Absolutely perfect day! I loved using this venue so much. They helped make my wedding absolutely perfect. The service and food were amazing! I had guests raving about the meal. Highly recommend having an event here.

Dream October Wedding!!
We got married there October 5 and it was perfect! The staff was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to work with and accommodate everything. The guests literally said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The grounds provided some amazing photos!!! And for everything you got the price was more than reasonable!! Highly recommend for any event!

If you want good Food and Accommodating Staff - this is the place!
We were beyond pleased with everything the staff at the Italian Cultural Center did for us! Everyone was so accommodating to the things we wanted to do (ballon drop, outside cannoli vendor and the cappuccino man) and we appreciated that so much! A lot of halls don’t let you have outside food or too many vendors coming in to redecorate ect but they had no problem accommodating all our vendors to really make it our dream wedding. Those things made our day extra special and added something new for our guests to enjoy!
The food was exceptionally outstanding. I appreciated the advice they gave while we planned the menu – for example, they advised picking the chicken piccata with the steak since the chicken marsala is a similar sauce to the steak and advising us to switch from shrimp cocktail to coconut shrimp instead since it is a warm appetizer for a winter wedding (it was a huge hit with the guests and my personal favorite appetizer). These are things I wouldn’t have thought about but appreciated it being brought to our attention to make for an overall better dining experience for our wedding. Everything was delicious. The coconut shrimp and lamb chops were my two favorite things, but the prosciutto cart was also a huge hit with the guests!
The service was also spectacular! I never wanted for anything but I also heard nothing but rave reviews so far from our guests!
They also lit all the candles at just the right time so they lasted all night (our florist wouldn’t stay and do it, so this was an extra thing they did for us)! When the lights went down it really added to the ambiance of our room, and it was just beautiful!

The team work really makes the dream come true!
We were seriously blown away with everything! They went above and beyond! Especially with the food, when they found out there were more gluten allergies and making us pasta was such a great surprise!! And the workers saying sorry it's taking a couple minutes longer blew my mind away even more! They went out of their way to make me and my guests feel welcomed. I was just speechless. And letting us use the other room to sign our paperwork and to let us use the covered patio to take our photos while it was raining, truly meant everything. Even before the wedding we were suppose to have the smaller room but when no one booked the bigger one and you just moved us to it again blew me away!!! I was so ecstatic!! Also, letting us start the ceremony early so we could try beating the rain meant so much to us! They have an amazing work staff and I hope they are all treated every well because you don't find good team work like that very often. So know how truly blessed you are, without them all of this wouldn't have gone so smoothly!! All my guests raved about the food and just how beautiful the venue is! So thank you so much again for everything you all did to make our day so spectacular!!

“Absolute Perfection” - Many of our Guests
The food. The food. The food.
Every single time we mentioned to our guests where our wedding reception would be, the immediate response would be, “Oh! Great food”, which is why we chose it in the first place.
What we found out was that along with great food were great staff, great accommodations, and a great atmosphere for our Rock n Roll themed wedding! From fully accommodating all of our DIY decor and live band to blowing people away with a customized themed sign for our room, IACS far exceeded our expectations!
Not a single thing went wrong the entire day and guests still rave about how smoothly everything flowed.
Now…the food. Not only were the appetizers out of this world (Crab Cakes, Beef Wellington, and Arancini), but the staff even packed up two servings of our full dinner for us to take home since we didn’t get to finish.
Overall, I got to rock out with my guests all night, and every compliment I receive about the day highlights a different aspect about IACS.

This was a five star experience! Amazing!
I woke up today a happy, happy bride! My event yesterday was beyond my wildest dreams. The outdoor gazebo where our ceremony was held was set up beautifully by staff. The view there was perfect! We entered the hall where the tables and linen were stunning. The whole hall looked amazing. Now, on to the food. We had butler-pass hors d'ouvres, our guests raved over them. Dinner was a wonderful roast beef that looked like steak and cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. We added the chicken piccata, with fettuccini (to die for) and palomino sauce pastas, potatoes and green beans. The meal was unbelievable; all of our guests commented they had never had this great a meal at a wedding. The staff was attentive, polite and was so, so helpful. Working with the staff pre-wedding was a dream, they responded promptly to all my questions and gave us great advice. Our special day was perfect start to finish. We are over the moon about how our special day went and couldn't say enough about how wonderful the staff and venue were!

