Best DJ in the burgh. Our guests said they’ve never seen a wedding with so many guests on the dance floor from start to finish and it’s because every single song Jason put on was a jam. We couldn’t be happier we booked with him- he was professional, great with communication, and listened to every one of our requests. His photobooth service was also a hit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a DJ who truly elevates the entire event!!

Absolutely Incredible!

Jason was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our Wedding day. He was very flexible in the beginning of our planning process as we had to change venues. He was super helpful in providing the sound system for our ceremony. He provided uplighting and a monogram for our space that just added the extra touch that we needed to our reception area. The best part- he had the dance floor packed ALL NIGHT LONG! It was incredible! All we have heard since our wedding was great Jason was. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Best night of our lives!

DJ Jason Rullo was amazing to work with. A DJ at our wedding was very important to us since we love to dance and our family and friends love to dance as well! He absolutely delivered the best dancing music to fit the vibe of the entire night! Not only was the dancing music amazing, but he took the time to meet with us and plan our night and fulfilled those plans with our venue and other vendors. DJ Jason Rullo also worked with us to have a Video Message Booth and Photo Booth for our guest to use and it was a hit! If you want to have a fun wedding, you need to book DJ Jason Rullo!

Such a fun party!!!!

If you're looking for a wedding DJ, I highly highly recommend Jason. Music and dancing was SO important to me for my wedding and Jason exceeded all expectations. He's very organized and communicative, and he knows how to make the dance floor a total party and keep it packed all night. We even had some special requests that were absolutely no problem for Jason to handle. Wish I could relive the night over and over!

Choosing Jason as our DJ was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Jason was so professional and kind, and helped give us suggestions on how to best structure our wedding reception. Jason was always quick to respond to emails, and was extremely organized in all aspects - from song selection to ensuring that the night ran smoothly. He was awesome at communicating with us throughout the reception to keep us on track, and setting the tone of the night as the MC. Jason helps you from the beginning to the end. Easy to communicate with. Has a great web page that helps you plan your event from beginning to end also has many options for your wedding. At our wedding he had everybody on the Dance Floor from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend him and I normally don't write many reviews.

DJ Perfection!

From start to finish, Jason was easy to work with, incredibly organized, and executed our ceremony and reception flawlessly. A DJ can easily make or break a wedding, and Jason made sure we had the perfect day. He adjusted music based on what the crowd was into and kept the dance floor going until the very last song. He's is excellent! He is super professional and friendly. He helps with any sort of music suggestion you need. He also helps you plan the order of how you want to do things if you need it. I had some obscure wrestling songs for intros and he had them. So he's very good. He's able to read the room and keep people dancing based on what they like. I highly recommend him!

If you are in need of a DJ for a wedding or event then look no further! I have had the pleasure of being at a few weddings previously that Jason was the DJ/MC at and knew we had to have him for our wedding. We had the privilege of working with DJ Jason for our 7/30/22 wedding. He smoothly led the major reception events (wedding party introductions, organizing speeches, cake cutting, special dances) and played music throughout the night. Jason was excellent to work with and maintained a high level of professionalism, organization, and communication from the early stages of planning through the wedding itself. He was kind and accommodating, and his DJ'ing was perfect to create a great ambiance for dinner and then to keep the dance floor active until the night's end. He Knows How to Read The Room

Jason was awesome and was able to help out the best man in a pinch.

Let me just say for starters he definitely can read a room. Our guest list was majorly an older crowd, so when they all left for the night and all our friends were the only ones left he knew exactly what to play for them to keep them on the dance floor.

He also was amazing and recorded the best man speech the night before. The best man and his wife could not attend the wedding last minute due to Covid. So after a Friday night wedding, and I believe pretty early in the morning, Jason was able to record the speech and play it during the reception. It was above and beyond and can’t thank Jason enough.

Will recommend him to everyone.

If you & your guests want to dance the night away - CALL JASON!

