Perfection from start to finish

Jackie ranks at an 11 out of 10 for the gorgeous work she produced for us for our engagement session and wedding. From the moment I looked at her work and met her in person, i knew she was the perfect person to capture our day. We felt right at home meeting Jackie, which made us so comfortable in front of the camera. She is so sweet and builds you up and makes every shot fun! The photos she produced for us are insanely gorgeous - I could not recommend anyone more and am so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her.

I hope to work with Jackie for all important life events in the future. She is amazing.

The absolute best!

Jackie was an absolute dream to work with! She was so calm and patient with my huge Italian family. She nailed all the shots that we requested and so much more. I am having such a hard time narrowing down favorites for an album because I truly love them all! Downloading and sharing her photos is so easy and convenient. I could not be happier with my whole experience!

AMAZING! INSPIRING! INCREDIBLE! BEAUTIFUL! TALENTED! PERFECT! If I could good Jackie a million stars, I would! She is the most incredible photographer and person you will ever meet. If you there is one must have vendor it’s Jackie Averill Photography. From the second we met Jackie, it was like working with your best friend. She made us feel so comfortable and fabulous during our engagement shoot and like royalty on our wedding day. The pictures turned out STUNNING, every single one was more beautiful than the next! I have never seen such beautiful, light and airy, artistic, professional photographs in my life. Jackie perfectly captured us, our wedding day, our love and our family and friends. Everyone at our wedding loved working with Jackie and has been gushing over the pictures! Her kindness, professionalism and style is unmatched. Me, my husband and our families are so obsessed with how beautiful our pictures turned out and will cherish them forever! Wow! I don't even know where to start. Jackie is amazing! She went above and beyond from our engagement shoot to our wedding day. Wedding planning is stressful, but Jackie put us completely at ease. She was so easy to work with and she knew exactly what she was doing. She is just the sweetest most talented person. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera and makes the entire process light and fun. She captured everything so beautifully from our engagement shoot and wedding. Every picture seems to have been captured at the perfect moment!

I would recommend Jackie to anyone looking for an amazing photographer for any life event.

Jackie captured the most important day of our lives in the most beautiful way! She and her team were amazing and didn't miss a beat!! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

Jackie is absolutely fantastic!! My husband and I are so in love with our photos, engagement and wedding. Jackie has such a good eye for capturing the moment and finding beauty in the small details. Jackie makes the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We did our engagement session at Central Park, so it can be a bit awkward to do you photos in such a public place with so many people around, but Jackie made us feel comfortable and brought out our love naturally. When it came to the wedding day Jackie was very professional and flexible with the on goings of the day which made me stress less. Jackie was so creative with the portraits we took and all the photos of the fine details came out perfect. I would highly recommend her as your photographer for any life event, she is extremely talented and her work is gorgeous. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for use, these photos will be something we will cherish forever!

We used Jackie for our wedding and engagement photos. She was outstanding. Everyone loved our save the date pictures as well as wedding photos. We all know how stressful wedding planning can be but working with Jackie was simply amazing. I was very particular with who I wanted as a photographer, after all, these photos are forever! Jackie has the perfect soft romantic look I was searching endlessly for. The entire process with her was effortless. Jackie is very organized, attentive to detail, and such a sweet heart! She made my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, which is a HUGE deal. She envisions amazing ideas and truly exceeded my expectations. Our wedding photos are absolutely breathtaking! If there was a word above pure perfection, I would use it for her!

I had searched high and low for a photographer for our wedding over the course of about a month...but, none of them were working out. I just couldn't put my finger on it...either communication was off, they weren't making me feel comfortable or I wasn't a huge fan of her style....and then I was referred to Jackie and we literally booked her in a matter of 24 hours. When I initially spoke to her over the phone she made me feel so comfortable. Her easy going nature is hard to come by and it certainly helps when you are in front of the camera. She is not afraid to direct which I absolutely love (especially since my now husband is not the biggest fan of taking photos). Jackie is hard not to love...not to mention her work is out of this world. She truly cares about her clients needs and wants. She was one of the only vendors that I knew I would never have to worry about throughout my wedding planning process. Our engagement photos were even published in an online blog and I have no doubt that she will be able to do the same for our wedding photos. I couldn't wait to post a review because if anyone deserves this, it's her. Jackie has become a good friend of mine, and even a mentor. I wouldn't change one thing about my wedding and she was the best decision I made. We cannot wait to see all of the photos - we already know they will be amazing! She even gave us a sneak peak of two of the pictures she had taken the next morning and I've already made one of them my profile picture on Facebook :) You will NOT regret hiring her! She is one of the sweetest people I know, extremely talented, professional and assertive :) We love her and you will too!

