Traci is a Delight!
JCE was truly heaven sent when it came to planning our wedding! No detail or concern was ever overlooked! Our wedding was a success and we still recieve compliments to this day. My husband and I 1000% recommend Traci to anyone planning a special event. -

Amazing wedding planner. Tracey and her team made the entire experience super easy and seamless. She stays in constant contact. She’s not pushy and wants everything to be geared towards what the bride and groom wants. She has tons of connections to give you the greatest wedding experience possible. Her and her team are super nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. If you’re looking for a fantastic wedding, Jane Carol Events is the team to go with! We absolutely loved her!-

Our once in a lifetime Day
We were very fortune enough to find Jane Carol for our once in lifetime day. All of our stress, worries, anxiety, fear, and excitement all came together as if, we had planned it ourselves. On our wedding day it was nothing but what we have been imagining the entire time. We can't say anything, but it was perfect in every way. Thank you again for our once in a lifetime day. -

If there's one day in your life you want to be stress free, it's your wedding day. Traci and her team at Jane Carol Events gave us just that. I can't recommend her team more. Our wedding party was impressed with the detailed (printed) instructions, communication, and availability to answer all questions. Traci and her team helped make my wedding the wedding of my dreams.
If you are looking for an experienced, professional, organized, and flexible wedding planner that has an incredible attention to detail, you have got to hire Traci and her team. They went above and beyond my expectations and made the entire wedding planning experience an absolute breeze. I had absolutely zero stress on my wedding day and even the weeks leading up to it! The package we got with her included decor and paintings that she made herself, and if there was something we needed, she did the ordering and had it sent to her house. She takes care of the rehearsal, gives you many different timelines and uses a specific software program where you can log in and view your guest list, timelines, seating charts, you name it! She printed my wedding invitations for me and mailed them saving me SO much time. At the end of the wedding night, she made sure we had to go boxes of dinner, cake, and the appetizers that we didn't get to try during the reception since we were taking pictures! Working with her was honestly my favorite part of the entire planning experience. -

Jane Carol Events will go above and beyond to make your wedding day special and just as you envisioned it. She took my inspiration pics and nailed the theme perfectly! Our ceremony and reception decorations looked absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments from family and friends. Working with Traci and her team was a delight! I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. They took care of everything! I would highly recommend Jane Carol Events to anyone planning a wedding or other major event. Worth every penny! :) -

Amazing work
Traci and her crew we amazing. They made everything look awesome, made sure everything was on time and the way we wanted it. She had detailed timelines and nothing was a miss or off. Everything went perfect. There was a mishap on my part, I forgot to get my daughter's dress altered, so it was too long and the first thought in my mind was "go get Traci, she will figure out what to do". And she took care of it. She fixed it for us. During the ceremony I thought, "it would be nice to have some coffee", and I kid you not, she was right there asking me what I would like. She was not just a wedding planner but also a helper, encourager, idea maker, counselor, and friend. -

Do Not Hesitate to Hire Traci!
I was completely overwhelmed with planning our wedding. I knew I wanted a day of coordinator from the beginning even though I was nervous of the cost. We ended up hiring Traci for week of coordination. Traci was a life saver! She helped me plan so many aspects of our wedding I had not even thought about! Traci put in so much time to make our big day special! Her work with the vendors was invaluable especially when our DJ was changed days before our wedding. Traci had to hunt down the new DJ and work with him to get our music and cues coordinated. Traci also helped me to create all of the decorations and signs that I love, and that received so many compliments! I don't want to imagine how our wedding would have gone without her. I am so thankful that I admitted to myself that I needed help and that we spent the money to have Traci on our team! I still talk to her months later, and I would not hesitate to hire her for any of our upcoming events. -

They are so good at accomplishing your event ideas and they have great suggestions. I have been a part of their events that was an 50th anniversary celebrations, that I could see the ideas being used for a wedding reception. My last experience was an all high school alumni banquet. Decorations were beautiful. Timeline was right on schedule (even considering people giving presentations). Great at promoting our event. Loved the photo booth! They are great! -

We can not say enough great things about Traci Howard. She is an amazing wedding planner and relieved so much from our plate. It's amazing to think about all of the things she took care of for us. During the entire process we never felt stressed or overwhelmed and that is because of Traci.
Traci made all of our wedding signs/decor. I would show her something that I liked and she would make it for us. Traci always made time for us and would check in and make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns about the wedding. We were always treated as her top priority and that is so special for a bride to be. Traci thinks of everything and doesn't let one detail slide, no matter how small. She communicated with all of our vendors for us, she made contact with all of the wedding party, and had such helpful timelines for us, the wedding party, and vendors.
The day of our wedding--everything ran so smoothly and everything was on time because of Traci's hard work and attention to detail. More importantly, Traci made our vision for our wedding come to life and it was the absolute perfect day! We received so many compliments about our wedding and reception from our guests. Even the vendors were telling us how they hadn't been apart of a wedding where everything went according to plan and on time. Our wedding planning process was absolutely wonderful and our wedding was even better. We have Traci to thank because of that! -

