Wedding of the decade probably!
Having Jay at our wedding was probably the 2nd decision we made...
We've seen him do his magic at other events but we never expected how fantastic, fun and energized our wedding was going to be.
We had a vision: we wanted a big party. The best one in town.
Every single person danced and enjoyed themselves until the shoes were off!. A 225 pax wedding moved completely by a highly curated selection of the greatest hits.
He brought the best "hora loca" show I've ever experienced: robots, big heads, drummer, dancers, smoke, sparklers + 8 full hours of nonstop music. The MC kept all the guests engaged, jumping and showing their skills on the dance floor.
We had an after party next door. Jay and team installed everything and 4 more hours of dancing took place.
We were in constant communication during the planning process, met to select the songs and exchange creative ideas to enhance our experience.
Jay and team adapt to any culture and crowd. They are impressive, professional and his equipment is top notch. I want to throw another party soon just to hire him again!!

We are so glad and thankful for Jay Entertainment. We got married at the Park Chateau in East Brunswick- 08/26/22.
He came highly recommended from a friend of mine. We booked him close to 2yrs in advanced. He provided everything for our wedding: 360 and mirror booth, hora loca, smoke, sparklers, lighting. When I tell you he had EVERYONE on the dance floor he had EVERYONE partying. The absolute best decision my husband and I made.
Communication with him was on point, which was very important considering we hired him 2yrs in advanced.
He left all of our guests talking for a very long time!

Having a good DJ at our wedding was extremely important to us because we wanted a night filled with endless dancing and just genuine, organic fun. Jay understood the vibe we were going for and the types of music our guests needed to keep the partying going all night. Jay has everything you possibly need to give your event those special touches, such as la hora loca, smoke fog, sparklers, etc. Jay thank you for personalizing your services to our event. Honestly I am so glad that I have met them. They have been super supportive and easily reached, always communicating, always reliable and adaptive to last-minute changes. My wedding honestly was complete and made 1 million times better because of them. My venue had the food come out super early almost towards the end of the wedding, and we didn’t have crazy hour yet and my wedding was over in 45 minutes. The crew went above and beyond stayed later beyond their timeframe just to accommodate us and make sure we have a great day. This is what system aside from every other company I know, it’s not about the money it’s about the experience. You can tell that the crew truly cares for their guests and their and that’s something you can’t teach. I would literally from now on ONLY book them

We hired Jay and his team for our vow renewal celebration. He was amazing and so helpful every step of the way. The MC was so awesome too. I met DJ Jay almost 16 years ago as a the DJ for my friends Babyshower. Two years later we hired him as the DJ for my sisters Sweet 16! After that he’s become our family DJ and the person we recommend to all our family & friends! DJ Jay did my Babyshower & my sons 1st bday as well.
When we were planning our destination wedding in Punta Cana which was originally scheduled for April 2020 but because of Covid it was rescheduled to a whole year later to April 2021. We reached out to DJ Jay because without a doubt he had to be the DJ on our special day because we knew the party it would be a night to remember and would just be perfect! Of course, DJ Jay said yes, he worked great with our wedding planner and our other vendors out in Dominican Republic for all the logistics and details of the night! Our night was perfect and all our guest complemented how great the DJ was and what a great night they had dancing away till 3am! The music variety and mixture was perfect for all our different guests! We can’t thank DJ Jay enough for making our special day such a success, great time and a wedding of the century! We initially reached out to Jay for DJ & MC services for our wedding and ended up with so much more! Jay has a motto you see on a lot of his Instagram posts “We don’t just do events, we create memories that last a lifetime.” We could not possibly agree with that any more. Jay has left a lifetime of memories on us and our guests. From the start Jay was super responsive the entire time we were planning and was very flexible with how we contacted each other. Jay lended his expertise in all aspects of his services. As a mixed race couple Jay made sure to cater to everyone and had the dance floor packed all night. Through Jay we also booked our wonderful MC (Miguel), intelligent lighting system, floor monogram, sparklers, photo booth, and floor clouds. (When Jay says he has it all he truly means it and at amazing prices) Jay and his entire team made sure all aspects of his services were beyond our expectations when it came to professionalism and experience, coordinating with all other other vendors to ensure the night flowed seamlessly. It was also a lifesaver to have all this through one company instead of booking through multiple vendors. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful of a time they had. We will forever be grateful to Jay and he’s the official DJ for all our future events.

