    Platinum Service

    Thank you so much to It's A Win Win Catering. I called them with very little notice to cater an out of town rehearsal dinner for a friend of mine. Their response was, "We've got you".

    They were so accommodating and patient. We had falling severely behind finishing up the wedding rehearsal. They had already set up the food in the dining area, and waited patiently for us to finish. They kept the food warm and fresh. What warmed my heart is that they didn't appear irritated with us for being late to arrive. Instead, they greeted us all with love and smiles.

    .... oh, and the food was amazing! The taco bar and shrimp and grits were a huge hit!

    Tasty and amazing service

    I had a wonderful experience with Chef win and his crew on my wedding day. They took such great care of me and my husband along with all my guest! Their service was top notch and it was so wonderful they surprised us with a picnic basket which we enjoyed on our way to our honeymoon since I didn’t get to eat all that much during the wedding. I would hire them again and will refer them to all the brides. Thank you again!

    Great service! Great food!!

    Win was SO helpful through the whole process! He’s also calming to talk to especially when there so much going on and so many decisions to make! The food was phenomenal! EVERYONE at the wedding raved about it! In fact, two different wedding guests text me during my honeymoon to tell me how much they LOVED the food! My husband loved the food too! He ended up stealing half the food off my plate! 🤣🤣 I absolutely recommend Win to anyone looking for great food at any event not just a wedding!

    Best communication and best food!!

    I cannot say enough good things about Win-Win Catering!! This catering company is so great that I used them for my rehearsal dinner AND wedding. Mr. Win, his wife, and staff are amazing and their food is equally as awesome. Everyone not only raved about the food at our wedding, but also about the wonderful Win-Win team who makes you feel like family the second you meet them. During a pandemic, when everything seems impossible, Mr. Win still went above and beyond to make all my food dreams come true- he followed the CDC health codes to ensure a covid friendly dinner yet still made the food presentation and buffet extremely beautiful and elegant. I was ecstatic! Will always turn to Win-Win for any event in the future. Endless thank yous to Mr. Win and his team!

    Awesome at first

    I originally reached out to Chef Win to cater my wedding. Upon initial interaction, he assured me that he and his team would do everything they could to make my day go smoothly (as far as catering). My mom, daughter and I went to a tasting months before the wedding and the food and hospitality given was AMAZING. So amazing that I booked Chef Win again for my birthday dinner months before the wedding. Once again the food and service given at my dinner was superb. My now husband was so excited for the wedding because the food for my dinner was prepared so well. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, things started off well and we were very excited. One minor hiccup was that we did not have champagne flutes (that would’ve came in a gift basket we were supposed to be presented with from the company) and weren’t informed of why the basket was missing until near the end of the reception. What really upset us was when we were told that the wedding party would not be served and would have to line up with the guests to be served. Not only did my mom ask them to serve the wedding party (as this is traditional for a wedding), but my day of coordinator ask on her own then came to the table to ask me and I said to tell them that the BRIDE AND GROOM would like their wedding party to be served. In the end my wedding party was still not served at the table and had to line up to receive their food. Strike one. After that debate was over, my husband and I were served, but noticed that there were food items missing from each of our plates. I had 2 rolls and he had none. We also did not have any corn. When we brought this up the response was “oh you wanted vegetables”. Yes, we wanted vegetables. We did pick our own menu AND paid to have these items served to ALL of the guests. Strike 2. After the wedding was over, my mom pointed out that the amount of food served did not match the amount of guests we said would be attending. We originally booked for 150 guests. Well with Covid, we realistically only had at most 80 guests in total in attendance. We were also told that guests were made to choose between whether they wanted fried chicken or baked chicken and to come back up for more later as if there was not enough food. When in reality there should have been way more than enough food and all guests could have taken home a full to go plate if they wanted to. To top it off, the quality of food was not nearly as good as the food we tried at tasting. I understand multiple chefs would events, but the difference was so noticeable that we didn’t even eat all of our food. The corn that they brought us (in a pile on one plate) was also COLD. Strike 3 & 4. The day after the wedding, I’m so distraught from what happened and the feedback given to me from my parents, guests and wedding party that I reach out to Chef Win. He was understanding of my concerns, apologized for the shortcomings of his team and offered to make things right. The resolution made between him and my mother , as she is the one who paid for the services, was that we would still receive our basket and a portion of the gratuity back. It has now been over a month and we have received neither. I’ve reached out twice and was told they’re on the way and he’s working on the partial refund. At this point I feel both my mother and I have been more than patient and understanding and truly deserve more than partial gratuity.
