Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our experience was working with the ItalyWeddings team. From the initial call with Ben where he listened to our ideas and provided recommendations on venues to our day-to-day communication with Cristina as she managed every detail of our wedding, their service was exceptional. Cristina was instrumental in bringing our wedding vision to life. She was extremely responsive and detail oriented. She was also very patient with my numerous questions throughout the planning process.
We were also very happy with the vendors recommended by Cristina. We received options for catering, hair/make-up, music, photographer, etc. We trusted all of the recommended vendors as we knew they were vetted by Ben and Cristina. When my hair/make-up artist had to withdraw from servicing our wedding, Cristina and Ben immediately took care of booking another artist who was amazing.
Planning a destination wedding from thousands of miles away can be very stressful. We never felt any anxiety as we knew Cristina had everything under control. Our wedding day was beyond our expectations and we couldn’t have done it without her. We are so grateful for the exceptional service we received and highly recommend Cristina and Ben at ItalyWeddings.

The thanks and gratitude we have for the privilege of working with Cristina can never truly be said in words. She was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, her attention to detail impressed upon us over and and over. Cristina will forever be someone who we have a great deal of love and respect for having gone through this special process with with her.
Our wedding was above and beyond any expectations we could ever have had. The entire staff and food… Bellissima! Everyone made us feel special and cared for the entire day. It was amazing and exceptional to say the least. The entire experience.
We are so very happy and honored to have worked with ItalyWeddings and have a wedding planner who really cared for us and did everything she could to make our day completely magical. We would highly recommend ItalyWeddings, Cristina, Ben and all their staff and vendors to anyone ever considering getting married in the Florence area in the future. -

The perfect fairytale
Words cannot express how grateful and blessed we are to have found Ben and his team. From the moment we first contacted them, to saying our goodbyes the day after our wedding, we always felt as though we've known Ben and his team for years. That's how professional and talented they are in their tradecraft. It truly made planning a destination wedding the most painless and seamless experience of our lives. Their attention to detail and established vendor relationships, made our experience that much easier and it all came together to create the utmost perfect and special day. Absolutely amazing
Italy weddings has gone above and beyond for us! We planned a 2 year wedding abroad and with COVID changes making it 3 years! They always communicated all the changes and needs we had to do to make this possible.
Ben is an absolutely amazing wedding planner! He is professional, poised and gracious at all times. He worked with us from start to finish to make every thought come to life.
Our wedding was beautiful and glamorous. It was the day we had always dreamed of. The flowers, decorations and outdoor lighting at the reception were stunningly gorgeous.
Thanks to then we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without a worry in the world! -

Wonderful Wedding Planners
ItalyWeddings were one of a few wedding planners we contacted after becoming engaged ItalyWeddings from the off were so personable and seemed almost as excited as we were for our wedding, they were the obvious and absolutely right choice.
Our initial contact was with Ben who then introduced us to Matilde from our first visit to view possible venues - Matilde has been excellent throughout the whole experience and went above and beyond on several occasions especially over the last year with rescheduling and the various restrictions in place. Our wedding day was perfect and that was all down to Matilde, ItalyWeddings and the other vendors - which included Le Petit Jardin whose floral displays blew me away Marisa interpreted my vision completely.
Myself and my husband are so grateful to Matilde and ItalyWeddings for everything they did to make our wedding day perfect - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, all of our guests were equally impressed.

We can highly recommend ItalyWeddings to everyone who wants to get married in Italy!
We live in Germany, but wanted to get married in Italy, because we had our dream wedding under the open sky in a tuscan scenery in mind so we started to look for a wedding planner and ItalyWeddings immediately stood out.
The moment we first visited their website we knew that we had found the right wedding planner for getting married in Italy and the moment we first contacted them we were 100% sure Ben and his team were the perfect choice for our dream wedding in Tuscany. THEY WERE AMAZING!
They were super professional from the moment we first contacted them and always offered advice at every single step of the way and dealt with all our questions and were always available. We were so impressed by how much time they took for us, for answering all our questions and for getting to know us in person in order to create a magical day for us.
Ben, Maris and Matilde are super nice, funny, supportive they feel like family and they did an amazing job on our wedding day. We were truly touched and really moved by their kind words and by all the love they put into every detail of their work to make two people happy.
It has been our pleasure to get to know such lovely people and to have had them plan our big day with us. We will always remember this special time and special contact and we will always look back with a smile on our faces being grateful for everything they did, for their effort and for the time they took for us.

