 9/14/13 and I LOVED it. They have so many dresses there I probably tried on about 15. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kay did the alterations on my dress and she was amazing! She did such a great job and was only happy once everything was perfect! I got so many compliments on my dress the day of the wedding and felt absolutely stunning. I recommend looking at Jay West for your wedding dress!

I was lucky enough to have Susan, the owner of the store, as my bridal assistant the day I went in. It was the first time I was trying on dresses, and she was so great. I gave her my budget and told her I would try on anything, as I really didn't know what I wanted. As we went through the dresses and I said 'yes' or 'no', she was able to figure out what my style was. After trying on a few dresses, I found THE one. It wasn't like they show on TV where I started crying when I put it on, but I just knew that it was beautiful, and it was me! Susan was so patient and helpful, and has been great to work with since then.
My mom also got her mother-of-the-bride dress there. It was a bit of a fiasco because she waited too long to order the dress and the designer no longer had it in her size, but in a size smaller and bigger. Susan bugged the designer for weeks to get those dresses in and promised my mom they would either take one out or the other one in so she could have this dress. The smaller size dress came in and it was even a tad too big! Thanks to Susan for all her hard work getting this dress.
I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses there, and everyone was helpful and it was quick and easy. It's an added bonus that the girls get 15% off if you bought your dress there!

My daughter bought her wedding gown off the rack at Jay West. Before purchasing we asked the seamstress if it can be made to fit and approx. how much would it cost. The dress fit great and it was on budget. Their jewelry is way overpriced.

By far one of my favorite vendors! Jay West was about an hour and 15 minutes from my home, but I never minded the drive. I knew I would be met with their friendly, professional staff who were always organized and who went beyond their call of duty. I bought my gown, veil, earrings, necklace, and bracelet at Jay West and not all at once... So every time an item would arrive, they would call and let me know. My only regret is that I did not get the bridesmaids' dresses there. We went somewhere closer to home, some of my girls were measured completely wrong, and when we asked that shop to order more material, the cost was soooo high. I contacted Jay West because I knew they also sold that line and surprise surprise, the material was HALF the cost that our Bridesmaids shop was trying to charge! Jay West employees are honest, caring, and deserve a raise :)
I highly recommend Jay West for bridal!

Jay West was such a pleasure to work with when searching for my wedding gown! Out of all the local bridal shops I visited, Jay West was the most helpful and accommodating. Melissa and all of the other ladies were wonderful the three times I came in to try on dresses. Melissa was really patient with me as I tried on dress after dress, even though I had basically found the one after the second dress I put on, but kept second guessing myself! I never felt pressured to buy anything and they were all very honest with me about what looked good on my body, which was refreshing since all the other shops said EVERYTHING looked great and that was NOT the case since I am a curvy petite. They were also very conscious of budget constraints and only showed me dresses in my price range (which by the way, was pretty low, so don't be fooled into thinking they only carry "high priced" dresses, because that is not the case!).
Placing my order was easy as well and they didn't try to "size me up" like I've heard about other shops doing. To top it off, the dress came in about a month earlier than what they told me, which I was super happy about! Jay West was also very courteous upon pickup and did not guilt trip me when I told them I had someone else doing alterations, which was a relief since I dreaded telling them.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Jay West, and recommend them highly!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jay West. It ended up being my one and only stop for my bridal gown. Patti was extremely helpful and patient! I brought in some magazine photos of the kind of dresses I liked. Patti helped me gather several dresses that were similar to the style I was looking for. Once we found the gown she helped me (on a few different occasions) with choosing the right jewelry, veil and hair piece. I will definitely be recommending Jay West to my friends. I had a wonderful experience at Jay West. Everyone was so nice and professional. I purchased my bridal gown, my jewelry (at the Finishing Touches Sale), my bridesmaid dresses, and my mother's dress. When my mom didn't like the first dress she purchased, they really worked with her to find a new dress (and were EXTREMELY reasonable about the exchange!) They worked with me to get me in for an appointment right away. The first dress I picked ended up being the "ONE". I knew it as soon as I tried it on. A wonderful gem of a store in the heart of haddonfield. As high school students, my friends and I always talked about going to the basement to try on wedding gowns when we shopped for prom dresses there.
I was so excited when I found out they had the dress i fell in love at another store down the shore and that they would match the price. Melissa took such good care of me at the store she's a buyer and really knows the merchandise in the store. When I wasn't sure about the color or the size she had the manufacturer bring in a "loaner" gown just so i could be absolutely sure before i placed my order.
3 months later we went back to look at Bridesmaid dresses, at first i dismissed it as an option fearing they would be to expensive for my girls. But we found a reasonably priced dress that all the girls loved and felt really comfortable in. With the discount i received from purchasing my dress the Bridesmaids dresses were way under budget. I was also able to order extra fabric to make something custom for my girls and pocket squares for the guys.
3 months after that i got the call that my dress and the bridesmaids dresses had arrived. Everything came in perfect! The BM dresses were the perfect shade (its so hard when you have to pick from a 2"x2" square) We ordered my headpiece and veil as well and started the fittings with their seamstress Antoinette, who does beautiful work.
No matter how many times i came in the shop (picking things out, ordering, trying on accessories, fittings, checking my veil with my hair trail) they never got sick of my face. The shop is clean, well staffed, and always organized. The people who work there are helpful, organized, kind and efficient. They have a great selection and its always fun to see the crazy prom dresses. They are accommodating to groups and there are plenty of little shops and bistros and starbucks around that you can easily make a day out of it.

