  Second easiest YES!

  Jaimie has been such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Her communication was consistent throughout the whole 2+ years we had been working together. She took the time to learn about our style, listen to our requests and offer suggestions along the way. Frequent check-ins and timely answers to any question. Galleries for all photography (engagement and wedding) were delivered very timely manner which caught us by surprise! Each moment of our day was captured beautifully and choosing the Zion photography package was perfect for us! We really enjoyed having both shooters and all of the add ons it came with (engagement session, photo book) and it provided the option to add on time but we felt 8 hours was enough! We are truly grateful to have been blessed with Jaimie's talent and that we have these photos for the rest of our lives to reminisce on our special day. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody!

  The best around

  When I was looking for a wedding photographer, I spoke to a lot of different vendors, and I just didn't click with them at all. However, Jaimie was super kind, and got back to me super quick. She genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed from her. She was there for every question and every step of the wedding. She showed up on time, and even stayed a little late to get the perfect photos. The photos that she took were indeed perfect, they captured our happiness and our feels in the moments. They will forever be one of my favorite thing about the wedding.

  Organized, upbeat and artistic.

  Working with Jaimie was smooth sailing from the initial meet. She was great with communication leading up to the big day, sending us timelines/tips and checking in with us over a long engagement. In our final meeting she got an idea of what we were looking for photo wise and delivered! The wedding day flew by but Jaimie made sure to check everything and every photo off our list, all while making it a fun, casual atmosphere. The pictures were back in a shorter timeframe than promised and were absolutely beautiful. You can't go wrong working with Jaimie!

  Wedding photography review

  Hiring Jaimie as our wedding photographer was the best decision! She made the planning process so much easier by helping us to organize our timeline and vision for our photos. She also put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable during our engagement session and on the big day. Our photos turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. I highly recommend Jaimie to capture your big day.

  Incredible!

  Jaimie was a literal dream to work with. From the second we had our initial meeting I knew that she was the one to capture our special moments on our big day. She worked with us from the start picking out unique locations and ideas for the engagement shoot and was so fun the day of. The pictures of course came out incredible and we could not wait to have her with us at our wedding. The day of the wedding she was organized and kept things moving and her second shooter was able to capture the candid moments that I really wanted. They posted and sent sneak peaks within two days and were super quick in the turnaround time. Every single picture is amazing and it fits our style and vibe perfectly. I really enjoyed all of the candid pictures that were taken and can't wait to give the pictures to our family and friends.

  Would Choose Over and Over Again

  We hired Jaimie after meeting with a few different local photographers, and we liked her vibe from the first meeting we had with her. We loved her artistic style and her focus on the candid, little moments throughout the day. She has this way about her of including little touches that really stand out — in her photography, in her consultations, even in her emails. It really makes you feel valued as a client. From day one, it was important to us that our photographer specialized primarily in wedding photography, so that we would know for sure we were in good hands. While we definitely spent the most money on photography out of everything in our very small-budget, mostly DIY wedding, it was well worth it to us. Photography was highest on our list of priorities because we will have the photos forever, even as our memories of everything else fade. After spending our engagement and wedding sessions with Jaimie, our opinion did not change and we would make the same choice again. We got to feel really comfortable around her (especially since I also hired her for a boudoir shoot to surprise my husband as a wedding gift), and even though neither of us love having our photo taken, we truly feel like she helped us look and feel our best. I have previously dealt with an eating disorder and am still in recovery from that — which I let Jaimie know about before our boudoir shoot — but I left each of our sessions feeling so happy and confident. Whether she realized it or not, I also noticed that Jaimie swiftly shut down a negative comment from a family member during my wedding, which was so kind and meant so much to me. Girls, you can trust Jaimie with your life, seriously. EVERYONE has complimented our photos, even my photographer dad who has really strong opinions, and my frugal mom who advised us not to hire a photographer at all. Anyone who knows my parents will know that getting their stamp of approval from a vendor means that they did a FANTASTIC job. I would be remiss not to mention how satisfied we were with the turnaround times and excellent communication with Jaimie. She provided timely updates during the months leading up to our wedding, including things that we should be preparing, ideas we should be considering, etc. so that everything ran smoothly on the day of. On the morning after our wedding day, she had already sent us several preview photos, which were so fun to look through while we were still in our giddy wedding mood. Her time estimates for delivering our engagement and wedding photos were closely adhered to and usually even surpassed, even when I completely forgot to press “send” on the email regarding our wedding album… smh. She also sent us the most thoughtful and sweet Christmas gift with our wedding photos! With Jaimie you really get the feeling that your wedding, and even your relationship with your spouse in general, is important to her. I would recommend Jaimie to EVERYONE. She is so trustworthy, talented, professional, and kind. In no small part because of her, I wish I could go back and relive my wedding day over and over again.

