Amazing customer service

They were so helpful especially when I had bridesmaids in various states. The color “carrot” was gorgeous and no other bridal store had this particular color orange

Wonderful Experience

Jasmine Galleria was everything I hoped for while shopping for my perfect dress. They made me feel so special and really understood the style I was looking for. They also helped to customize several parts of my dream dress. My cousin got her dress from here too and also had a wonderful experience.

Found my dream wedding dress

Found my dream dress for a reasonable price considering the quality of the materials. The lace was printed to fit my height and proportions so that when my dress arrived at the salon all I needed to do was minor tailoring to the bust. The in-house tailor seriously knew her stuff and was very patient.

Dresses, florals, and more!

Jasmine Galleria has everything you need for your dream wedding! I was first referred to Jasmine's for their exceptional florist Giselle. I ended up leaving with my dress, all of my bridesmaid dress, my mom's dress, and all of my flowers/ceremony decor. They really are a one stop shop. Even with the pandemic all of the dresses arrived sooner than expected. Diana, the in house tailor, made my dress fit perfectly and even threw in a free lace face mask to match my dress. Giselle the florist will work with any budget and was super flexible when I had to make changes due to covid, both with the size of my order, as well as the location for delivery. Everyone at Jasmine's is great, the girls at the desk were always friendly and helpful and the store manager Jenny would greet me by name. I worked with their staff for about a year and always felt cared for, highly recommended!

They were amazing! I called to get my bridesmaids in and they got them in two days later!

This place was so responsive! Im a 2021 bride and not all my bridesmaids live in the same state. Unfortunately, due to covid we couldn’t all be together to try on dresses. Two of my bridesmaid happened to live near this store. I called and told them what I was interested in they were so accommodating! They took notes during our phone call and let me send all the dresses I wanted them to try on via email. When they arrived every dress I sent them was waiting for them in the dresses room. As I FaceTimed them while they tried on dresses the consultant never left their sides and answered all questions. Very efficient and we’re in and out of the store. I love the dresses that were picked!

Beautiful Florals for Wedding

We worked with Giselle at Jasmine Galleria for florals and decor for our original wedding date 6/14/2020. We brought pictures and swatches of our vision for our wedding but we didn't know how to fully execute it. Giselle reviewed what we brought and helped to flesh out that vision down to the smallest detail. She showed us how decor used for the ceremony could be repurposed to also decorate the reception. Covid hit and we had to move our date, then had to change venues, and downsize our wedding. Through all of this and she was understanding and flexible and rolled with the changes. We got married on 9/6/20. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. From my bouquet, to the bridesmaids bouquets, the wedding arch piece, and the aisle florals. It all looked better than the inspiration pics and what I could have imagined. She executed our vision flawlessly. Giselle is sweet, professional, and very talented. All of the interaction we had with Jasmine Galleria staff was positive and professional. Please check them out when you are searching for a Florist, you will not be disappointed!

I am mother of groom and a plus size lady I looked online and local stores but could not find anything formal. I came across Jasmine and called for an appointment. They were very helpful and did not treat me different because of my size. I did drive an hour and 15 minutes but would have driven 6 hours!!

Jasmine helped me create my dream dress!

I have wanted an ice blue wedding dress since I was nine. After much online searching and several visits to various salons, it didn't look like my dream would become reality. Stores might have one or two options but you couldn't customize them, and I knew I wanted sleeves. There were so many times I would wish I could take different elements of different dresses and add them together: Jasmine Galleria was the ONLY shop that could make it happen. My consultant Jen M. was fantastic. She was very patient, honest, and so knowledgeable. When I fell in love with a dress and wondered if we could add some beading and make the underlay an ice blue color she said, "Oh yeah, we can do that". It was music to my ears. With Jen's help I was able to customize my dress to exactly what I wanted, and it did not cost a fortune. I felt the customization and alterations (which were impeccably done) were all very reasonable. The salon itself is beautiful, the selection of dresses and accessories are fantastic, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Long story short, Jasmine can help you create your perfect dress. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Love Jasmine

I always enjoy going into Jasmine Galleria. Not only do I refer a lot of brides to go there. However, now it’s my turn as I am getting married. My consultant is Lauren she is absolutely amazing! She really took my vision and brought things to life. She even pulled dresses I am not sure I would have picked myself but absolutely loved. I also have had her for bridesmaids. She gave confidence to one of my girls who had a rough day shopping for dresses. Jasmine is a place that truly cares about brides weddings.