Jason knows how to get a crowd going! The communication, organization, and preparedness from the very start to until the last song played was incredible and made me feel at ease. Jason gave my husband and I access to an online portal that kept our timeline together for the big day. We had a zoom meeting to cover all our bases and thank God we did - because there were details that I had even forgotten about but he was able to keep all of us from panicking. I found Jason through a friend's wedding and was so impressed that I was even more excited to be able to have him at our wedding! He absolutely killed it. We had Jason do ceremony music, cocktail hour & reception 15/10 recommendation from us! I think our guests would agree as well - no one went back to their chairs the entire night!

Floored with how great he made our day😊

Jason came as a recommendation from our wedding planner in 2019. We are a couple who love music and definitely like to dance and so do our families: so the DJ was a top priority for us. Jason couldn't have been more of a match! From the start of planning he was a great communicator, instantly interested on what we wanted our music to be, and very organized (which is so helpful in the wedding planning process). We love that he was someone open to play the music we wanted and had a great reputation in the industry. His Instagram is a great way to see how he works! He even hung in there with us through covid and having to reschedule our wedding and change venues 2 times! When the big day finally came, HE KILLED IT! His uplighting made our color palette and Venue pop and look gorgeous. He had our dance floor packed the majority of the evening with all ages of peope dancing. He is a DJ who transitions into songs which keeps the energy up and got alot of our guests attention. They loved it! We even had people accidentally walk into our venue (we got married right off of Smallman St) off the street because they thought our reception was a bar/club. That's how much fun our reception looked to a passerby! He even made sure to find a specific version of a song for our ceremony that the groom was super ademate about being played. That attention to details a bride/groom want make all the difference on your wedding day. He made our day so much fun and we had a lot of guests say how good our DJ was! Unforgettable Experience!

We planned our wedding from out of state and Jason came highly recommended to us by our venue coordinator. Due to Covid, we postponed our wedding a year and Jason was so gracious to re-book us without any problems. His online planning system made everything run smoothly and guests loved that they were able to log on to make song requests. He truly does an AMAZING job!!!! He kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! His uplighting, monogram and photo booth services were also major highlights of the night!! Great experience!

We first met DJ Jason Rullo at a friends wedding and knew that we wanted him for our special day! He was so professional yet FUN and was able to make all of our reception dancing dreams come true! Amazing and talented DJ who keeps everyone dancing!!!

DJ Jammin Jason was my brother’s DJ a couple of years ago and everyone was beyond impressed with how talented he was! Jason did an incredible job at my brother’s wedding and I knew he was my first choice when my wedding was being planned. He is so talented that he was in high demand and at the last minute he became available for our wedding date! We were so lucky and as soon as I saw that he was available I called immediately and booked him. Jason effortlessly keeps the dance floor packed all night long! We enjoyed getting to work with Jason, he was very receptive of our style and the kinds of music we liked. His online system of our favorite songs and special songs was very easy to use. Simply the BEST

Jason simply is the best! He is so good with the crowds and plays the best music. He really designs the music to match you as a couple perfectly! He goes above and beyond to make sure you get all you want out of the music for your day. He is extremely helpful with song choices and timing. He helped us plan the perfect day with his planning tools and FaceTime. Day of he was great he was able to provide music at our remote outdoor ceremony site using his silent generator. Then was able to go to our reception site and start the party for cocktail hour. He kept the party going all night and was a great MC. He is an absolute joy to work with! Everyone at the wedding was so impressed with him! He truly has a talent!

BEST DJ around!

Jason made our wedding so incredibly special. He was professional, kind and very open to my husband's out of the ordinary taste in music. While my husband and I were having a private moment in our reception space, before any guests were allowed in, Jason played a song my husband very much wanted to hear throughout the night. We danced just the 2 of us and in the moment everything was perfect. Jason made that possible by carefully listening to us during our meetings.

Jason was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded any expectations I thought I had. He made sure the night ran smoothly. We have received so many compliments about how amazing our DJ was. I couldn't have imagined my wedding with any other DJ.

