Outstanding
We first heard the Jack Faulkner Orchestra at a wedding in Philadelphia. We were blown away by their talent and wide array of music. Every song was perfect. We decided to hire Jack for our own wedding and our experience throughout was wonderful. Jack is a pro and really listens to his clients to plan an experience that matches their preferences. We held our wedding in northern NJ on. May 10 and all of our family and friends have not stopped talking about what an amazing band. We highly recommend them!! You won’t be disappointed. -

The Jack Faulkner Orchestra was the best wedding band I've seen. In the lead up to our wedding, Jack met with us and talked about what we were looking for - what style, what songs, what kind of celebration we wanted to have - and was open to our opinions while also supplying his own take on things that he's seen work best over the years. We found this very helpful, and by the end of our conversations felt very sure we were going to get the atmosphere we were hoping for. Where we didn't have a preference, Jack's decisions were always the right ones.
At the wedding reception, the band was amazing. Everything from their bridal party introduction music to the first dance songs they learned for us (with some customizations included!) to getting everybody out on the dance floor, we wouldn't have changed a thing. They knew every song, they had incredible energy, and were clearly professionals who have been doing this for a long time but haven't lost the excitement of putting on a great show. In the weeks after the wedding, we've gotten innumerable compliments about the band - every person we've talked to has mentioned how people were up dancing before the venue served the salads, and nobody sat down until the final song. I couldn't recommend this band highly enough - we were impressed at every step of the way and every member could get their own review on their musical talent. -

The Jack Faulkner Orchestra sounded fantastic. Our guests were dancing from the first song of the evening until the last. So many of our guests told us that they were so impressed with the band. With twelve band members and several singers, the Jack Faulkner Orchestra made each song sound very different from the previous one. We knew from watching the YouTube videos that the Jack Faulkner Orchestra was a great choice. Hearing the band live blew us away and exceeded even our high expectations.
We also appreciated the music before the ceremony, during the reception and dinner. The music was perfect for each specific wedding event. In addition, Jack Falkner did a great job as MC during dinner. Lastly, the quality of the sound system for the wedding ceremony and the speeches during dinner was excellent.
We have nothing but wonderful wedding memories. The Jack Faulkner Orchestra was one of the key contributors to this fantastic wedding day. We are very happy and grateful. We want to thank all Jack Faulkner Orchestra members for their superb contributions to a great wedding. -

Amazing job at Daughter’s wedding
We hired Jack Faulkner Orchestra to play at our daughter’s wedding last weekend, and the band hit it out of the park. Many of our guests went out of their way to tell us that the Jack Faulkner Orchestra was the best band they had ever heard. They played for over two hours straight, and the dance floor was packed the entire time. We don’t think you can hire a better band - horn section, singers, Jack’s solo set - all were amazing. We are so pleased and cannot recommend them highly enough. They really made our daughter’s wedding special. -

Best Decision Evers
Overall experience: Fantastic
If you are like us, we spent hours and hours listening to bands online. (we no longer can listen to Bruno Mars). Some bands had a great singer but the band was not cohesive. Some had a cohesive band but the singer was not hitting the notes. Some had a singer who was good but the others were not so great.
We found Jack Faulkner after 4 hours of online searching. The video showed a band that was great, and singers who were spot on. We thought, why can't we find many many recent reviews? Why hasn't our venue heard of them? Well, we met with Jack, we took a risk and BOY DID THAT RISK PAY OFF. The band kept churning out one amazing performance after another. Our guests were on the dance floor all night. People came up to us during and after the wedding mentioning how AMAZING the band was. Jack delivered, as promised.
If you are sorting through options for bands and you aren't sure, this is THE band. They made our wedding night spectacular. -

Jack and his crew provided such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. People are still talking about how great our wedding band was months later! Had everyone on their feet instantly! Easily the best vendor decision we could have made for our wedding. Worth every penny!! -

Booking Jack Faulkner Orchestra was easily the best decision we could've made for our wedding. Music was one of the most important things to us so we really took our time and did a ton of research around the Philadelphia area to make sure we found the best. From the first call with Jack, he made every single planning component a breeze. During the stresses of planning a wedding during COVID, I found myself listening to the JFO showcase video to get me even more excited for our wedding.
Come day of, all of the music and energy was perfect! The ceremony and cocktail hour music was exactly what we had hoped for. Now the reception... it was next level! We had our guests coming up to us the whole night raving about the band (and we still do weeks later). Jack Faulkner knows how to throw one heck of a party! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Jack Faulkner Orchestra, do not wait to book them! -