This is my Third Mother of the Bride dress from Jasmine’s! That says it all! Annette was AWESOME. I can’t say enough good things about her!!! Actually, everyone I’ve come in contact with at Jasmine’s on all three of my experiences have been extremely kind and professional!

Great experience, really listened to what I liked

I went in thinking I wouldn't really find anything. I liked a dress elsewhere but wanted to check this place out as well since it was on my list. I think I had dress fatigue at that point, but Lauren was amazing. She offered plenty of suggestions and took what I said and ended up finding the dress that I really wanted. Something that hit all my criteria.

The whole experience was just amazing! Everyone was so nice and I am so in love with my dress! I had constant attention the entire time and every dress that I tried on was gorgeous! This place has so many options and the greatest help!

Great wedding floral!!!

Jasmine did the floral for our 8/31/19 wedding. We worked with Giselle and Tia. They were incredibly helpful because we didn’t really know what we wanted. We gave them the main color, told them we liked subtle greens, and textured look. After that they handled the rest. They did everything from top to bottom including coming back to the venue to move arrangements that would be repurposed from ceremony to reception. Pricing was about half of two other places that quoted us. For floral, I think it was very reasonable. The end result was absolutely beautiful! It brought everything together. My wife was so pleased with everything and absolutely loved her bouquet. We planted 3 succulents from her bouquet to “keep the memories alive”

I didn't end up getting my bridal gown here, although they were all so gorgeous, but I got my girls' bridesmaids dresses and they are so beautiful! Annette was so helpful and patient with my huge group! I highly recommend Jasmine!

Giselle was amazing! We used Jasmine Galleria for decorations, day of planner and floral. We met with Giselle and she is an expert in her craft, she was able to provide us with options (that we loved) within our price range. Giselle was not familiar with our venue, and took an special trip to tour it and meet with vendors at the location. She helped with the day of timeline down to every little details, which was appreciated. She was very responsive with all communication, especially closer to the wedding. She was able to keep us on schedule on the day of the wedding, which was very important to me. The flowers were breathtaking- the floral bouquets were exactly what I wanted and then some!

Giselle did a fantastic job with our flowers! When we had our first meeting I only knew what I wanted for my bouquet and she was quickly able to show me options for others flowers (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, center pieces) that would complement my flowers perfectly. She was able to incorporate part of my mother's wedding dress into the wrapping on my bouquet as well as 2 charms of family members. I was very pleased with the service that she provided, always quickly responding to emails and answering my questions. The price was perfect for our budget as well. I would highly recommend checking out Jasmine's Galleria for your wedding flowers!

Have nothing but wonderful things to say! The buying process and selection was great! The alterations department perfected my dress after the first fitting! Also selected my bridesmaid dresses there which are breathtaking and don't look like the standard ill flattering dresses found elsewhere.

Giselle in the floral department was great! Super helpful and easy to work with. She made my boquet exactly how I wanted it and matched my colors perfectly. She hand delivered my flowers the day of the wedding and labeled each corsage and boquet. I could not be happier! Highly recommend Jasmine

Everyone here is extremely helpful. I had Lisa H and from the minute I came in she answered all my questions until I found a dream dress. I got to custom make it and order it in white and its just amazing, I can not stop looking at it. And when I went to put it up they had a wedding event going on and I got a goody bag just for being there. I highly recommend them. They take great care of their customers.

