J was by far the best photographer to work with for both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. His professionalism, responsiveness, and creativity are second to none. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure that our wedding was captured the way we wanted it.
We had a very diverse group at our wedding and J knows how to make sure everyone looked their best and ensure no one's skin tone was washed out or overexposed. And he is so fun to work with! Everyone at our wedding commented that they appreciated his directness in taking group photos quickly and how kind he was in doing so. If you are looking for a fabulous photographer, look no further. -

We loved working with J. He was very kind, easygoing and listened to what we were looking for. On the day of our wedding, he arrived promptly and was well-prepared with some ideas for sites for portraits and family group shots. J was the best photographer ever! We got married at Caboose Farm in September of 2023 and we could not have asked for a more detailed, friendly, fun, and talented photographer. Caboose Farm is a pretty large property and J found so many great spots for us to take photos. His communication is incredible, totally fair prices, and the service was exceptional. The photos came out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend booking J as your wedding photographer! -

J did our engagement photos and will be doing our wedding in May. J was flexible with the location of our engagement photos and we got our photos back within a week (some within less than 24 hours)! We loved all of our photos, it was so hard to decide which one to put on our save the dates. J made everything super comfortable in front of the camera. We can't wait to have him as our photographer for our wedding. -

After my original photographer canceled less than 48 hours prior to my engagement shoot. I found J and he was accommodating and and flexible! We arrived late to our out door shoot and he was able to jump right into action; making sure to capture great lighting and get the picture we wanted our save the dates. Speedy responses to emails and text, kept in communication throughout the day leading up to our shoot, verbalized direction during the shoot, made me, my fiancé, and out dog comfortable. -

Joey was the photographer for a wedding I was in a few years ago so I knew his work was excellent before I contacted him see if he was available for my wedding date. From our first phone call with Joey, my now husband and I could tell Joey is extremely passionate about his work and really goes the extra mile to make sure he delivers fantastic service to all of the couples he works with. Joey was very prompt with communication via text and email throughout the entire process. He also allowed us to customize an hourly package plus a pre-wedding photo session which was perfect for our micro-wedding.
Joey arrived early on the day of our pre-wedding photos to scout out the best spots for the photos. He helped direct us on posing for each photo which was super helpful as neither my husband nor I considered ourselves to be very photogenic. You would never know that from how the photos turned out though! We were so impressed with the quality and variety of the photos (plus the turnaround time was only 3 days!)
On the day of the wedding Joey again arrived early to make sure he was ready to start photographing the details as soon as we arrived as we were working with a shorter timeline than a more traditional, larger wedding. Joey was able to capture all of the shots we wanted and more. We were so thrilled when we received our photos back (about a week after the wedding). Joey was able to capture so many candid moments that we didn’t even realize he was snapping pictures of in the moment. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and we highly recommend Joey to anyone else searching for a photographer! -

If you're looking for a photographer that truly cares about making sure you enjoy your experience, love the photos, cares about the little details, and offers a variety of packages, then J. Sasu Photography is the right choice! J. Sasu made sure to communicate with us about the types of shots we wanted, as well as the overall theme that we were going for. In addition, J. Sasu was flexible in regards to rescheduling our engagement shoot due to rain. On the day of the engagement photo session, J. Sasu made sure to scout our locations for the best shots/angles, directed us on poses the entire time, as well as did a great job incorporating the props we brought. All of the engagement photos we took looked AMAZING, and it's hard to decide which we will use for what, because they all look so good! Not to mention, the turn around time for all of the photos was only about a week! We cannot wait to work with him again at our wedding! I highly recommend hiring J. Sasu Photography for your photography needs! The quality, pricing, and care that you will receive from J. Sasu Photography is unmatched! -

J was one of the most helpful people throughout our entire wedding experience. He was always there to help us when we needed it and to give us advice/suggestions on how to set up our wedding day timeline in the most efficient way. Our pictures are AMAZING but during our day we hardly even noticed he was there which was wonderful because he was able to photograph the genuine candid moments throughout our wedding ceremony and reception. Our experience with J was incredibly comfortable, like working with a good friend. If you are looking for someone with incredible talent and who will make your big day easier and better for you, then J is the photographer for you! -

Joseph was incredible! We only had a limited amount of time to plan everything. With all the crazy that comes with planning a wedding, there was a pandemic happening on top of that. Joseph was EXTREMELY professional and efficient which allowed us to worry about one less part of the equation. We had planned the shots that we wanted prior to the wedding, but he was still open to certain shots we wanted the day of. The final edited shots were everything we could have asked for and we received them fairly quickly after the ceremony. His eye for capturing moments is impeccable! -

J was so awesome. He is so personable, so strategic with his time and had a lot of really great ideas. Him and his second shooter, Melody, made such an effort to make sure they got a lot of good shots. He has a vision with certain photos that is very unique and I love it! We will definitely be using J for all future photo sessions we plan on having; maternity, newborn, family photos etc. Loved having him as our wedding photographer! -

I could not be happier with the photos J took and the experience he provided. Even from initial planning, he was very organized and professional. J did regular check ins to keep us on track while planning our wedding (to figure out timeline, group photos, etc). In the midst of all the wedding planning I was always confident with J and his ability. After the wedding, receiving the photos made it as though me and my husband could relive the whole day. The photos are truly works of art. I am so glad we chose J to be our wedding photographer! -
