Jackie is such an amazing human being and so incredibly talented. If you want the most incredible, dreamy, perfect photos that you will cherish for the rest of your life, HIRE JACKIE!
I feel like there is only so much that can be communicated in a review, so unfortunately, it will be challenging for me to properly tell you how thankful and grateful we are to have had Jackie be our photographer. We were able to hire her for our engagement photos, our wedding day, and an adventure shoot the day after our wedding. From the first email, Jackie made us feel so comfortable. She understands the vision for what you have, and will WORK to make it happen!
Behind the camera, Jackie made us feel comfortable and really brought out our personalities! We have had a few other instances with professional photographers, but none of them can even compare to Jackie. She is SO GOOD at making you feel like yourself and capturing you as you are!
Particularly on our wedding day, Jackie was there to support us. She stepped in to help with boutonnieres, communicated with our venue and videographer, and just made EVERYONE feel like their best self! She was so on top of everything that we really just got to relax and enjoy our wedding day.
Jackie is someone we consider as a friend now. She is so well prepared and organized, while also being spontaneous and ready to throw plans out the window, and there really is no better photographer out there. I cannot wait to hire her for photos and adventures across the world in the years to come! -

Best photographer ever!
Jackie photographed our engagement in Glacier National Park and it was without a doubt that we had to have her photograph our wedding. She didn’t hesitate to say yes to traveling across the country for our wedding and we are so happy she did. Our photos are not only amazing, but our friends and family felt so comfortable with Jackie and everyone loved her. She was there to help with my dress whenever I needed it, planned our timeline, remembered everyone in our families and bridal party, and wrangled everyone together for quick, painless pictures that are even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We are so thankful to have had Jackie there to photograph two of the most special moments in our lives! -

Jackie is an unbelievably talented photographer - I could not recommend her more! We had such a great experience with her when she shot our wedding, and the photos she delivered were breathtaking. Jackie starts the wedding process with a very thorough questionnaire that helps her on our special day. She knew everyone's names in our wedding parties and family because of that questionnaire - so helpful and professional. Everyone was so impressed! Her and her partner Amanda were very sweet and helped me relax and have so much fun! I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed Jackie's company and her work - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We'll be contacting her in the future for more photos :D -

Jacilyn did our couples photos and a few years later our wedding. Jackie’s images are so unique and well thought out. She spends hours before prepping by meeting with you and finding the best spots. She does her research and she knows what’s up. She also spends time memorizing all of your family members names because she knows how important those people are to you and she really cares. Jackie is well worth the investment. You can rest easy knowing you will get photos that will last a lifetime. -

Incredible Photographer, An Even More Amazing Person
I have put off writing a review for Jackie, not because she isn't amazing (because, as I will more fully explain below, she's an absolutely INCREDIBLE human and insanely TALENTED photographer), but because I just didn't know how to put into words what Jackie's work meant to me, and all the ways in which she and her talent have permanently impacted my life. But the world needs to know, so here it goes:
First of all, I'm pretty sure Jackie's work speaks for itself. I don't need to tell you what amazing work she does, because if you have 2 eyes, you already know that. What you don't know by looking at her magazine-worthy photos that make you feel emotions in your toes, is that she is the type of human that goes above and beyond for others. She has an absolute heart of gold and is a rare breed of amazing human that may just touch your life forever.
After stalking Jackie's work from afar for years (and telling myself that if I were to ever get married, I needed her to photograph the day), I contacted her to schedule her as my wedding photographer. At the time, all I knew was that I wanted her to take our destination wedding photos. What I didn't know is that my terminally ill father would have a medical emergency rendering him unable to travel right before the big day, and I would actually need to plan a last minute impromptu wedding the week before our scheduled celebration in Belize. Without hesitation, Jackie offered to drop everything in order to photograph our new wedding day. I believe her exact response was "Just tell me when and where and I'll be there." Perhaps is goes without saying, but her generosity, kindness, and understanding during such an emotional and uncertain time, meant the absolute world to me and my family. Not only did she photograph my day, she captured every beautiful, heart wrenching, happy, amazing moment. To this day, I have yet to show our wedding photos to someone without them tearing up.
What's more is that we still also had our destination wedding, and Jackie (of course) kicked major photography ass during that celebration as well.
But again, beautiful photos are photos. What Jackie is first and foremost, is an incredible human. A human who will dance her face off with your reception, carry your veil around her neck like a scarf, wake up with you at the ass crack of dawn on your wedding day to take golf carts with you and your bridal party to a secluded Belizean beach, make your family love her like they're known her their whole lives, and deliver lifelong memories to you in a way I'm confident NO ONE else could. -