Where do I even start with Jason- If you are looking for an amazing DJ who is organized, professional, kind, and keeps the party going, HIRE him NOW! I attended a wedding he DJ'ed for- and knew right then an there I was booking him for my own! The day went so smoothly because of him, and his photobooth services were phenomenal as well! He even made us a scrapbook he placed all the pictures in, and had the guests sign it! Also during the reception, some guests were having trouble reading my "find your seat" sign, and Jason took it upon himself to use his own lighting supplies and fix the problem! He truly wants your day to be perfect, and he was so professional and a pleasure to work with! If I could give him a million stars I would! A phenomenal experience

It is a lot of trust to put into someone knowing they have the mic and in charge of announcing everything and keeping it flowing, but he was GREAT. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ or better time. Made our day extra Special

My wedding planning was a little extra stressful, because I decided to relocate to another country 6 months before the wedding.Go me, right? My (now) husband is Swedish, and we decided to move there once I was approved to work there. Planning a wedding is stressful in general. The hardest part for me was choosing the vendors. I previously worked with Jason a very long time ago, when he just started to DJ. And honestly, I remember how talented he was then. I knew that I wanted him to DJ the wedding for us. But to be even more honest, I was totally blown away with how far he has come. He is extremely professional, and easy to work with. His wedding portal was so helpful with planning everything. It even has a list of items that you need for the day. it also helps you walk through with planning the timeline of everything.
The website sends you reminders for missing information. You can invite guests to add wedding songs well in advance. It made things a lot easier, and I didn't feel rushed to try and complete everything in one day. Jason was also very flexible to phone calls, texts or even Skype.
The day of the wedding was a whirlwind, but the DJ helped us keep it all other. Jason is an amazing MC. He communicated directly with the photographer and Hotel Wedding Planner to ensure a smooth process. Throughout the ceremony and reception, the music was perfect. The sounds and lighting was amazing as well. I didn't go with the up-lighting options because we were in a tent. But it looks like it would be beautiful.
All of my family and friends raved about his professional speaking voice. I know that sounds weird, but when someone has a professional & nicely toned speaking voice, all of the announcements are more clear and you can capture the attention of your guests when needed.
I really feel that the day was so magical, because he was a part of it. I just turned in a timeline and gave him the songs I wanted, and it was effortless.
I would highly recommend Jason for any DJ services, especially your wedding. He also offers connections to PhotoBooth and Seat cover services as well. I really can't thank him enough for making our day so special.

Throughout the entire planning process, Jason responded to emails and questions promptly. He even met with us prior to the wedding just so I could personally meet him before our special day. We truly owe DJ Jason accolades FOREVER. He is by far the most impressive DJ we have ever encountered. He DJ'd our wedding reception on September 8, 2018. He is kind, hard-working, intelligent, he knows his crowd, and he makes it all work perfectly for his clients. We are beyond pleased with Jason and his services. Throughout our rainy day wedding and unforeseen water issues at our outdoor reception, he kept his cool and made it work. And on top of it, he made sure to let us know what was going on during the reception which of course was so appreciated by us. We are so grateful that he stuck it out with us with his spirits high during the rainy outdoor reception. Of course, on the rainiest weekend of the year, our dance floor was flooded and we knew we wanted to keep our guests dry & happy. So, we had to move our dance floor to the main dinner tent. Therefore, Jason was no longer in perfect view of the dance floor. We felt badly that he had to move speakers around, but he calmly handled it and handled it very quickly. And the most impressive part of all, HE ENTERTAINED THE CROWD WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE THEM THE WHOLE TIME!!!! Like..... just WOW. We are so impressed. SO IMPRESSED. The new dance floor was FILLED the whole night. Our guests danced the entire night! We are impressed, grateful, and blessed to have had DJ Jason at our reception. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone searching for a DJ. He is THE DJ to hire! You will NOT regret it! THANK YOU, JASON!