  Jaimie is absolutely amazing!

  Excellent Photography, Excellent Energy

  Jaimie brought great energy to our meetings and our engagement photoshoot. She took great natural looking photos, and brought out smiles on both my wife and I.
  When Jaimie unexpectedly became sick right before our wedding, she had her assistant fill in, who also did a great job. They both had a lot of enthusiasm, and we look forward to getting our photo book!

  Truly the best photographer around!

  Jaimie is truly an amazing photographer. She is so flexible and has great ideas for locations, poses, prompts etc. She also is just super chill and sweet, a really great person to be around. Josh and I were super nervous about getting our pictures taken, and she made us both feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I can't wait to have her again for my big wedding reception next year!! Every single photo I got back from her was perfect. Even from my short engagement session and microwedding, I have hundreds of photos to cherish.

  Great Photographer & MORE!

  Jaimie was amazing from the very beginning. We loved her photos from the examples we saw online, but after our first meeting we were SOLD based on her amazing personality. We wanted a photographer that not only took great photos, but someone we can vibe with and really have a good time with, knowing we would be spending all wedding day with her and needed to rely, trust, and have fun! She definitely brought the fun and great eye.
  
  Jaimie was very professional too - we could not ask for better responsiveness, advice, timeliness, and communication! She even sends the best "tip" and "blog" emails throughout all of planning to make sure you (and she) is prepared for the big day.
  
  She walked through abandoned silos for us, trekked through water/waterfalls for us, and caught the best photos on our wedding day roaming around downtown Buffalo. Her second photographer Brittni was also fantastic and brought just as much good energy as Jaimie.
  
  If you are looking for TALENT, Jaimie definitely has it. If you are looking for fun, relaxing, knowledgeable and adventurous - Jaimie is THE ONE. She sent our photos on time (if not, a couple days early!) despite the busy wedding year and now she is our friend.

  After working with her once I knew she had to be my wedding photographer

  I walked into her studio nervous and unconfident she helped me break through to my inner goddess served champagne played some awesome music and helped me through every pose and made me feel like a rockstar. I left with a new found confidence and quickly hired her as my wedding photographer.

  I am so grateful I was able to find a photographer like Jaimie for our wedding. Communication was a breeze. Very responsive and very easy to talk to. Conversations felt lighthearted and feels like you’re getting a knowledgeable friend’s opinion rather than just a vendor’s. Starting with our engagement photos she was able to make you feel comfortable being in front of a camera and even enjoy it! Being a type A personality I really appreciated how well planned and organized she made our wedding day photography. And honestly, how organized she was since our first meeting. I never felt as if I was being rushed or was an after thought. Our photos turned out to be so beautiful. Jaimie and Marlee were even able to get our dogs to cooperate! If you’re looking for a photographer who will make wedding planning easy on you, call Jaimie. And who doesn’t need some extra wedding planning help? I couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Being a type A personality I really appreciated how well planned and organized she made our wedding day photography. And honestly, how organized she was since our first meeting. I never felt as if I was being rushed or was an after thought. Our photos turned out to be so beautiful. Jaimie and Marlee were even able to get our dogs to cooperate!   Jaimie is superb. She made our day magical.