My consultant was awesome. I was so nervous, unsure, and anxious prior to getting my wedding Dress. my consultant was perfect tho. I came in with my 6 dream dresses I found online. Not only did she find them all, she was so fast! She helped me feel relax. She got along with my parents and she has such a great personality. On top of it all, the same day I tried on all my dream dresses. I found my one and only dream dress and bought it!

I was just so relived that this was one item i can check off on my wedding list and it was stress free.

I loved Jasmine's store, staff, atmosphere, and dresses. I will be back next month with my bridesmaids and Mom to get their dresses as well

This place is HUGE! It has such large selection of dresses with many different styles and prices. I first came here for my sisters bridesmaid dress back in 2015 and decided to come here to select my bridesmaid dresses. I found the best dress that looks great on my 4 bridesmaids! The price was great too, nothing worse than spending an arm and a leg being a bridesmaid.

I visited Jasmine Galleria in Lombard to look at bridesmaids dresses and I had the pleasure of having Jen M. lead me around the store to look at options. I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for, which included an array of colors to create an ombre effect. Jen was very friendly and professional. She used her expertise to dig deep and show me all of the possible options and combinations to make my vision come to life. I really appreciated how flexible and determined she was to help me. There wasn't one second that she made me feel like it was impossible to execute my vision. She wasn't shaken one bit by my request and she seemed to enjoy to take on the challenge. It was really fun to work with her and bounce ideas off of each other! I would highly recommend Jasmine Galleria for your wedding needs and specifically Jen M. for your wedding fashion needs! My bridesmaids loved shopping for their dress here and after hunting for other places we returned weeks later to order their dress for my wedding. Lisa was amazing! She helped all of the ladies find a dress that was flattering for their body type (All I requested was that it had to be a long chiffon dress considering that I wanted different shades of green for my June 30th wedding). I highly recommend this place before any where else. Oh, and they have lovely wedding dresses too!

This review is for bridal gowns. I loved my dress consultant Jen M. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She is very friendly, helpful and really made it a special day for me and my family. I left the store with 2 dresses that are on my short list that were her picks! She is the reason I will be giving the store 5 stars. I wish every bridal store I go to has a Jen M in it. It's a huge store with a runway to use with the gowns which is a great way to view yourself. The dress prices are very reasonable. They are all under $3,000. Their couture line are the ones that are $2,500 - $3,000. One downside to the store is the plus size dresses had a smaller selection to choose from. I'm a size 14 normally and didn't realize I would be a plus size in a gown and found it a little frustrating some of the dresses I wanted to try on weren't available in the plus size. It's hard to decide to buy a $2,900 dress if I can't try it on.

I went to Jasmine Galleria after visiting their booth at the wedding expo, I only needed a hairstylist at that point. They very easily found someone for the day of and seeing how simple it was, I inquired about make-up services after having other disappointing and expensive trials. So, I asked for a make-up trial as well which was no problem. I ended up loving the make-up trial with Nathalie so much that I also booked an extra look for the reception and for my two bridesmaids immediately afterl!! The make-up on the wedding day looked perfect!! A lot of make-up artists use a cookie cutter approach on everyone, but a good artist will work with your features, and Nathalie did just that. Penny, our hairstylist also did a great job and came to my house right on time, even early, to get started on our hair. She even helped out with our flower girl's hair even though she didn't have to. Above and beyond. Giselle, who coordinated everything, always had timely responses to emails, and was super organized. Everyone I worked with was always professional, timely, and always had a smile on their faces.

This place had such a large selection of dresses, both in style and in price range, and the space itself is very beautiful and spacious. You have a large area for yourself and those you bring with you, and the dressing rooms are huge! They have a large display of accessories also around the store which are also stunning. If you do go, be sure to recommend to work with Jen! She was so fantastic, so patient, sweet, talkative and complementary. She will truly make you feel like a princess and listen to your needs. She is truly what made my appointment at Jasmine so, so special.