My (now) husband and I were recently married in Tuscany. Planning a destination wedding can be quite overwhelming — especially when you're a type-A bride, like I was during our wedding planning.
We enlisted the ItalyWeddings team and they were remarkably professional. Ben was a calm voice during my many frenetic moments of concern about how our wedding would pan out since we could not accommodate a trip to Italy before our big day.
We are so grateful for the professionalism, flexibility, hard work and humor the team brought to our wedding planning and wedding weekend. We highly recommend ItalyWeddings! -

This team is amazing! They were extremely patient with me when I would email them a lot about ran don things. They have an incredible selection of venues and vendors to help meet your budget. My husband and I really wanted more of a big family dinner rather than a typical a reception and they really understood that. They went above and beyond and they made our day beyond perfect. I can not recommend them enough! They did an amazing job! Also their florist is in-house so they really work as a team to make your dream a reality. This was this easiest process, no wedding headaches. They are worth every penny spent and more! Thank you Matilde for all your hard work! You were flawless and you made everything perfect! -

We got in touch with Italyweddings as soon as we were engaged we happened to find their website which looked very professional. We got in touch with Ben who made us feel at ease and asked us about what sort of thing we wanted. After finding our venue we were in touch with Martina who was great at answering our queries and thoughts, however Martina then had to go on maternity leave so we were in touch with Matilde. Matilde again was excellent always replied to our emails and helped us with anything we were concerned about. Marisa dealt with the flowers and again we could not fault her she took on board everything we wanted and it turned out perfect. Overall we could not fault the wedding planners they are certainly not the cheapest but the quality you get is outstanding and we really did have a perfect wedding. A big thanks to Matilde who met us in Italy and was with us throughout the wedding day everything went smoothly and we can not thank her enough. I cannot recommend them enough and they took all the stress out of planning an abroad wedding x -

The whole team are absolute legends. We started planning early, about 1.5 years out, and Matilde, Martina, Ben and Marisa now feel like family! They helped me though any worry, doubt, excitement and crazy idea I had. Their patience and their own excitement with my what felt like millions of emails was outstanding! They suggested ideas when I asked for it, but were never pushy and wanted to make sure the wedding was truly our own. They worked with our budget, offering a range of high quality options. The days leading up to and the day of our wedding Matilde was nothing short of a godsend. We had a heat wave come through and we decided to change the location of our ceremony last minute, the original car I ordered was having troubles, and of course it even rained for a few minutes. She kept us calm and happy and the changes we made last minute ended up being even better than our original plan. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined, the decorations looked like they jumped out of a fairytale, the ceremony was flawless, the catering was one of the best meals we had all vacation, and my friends and family are still raving about the reception! I could not recommend ItalyWeddings enough. I've already suggested them to friends and if we ever decide to renew our vows someday Ben and his team will be among the first to know. -

We can hardly put into words how grateful we are for your help and your services! You helped us bring to life our personal fairytale wedding and create exactly the atmosphere we've dreamed about. A month has passed and we are still in awe when recollecting all the magical moments. In addition to all the planning and preparation, your organization throughout the day was probably one of the biggest factors in making this beautiful day as smooth and enjoyable as it was.
Speaking of preparation, from the moment of our first call, when we had no clue on where to start and how to organize such an event far away from home, you've guided us through the entire process. Recommending potential locations, setting up meetings, connecting us to vendors, etc. and taking care of all the coordination with them leading up to the event.
You've asked us all the questions that we didn't know we needed to answer and continuously (and patiently) adapted to our changing ideas. Whenever we had a new idea, you've presented us with the perfect solutions and helped us make the right decisions.
No matter how far away we were, we always knew that the preparations were in good hands with you and that our special day would just be perfect!