Jackie was great. Every tiny weird request we had was carried out perfectly, over the course of covert engagement shots, a staged engagement session, and the wedding itself. She was really helpful putting the schedule for the day together for us, and was able to fly through the different staged photos to keep things running on time. We strongly recommend her.

A few days after our wedding, my husband and I were reflecting on the entire experience. We came to the conclusion that one of the best parts about it was working with our vendors. In particular, Jackie was awesome. She’s professional but friendly and we could tell that she really cared about us. You can tell she loves what she does and it really shows in her work. Each photo, whether it was a candid or a formal shot, was extraordinary and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend you choose Jackie as your photographer, you won’t regret it!

Jackie makes all of your photo dreams come true and my husband and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! She is a star on the rise and captured the most beautiful and unique engagement and wedding photos for us. From the beginning she was professional, mindful of every detail and quick thinking from one moment to the next. On our wedding day being in front of her and her team of photographers isn't something we are use to, but they made the entire experience so easy and fun. There was no pressure, the atmosphere was light, and the natural sense of comfort came through completely in the end with every single photograph. Jackie made sure to understand what we wanted out of both of our shoots; both from the experience and photos themselves and absolutely made the vision a reality. Everyone that have seen our photos say that they have such an editorial style quality to them and they could see them in a magazine, what a compliment! Where to begin?! When you picture your big day you want it to be a day to remember and finding a photographer is everything to capturing those moments to look back on. When looking at Jackies work, there was no question she was the one we wanted. When someone loves what they do it makes a world difference. She was just as excited for our big day as we were! She is a beautiful person inside and out and not only are the photos perfect, but our experience having them taken was phenomenal! Any questions we had were answered, any steps we needed to do on our part she made sure was done. The organization (I lack thereof) was incredible. She created a timeline so we knew who should be where at what time which made the whole day go smoothly. Jackie has an eye for detail and she made it so comfortable to work with her. To say that my husband and I feel extremely lucky to have found Jackie is seriously an understatement! Jackie went above and beyond all our expectations of a wedding photographer. From day one, she made us feel at ease about the entire process and really understood what we wanted for our wedding. While she's undoubtedly a professional in every way, Jackie has a special quality about her that makes you feel like you're working with an old friend. She was very accommodating to all our requests, especially those concerning our furry kids—despite getting jumped on and covered in slobber, she was so great to our pups and was committed to getting the shots of our family that we wanted. Beyond being a total sweetheart, Jackie's incredibly talented at what she does. Although we hoped for beautiful, sunny skies for our outdoor wedding, it ended up being a rainy, cold day with hurricane-like winds. Much to our amazement, you can't even tell how crazy the weather was in our wedding photos! Jackie came prepared and provided us with a cute, clear umbrella to pose with while it was raining. She actually used the wind to capture some of our favorite shots and somehow managed to make taking photos in the frigid weather fun! Plus, she was a total trooper about working in such extreme conditions! Jackie was an absolute joy to work with and I'd highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a photographer.

Jackie was one of the first vendors we selected for our wedding and I really can't say enough about how truly amazing and talented she is! Her work speaks for itself, all of our photos are really stunning and she captured a great combination of candid’s and formal portraits.
Jackie was so helpful every step of the way, from advice on what to wear to the engagement shoot to the timeline and what shots to consider for our day, she really helped guide us throughout the wedding process. She also did a great job at giving us direction to help make us comfortable in front of the camera and ensure that we were captured in the best way!
Jackie is extremely responsive and professional but beyond that she is just fun to be around and you can tell she enjoys what she does! I could not be more happy about my choice to use her so if you are looking for a photographer- I would highly recommend Jackie.

We got married on July 23,2016. It was an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Finding the right photographer was definitely one of the hardest parts of the wedding planning. We looked high and low for our photographer and once we found Jackie, we knew she was the best choice. We clicked from day one and we could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. We were in contact very often in the months prior to the wedding and she answered every question we had. She is super sweet and you can tell she really, really loves what she does. We knew she was the right photographer for us before we even saw our photos from the big day but when we saw our photos, we were just in awe. Each and every photo was phenomenal and she made sure she captured every single detail. She literally didn't miss anything! Oh and I forgot to mention, it was a 2 photographer team-Jackie and her husband. They were an amazing team! Every one complimented us on our photographer as they all saw that she was amazing. We could not have asked for a better photographer and we will cherish our beautiful memories forever. We highly recommend you choose Jackie to be your photographer.