My fiancé and i worked with Giselle from Jasmine Galleria for our wedding flowers, reception hall decor, and backdrop and she was absolutely amazing! I originally received a flyer to attend one of her floral classes and at the time had no idea what types of flowers we wanted to use or which floral company we wanted to go with. After attending Giselle's class, we knew we wanted to work with her. We decided to use real flowers for our wedding because fake flowers just don't have the same beauty (i don't think Jasmine does fake flowers anyways). Giselle has a lot of creative thoughts and can provide you with images or advice to help you come up with your floral arrangements and bouquets. You can definitely tell she has experience and knows what she is doing. Giselle met with us several times during our wedding planning to confirm our arrangements as we moved forward in the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Giselle met me to drop off the flower bouquets/boutonnieres, then went to the church to decorate, then went to our reception hall to decorate the tables and set up the backdrop. I was very impressed with her scheduling and planning-- everything was delivered on time and looked even better then we imagined! There was also an extra person from Jasmine Galleria at our church and at the end of our reception to help with the cleanup. It is so nice to not worry about cleaning up petals after the ceremony, and all of our table decor was picked up promptly after our reception ending. It was important to us that drop-off and setup/pickup was on time and went smoothly. Giselle and her team definitely delivered that promise! I think the price of everything was very fair and the quality was better than we thought! Jasmine Galleria offers pretty much all services for wedding planning, although we chose to only use them for our flowers. If you are looking for a company that can provide multiple lines of wedding service, you should definitely look at Jasmine Galleria!

I had been to quite a few places and felt like not one dress I had tried in was what I liked. When I arrived at jasmine I tried on about 10 dresses and fell in love with three of them. It was so hard to choose. The couture section is just so beautiful it's hard to not find the one you want to take home. After having a terrible experience at another Bridal Attire vendor, I was completely turned off from the idea of wedding dress shopping. Choosing the right gown is supposed to be a fun experience; one in which most brides eagerly take on. For me, my negative experience was making the task extra daunting. As much as I didn't want to, I knew I had to go find my dress. I booked an appointment at Jasmine Galleria for Saturday 5/21, hoping my experience would be much better than my previous. Luckily for me-- I had the pleasure of having Jen M as my consultant. Immediately walking into Jasmine, I knew that this was a top-quality vendor. My impression was solidified the second I met Jen. She listened to me, she made proper suggestions when I just couldn't ind the right words, and she truly cared. Jen brought dresses in my price range, and picked out gowns for me to try when the ones I had chosen were not "the one." In fact, one of the dresses she chose was ALMOST the dress I was going to buy. The other dresses were all lackluster (not in style- just for me personally), so when Jen asked permission to bring me a gown priced a tad over my budget, I complied (let's call this Dress #1). I am so happy she did. She brought me the gown I was looking for- in style, cut and fit. Everything else was not quite right, but Jen picked out the dress I was hoping for. I was just about to buy Dress #1, but a dress that was not in my size kept calling to me (Dress #2). I was a little disappointed that I couldn't at least try on Dress #2 (as it had caught my eye early on), so Jen immediately got creative-- we had my sister try on Dress #2 and stand next to me while I wore Dress #1. Dress #1 and Dress #2 were almost identical in cut and style- with the only difference being detail. I am so happy she came up with the solution... I will be buying Dress #2!! Her ingenuity led me to buying the dress of my dreams. Both dresses were beautiful, and thanks to Jen, I am BEYOND happy with my choice!!

We got our flowers from Giselle at Jasmine's and she is AMAZING! Our flowers were beyond expectation! I gave her what I basically wanted with pictures and descriptions and she figured out which flowers I was talking about and pulled up pictures to show me to make sure we were on the same page. Throughout the process we spoke multiple times and I was very confident that all would work out, however what we ended up with was totally above and beyond anything I could have imagined! If you want beautiful flowers go with Giselle from Jasmine's!