Amazing experience
Jacilyn and her team were AMAZING! We are from Texas and eloped to Montana and she knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted in our photographs. She knows the area, took time to help me pin my hair and headband right before the wedding, and made both my husband and I comfortable and stress free throughout the entire process! Her packages were awesome too. They include everything and anything you can think of to make your special day the BEST. I can’t thank her enough for her work and her dedication to making our wedding PERFECT! She is THE BEST and her photos are beyond beautiful. I would recommend her a million times if I could! -

Before our wedding my husband and I sat down and said that it was really important to us that we hire vendors who we felt genuinely cared about our day. We chose Jackie as our photographer and even after just emailing her we could tell she was exactly what we wanted in a photographer. She was so kind, patient (I sent a ton of questions and pictures haha), and so easy to work with. She didn't act like we were just another job for her, she really acted like she cared. We didn't meet her until the day before the wedding. We asked her to come to our rehearsal dinner and she spent the time helping us with our rehearsal and getting to know our friends and family. Even before the wedding people were saying how helpful and great she was. To say she was amazing on our wedding day would honestly be an understatement. My husband does not like taking pictures and he can't stop talking about how much fun she made the whole process. She guided us every step of the way and made sure that we all had a blast. When I got stressed on our wedding day, she was right there to tell me everything was great and to enjoy myself. She made a point to know all of our friends and family member's names. She made a point to talk to people, and our family is still talking about how caring she was. The number one thing we have gotten compliments on after the wedding is her. She just went above and beyond in every single way. We were happy with our decision before we even saw our pictures. THEN we saw our preview and were absolutely blown away. Jackie is just an incredible person and should maybe be invited to every wedding ever haha but her photography skills are more than we could have ever imagined. We wanted a photographer who genuinely cared about our day and we got that and more with Jackie. -

Haley Sent on 01/26/2019Amazing Mountain Resort Wedding & Day-After Photos
Jackie is incredible! She had never shot a wedding in Yosemite before, then she travels here and captures it so perfectly that it felt like she'd been taking photos here for years. She navigated the park with ease, and we loved her genuine, easygoing, and fun personality.
It was very important to us to not feel rushed with photos, and we appreciated all of the time she spent with us. She came for rehearsal and took time to explore the area. In addition to capturing our whole wedding day, we also had a day-after shoot from sunrise to sunset. We suggested a few general locations for that day, and Jackie ran with those and found the most extraordinary photo spots.
Photography was #1 for our wedding, and we're so grateful we had the opportunity to work with Jackie! -

Kimberly Sent on 09/29/2017Jaci is amazing. My husband and I had been looking for photographers, and had decided to interview five. I had already had Jaci on my list, as I had seen some of her work from a friend of a friends wedding. We had lovely interviews with everyone, but Jaci stuck out. She was so welcoming and down to earth, but at the same time very laid back, which we appreciated.
I had a very specific picture in mind. I knew I wanted mountains in the back, and wanted someone who was able to capture not only us as a couple, but the beauty of Montana. She nailed it! We have so many amazing pictures to choose from. Our pictures were also ready just a few weeks after, which was so appreciated.
The day of the wedding, she made everything go very smooth and easy. She remembered all of our families names, and we as able to get every picture we asked for and she still got us to cocktail hour. We actually had fun taking pictures and we never felt that we were being taken away from the wedding.
She even sent us a gift after our wedding, which was all of our featured pictures wrapped and placed in a beautiful glass box. She goes above and beyond. Her customer service is amazing, she never went more then 12 hours answering any of my emails and questions.
If you have the chance, take a look at some of her pictures, they are amazing. I would reccoemnd her to everyone, time and time again. Thanks for everything Jaci! -