Winter Wonderland
We got married here on 1/29/2022 and to say it was a winter wonderland and magical doesn’t even do it justice. From our initial meeting to the day itself, every question was answered promptly and professionally and each concern addressed. My husbands family are members at the center, but nothing we’ve attended there could have prepared us for this special day. Guests are still talking about the food. The staff members (Jordan, Alessio, and John) assigned to my husband and I, our immediate families, and our bridal party went above and beyond getting us everything we could need that night. We look forward to any and all events we will either continue to host or attend at the IACS🤍

We held our wedding here on 5/14/21 & could not have asked for anything better! The venue was perfect! From the very start, working with Sarah was a breeze! Always available to answer questions & help us along the way. She made sure our ceremony site outside looked beautiful!
Walking into the venue on our wedding day was amazing! Everything was PERFECT! The staff did such an amazing job with all the details, making our special day everything we dreamed of!
Gianna was our day of coordinator & made sure that everything ran smoothly! Kris was the event manager & if there was an issue - I never knew it! The vendors that we hired were highly recommended by our venue & worked so well with Kris - it was such a relief knowing everything about our day was handled!
Last but certainly not least… the food! Over 6 months later our guests still talk about the food! Alex made sure we had the very best & everything was absolutely delicious! From the appetizers, main course and dessert - so good! Special shout-out to our bartenders, Matt & Carl too! Our guests never had an empty glass! The servers were top notch as well, very professional!
Overall, we could not have asked for anything better. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with amazing food - you’ve found your place!

Amazing venue and amazing food
We had our wedding her on 9/24 and could not have imagined it any better. They were so accommodating and responsive with our several questions throughout the planning process. There were so many menu options and their tasting event was perfect to be able to choose what we wanted. We received so many compliments about our wedding day and reception but the largest amount of compliments were for the food. It was AMAZING!! I have had several other friends get engaged this year and I have recommended IACS to every one of them!

Amazing food
Planning this wedding during this pandemic has been one of the most stressful events of my life thus far, but Katie and Sarah were nothing short of amazing to work with. With so many changes and questions, they were always there to help walk me through what precautions and updates they were putting in place. I also didn’t get to try the food as I was out of town during the tasting and let my sister and brother in law basically pick the menu for us and I was not disappointed, everything was so tender and flavorful. I know I am biased, but it was the best food and cocktail hour appetizers I have ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend checking out the Italian American cultural center if you need a venue for any event.

Outstanding food, decor, drinks, & staff
Beautiful venue inside and outside whether you chose the reception hall or one of their wedding tents outside. Alex, Sarah, and Chris are at your event making sure all your expectations are met. From the appetizers to the late night snack your guests will be blown away. Your guests remember three things, the food, drinks, and music. If something is not on their menu, just ask , they will get it for you. The wine selection was above all the other venues we checked out. You also get to chose a craft beer which the groom loved. I am very particular and they fulfilled all my wishes for my daughter. Don't be afraid to ask because they love making their clients happy!! Their tents are on beautiful grounds not on parking lots like some venues. Our guests raved about the arancini and beef wellington appetizers. We chose a duet plate of chicken and a filet. Days after the wedding I received calls & texts that the filet was superb and I agree totally. My daughter chose the gourmet pizza for later in the night. Alex the general manager bakes gourmet pizzas for the late night snack outside in the brick oven and I was blown away. The guests loved them. There were so so many choices, cheese, olives, meat, veggies, etc. This was an unexpected surprise, because I thought pizza was pizza, and it was not. I would highly recommend this venue because they were a ten all across the board. Alex, Sarah , and Chris are kind, professional, and treat you like family.

Everyone here knows exactly what they are doing and go above and beyond to help. I can't thank them enough for being the easiest part of the planning process. We had last minute requests and changes and had no idea what we were doing. They handled it with ease and made us feel very well taken care of. I was so pleased to have my wedding at IACS
I wanted my wedding to be inclusive as possible and they were able to provide that for me, from food to the linens. I picked out a package and they were so gracious about working with me about things I didn’t need and things I did want. All the staff makes you feel like royalty and the food is INCREDIBLE. My guests still rave about it today. I also felt pricing was pretty reasonable compared to everywhere else for what I was getting!! I also had my ceremony there and the scenery is wonderful. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you again IACS!

Perfect Venue!
I had my wedding at the Italian American Cultural Center and can not say enough good things about the hall. The staff was helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The food was absolutely delicious, all of my guests commented about how good the food was. The hall has a beautiful outdoor area that can be seen with windows from inside the hall and there is access to outdoor patios. I wish I could relive my wedding over and over again thanks to IACS!