Jay Entertainment did more than just entertain my guests, this DJ gave my guests an amazing experience that people are still talking about! From the very beginning J.E. was my easiest vendor to communicate with. The minute my first dance was over J.E. had every guest dancing throughout the night. I had guests that tossed their heels, broke their shoes and even ripped their pants from how much they were dancing. Not only did J.E. set my wedding apart with the indoor sparklers and clouds, but the hora loca was the absolute hit of the night. I would do it all over again. My wedding was amazing because of J.E. Our wedding was this past weekend. My husband and I still have people calling us to tell us how great our wedding was. Jay and his crew were beyond amazing! Jay made our wedding as smooth as possible. He was very helpful and gave my party exactly what we wanted. Our guests did not leave the dance floor and if they did it was to go straight to the photo booth! The Hora Loca! Omg!!! That was the icing on the cake! We kept it as a surprise for our guests, when they saw the robot and the girls on stilts come out the party they were impressed and partied harder! They had sunglasses, glow sticks, etc... they had more than enough for my guests! The MC was awesome! Kept the party jumping! I love that they had a photographer there that took pictures of everyone throughout the night and they immediately showed up on the 2 big screens. Our first dance as Mr &Mrs. was just amazing, We had the the clouds under us and the sparkles light up that made that moment so magical!. I just loved everything!

What can I say about Jay and his MC, other than amazing! Their energy from beginning to start was amazing! My crowd was a little tough, (since I don't have much dancers in my wedding..LOL) but they kept the energy and vibes going! They were very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. And lets not forget about the decorations (lights, smoke (walking on clouds affect), sparkles and photo booth they provided as well. You can tell Jay really wanted to make me and the groom and my guests happy and entertained and I couldn't be any happier to of had him and his MC at my wedding!!!

Jay was an amazing DJ who played every song I asked him to play. Tons of guests from my wedding called me the next day to tell me how amazing my DJ was how impressed they were with him taking pictures of everything and putting them on the huge tv screens immediately. Jay’s MC was perfect and really got everyone on the dance floor! We also got a lot of compliments on the fireworks display (which a lot of guests told me they never saw before)

Amazing DJ services
My wedding was on March 2nd and, boy it was a blast. We booked Jay Entertainment because a friend referred him to my husband and I. We ended up booking the photo-booth, MC, DJ services and Dancing on the clouds. Sparklers were also included and that really made a difference. Would definitely recommend.