Incredible!! Highly recommend!! Jason DJ'd our wedding at the DoubleTree in Cranberry on 9/1/18. From planning months in advance to the day of the wedding, Jason went to great lengths to make everything seamless and stress free for us. We had everything we needed to select our songs and plan our day in his planning portal. We also used the guest song request feature and all of our guests loved being able to request songs! If you are looking for a top notch DJ, then look no further! Jason provided DJ services for both our Wedding Ceremony and Reception on August 11th at the DoubleTree Hotel in Pittsburgh. We are so absolutely thrilled with Jason's services at our wedding yesterday, I had to review as quickly as possible. As a musician, the musical aspect of our reception was extremely important and I wouldnt settle less than anything but the best. Jason was amazing! The bride had attended another wedding in which Jason was the DJ and knew she wanted him as the DJ for her wedding in the future. We were not disappointed, Jason is extremely professional and a wonderful entertainer. All of our guests had an amazing time and everyone was dancing all night long. Our wedding didn't have any extra activities for our guests like photobooths, games etc. so it was heavily dependent on the DJ and Jason went above and beyond to ensure our special day was full of energy and fun. The process leading up to the wedding was professional and stress free. He checked in with us prior to ensure our itineraries matched and even took the time to make sure names were pronounced correctly. Overall, Jason is the best and everything we wanted. We would recommend him to anybody for their wedding and plan to keep him in mind for future events!

I have been to many weddings and I've been a part of the planning for a couple of those weddings. I have seen good and bad DJs and Jason is the best! He was nice, responsive to e-mails and phone calls, and worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted for my cocktail hour and wedding reception. I would highly recommend him for any event. Jason truly did an amazing job. My husband and I could not have been happier. Jason did an excellent job pacing the reception activities. The music that he played, I still do not know how he did it, but it was the perfect mix. Everyone enjoyed the music! Our niece and nephews never left the dance floor, and my grandfather thanked us for the musical selections. He was professional and flexible. DJ Jammin' Jason was referred to me by another DJ who was not available on our wedding date. I am so glad we selected him to provide the entertainment for our reception! As a DJ Jammin Jason was great! Jason was very easy to communicate with. He replied quickly! Jason's website was very easy to navigate and the countdown was such a great feature ! The day of our daughter's wedding Jason kept the event moving smoothly even with the changes and the long bridal dance! I've known Jason for several years going back to when we worked together at New Great Valley Lanes. I've followed his work as he's expanded over the years and always saw nothing but good reviews. So when it was time for our wedding, there wasn't any hesitation in choosing Jason for the job. He was nothing but professional and his website setup so we could pick and choose things we wanted was easy to follow along. Where do I even begin to explain how truly amazing Jason is!! We used him for both our DJ / Master of Ceremony services as well as uplighting. When looking at his website, you can tell he is very organized and detailed, but that is JUST the beginning! Jason is very quick to respond to your e-mails and is more than just your DJ. He even provides advice and recommendations with your timeline, shares examples templates for you to leverage as well as has a very easy to use online tool that both you and your guests can track music favorites, playlists, etc. He walks through your timeline and makes sure he is aligned with all of the events, including the pronunciation of every member of your family & bridal party (VERY important!!). One of the things that stood out to me that I noticed at other weddings was his ability to make sure everyone who was important was around for the moments before he would introduce them. There were other weddings we were at where they would do a Mother / Son dance without the Bride even being in the room! Last but not least, there was not a second where the dance floor was empty. Even several months after we heard from our guests how much fun they had and they don't remember ever dancing that much! It was such an incredible day and picking Jason was one of our BEST decisions!! You WILL NOT go wrong!!

Jason is the best!! We had SO many compliments about how fantastic our DJ was. He played a mixture of older songs and current hits, as well as upbeat, slow and line dance songs. He is great at reading the guests and if a song is not popular, he doesn't hesitate to seamlessly put something new on. Any time we had a question, Jason responded in less than 24 hours- and it was usually closer to under 2 hours. Jason made sure that the night kept moving and wasn't rushed. I highly recommend his DJ service!