Tracy is worth her weight in gold. She is an excellent wedding planner who is very organized and professional. She coordinated well with all the vendors and took care of all the details surrounding the wedding and reception. She made beautiful and informative signs and was ready for any situation, even dispensing cough drops, foot cushions, and safety pins. If you want to enjoy the day of your wedding/event, work with Traci. If you want to make sure every detail is covered, this is the person to use! She will not miss a single thing! Traci made not only the day of the wedding stress free, but the entire month prior to the wedding date was too. Tracy also provides detail items like signage, bows, candles, organizational items, etc... Plus the time she put in making sure everything was just the way we wanted it was priceless. Jane Carol Events planned the perfect day for all those attending the wedding of my son and daughter in law. Traci worked one on one with the bride and groom to determine their "perfect wedding" dreams from their first meeting. All vendors were contracted, instructed and supervised so the family didn't have to do one thing but enjoy the day! So many extras were provided that we would never have thought of, including beautiful hand painted signs, specialty tables, entertainment for the kids and so much more. Traci designed the save the dates, invitations and thank you cards and worked closely with the printers while keeping an eye on detail and perfection. Our day was the grandest event I have ever experienced and Traci with Jane Carol Events is the reason! Thank you, thank you!! -

Traci is the BEST wedding planner. She was so attentive and helpful, I don't know what I would have done without her. She kept me sane when I was upset about something, she fixed everything that I couldn't figure out, and she was there when I needed her. To say Traci went above and beyond for our wedding is an understatement. She went way beyond what I asked for or had in mind. All the above and beyond yet the price never changed from what she originally told me. She was always available and helping me make crafts/ contact people. She honestly wants to make your wedding the best and will do anything she can to help. I was stress free the day of my wedding and more importantly, so was my mom. If anything went wrong I never knew about it and knew it would get taken care of with Traci. I would highly recommend Jane Carol Events to anyone looking for a awesome wedding planner with very reasonable prices. Loved Traci! -

This is a phenomenal company. They went above and beyond what we asked of them and they did it with a smile. Customer service was out of the world! Traci was extremely nice but knew when it was time to get serious with things. Traci made this day stress free and fun for us. We were extremely blessed by her and her willingness to take care of us. Our wedding was PHENOMENAL and Traci was a big reason as to why that was. -

I don't know how we could have given my daughter such a beautiful wedding without Traci's help. She is very creative and has great ideas. She kept us organized and on-track. She listened to our ideas and found ways to make everything work. We received so many compliments after the wedding. -

Baby shower
Jane Carol Events helped me throw my sister-in-law a baby shower! They had so many wonderful ideas to help me as a first time planner. We had a smores bar! They had a variety of decor options to help me throw her a shower to her tastes! They even helped me with the invitations... something I was struggling with.
The whole shower ran smoothly and on a fun paced schedule. There weren't any dead periods of waiting. We ran smoothly from activity to activity all the way to packing up the gifts into the car. -

Our wedding was perfect!
Traci was recommended to us by my sister in law, and we booked her for her "month of" planning services about 14 months before our big day. Despite only being hired for "month of" services, Traci began meeting with us every couple months from the very start, which was great.
I am a very "Type A" person, so I initially handled every early aspect of the wedding planning myself- décor choices/purchases, vendor booking/communication, budget management, invitations, etc. Traci often joked saying I didn't even need her because I was so on top of everything. But, I would not have been able to be as prepared as I was if it weren't for the software that she gives her clients- Aisle Planner. I truly believe AP was worth its weight in gold and every bride should absolutely utilize it to its full capacity. It does it all- budget management with payment schedules, invitee management, timelines, vision boards, to-do lists, seating/layouts, etc. If you do not take advantage of this software as a bride of Traci's, you are missing out.
Another aspect that Traci really excelled at was creating a timeline based on your guest count, vendors, and overall vision. I could have never done that myself, and her years of expertise really shone through. She really helps you to feel prepared for your big day and answers many questions you may not have even considered yourself.
Traci's team is also fantastic, and Mara really helps to turn your vision for your wedding setup and décor into a reality. She is fantastic at pulling pieces from Traci's inventory and delegating where/how to use them on your big day. She understood my vision completely from the very start and used both the pieces I bought and items from Traci to create the most beautiful reception and ceremony that I could have ever imagined.
We hit many, MANY bumps in the road with quite a few vendors in the weeks leading up to my wedding, and Traci allowed me remain calm and stress free and helped with each set back we faced. Despite these issues, I had the world's most perfect wedding day and Jane Carol Events helped to make it all happen.-

The bride's family hired Traci to work was the coordinator for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. As the groom I didn't interact with her very much. In the grand scheme of things the wedding turned out very good, however, I am not in the best position to provide a complete review as most of my knowledge of her performance is a result of comments made by the bride and others that dealt with her more closely. -

Traci was okay to work with. I was pretty disappointed the day of my wedding. I have to be honest it was very sloppy for the money we invested in our wedding. I signed a contract for the month of wedding planning. Each meeting would take anywhere from three to four hours which is a little ridiculous considering each time we met with her it was always after work. Also, when we would meet with her I felt like we would leave and nothing would be really accomplished because we would meet the next time and she wouldn't remember things I told her from the previous meetings. The night of my dinner rehearsal my soon-to-be parent in laws were late to the rehearsal and rather than pulling me aside or my fiance she begins speaking poorly about my fiances family about how ridiculous it is that they were so late and how she has never had anyone be that late in front of all my guest. It was very unprofessional. On the day of my wedding her assistant forgot her phone right before the ceremony which was the primary source for them to communicate on when to send the wedding party plus the bride. She also "began" setting up my wedding at ten but several family members noticed around noon as they arrived early that nothing inside or outside the venue had been really messed with yet. Traci also failed at decorating the outside venue like I had asked her. The draping on the outside railing was not completed like I had asked
her to do and she had over 6 hours to decorate my venue.. from 10 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon. Another issue I had is that she lost my marriage license after my ceremony and one of my guest found it laying on the floor. Traci is really nice and she talks a really big game but unfortunately it wasn't delivered on my wedding day. -