  Planning a wedding is overwhelming. I didn’t know where to begin, but I knew that photography was at the top of my list of priorities, even more so than venue. I love the feelings that photos evoke, memories of good times, and I collect them as treasures. I am not comfortable in pictures and mostly hate photos of myself. I knew we needed someone I would be comfortable and not self conscious with. I turned to various social media and apps to guide me in my quest for the perfect photographer and we found her. I met her first at a bridal show and took her info. As soon as I read Jaimie’s bio and letter to prospective clients I knew I had to reach out. I stalked her various platforms and emailed her immediately. She was in contact quickly and set a time to meet up. We had such a great meeting and she provided so many wedding insider tips on other vendors and just planning in general. I felt like I could reach out at any time and she would respond quickly with answers to any of my late night wedding “grand ideas”. Then covid hit. We didn’t know what the hell we were going to do. Jaimie stayed in contact and stayed flexible. We had our engagement shoot and even though I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in three months, or gotten my nails done, or my eyelashes filled, all things I thought were a nightmare because of covid, Jaimie made me look beautiful. Our photos were stunning. She had us venture out of our comfort zone and captured absolutely gorgeous photos. There were so many moments and glances and smiles that she captured that were truly a reflection of us and our relationship. Then came the big day. She kept us focused, on schedule, and guided us as we didn’t know what the hell we were doing. She led the whole show. My family and friends adored her. I’ve never heard anyone be like “hey your wedding photographer was awesome” before, after other people’s weddings...they did at mine. So many people were like “your photographer was so awesome. She was so nice. She was so professional”. Not only did she take stunning photos, but she was making personal connections and catching personal moments. In the end I got the most gorgeous gallery of photos. Jaimie compiled our special album of our top selected photos and I received it this week right before we left for our honeymoon. It is unbelievable. It is literally a work of art that we are proud of. Jaimie is kind, Jaimie is professional, Jaimie is understanding and easy to communicate with, Jaimie is an exceptional photo artist, Jaimie is a magician for making us look so amazing, and most of all just a fantastic person. I feel like I blacked out most of the day at our wedding just from adrenaline (we don’t even drink) and she has provided us with almost a thousand individual memories that I cherish. I could not be more grateful.

  Perfect engagement and wedding photos

  Jaimie made sure to keep in touch and give tips and tricks leading up to our wedding. She was quick to answer any questions. Made sure she knew all the shots I was hoping for. Day of she made us feel comfortable, she was flexible with timing and was accomodating when I had specific requests. I love alllllll of my photos. Absolutely stunning. She captured the day perfectly and got great shots of my guests having a good time. I would definitely recommend jaimie to anyone looking for engagement and wedding photos! She's the best!!!

  Helpful every step of the way

  My husband and I are so glad and thankful to have found Jaimie as our photographer. Like many couples getting married in 2020, our original plans had to change significantly. We had hired Jaimie before COVID and she really went above and beyond with her understanding and flexibility. She photographed our wedding day and we will be lucky enough to have her again for our larger celebration. Jaimie was very consistent with her communication, always willing to offer extra tips and insights, and the photos she took turned out beautifully! In a wedding year of unexpected challenges, she made the photography aspect of our big day easy on us and it is so appreciated.

  Jaimies attentiveness and wealth of information is amazing!

  I would recommend Jaimie to anyone looking for a wedding photographer as I feel like we are now life long friends. She made us feel at ease all day and captured some of the best photos of our day! She included our engagement photos in the package we picked and was so great throughout the entire wedding planning process! It has been very stressful continuing to plan our wedding day during a pandemic, and Jaimie was right there supporting our vision through it all!   Jaimie was paramount to my entire wedding experience!!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jaimie! She was in constant contact from the moment we booked her until several months after the wedding when we were working on getting prints. She made our engagement session fun and knew all the right things to say to get us to act natural and not be our awkward selves in front of the camera. She was so helpful throughout the entire wedding process, assisting with creating our timeline, organizing vendors, and keeping us on track leading up to the big day. We had to change our plans quite a bit because of COVID, and she was incredibly flexible and willing to adjust accordingly, even taking the time to come over to my moms house a week in advance to see the area and advise us on the best place to do the ceremony based on the lighting. On the day of the wedding, she made sure to get all of the specific pictures we had asked for, in addition to hundreds more! She got us our pictures six weeks later, as promised, and they are absolutely phenomenal. We look like bad ass fairy princesses!! It was super easy to order prints directly from her, and she sent an adorable little keepsake box with a USB with all of our pictures, as well as a beautiful album with some of our favorites! Overall, she went above and beyond and provided everything we could have wanted and more for an exceptional price. I would highly recommend her for any wedding or event photography!!!

  You need her.

  OMG Jaimie was amazing. Starting way back in feb when Corona Virus was picking up speed, Jaimie e-mailed me and laid out the ground rules and basically a catch-all plan for the several outcomes that could come about. She had a plan for options A-Z, and beyond.
  She was always available for any questions we had and I felt that I could ask her anything wedding related throughout the whole planning process. (Like when I asked her how to cut a wedding cake... a moment before we cut the cake.)
  We already had our engagement pictures done so she offered to knock off some money from the package or add on an extra hour of photography, we went with the latter option.
  We decided to get married in our backyard on our original wedding date with our immediate family members in attendance. Jaimie came and shot our original wedding day, at no additional cost (How many of you have heard of someone willing to do that?) and was there for our 'Part 2.'..
  As a COVID bride, murphy's law was in full effect and this woman made our day go from flop to flip. She suggested continuing with the original plan of going to the local firehall where we volunteer and getting some shots, then taking a truck to a local winery, and heading back to our backyard ceremony. She caught the most perfect intimate shots of my husband and I, as well as some amazing keepsake images of our family.
  On our 'Part 2' she was accompanied by a second photographer, Bre, who was awesome as well. One thing that my husband and I don't like are staged pictures and none of them were staged, both of them caught all authentic emotion in each and every image. She kept the timeline rolling but was not rushing us by any means and had wonderful suggestions for pictures.
  Her turn-around time for getting our images back to us was unbelievably quick and the quality of the images...amazing.
  I would 100% recommend Jaimie for your wedding day. We love love love our images and are so grateful to have come across one of the sweetest human beings to exist.
  PS. Also do a Boudoir shoot with her too, I've never felt better than after an hour session with her.