Lisa was amazing! This was my first time dress shopping and my last since I said yes to the dress. I never felt rush one bit and I had my closest members and she was helpful with them too and never made them feel like their opinion didn't matter. The overall experience there was amazing. They have a runway that once you found "the" dress then they glam you up and have you walk down the runway with mirrors and a video playing of you walking. The prices were super reasonable and the quality of the dresses can't compare. I would recommend this place to ANYONE.

My first time bridal gown shopping was at Jasmine Galleria and my consultant was Jen. I can not put into words how great my first experience was! Jen "got me" right away and totally saw my vision. She was honest and upfront about what worked, what didn't, and she did not skip a beat. She pulled dresses that met my vision that I didn't even think I would have liked, that ended up LOVING! I loved 2 of them so much that I even convinced her to put one on so we can do a side by side! I had such a blast trying in gowns! At Jasmine Galleria you really are made to feel like you are the center of attention. The other consultants in the store were also very helpful, kind, and added to the excitement! I felt beautiful and elegant all thanks to Jasmine Galleria and their amazing team!

I cannot say enough good things about Giselle and the beautiful flowers she created for our wedding, which turned out to be my favorite aspect of our day. I originally met Giselle at a free floral class she was giving (highly recommended) at Jasmine and I was impressed how she didn't come off as trying to oversell her services, but seemed to really be trying to give brides ideas. I originally had a very small budget for flowers and planned to do most DIY, but the quote she gave ended up being WAY less than I thought. She was also able to supply a variety of candles for the tables for a great price.

We met with several other florists but Giselle seemed to really get what we were after- something out of the ordinary and a little rock 'n' roll. Boy did she deliver! From the price we paid, I figured we would probably be a little let down but that couldn't be further from the truth. Everything was so far beyond what I imagined and we got a ton of compliments on everything all night. The flowers were fresh and those that took centerpieces home told me they still look as good as our wedding day over a week later.

Outside of flowers, we also used Jasmine for our tux rentals. The price was a little higher than the other usual suspects but after bad experiences at those places, Maria was a pleasure to work with. She also helped me pick out my earrings and hair accessory.

Overall Jasmine was wonderful to work. They all replied to e-mails quickly and they really helped take the stress out of many aspects of our wedding and I cannot thank them enough-especially Giselle and team for really giving our wedding the look we were after.

I attended a beauty class at Jasmine where Madison (hairstylist) and Deanna (makeup artist) presented, demonstrated and answered questions. I loved both of their work that I booked them both that night for my wedding day. They both were incredibly dedicated, they listened to what I wanted, give professional advice and were incredibly flexible. We had so much fun with them the morning of my wedding. During my trials I had done a more dramatic look and completely changed my ideas on my wedding day, deciding to go more natural. They were super flexible and I trusted that they would make me look beautiful. They sure did, not to mention how gorgeous all of my girls looked. They ran ahead of schedule and worked quick while having fun and making the morning run smoothly. I HIGHLY recommended them. They work well together!

I had a great experience at Jasmine Galleria. Jen, my consultant, was so kind, helpful, and amazing. She found what I was looking for, and it was reasonably priced. Then the dress came in months earlier than expected! They did not hold onto the dress in the meantime, which was a little inconvenient, but not a deal-breaker for me. Then alterations were great. Jen walked by as I was being fitted, and she stopped and skipped part of her lunch so she could help me make sure the dress fit how it was supposed to and how I wanted it to. At the second fitting, I had lost some weight, and they altered it again with only 10 days to go. Diana, who did my alterations, also sewed in my "something blue," a piece of fabric with my new name and the wedding date on it. I picked up the dress the Wednesday before the wedding, and it was PERFECT. Jen was absolutely amazing, and the alterations department came through for me in the clutch.

