We chose to have southern home cooking food at our wedding. We had fried chicken, country style steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, broccoli casserole, sour dough bread, homemade apple crisp and homemade ice cream. We received so many compliments on the how good the food tasted. We were very specific in what we wanted for our guest and Mike and his staff delivered. -

Amazing food, amazing presentation, amazing staff! Could not have had a better experience for our wedding! They were amazing to work with and they have amazing food! Plus, Michael will make sure you eat on your wedding day!Jacksons Kitchen Catering's reply:

Mike was super easy to work with and very thorough. We went to multiple tastings in the planning process and Jackson’s food was by far superior and at a better price. We are still getting complements about our food. We had some leftovers due to last minute guest dropouts due to Covid and we even took those leftovers on our honeymoon, speaking to how good the food was. Mike was awesome at managing rentals for the place settings and even got the specific glass chargers I was dreaming of for our place settings. I cannot recommend Jackson’s enough! -

Jackson’s Kitchen was not only delicious, but they are all so sweet and went above & beyond for us! They catered our wedding and guests kept telling me how wonderful the food was!Jacksons Kitchen Catering's reply:

Mike was so down to earth and friendly. He really took a lot of time with us to talk about options for dinner at our wedding reception and he wanted to make sure that we had things we really liked and wanted. We decided on the parmesan crusted grill chicken and roast beef in au jus, along with roasted vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and a Farmer's Market salad with raspberry vinaigrette and homemade sourdough bread. It was heavenly!! They also provided water, lemonade, and sweet and unsweet tea. So many compliments about the food, and the staff was so great, subtly clearing plates and helping where needed.