I am so pleased that I choose Jay West to purchase my wedding and bridesmaid dresses. As an older bride, I had a specific idea in mind, and Sue was so helpful in finding the perfect dress. The dress did not come in the the color I wanted and she called the manufacturer. I ended up getting the dress in the right color. I later purchased the bridesmaids dresses and too was very satisfied. Sue and all the sales associates were most helpful and accommodating. Every visist to the shop was a pleasant experience. I was getting married in NJ, but I live in MD and everyone was so accommodating with my schedule. One of the girls, Melissa, was even going to come in on her day off to make sure my dress was exactly how I wanted it. I also got my bridesmaids' dresses and my veil at Jay West. All of my girls had good experiences too. Antoinette was my seamstress and she did an amazing job! Everyone said my dress was beautiful and that it looked like it was made for me. Antoinette made it fit perfectly. I literally tried on 30 or more dresses at shops in NJ and MD. Jay West really had a great selection of dresses and a wonderful staff. I had an awesome dress buying experience and most importantly, I LOVED MY DRESS!!!

One of the more exciting yet potentially difficult things as a bride is finding your dress! I wanted to find something that suited me without all the fuss (not my style). Jay West was the absolute perfect bridal shop. If you make an appointment be sure to ask for Melissa. Of all the bridal shop attendants I worked with, she was by far superior in quickly understanding what I was looking for and provided dresses that worked with my style and were in my price range. She made me feel special yet comfortable. No, they’re not the type of shop that will start screaming when you do say yes to the dress but they still make you special and will ensure that you receive everything you need to make your day perfect. Melissa connected me with a jeweler who custom made a bracelet and earrings to match my dress and my grandmother’s necklace I wanted to wear which added a special touch to my entire outfit.
An understated piece in all bride’s outfits is the veil; Jay West had many options to help me find one that flowed perfectly with the pattern in my dress!
Overall, I was so pleased I went back and my bridesmaids purchased their GORGEOUS dresses from there as well. Even through the one or two issues/emergencies we had Jay West worked through everything professional and promptly fixed the issues.

I bought my wedding dress at Jay West, and had a great experience. The bridal consultant was incredibly patient with me (I was very indecisive about finding a dress). I ended up getting something that was completely different from my original vision, but I love it. I would never have thought of trying it on if the bridal consultant did not suggest it to me. Jay West has much better hours than any other bridal store I've been to (open late on weekdays and Sat/Sun), which makes it very convenient for someone who works a lot during the work. Every time I have called to check on my order or set up appointments, they have been incredibly friendly, and it is very comforting working with such friendly people.

Jay West is a gem! I purchased both my dress and veil from this Haddonfield boutique and we got both of the mothers' dresses here as well. The staff, especially Patty, was always cheerful and ready to help in any way possible. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure everything came in correct and was delivered better than expected. They truly made be feel like a bride at my first visit, which had not been the case when I had visited The Bridal Garden in Cherry Hill earlier that same day. I had been to Jay West before my wedding for special occasion dresses and plan to go there again in the future when such a need arises.

I got my wedding dress here. While I don't think they are the cheapest bridal salon, I was really happy with my dress. I wanted to change one thing about the skirt and they contacted the designer for me and were able to get me what I wanted.
The service was very friendly and I really liked their seamstress. she did an awesome job tailoring my dress.

I purchased my Allue Exclusive gown at Jay West, along with my shoes, veil, tiara and bracelet for my August 2006 wedding. My mother and bridesmaids also purchased their gowns here. We were all pleased with the personal service, attention to detail final products. My consultant helped put together a look for me thatI could not have done myself, helping me pick a shape that suited my figure and adding accessories that went perfect (I still wear the bracelet to this day!). I was very happy and would recommend this store to any bride.

I wound up getting my wedding dress here, and they were AMAZING!!! Every step of the way I felt like they wanted my business. They did it with sincerity, and a smile! Kaye was my alterations lady, and she was FANTASTIC!!!! The dresses are GORGEOUS, and there are MANY to choose from!!!! They are on the pricy end, but the quality is unmatched!!!