I went to my first wedding dress shopping experience this morning with my mom, three of my sisters, and my future mother-in-law. Jen Madonia was my consultant and I couldn't ask for a better person!!! She was so helpful and fun to be with! The dresses there are great - they are not 'staggered', prices are very reasonable, and there's so much selection; from shoes, to garters, to belts, etc. Wonderful place - not to mention the runway. The runway is fantastic; you can see yourself walking with your dress and see from behind as well - how many places have this, honestly? :) After trying on 3 dresses - I said yes to the dress! Thanks to a wonderful experience with Jen, I will be coming here (appointment already made!) with my bridemaids so they can find their dresses - with Jen, of course!!!

I absolutely loved working with Jasmine Galleria for my wedding! I had purchased my wedding dress elsewhere, but we went to Jasmine for the Maid of Honor and Mother of the Bride dresses. They had a nice selection and we found the perfect dresses! I also purchased my veil here, which was the perfect addition to my dress!

As we were there trying on dresses, I learned that Jasmine also offered other services, such as floral and decor. We scheduled a separate appointment on another day and met with Giselle to discuss flowers and decor for our wedding. Giselle is amazing! She is so sweet and talented and has the best ideas! We got married on Pi Day (3.14.15) and Giselle came up with the most amazing ideas to help us incorporate nerdy, but elegant touches into our floral arrangements. I would hands down recommend Jasmine Galleria to anyone getting married.

I came to Jasmine Galleria all the way from Iowa. It is a very fancy, beautiful place. When I walked in I thought I should turn around because I figured it was way over my budget. However, there were dresses of all price ranges and I was able to find the perfect dress!! I worked with Jen and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and I had a lot of fun with the experience because of her. The runway makes you feel like royalty and gives you the opportunity to see the dress from all angles. I will definitely recommend Jasmine, it was worth the trip!

I purchased my dress here and absolutely LOVED it! It was perfect and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was blown away by the incredible quality at such an affordable price point. It was definitely a more personalized appt. Jen was fun to work with and she knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable for a “couture” dress. I ordered my dress in April and they said it would be in in September, it ended up coming in in June. I am so in love with this place! Their runway is just amazing and the woman who helped me to find my dress was so experienced and so knowledgable. I asked her for something simple and she showed me dresses that were not simple and not what I would have picked out for myself and I'm so happy she did! I bought the third dress I tried on. Then she told me to try on something simple for fun, it was so dull and just not a wedding dress. Jennifer has been so helpful with dealing with me and my alteration indecisiveness. The tailors are so cute and just fun to be around. The whole staff is just very upbeat and always happy, which anyone who is planning a stressful wedding knows its like heaven being around people who are positive and share your happiness. We utilized Jasmine Galleria for our wedding flowers and were very pleased with the help we recieved from Giselle!! She knew her stuff and had great suggestions regarding different kinds of flowers to use in order to create what we had visioned for our wedding day. I worked with Melissa for my wedding dress and Giselle for our flowers. We were very happy with both. My dress experience was absolutely perfect. Melissa was very patient and helpful no matter how indecisive I was. Her measurements for ordering my dress were right on. I barely needed any alterations, which really saved me a lot of money. Giselle was our florist and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us in another direction that would have made it easier for her. She also helped put together some DIY centerpieces my husband and I made even though there weren't any flowers on those tables. Thank you so much!

I had my initial consultation with Melissa Paderta. She is absolutely wonderful and helped me find the perfect dress. She was very friendly, professional, sensitive to my budget needs, and truly made me feel like a bride. I loved the location as it allows you to feel royal and beautiful. I will recommend every bride to come here at least to try something on because the experience is worth it! They are a full service location so you will be able to find everything that you are looking for under one roof!

