One word…wow!
I had a girlfriend recommend Josh because I was looking for a certain look. I hate cheesy wedding photos and I really wanted someone who can capture those special moments without making it look “posed”. Speaking with Josh before the wedding I could already tell he had the energy I was looking for. Chemistry is everything when it comes to your wedding and I was excited! On the wedding day, he immediately jumped into things. I loved how he took control and guided us because I didn’t know what the heck to do! Haha. He made everything easy and I felt very relaxed the entire day. I didn’t have to worry because I knew he’d get the shot and boy- did he! We got our photos within a short period of time and I really felt as if I was reliving the entire day. He captures moments that I had forgotten about. While looking at our photos, I felt every emotion possible! I truly am so impressed with everything and would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He really picked the right career path! The man is amazing and in my opinion- brilliant! Thank you again J. Jones Photography. You really made our day and gave us memories to relive for an entire lifetime. -

Wedding During a Pandemic
I got married on May 24, 2020, so planning the wedding was extremely hard during the Covid-19 pandemic. I booked Josh months in advance, and he stood right by my side through the whole thing. We invited 50 people but only 17 showed up...including myself and the groom. My coordinator backed out a week before, so we were playing it by ear. During the wedding, Josh was extremely flexible and knew exactly where to be to get the perfect shots (even though we had no idea what we were doing). The turnaround time for the pictures was only a week! The pictures captured the mountains perfectly without sacrificing quality of any part of the picture. In my opinion, most wedding photographers take pictures that are extremely bright and look like they have an obvious filter on them. Josh knows how to use the lighting (or lack thereof) and make the pictures look real. You definitely get the quality pictures you pay for! Since my wedding was small, he was like family to us and he was a joy to have around! I highly recommend him! -

We are so happy that we found & chose Josh to photograph our wedding day and engagement session. He captured many authentic, special moments in his photographs that we will treasure for a lifetime. Josh was professional and able to help make us feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only was the final product beyond our expectations, but it was also delivered in a timely manner. Love our leather bound high quality wedding album, and canvas print. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Josh!! -

Absolutely amazing in every way!
Josh is an amazing photographer. He truly has a talent in photography and it shows through every single one of his pictures. He captures every moment so beautifully. Our love and passion we share truly shows through every single photo. He is so polite, fun, and easy to work with. We could not have picked a better photographer to shoot our wedding. We will forever remember this beautiful day and be able to look back at these beautiful pictures for the rest of our lives all thanks to Josh! -

Very talented photographer who knows the perfect photo shots and makes you feel at ease during it all! Turns what can be an awkward photo time for couples into a natural and enjoyable one. I am a wedding planner who recently had the privilege of working on a wedding where Josh Jones was the photographer. Josh was such a kind person to work with. Josh honored and respected the timeline that I had created. Josh was so creative in the way that he captured moments throughout the wedding. I saw him use the bride's veil and toasting glasses as unique "filters" to add a stunning affect to the photo. Josh is very talented and confident in his work. Josh never rushes the bride or makes her feel stressed. Josh gently give suggestions and quietly captures sweet, sentimental moments. I would highly recommend Josh to future brides as well as, other wedding professional who want to work with a photographer who supports their vision for a beautiful wedding day. J. Josh was the first vendor we booked (besides the venue) and even before our wedding planner. We value amazing quality in photos that we know will last us for years to come. Bryan Sent on 08/07/2012We were SO impressed by both the professional nature with which Josh runs his business and the quality of the pictures he took for us. He was also fun to have around all day- efficient and polite in working with wedding party and family and making sure to get all the special "shots" we had requested, but not intrusive whatsoever. He was also flexible due to changes in timing/schedule and weather. The pictures are incredible, we love them. We heard from MANY people that ours were the best wedding photos they had ever seen! He really captured the essence of all the special moments of the day. Not to mention we were able to see ALL of the pictures (edited!) on the website by the 3rd day of our honeymoon! Seriously amazing. Josh provides the best possible service in all areas of his business. We are very glad we booked him to capture our day.

I was left speechless by every single photo, and seeing my wedding pictures brought back the emotions and excitement of my wedding day as if I were living it over again. He was consistently in the right place at the right time and caught so many things I would have otherwise missed or would have long forgotten about. I loved his candid style of photography, and after looking through my own pictures, I am extremely happy we chose him to do our wedding. He is very easy-going and personable. Even though photography was one of our top priorities for the wedding, it was one of our least worries after hiring Josh. Every wedding he photographs looks incredible! There is no doubt he is naturally gifted - and you can't put a price on that! -

Josh listened to our wishes and delivered. He frequently stopped and showed us what he was "going for" and he was a fun guest at our events! I've only seen my sneak peek so far - but it was AMAZING and I don't expect any less from the rest of my photos!