I could not have asked for a better musical experience at our wedding. A band can certainly make or break the event, and The Jack Faulkner Orchestra did not disappoint. They had our entire wedding dancing from the start and no one left the dance floor all night. They were worth every penny. I can't recommend The Jack Faulkner Orchestra enough. -

We honestly didn't know where to begin searching for wedding bands. When we stumbled upon the Jack Faulkner Orchestra, we knew almost immediately because they stood out from the rest. After speaking directly with Jack, we knew we had made the right decision! He made the entire process so easy and relaxed. He answered every single question we had and worked through our wedding timeline with ease.
The night of the wedding was absolutely perfect! We got millions of compliments from the guests about how much fun they had and how amazing our band was. When Jack tells you that your guests feet will hurt from dancing all night – he means it!
One last note – the Jack Faulkner Band does not stop playing the entire night. There were no awkward band interruptions which meant the entire evening flowed seamlessly for everyone. Our wedding night was amazing and a HUGE part of that is because of this great band! -
Jessica Sent on 10/02/2018If you're considering Jack Faulkner and his amazing orchestra. Stop all the consideration and choose Jack! THIS is the band you want at your wedding.
I guarantee you that all of your guests will be singing, dancing, and having a GREAT time with this band. Our wedding was about a month ago and people are STILL talking about what a great time our wedding reception is. Some people have even been looking up where they can see them perform next.
We even worked with Jack to provide music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the full band for the reception. Honestly, Jack does NOT over promise. If he says the dance floor will be filled, he's 100% right.
Thanks Jack and crew - you were all AMAZING. Definitely the highlight of the day! -

My guests keep talking about THE BAND! They were amazing! Played a complete range of music...when things started getting a little too "pop", I leaned over and asked Jack to play some older more classic stuff and he responded! Got everyone on the dance floor and had them there all night long. I suggest not challenging Jack's performance intuitions either...it was his idea to have me and my groom enter, do our first dance, and then play 2 additional fast-paced songs before dinner. We thought that was a little strange, but went with it, since he is the professional....and our guests loved it! Got the energy going right off the bat.
Jack also made a point to take the train from Philly to Baltimore twice to meet with me and my parents. We really appreciated the in person meetings, instead of working solely over the phone or email. Additionally, my uncle played a song for us at the wedding and Jack worked with him in the weeks preceding, to make sure that all of his musical requests were honored.
They also 'miked' our ceremony, since it was outside. Was great to not have to worry about a separate AV vendor.
Seriously, people keep telling me how great this band was. There are some BAD wedding bands out there...Jack Faulkner's Orchestra is not one of them. And to label them as a "wedding band" just wouldnt be fair. They are a great, great band.

Susan Sent on 08/07/2008Jack, Cat, and the rest of the crew were fantastic at our wedding. About half of the people that attended weren't the most energetic of people but everyone had a wonderful time whether they were sitting down or on the dance floor. The price is hefty, but the music you choose can make or break your wedding. You can't go wrong with the Jack Faulkner Orchestra if you're willing to pay the money. They're all professionals while both on and off the stage so you don't have to worry about reliability. Jack was excellent in his communication before and during the wedding, and he was flexible with all of the music choices. They'll play anything! (30s, 40s, ... , 80s, 90s, current) When you have five thousand things going on at one time before the wedding, not having to worry about the band/entertainment is a definite must. We only had to meet with him once (at a place of our choosing) to take care of most of the planning.
Jack is very enthusiastic about his orchestra and about his lead position. Without him and his crew, we wouldn't have been told that our wedding was a "first class occasion." -

Kimberly Sent on 10/15/2012Jack and his orchestra were AWESOME at our July wedding at The Merion. They did exactly what we wanted -- got everyone up and dancing even before salad! Jack understood my vision perfectly and made everything flow so smoothly. It was sometimes tough to get in touch with Jack to ask questions before the wedding, but when your wedding approaches, he makes sure you have absolutely every question answered and every detail under control. I know they aren't the cheapest group around, but they are worth every single penny! It would certainly be worth forgoing other wedding expenses to have Jack as your live band. Our guests raved about the party and had an awesome time dancing the night away. We hope that we get to go to another wedding where Jack is providing the entertainment. We LOVED OUR WEDDING and Jack was to thank for the incredible sounding, beat thumping, dance crazy magic!