Perfect from start to finish
My husband (Aaron) and I reached out to the Italy Wedding’s team about 2 years before the big day after we saw photographs of the amazing Villa Francesca based in Volterra, Tuscany on their website. Since the day we first started communicating with Ben and his team we knew that this was the company we wanted to help plan our wedding. The full team were so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond in order to help plan our perfect day. Communication was always amazing and we always felt so calm knowing that we had an extremely organised, passionate and experienced team planning all aspects of the wedding. We chose to go through Italy weddings for all areas from the venue, catering, flowers to the DJ/dance floor. This made the planning go so smoothly and we were honestly amazed and so thankful for how seamless our big day was. We can’t thank the full team enough for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. Seeing it all come together on the day was breathtaking and honestly more than both of us could of ever imagined. Marisa did an AMAZING job of the decorating and even added a little extra something which consisted of a display in the foyer for when the guests arrived, it was absolutely beautiful and is included on our photographs below. Martina was amazing on the day and really helped to keep both of us calm through her organisation and guidance. We would 100% recommend Italy Weddings to any couple looking to get married in Italy, and would not of changed any part of the planning process or the big day! They are miracle workers!! -

Amazing! Thank you so much
The Italy weddings team made the wedding planning stress free. Every step was clearly communicated and allowed us time to make our decisions for each element of the wedding.
When arriving in Italy the weather forecast was bleak. As soon as we met Ben he put our minds as rest and assured us that it did not matter and that there are so many alternative options for us. He was right, as the wedding the most amazing day for us and the little bit of rain was irrelevant. Ben managed the day with such professionalism and we felt that we would not have been able to do it without him and the team.
The flowers and tables were beautifully arranged thanks to Marisa.
Overall, we are so happy we made the decision to use Italy weddings as we had the dream wedding due to their great work. -

Garret Sent on 07/31/2018Our destination wedding was hatched in the mist of several other weddings, and the distinct goal of making it something to remember. Italy was the destination because we both love their history, culture, food, and of course their wine. Neither of us have Italian heritage, but our desire to love all things Italian is very strong. Once we decided on the destination, we quickly realized we needed help from someone who not only lives in Italy, but will also work with us throughout the process. We sifted through several different wedding planners, and sent out requests for information. One response was so perfect that we needed to speak to them.
We organized a quick call through Skype, spoke with someone who understood our plan, knew the area, and could provide us with our perfect wedding. We knew right away Ben Singleton of Italyweddings would be our best partner for our wedding. He has connections with all the vendors needed to create an experience that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime. Planning a wedding from far away is not without challenges of time, money, and worry if it's all going to work out. Ben and his team helped us through all of it, and made the experience of planning enjoyable.
The days leading up to the wedding, and the actual wedding day were flawless. The villa we stayed is beautiful, and our guests enjoyed every moment while they relaxed in hills of Tuscany. The staff who provided make-up/hair services, floral design, installed lights, set tables, created a stage for the wedding, culinary expertise, bar service, and music were all hard working, and service minded people who made the day a dream. The chef came out and made the wedding dessert before our eyes and finished the night with a champagne opened with the slice of a sword. It doesn't get better than this.
There is so much more to tell, but the most important is Italyweddings was our best choice for planning a wedding in Italy. Please consider them for yours. -

Elaine Sent on 05/20/2018My husband and I are from Ireland, but we live in Australia. We wanted to get married somewhere in Europe where we could meet our families travelling from Ireland, and have a small (20 people) wedding that would be really scenic and special.
We decided on Italy, even though neither of us had ever been there, as we wanted to honeymoon there too. I contacted Italyweddings and Martina responded quickly and helped us to choose Florence as our destination. Since then she, and her team, have been absolutely amazing. I was a very laid back bride (I like to think!) and I'm not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing for Martina! I left a lot of decisions to her, or would ask for her advise on things to choose, after all, she's the wedding expert!
Everything was perfect - The venue, makeup artist, ceremony, food, flowers, décor, photographer, music etc.. it was all perfect.
I didn't have to do anything, or worry about anything on the day - Martina made sure everything fell into place perfectly. It was a stress-free, fun day, and that's how everyone's wedding day should be.
I cannot recommend Italyweddings highly enough! Their service is outstanding. -
