La mejor opción para planear tu boda
Jappybride hizo del proceso de nuestra boda una gozada, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, resolviendo mil temas, orientándonos de acuerdo a nuestros gustos, presupuesto, mil imprevistos, proveedores y en general lograron que nos preocupáramos de no preocuparnos en los absoluto sabiendo que todo iba a salir perfecto y así fue, con la mejor actitud en todo momento, lograron que nuestra boda fuera inolvidable y mejor de como la soñamos; el día de la boda se notó el profesionalismo y el equipo detrás de cada detalle, son un equipo hermoso y súper cálido, fue demasiado fácil poder trabajar de la mano de ellos… 100% recomendados, además de ser unos cracks, son unas personas increíbles, se quedaron por siempre en nuestros corazones. -

Hiring Stephany and Raul was hands down the best decision we made preparing for our wedding. Not only are they incredibly talented, but also they are good people who hire good people. We could trust them and they delivered. When horrific trauma struck my family 3 weeks before the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about the wedding because we knew everything would be taken care of. They thought of everything! There was not one thing we would change about how the day went. They delivered beyond expectations and we are forever grateful to them for their love and support. The wedding was better than I could have ever imagined for myself— I got to live out my fairytale dream because of them. -

They went beyond Perfect for us!
Raul and Stephany made our wedding a dream to plan, prepare, and perform right from the beginning.
We were engaged for 8 months, and they stayed in constant contact with us, from weekly check-ins and down to impromptu questions - there were always there and willing to help us.
By the end of our time with them and when we finally got to be with them on our wedding day, they felt more like family than our wedding planners.
We loved working with them, they have a special place in our hearts forever, and we would immediately recommend them to anyone getting married in Mexico City!

Stephanie and her team at Jappy bride did what we thought was impossible - a four day destination wedding with 10 separate events for 250 guests.
We had guests fly in to Mexico City from around the world (literally) and we wanted to ensure their time was "worth it". Jappy Bride made it the most memorable trip of many guests' lives.
She helped us book multiple venues, host a welcome reception in a lovely garden restaurant, simultaneous city tours for our guests, a rehearsal dinner in a literal palace, a cultural show and "Mexican fiesta" night, a spectacular 12 hour wedding reception with concert-quality entertainment, and two post-wedding activities. It was an enormous task with hundreds of moving parts, but it was executed flawlessly by Jappy Bride and her team.
She was able to create a truly "once in a lifetime" experience and we could not be happier with the results. highly recommend. -

Finding a local wedding planner from abroad can feel overwhelming. After interviewing several planners, many sales pitches—and even reviews—begin to sound indistinguishable. We planned a Mexico City wedding for November 2025, and after working with Jappy Bride, we can confidently say they stand out in ways that truly matter. We recommend them wholeheartedly for three key reasons:
1. Exceptional communication (which matters more than you think NOW).
Clear, consistent communication is the single biggest factor in avoiding stress during wedding planning—especially when navigating creative decisions and complex logistics from another country. We initially hired a different planner, but quickly realized that the language barrier (even though one of us speaks Spanish) became a major obstacle. We ultimately circled back to Jappy Bride—and in hindsight, that should have been our first choice.
Jappy Bride excelled at communicating clearly, empathetically, and efficiently. They got straight to the point, explained their reasoning, and helped us navigate ambiguity with confidence. Weekly check-in calls were standard for them (something many planners don’t offer until much closer to the wedding—check your contract carefully). Knowing we could freely share feedback, ask questions, and feel fully understood removed an enormous amount of stress. Wedding planning is hard enough; you shouldn’t also be worried about being misunderstood, not understanding your planner at all, or left in the dark until the last minute.
2. Real experience that actually benefits you.
Many planners advertise “years of experience,” but that claim means little unless they know how to translate it into better decision-making for their clients. Jappy Bride’s experience truly showed. For every decision we faced, they clearly explained the pros and cons of all choices/vendors (including those they recommended), helped us anticipate issues, and prioritized avoiding last-minute surprises through transparency.
Equally important, they were not tied to a short list of “default” vendors. We wanted flexibility—reducing spend in some areas while allocating more budget to others—and Jappy Bride presented us with multiple vendor options at different price points. This freedom made a huge difference. Be cautious of planners who only offer one or two “best” vendors and discourage alternatives; Jappy Bride did the opposite, empowering us to make informed choices and go out to find vendors if we ask for options they never dealt with before (e.g. custom barro plates to give as gifts to guests)
3. Thoughtfulness and a willingness to go the extra mile.
From the start, Jappy Bride showed genuine care that went far beyond their contractual responsibilities. After losing a significant portion of our budget with our first planner, they were incredibly mindful of costs and worked hard to keep our venue and vendors aligned with our original budget.
During our venue tours, they came prepared with refreshments which was welcome after being hours in the sun. When the bride’s shoes started digging into her ankles, they ran out to buy bandages. When we shared our travel plans, they sent thoughtful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The day before the wedding, at our lucha libre event, they arrived with masks, noisemakers, and even shots for our guests on the bus.
These gestures may seem small, but together they reflected something much bigger: sincerity. They made us—and our guests—feel genuinely welcomed and cared for every time we were in Mexico City.
It’s hard to assess authenticity during initial interviews, especially from afar. So take it from a couple who has already gone through the process: Jappy Bride is professional, thoughtful, and truly invested in their couples. If you’re a non-Spanish-speaking couple planning a wedding in Mexico, we cannot recommend them enough..
In summary, wedding planning requires both the right and left side of the brain. Having just a creative planner isn't enough, nor is having a robot-like project manager. With Jappy Brides you get both sides of the brain- along with a big heart. -