NYE Wedding to Remember
Trying to find a venue to accommodate our NYE wedding, our large guest list AND have good food was a difficult task but IACS checked all the boxes. From our original meeting to the day of our event, they handled everything professionally and timely. The tasting night they offered was top notch. We were able to sample all of the food so we felt confident about our menu selections. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and the staff could not have been better. It poured buckets all day so we got rained out of our photo locations and ended up arriving to the hall ahead of schedule. The staff sprang into action and even moved our huge cake table off of the dance floor so we could finish our wedding party photos. They were attentive and all of the food was delivered to the tables piping hot. We still have people telling us how excellent the food was! The bartenders and servers were on top of everything all night. From removing dirty plates, to refilling entrees (we had family style), to the bartenders remembering what people were having...EVERYONE was impressed!! We are so happy we chose this venue and cannot thank them enough for making it truly a night we will never forget!

From day one Italian American Cultural Society has made my wedding process beyond easy. Stephanie and the whole staff there was nothing short of amazing! A smooth process that made for a beautiful wedding night
I am beyond amazed at how our wedding night went with this venue. This is a beautiful facility with enough room to accommodate larger parties. The staff there throughout the entire process were amazing. Anytime I had a question or concern they e-mailed or called me very promptly and settled the issue. Stephanie, our event coordinator, was fantastic! She went above and beyond her duties and was extremely helpful throughout everything. If it wasn't for her working, I would have got her out on the dance floor! The pricing for what you get was definitely a bonus. My husband and I were truly trying to make things as simple as possible without breaking the bank and it's definitely doable here. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking around to rent out a hall for any event!

I would absolutely recommend IACS for any special occasion. If someone happens to mention needing a hall for an event, I tell them IACS is the best place to go! I had both my bridal shower and wedding reception here and my husband and I are very happy how everything turned out. The food was phenomenal and we got so many compliments. The venue is exceptional and the staff is flexible and willing to work with you. They made my event special and they were reasonably priced.

I don’t know if I could say enough nice things about the cultural center. Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and we are still getting compliments on how every turned out, AND THE FOOD. The food was amazing. There wasn’t a single thing we disliked, from the hor d'oeuvres to our dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was great, and we had an amazing time! On top of that, we also held our wedding shower there, and are having my sisters baby shower there in 2 weeks!

The perfect day
The IACS made our wedding absolutely perfect. They made the event planning and day of the wedding easy. All the staff was incredible, they worked together to help with all and any needs of ours. The food also amazing. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

The venue was right on top of the weather for my day as I have to say I must have had the windiest outdoor ceremony of all time, but they really pulled everything together and really put my mind at ease. The IACS is the best wedding venue in Metro Detroit and I highly recommend them!! My husband and I had our bridal shower, wedding ceremony, and wedding reception at the IACS and they were amazing to work with. The event coordinators were so attentive to my every need on my wedding day and went above and beyond to make it the perfect day! The staff truly succeeded our expectations and we are so thankful we chose this venue!! The food is amazing and our guests were raving about it for days after the wedding!! Best Venue in Michigan
Look no further! IACS was hands down the most beautiful, most accommodating venue in Michigan! From the first time walking in for a tour, to leaving on my wedding night - IACS takes care of their couples! The entire planning process was so smooth and easy because of the incredible staff (we had Mindy as our coordinator). You get weekly emails updating you on what's next to check off the list. The payment system is very easy too! IACS has customized packages that fit every wedding. They accommodate and swap out certain items to match the vision you have. On the day of my wedding, I had NOTHING to worry about. Everything was on time, and my entire guest list had a blast. Everyone still talks about how amazing the food was... and I must admit... the BEST food I have ever had at a venue. We looked at all venues in the area... Penna's, Mirage, Palazzo, etc... none of them compared to IACS. Between the staff, the beautiful indoor and outdoor venue and overall the whole planning process- IACS is the best! I will be coming here for all other events in the future... and friends and family will be too for their needs. Thank you IACS for making my wedding the best day of my life!

I had my wedding shower, ceremony, and reception here! Everything was perfect! The staff is very attentive. Any questions I had about my wedding through out the year they were just one email away and were very quick to respond. On my wedding day they were constantly checking in on me and my bridal party. Whether it be in regards to needing another drink or food, they were on top of their game. The ceremony area was gorgeous. My wedding photos came out just beautiful thanks to the landscaping and the lake. They have some of the best food I have ever had. All of my wedding guests could not stop raving about the food. It was one of the reasons I chose to have my reception here. I have never heard anyone complain about the food at this venue. I looked at multiple venues and you definitely get the most bang for your buck here! My family loves this place so much that my sister is getting married here too!