DJ Jason was excellent to work with. Throughout the planning process Jason was very thorough and prompt in communications. He utilizes an excellent wedding reception planning system that made things extremely easy. We met with Jason twice in person, and he was very flexible and helpful. On the day of the wedding, Jason was fantastic. He was organized and detailed, and made sure to connect with us and the entire bridal party to make sure introductions and the order of events for the night went exactly as we wanted. Once the dancing started, Jason did a great job reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor packed. After the last song, the dance floor was still packed and people were literally chanting “one more song!” We received several word-of-mouth recommendations to have Jason Rullo as our DJ, and after having him as our DJ at our wedding, we highly recommend Jason.

I highly recommend Jason as your dj!
My little sister used him in November 2014 for her wedding. I was so impressed I needed to have him there for my wedding in may 2015. He even remembered specific things about some of my family members.
He worked so well with whole bridal party.
Everyone had an amazing night dancing the night away!

You will not regret using Jason!

His wife Lauren also did our chaircovers and decor for the outside ceremony. She did absolutely amazing!!

Jason is an AMAZING DJ!! He was very professional and friendly. From our initial emails back and forth to our final planning meeting, Jason was readily available and easy to get ahold of. He plans everything step by step with you to make sure everything is how you want it. His MC'ing was great and he makes sure to pronounce everyone's names correctly. He kept our dance floor full the entire night. I've had countless guests come to me and compliment on how fantastic he was! We also had uplighting through Jason too. It was absolutely beautiful. He made the room look stunning. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Jason was hands down the best choice we could have made for a DJ and for up-lighting. He was responsive, easy to get a hold of, listened to all of our requests, and EVERYONE raved about him. At my own wedding I had people ask for his information so they could spread the word. The dance floor was packed, he read the crowd and knew what to play, our reception music was perfect, the ceremony music was flawless and our up-lighting was gorgeous. Not to mention, Jason is very friendly and everyone enjoyed listening to him while he was doing announcements. I can't say enough wonderful things about his service. I highly recommend him!

Do not look any further for a DJ. Jason is awesome! Truly a professional and excellent at what he does. He answered all my emails/phone calls promptly and understood how I wanted the night to go. He did not disappoint. The dance floor was packed all night and he had a great mix of music. The online planning system was such a breeze and made the whole process even better. I would recommend jason to anyone and would choose him to DJ my wedding all over again! You will not be disappointed!!

Jason is very professional. Very easy-going and easy to work with previous to our wedding and during the actual wedding. Some DJ's can be self-centered, command attention, and come off as obnoxious. He directed events without infringing on the night allowing us to be everyone's focus without being overbearing.

Feel confident in choosing DJ Jason Rullo. From his music selection to directing the flow of the evening's events, his experience and intuition as a DJ is evident. Our evening was perfect and Jason made sure we stayed on task but still allowed us to enjoy our wedding without being overbearing. We recommend him without reservation!

I don't even know where to begin with my recommendation for Jason. Working with him was incredible in every aspect so I guess I'm going to have to make a list.
1) His website is great. He uses an online planning system that allows you to plan everything about your day...From the timeline to what voice style you would like him to use when making announcements.
2) He is incredibly organized. He emailed me back almost immediately every time and called me the Thursday night before my wedding to go over everything in detail.
3) My husband went behind my back (in the best way possible) and wrote our first dance song as a surprise to me. He contacted Jason and together they organized everything and made sure that it was in the correct format to be played at the wedding. I will forever be grateful to him for helping to make that happen.
4) The dance floor was packed all night. Even my photographer who has done many weddings said that was the best dance floor she has seen all summer. He catered perfectly to the crowd and did his own mixing. I quote one of my friends as saying "Where did you get this guy, his mash-ups are amazing."

I could go on and on about how Jason contributed to making this the best night of my life. I never wanted to get off the dance floor and neither did anyone else at my wedding. Do yourself and favor and hire this guy.