I just wanted to say that Jasmine's was amazing! I came to Jasmine's with both my mom and dad and immediately we were impressed. Michelle was amazing to work with and made our experience of finding a wedding dress unforgettable! Being able to walk the runway in the dress you're going to wear on your wedding day was an incredible feeling and really made our experience one we will never forget! Thank you michelle for finding me the dress of my dreams and being so wonderful! Giselle was amazing! We worked together to come up with a completely unique design/color scheme. I changed my mind and had to add and change things over the months and she accommodated everything without a hassle at all. She even set up a mock center piece in the store so I could see what the flowers would look like a month before, just in case. They were able to decorate the outside gazebo, which most other florists I spoke to would not do. Her staff was there the whole time to set up and move around arrangements throughout the evening; they re-used the ceremony flowers and incorporated them into the reception on the card table so we could save money! My bouquet was breathtaking and I just can't say enough good things about her.
So worth the money, amazing personal service and talent is hard to find.

Jasmine Galleria is truly a one-stop shop! From the time I arrived to select my dress they were so helpful and caring. They took a genuine interest in what I wanted for my special day and saw to it that I got it. I never had a problem with making appointment times for my fittings, they were spot on with all of the details of my dress, and their seamstress is amazing! They take great care with everything and make you feel valued and appreciated. My experience at Jasmine is one that I'll remember for a long time to come and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

Bridesmaids dresses from Jasmine are beautiful the ones I chose for my girls.
I liked a style dress but not the fabric and they were able to order my color, my fabric and my style dress for all the bridesmaids. Cannot wait to see them on all my bridesmaids on our wedding!!

I wish we knew about Jasmine earlier in our wedding planning process! We worked with Giselle in creating our centerpieces and they were beautiful! I know nothing about flowers, and she was great and working with my on creating what I was picturing! Everything worked out beautifully!

I bought my dress and veil at Jasmine Galleria and found the whole experience to be very relieving. Michelle was awesome! She wasn't pushy and very helpful! One of thing that I like the most is that they are the manufacturer as well as the retail so you can basically customize your gown!

Had an awesome time finding my dress at Jasmine Galleria! I wasn't going to buy from there because I had my mind set on a dress at a different store however, my friend who works there talked me into coming in for "fun." Well, fun turned into me buying my dream dress and feeling like a bohemian princess in it- just like I wanted to! I can't wait to get it in and get married in it. Go to Jessica or Nikki (her hours are different now tho), they're great!

At the last minute my make up artist and cancelled on me so I found out through a friend that this store had make up artist's that travel to your home or hotel. I wasn't able to have a trial done since it was only a couple days before my wedding but boy everything happens for a reason. The make up artist (Deana) that came to my home was professional, on time and super talented. She did exactly what I was hoping for and more. I would suggest her to anyone getting married. Good Luck!

I cannot say enough great things about Jasmine Galleria! I called them on a Sunday morning to see if they could fit me in that day to buy a new dress because my old own had been ruined and I was frantic to find something. I worked with Michelle, who was fantastic. She was patient and honest and so easy to work with. I ended up buying their sample of the dress I wanted, and she even provided me with a discount, even though the sample looked brand new! I highly recommend Jasmine, and Michelle too!

I LOVE this place!! I recently went into Jasmine Galleria with my cousin who's getting married this year and omg I was so impressed!! It's the new bridal/Event Planning salon, near Oakbrook area & basically, they had everything to plan a wedding all under one roof! We had the best experience and made everything so easy for my her to plan her day! Definitely takes the stress out of planning a wedding, and made it fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend everyone checks it out-even if you aren't a bride to be, I couldn't help but notice they have gorgeous cocktail dresses, shoes, accessories!!

Giselle - the floral designer at Jasmine is an absolute genius!! I was so obsessed with the bouquets and arrangements she created for my wedding that I couldn't stop staring at them all day! Even my bridesmaids were reeling about their beautiful bouquets.

Admittedly, I did not hire Jasmine Galleria right from the start. My initial florist cancelled all her September-October weddings less then 5 months out. She referred me to Jasmine Galleria and I think it was the best thing that happened to me throughout the planning process! Giselle was more then willing to take me on so close to my wedding and she even price matched my original contract as best she could. She was great to work with and I could really tell how creative she was and knew that given my inspirations, she would transform them into something wonderful, and she did!!

