Vision Brought to Life!
Working with Josie for our wedding stationery was great! Despite the fact that we collaborated entirely from a distance and never met in person, she somehow managed to bring our vision to life in the most magical way possible.
We wanted a whimsical, romantic, old library feel for our stationery, and Josie absolutely nailed it. She created two stunning original pieces of art for us—a beautiful watercolor of one spot within our venue and a delicate sketch of the venue’s exterior. But what truly blew us away was the incredible attention to detail she put into every aspect of our stationery. From the save-the-dates, to the wedding suites, to the table numbers, and even the individual bookmarks that doubled as name cards for each guest, she hand-tore every single piece of paper to give it that perfect, timeless look we were after.
Josie didn’t just stop at the stationery, though. She was an invaluable resource, offering guidance and inspiration for other parts of our wedding, including an escort wall featuring handwritten letters to each guest. Even though she wasn’t local and couldn’t physically build it for us, she walked us through every option and helped us bring the idea to life.
Unfortunately, we had a bit of a nightmare when our original invitation suites were stolen before we could even get to them (the joys of living downtown in a city!). But in the midst of what must have been an incredibly busy wedding season, Josie handled the situation with such grace and calm. She cleared out her schedule and re-did the entire suite for us, hand-tearing every piece all over again. Her dedication and understanding during that frantic time meant the world to us.
If you’re looking for a wedding stationery vendor who is not only immensely talented but also genuinely caring and committed to making your day as special as possible, Josie is your person. Thank you Josie! -

We did a lot of research to find the best stationery for our wedding. Initially, we were looking at save the dates and invitations, and I fell in love with the vellum wrap venue painting style that Josie has. I ordered a sample and that mixed with my first call with Josie sealed the deal.
Josie designed our gorgeous monogrammed save the dates, our stunning invitations (Many people commented that they felt like they had just received an invitation to the Royal Wedding and that our invitations were the most beautiful they had ever seen), and all of our day-of stationery. She was easy to communicate with via email and despite what was probably over a hundred emails back and forth over the course of a year and a half, she was always kind, and patient, and gave great insight into the meaning and reasons behind various elements or language choices.
I would 1000% recommend Josie to anyone who is looking for memorable, stunning, and detailed stationery! Additionally, her prices are great for the level of quality you're receiving. While our wedding stationery needs are over, we hope to utilize her services in the future for other milestones. -

If you're looking for any stationary needs, look no further - Josie is the BEST. We worked with Josie for our save the dates, invitation suite, and day-of stationary, and Josie went above and beyond on every single component!
We loved the watercolor of our wedding venue, which we used on both the save the dates and wedding invitation, and it was such a special added touch when Josie sent us the original 8x12 watercolor, which we now have hanging in our house! Josie also helped bring our day-of stationary vision to life - making our escort cards into the cutest luggage tags (each table was named after a place my husband and I had visited together and loved), creating a monogram that perfectly encompassed our wedding day colors and florals, and making beautiful menus with a thank you note from us to our guests on the back. Our friends and family were so in love with all of the stationary and friends and we couldn't be happier.
Josie is so wonderful to work with, cares so much about her craft and clients, and provides the best guidance to ensure your stationary is so wonderful and reflects your essence and vision. I highly recommend working with Josie - you'll be so happy you did! -

I could not be more thankful that I stumbled upon Josie/Ivory Isle on Instagram. If you have the chance to work with her - do it! I may be biased, but our invitation suite is genuinely the most beautiful suite I have ever seen! Her artwork is incredible and attention to detail is amazing. She was quick to get revisions back to us and offered advice and her opinion when I was unsure. We are so excited for our guests to get their invites and cannot wait to work with Josie for our day of stationery! -

Josie was AMAZING to work with! It really was a joy working with Josie at every step of the process - from our first meeting through all of the stressful unknowns that came with rescheduling our wedding in the beginning of the pandemic through the final lead-up to our wedding. She really was a saint and demonstrated impressive amounts of patience and professionalism in working with us over the course of two insane years!
We worked with Josie to design our invitations and include hand-sketched renderings of our wedding venue, and the results were absolute perfection. Our family continues to talk about our "magazine" wedding and Josie's ability to customize our paper goods and personalize them to our taste really contributed to that experience.
We highly recommend her, and we are so so thankful we decided to work with her! -

Josie was absolutely amazing to work with. From our save the date magnets up to our invitations. She is very responsive and really cares about your vision for your invites. We had so many compliments on our magnets and our invitations and even the envelope the invites came in. I would recommend IvoryIsle to anyone and everyone. It honestly was so stress free, and everything came VERY quick. We were even emailed a sneak peak of invitation suites the day they were mailed out 😊 -

Josie was an absolute dream to work with. She was one of the first vendors we connected with in our process. She saw the vision that we wanted and after meeting with us to further develop the vision, created all of the stationary we needed to help create our wedding vision from the invitations, to the signage, to the table numbers. Once items were finalized and printed she mailed them to us and they arrived the very next day. For the signage, which was too large for her to have printed, she provided us with a drop box link so that we could take them to the printer of our choice. She was very easy to work with when we requested changes that needed to be made, even at the very last minute! We are so glad we found her and would not hesitate to use her services again.
We did save the dates, invitations, place cards, and signage with Ivory Isle. -

User1633207 Sent on 04/21/2014We worked with Josie to design our wedding programs, escort cards, menus, and table numbers. Josie was absolutely amazing to work with and her product was gorgeous! She was patient as we circulated all of our documents to our parents and priests for changes to text that we had given her and was still able to finish everything well ahead of schedule. When we received the final product, we were stunned at the quality and design of her work. After doing lots of shopping around and cost comparisons, we had a sense of the quality for cost available in the market and Josie's value greatly exceeded our expectations. We were very lucky to have found her on Etsy!