DJ Jason provided a service unlike any other. He was very professional and had one of the most incredible websites I have ever seen. The website allowed us to personalize the music to our liking. The website planner allowed us to plan out the entire evening down to the minute. His music selection was great! He even had a feature for guests to go and request songs before the day of the event! During the event he was very good at giving us a heads up before events. We even got off track due to pictures taking too long and he got us all caught up without rushing through things. Our guests complimented on the variety of music that was played as well as the cleanliness of the song choices. Being a dancer, I was very well pleased with the amount of dancing that happened at our wedding. Jason was highly entertaining and very well spoken in-between events. I highly recommend DJ Jason to anyone looking for a high energy dancing event!

Jason is an awesome DJ! He is very easy to work with and extremely organized. We were able to plan out the entire night and choose the perfect songs to make our night very personal. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. Jason was wonderful to work with from the start. Not only did he take the time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, but it was executed flawlessly. Jason did everything right. He was super helpful in planning the actual event and how the evening played out. He was very on top of the actual event, emailing out final timelines the week of the wedding and making sure he had everyone's contact number. He basically was a DJ and wedding planner (and I mean that only in respect to the order and timeline of the event, he didn't take over or anything-he was super helpful!). Jason acted very professional and looked the part. His equipment was impressive and everything I expected! Jason was willing to meet with us to discuss details and and answer questions that we had at anytime. I would recommend him to ANYONE. His talent and preformance exceeded the cost we paid (under $1,000 for 4 hours). He also had very well priced add on's like chair covers, uplighting, and light monograms!

100% satisfied. We could not have been happier with Jason. The music, uplighting, and timing of the events were perfect. I was a bride that was indecisive/lost at times, and Jason was able to steer me in the right direction. Everyone commented on what a great job he did with the selection of music - from my teenager cousin to my great aunt. We will definitely be recommending Jason to our engaged friends.

I highly recommend Jason Rullo for wedding DJ Services! He was very professional and really knew how to keep the crowd dancing! In addition, I ordered beautiful chair covers from his wife! They were a reasonable price and added real class to our event!

Most brides don't think about the programming that goes along with having a DJ service. His use of technology that comes along with the service clearly helps you map out how your beautiful night will unfold. He is a great planner and brings a lot of fun to your event.

Absolutely hire Jason (and his wife) to make your special day even more spectacular!

Jason was an amazing addition to our already memorable day! Our guests are still talking to me about how much fun they had at our wedding! Our dance floor was packed and stayed that way well after our reception ending time! Everyone was having such a great time we extended our reception! Jason was nothing but professional, affordable and amazing. In addition to making our guests dance the night away, he provided amazing uplighting and personalized monogram for our venue. I believe my wedding was his first, not sure it was so many years ago. Even so he was just starting weddings and he was awsome and they geust loved him to. He can read a crowd to know what type of music to play and it keeps people on the dance floor all night long to make one great party! Thank you, Jason :)

Jason did a fantastic job with the music at both our wedding ceremony as well as the reception. He coordinated everything with the photographer, wedding planner as well as the videographer. We could not have asked for a better, more professional DJ. All of the guests had a wonderful time, and he kept everyone dancing all night. We would highly recommend him.

Jammin' Jason did a great job at our wedding reception! Guests have been approaching us to comment on how good our DJ was, and we have to agree. Jason went above and beyond anything we would have expected from a DJ. He expertly coordinated every last detail of the evening. I was able to relax on my wedding day knowing that he would make sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests had a fantastic time. There were people dancing from the first song until the last. Everyone was having so much fun that we added an extra hour and would have added even more if the venue allowed it. I would highly recommend Jason for any even that you are planning.

Also, my husband really wanted the monogram and the uplighting, but I was hesitant and not sure that they were something we needed. We bought both and I absolutely loved the lighting. I received many compliments on both. The lighting transformed the whole room. I am so glad that I trusted my husbands interest in the lighting.

I am extremely happy that we chose Jason as our DJ.