You won't be disappointed by hiring her!!

We were referred to Jasmine Galleria from a friend of ours that were going to use Jasmine for their wedding in October. I had everything booked for our 9.22.12 wedding except all of the bridal party's personal bouquets and boutonierres, so I had decided to go to Jasmine. Let me just say that both my husband and I were upset that we did not find out about this place sooner! We met with Giselle from the floral department. Giselle gave us a brief intro presentation, which was very helpful since we weren't exactly sure on what we wanted. Giselle helped us every step of the way and was great to work with. She impressed us with her professionalism, proposal that captured the look and feel of what we discussed, and ability to give us the look we wanted within our budget. She made the whole process stress free and was very receptive to any changes we needed to make. I was kind of hesistant that we weren't able to see a sample of the flowers, but Giselle exceeded all expectations. We had a very classic wedding and Giselle did such a great job putting together all I had envisioned in my bouquet. Giselle also handled my ceremony flowers and it was absolutely stunning! I HIGHLY recommend Giselle from Jasmine Galleria and would use them again for any other future events I need flowers for. I cannot thank you enough Giselle for everything you have done for our wedding!

I had an amazing experience with Pat at Jasmine. Her specialty is the special occasion dresses but she happened to help me with my bridal gown. She was so nice and helpful. She encouraged me to try different things but was honest with how gowns may not be flattering. I came here twice and even though I knew what dress I wanted after the first time, I wasn't ready to purchase because we didn't have a venue set in stone. They weren't pushy AT ALL... and their gown prices were cheaper than when I tried on Jasmine gowns at other bridal boutiques. PS. Their video runway is so cool!

I wasn't sure how I would feel about getting my make up done in a bridal boutique but this place is really incredible. You can walk in there and plan everything for your wedding. Everyone is really sweet and nice and the dresses are gorgeous!! And reasonable. I happen to be in when the make up artist was doing promotional trials. I already had someone in mind to do my make up but since it was free I thought "why not"? She was amazing!! I never looked so beautiful. I will definitely be using her on my wedding. Great thing is that she will come to my hotel on the day of so I don't need to go tot he salon. Anyone who's getting married or has some where special needs to go see her. The store is great as well.

The future Husband saw this store while he was in the area. Therefore. we decided to pop on in to see if we could find our daughter a flower girls dress and a bridesmaid dress. We didn’t have an appointment which is highly recommend but the ladies at the front desk were awesome and squeezed us in. Our constulant was Jen and she was absolutely the best. She was able to give us the best advice and help with body styles. Along with the fact that not once did she make us feel rushed into a decision. If you want an amazing wedding experience I highly recommend coming to Jasmine.

Ask for Jen! Jen was so helpful through the process of finding my wedding gown. Her knowledge and guidance was invaluable when considering lace, neckline and anything you can imagine. She has a great eye for what will look good on you and what will make you feel good to wear just by getting to know you. We had so much fun together that when I said yes to the dress she was the most excited person in the room for me! I even told her she could come to the wedding!

I loved everything about Jasmine's except the girl that "helped" me with my bridesmaid dresses. The ladies who helped me with my gown and the woman who helped with my mom's gown (who also ended up helping me with my flower girl dress when the other one was being difficult) were fabulous! I loved the variety of dresses they have because they're nothing like the things you see at David's or House of Brides or any of those other chains. Jasmine has very classy, elegant dresses. I ended up getting my gown, veil, jewelry, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, mother of the bride dress, and my mom's jewelry there. Clearly I was in love with the place!

I loved everything about my dress and the people that work here. They made sure that everything fit like a glove and I even did my wedding dress preservation here. Love that they have a points/rewards system and you can use your points toward other purchases. Also love that they allow you to walk the "runway." (they have a long runway with cameras and tvs so you can see how you look from the front and behind as you are walking as well as from the side thanks to the giant wall of mirrors!) That really helped me fall in love with the dress.