  Not only an amazing photographer but an incredible person!

  Picking a photographer was my #1 concern as soon as we got engaged. I knew what I wanted and I wasn't going to settle for any less. Once we found Jaimie, I felt that I couldn't book her fast enough. We had a lovely meeting with her prior to officially booking and I knew within 5 minutes of our in person meeting that she was the photographer I wanted for our day.
  She traveled out of town to a beautiful garden for our engagement shoot AND fulfilled my dreams of having a few "Disney UP!" style photos; she even brought a few props that I couldn't find! The pictures are amazing and the experience was even better.
  Jaimie helped us with literally every step of planning our wedding, I felt like I texted her everyday! Then COVID hit and while I felt like I was losing control, Jaimie was there to help me figure things out. Between thinking of different days if needing to postpone and what to do if we did a mini wedding, she was truly one of my rocks.
  We ended up having our ceremony with our bridal party and parents with a little "reception" on our original day and are planning on having the real reception in 2021. Jaimie of course was on board to be at both of them. Not only did she work around all of the new changes, but she did it with a smile on her face and was always lending a hand where she could. I really don't think I would have made it to my wedding day if I didn't have her there as my mental and emotional support. She didn't need to be there for me, as she was my photographer, not my therapist, but she was and I think that speaks volumes for the person she is. Not only does she show up and take beautiful photos, but she cares about YOU as a person. You won't find many business owners like that.
  Our wedding photos were amazing, my house is plastered with them all over our walls, and our friends and family loved that she was there for the wedding day too. She took our requests for special photos during our wedding day as well, for example, my brother was unable to attend as he is in the military and was watching via FaceTime on an iPad, she made sure that he was included in our group photos that we requested as well as some candids of us chatting with him before and after the wedding. These were so special to us and my family as it felt like he was there, even though he couldn't be. We also had our dog in our wedding ceremony, and Jaimie made sure to get several amazing photos of him as well.
  We can not speak highly enough of Jaimie, both as our photographer and a human being. She's helpful, funny, full of good vibes, and truly just an overall incredible person.
  Our pictures were delivered to us well before our "contracted time" with both our wedding and our engagement sessions.
  I have her booked for two photoshoots next year before our wedding reception even happens! I love her work, and we all feel comfortable around her, even in front of the camera, which is one place we don't always love to be.   Successful Happily Ever After!

  I would most definitely highly recommend Jaimie Ellis Photography! Jaimie takes the time to really get to know your vision and hopes for your big day and who you are as a couple. The initial meeting with her was held at our house and we loved how comfortable she made us feel. My husband and I were both nervous the day of our engagement session but Jaimie makes you feel instantly comfortable and like you can be yourselves with her. The weeks leading up to the wedding she took the time to call me personally and go through the timeline and expectations. She went over in detail all of the shots that I wanted and all of the things that I have envisioned since I was a little girl! She took the time to respond to texts and emails at almost any time of day! The day of the wedding went super smoothly. Jaimie took direction and made sure we got every single shot that we planned for (and some fun ones that we didn't). My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding photos came out. Jaimie really turned our dreams into reality. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Jaimie! Thank you for playing such a HUGE role in our happily ever after!

  Stunning photos!

  Jaimie and Sam were with us for the entire wedding day. We had an engagement photo shoot that allowed us to become comfortable in front of a camera. Jaimie kept things fun and excited with little games to allow to our natural smiles to show through. It was wonderful to have two photographers because Sam was with the boys when getting ready and Jaimie was with the girls. Jaimie has a creative style in which she captured amazing moments. My mom mentioned to me that every time she thought that would be a great moment they were there. Jaimie and Sam blended in with the crowd and made it seem like they were not even there, but captured these amazing moments. Jaimie took the time to get to know myself and husband to create breathe taking photos.