Entertainment at its best!
This review is so long overdue - but if you are still looking for your DJ, look no further. Our wedding took place November 2018 in Brooklyn, New York. We were expecting cold weather, but never did we imagine that a snow storm would be part of our wedding story. We had to delay the wedding because of the weather and Jay REALLY REALLY tried to keep me calm. At one point Jay came to the back suite and said “if we have to keep the party going till later than our contract says, I will do that for you”. That is the kind of vendor you want at your wedding, someone who is flexible, accommodating and will to go that extra mile.
Our wedding was truly amazing, and we give a huge amount of credit to Jay Entertainment for that, especially our DJ and MC Jay and Miguel. Jay was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. He was always so responsive and really helped us figure out what would work best any time we were indecisive. Jay took time to get to know us and made sure our wedding reflected our personal style. And everyone had such a great time, which was really the most important thing to us. Miguel has a great personality, is bilingual and keeps the crowd pump. Jay and Miguel brought ELEGANCE & HIGH ENERGY! I should also mention that the sparklers and cloud effect are incredible for pictures. Our Night was EXTRAORDINARY because of Jay Entertainment!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I can’t express this enough DJ Jay and his entire team made my wedding on 11/04/2018 turnt all the way up!!!! They had the crowd on the dance floor the entire time from start to finish. My MC and DJ Jay made the flow of my wedding so smooth and added so many cute fun surprises for us. My firework sparklers kept the dance floor excited and made the best photo opportunities. I got an hora loca which were soooooo hot. Two hot girls on stilts dancing around drunk people ohh yeaaaaa I take it!! A dancing lit robot and smoke everywhere. I felt like I was in A club! The photo booth and live coverage was just an addition to have more amazing pics of family and friends. I can go on and on and wish i can redo this day over and over and over. Thank you Jay entertainment for everything. If you looking for a great package and want to take your wedding to another level I highly recommend DJ Jay team. A Dj that keeps your crowd on the dance floor!!!!
Dj Jay and his team were absolutely outstanding! From giving us ideas on music and working with us While my guests were predominately Hispanic, he kept my friends, coworkers, and my husband’s family and friends dancing all night!! He took our requested songs and built a playlist based on them that was amazing! We couldn’t have been more happy with the service and attention to detail from Jay and his team. Jay and his team were short of amazing! My wedding exceeded all expecations thanks to him and his crew! My husband and I were so happy with everything from the lighting, to the photobooth, to the camera man capturing everything and uploading them to the tvs for my guest to enjoy! I heard of Jay and his team through one of my close friends. After meeting with him, we knew this was the guy that was going to make our wedding even more fun than we anticipated. Booking a DJ is a critical part of a wedding . You could have amazing decoration but if your DJ is not engaging your wedding guest you will have a problem . Jay was amazing at our wedding in 2015. We used DJ Jay Entertainment for our wedding. What is that people say? Your guest only remember the venue, food and music…DJ Jay definitely delivered as our guest were on their feet dancing the entire night. He was able to feel out the crowd, fed off of the energy and keep the party going. I like that he didn’t play the entire song like some DJs and he just kept playing hit after hit.
As far as extras, DJ Jay offers goodies like the florescent light bands, fun sunglasses, lighting that has your initials, pictures/videos on the screens and even dance in the clouds. His set up is white, which was pretty cool and looked great in our venue.
From a business perspective, DJ Jay is a professional. He sets up a meeting with you so he can figure out what you want and then sets a great plan to make your reception one to remember. I don’t plan on getting married again, but DJ Jay is definitely who I’ll look to book.

They knew how to get our guests on the dance floor as soon as the reception started as well as having some fun on winning our centerpieces. It’s been three years since my wedding and ppl are still talking about the DJ , the photo booth, the lazer light show and dancing in the clouds! Hands down Jay Entertainment is the best in the biz!

We had the pleasure using DJ Jay for our destination wedding in Punta Cana. He showed professionalism throughout our wedding. He listened to our requests and had our guest loving everything he chose to play. He made our experience unique and fun. Our guest still give us compliments on DJ Jay or how they would say “DJ SO GOOD”! I would definitely use him again, also I always recommend him to all my family and friends.

Jay Entertainment was absolutely top notch professionalism, service, and quality. He provided everything we wanted and delivered beyond our wildest expectations. From the energetic and entertaining MC, to all the effects, the music, dancers, and LCD dancer, it made for a spectacular celebration. Every single one of our guests were blown away by our wedding, everyone has said it was the best and most memorable celebration they’ve ever attended. Jay was very accessible and made himself available with any questions or concerns. He provides wonderful suggestions, and we are beyond happy we chose Jay Entertainment for our wedding.

Seriously there are no words to describe the AMAZING job that Jay Entertainment and his team did. He literally had to party poppin from beginning to end to the point that people didn't even eat dinner. Thank you so much for making Our wedding A night to remember. Hazel and Lu

Worst Part of My Wedding
Jay is the worst vendor that I worked with for my wedding. He is responsive to texts/calls but he doesn’t listen or absorb any information. I had several meetings with him about what I wanted played at my wedding and he completely ignored it and just played what he wanted to play. I should have fired him when I noticed that I constantly had to repeat myself but I was hopeful. I had multiple conversations with him but he didn't listen.
There was barely any dancing at my wedding except for the 30 minute hora loca. The hora loca was 30 mins because the robot showed up late. Once they did arrive (the dancers and robot) they did a good job but it was only 30 minutes of dancing. The music makes the event so I am still really upset that my wedding was so dead.
The MC was the best part of this package, he was really great.