Jay West was a pleasure to deal with, especially Patty who helped me with not only my dress, but also my maid of honor and flower girl dresses. Kay who did my alterations was wonderful to work with as well. In total I purchased my gown, my veil, my flower girl gowns, and my maid of honor gown at Jay West, as well as my jewelry and shoes. All items came in before expected and I felt their prices were more than reasonable. The staff is very personable and is there to ensure you look and feel your best on your big day. I would highly recommend Jay West.

I originally found a picture of my wedding dress online. I searched high and low for it and the only place I could find it was at Jay West. Not only that, but I got an amazing deal on it because it was a trunk show. Everybody in the shop was extremely nice and very professional. The seamstress Charlotte is truly a master at what she does and my dress was perfect for the wedding. I'm from Pennsylvania but it was definitely worth the drive into New Jersey to have such a pleasant experience with my wedding dress.

Jay West really saved me. The place where I originally purchased a dress closed and did not tell anyone a month before my wedding. They allowed me to buy a brand new floor sample (it had just arrived) and taylored it to my body. My only complaint would be with the seamstress, she did not seem to know too well of what she was doing and the dress was not steamed very well. Otherwise, it was great. Just be sure to use a person who specialized in wedding alterations not prom dress alterations.

I have always went to Jay west for all my dresses my whole life, so naturally for my wedding I went there too. I found the most beautiful White Laces Pearl Strand Vera Wang dress, a little pricey, but well worth it

When I first got engaged the first place i started was decided on my dress at Jay West. I explained what I wanted and they knew exactly the dress for me. Then when I changed from a beach wedding to a Christmas wedding they were able to make a seamless transition with my already purchased dress helping my brain complete my dream and calm my nerves. Thank you so much for a wedding dress that was absolutely perfect and one that people are still talking about.

I purchased my gown here and would definitely recommend it for that. The ladies at Jay West were very helpful and supportive! They knew exactly what kinds of dresses I would like and they did not rush me. There were so many wonderful dresses of all varieties, and I found the perfect dress for me! I think any bride will find plenty of dresses to consider, no matter what style she is looking for. I went to several stores and I have to say that they stock excellent designers and that the quality is noticeably and significantly higher than the chain bridal shops. The only negative is that I didn't feel the prices were great (the accessories especially), even with the higher quality, but they offer a discount if you buy the same day you try it on, so I took advantage of that. All in all, a great experience!

I went searching High and low for a wedding dress and had probably been to over 10 diffrent stores. The staff at Jay West was so nice and helpful. I went there 4 diffrent times to try on the dress I finally bought and they never onced made me feel pressured to buy or annoyed I was "back again" Also if you pay for the dress in full up front they give you a disscount on the dress which was great! Working with them was a pleasure and I woudl go back!

They were great through everything. They were patient and very flexible. Was able to keep everything there until the day before the wedding. The only issue I had was that I was supposed to pick everything up at 11am the day of the rehearsal, but the dress didn't wind up being ready until 1pm. Making me extremely late to other appointments that day, which then in turn almost made me miss my own rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.

Some of the women who helped me were fantastic. Unfortunately, I can't remember names. If they are busy, some of the women working there can be a bit impatient, but overall, I really enjoyed my experience and loved my dress!

I loved my dress and the staff was very helpful. The fitting area is very tiny.
The alterations cost about $100 more then originally quoted and the bustle didn't stay up. I ended up having to tie my dress in a knot to keep it from hanging. The dress was also a little too long. After 3 meetings with the seamstress, I wish it was perfect.

Jay Wesr had a great selection of wedding gowns to choose from. Everyone I worked with was great, but the seamstress I used from Jay West was awesome. She was very reasonably priced and did an awesome job. I was also happy to find out they can keep your dress at the store until the week of the wedding which made everything very easy.

The wedding dress selection at Jay West was exactly what I was looking for...there were dresses that were low, mid and high priced and the saleswomen did not try to steer you to what worked best for them. I loved my salesperson, Janet, who was incredibly honest and chose dresses that flattered my shape. The dress I ended up selecting was beautiful and I received rave reviews during the wedding. I will definitely revisit Jay West for other formal dresses and apparel.

I got my dress, veil, and shoes at a sample sale! Awesome value! Some of the workers are kind of snooty. But one lady was super helpful!
The tailor is this Italian lady...who was nice. Even though my dress fit perfectly and all I needed done was the train to be bundled or whatever for the reception, she took it upon herself to take my dress in. She made my dress too small so it had to be taken out. All of which was needless since I hadn't asked for that. Turned out fine in the end...but was kind of a pain.

Jay West was the absolute best choice for my wedding dress and my mom also found her MOB dress there as well. I was happy with absolutely everything, price, selection, alterations, and i was IN LOVE with the end result, MY WEDDING DRESS. Only one thing that I was REALLY disapointed about and I thought was a little unprofessional was that my dress came in a big pink garbage sack and not a really dress bag to protect my dress. That was tacky and caused lots of worry and stress about transporting the dress. I still love my dress and Jay West was a very nice dress shop with helpful, knowledgable and kind dress ladies. THanks!