Beautiful Venue With An Amazing Staff
IACS was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, with my hundreds of questions – all the way to the day of our wedding, I was blown away. No email went unanswered, no voicemail went unreturned. Responses were fast and informative. I was told I was a stress-free bride and honestly, it’s because IACS made the whole wedding process fun, painless and easy. The staff was professional and friendly and the venue was clean & perfect! The food and drinks were amazing. (I’m still getting compliments to the day on the food) The venue is gorgeous with nice big windows and natural lighting (which was extremely important to us!!) Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we owe a lot of that to IACS and our day of coordinator Brittney! She kept everything flowing smoothly that day and the week before! From day one they went above and beyond for us. They not only understood our vision, they took our vision in ran with it. Stephanie and Sarah were the ladies we worked with during the wedding planning process. they were extremely thorough and so much fun to work with. The day of manager, Brittney, was incredible. She even went so far as to personally help the florist arrange things to make the space more beautiful than we had even imagined. Things could not have gone smoother on our wedding day and the staff was so wonderful to our family and friends. The food was so good that even now, a month after the wedding, people are still talking about how delicious it was and that they wished everyone had weddings there so they could eat the food again. If you don't choose to have your wedding here, you're making a big mistake, just saying!

IACS was everything I could have hoped for in a venue and more! As an out of state bride I was very nervous about trying to do all of my planning from afar, but the staff at IACS could not have been more wonderful! Although the event planner changed just a few weeks before our wedding, everything went seamlessly. From cocktail hour, to dinner, to the very last song was played the staff made sure that all of our expectations were exceeded, not to mention the food is AMAZING! Incredible experience
I was a very simple bride. There were a few things I was pretty adamant about. Good food was one of those things. The food at my wedding was incredible. So much so that I still hear about it from family and friends after 5 months have passed. The staff are so welcoming, informative, and accommodating as well. Mindy, one of the coordinators, was truly amazing throughout my entire wedding process!!

Amazing service, great quality food, great staff!
We chose IACS as our venue of choice because of a few things: on-site outdoor ceremony space (which is absolutely beautiful and something I wanted), great menu choices at affordable prices, accommodations for our size wedding, great bang for your buck, and great reviews. From start to finish, they were so responsive to all of our questions and so accommodating, especially because I didn't have a wedding planner and I had so many questions.
We met Britt the day of our rehearsal who was amazing to work with during the rehearsal and the day of our wedding. During the whole wedding, she made sure the wedding party and our families were having a good time and everything was going smoothly. Her and the staff did an amazing job to help put up some of our decor prior to the ceremony, our reception looked so beautiful. I was slightly frustrated when the linens weren't completely set up by the time we came in to set up our decorations, but she assured my husband that everything would be set in place, and it totally was! Britt even went above and beyond and brought out the glow sticks (which I totally forgot about) and got them set out towards the end of the night of dancing, she and the staff also made it easy to break down the decor by putting all of our stuff in one area while the guests were dancing, even keeping our cake stand which I had forgotten to mention so I could return it to our cake vendor.
We did a plated dinner with soups and hor d'oeuvres plus an open bar and it was all beautifully set up. Guests kept talking about how much food there was which made us happy because food/drinks was our #1 priority in the reception. Britt was so accommodating when our grandparents who initially weren't going to have the plated dinner because we were bringing them more ethnic foods for their tastes were asking for the plated dinner, she made sure they both got a plate.
I can say absolutely 100% that IACS and the staff did such an amazing job for our ceremony and reception that my husband and I keep saying we want to get married all over again just to go through the experience again and you will not regret choosing them as your venue.

My husband and I just got married and had our reception at IACS and we left beyond impressed, just like we were when we had first visited a year and a half ago. We had wonderful service from the beginning of the night till the the time that we had left. Brittany was awesome in making sure that our evening was going well, even days after she was helpful. She was more than willing to get us pictures and videos that were taken when asked. The food was amazing from top to bottom! Our guests are still raving about it. Family style is the way to go! People never complained the food was cold or their wasn't enough. The food seemed to never end! From kitchen staff, to wait staff, to the bar staff, everyone was on top of their game and our guests loved it. Tina, the bartender had our family and friends raving after creating her own drink that she deemed "The Tina Special". This was by far one of the best drinks we have every had and people will be talking about it for years to come! IACS has been absolutely understanding and easy to work with from the moment we began our wedding process, to planning our shower, then finally the reception. We would highly recommend IACS for any function whether wedding, shower, graduation party, etc. We can promise, you will not be disappointed!

Our wedding at IACS was absolutely amazing. We got nothing but compliments on the venue, outdoor space, and the FOOD! We went for the family style package. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the pasta. We were two italian families coming together so food was very important. Other than that, the hall was also managed very well and was very attentive to our needs and requests. Overall it was very affordable when compared to other local halls and we got SO MUCH for our money. We were very happy with our decision to go to this venue.

IACS is the absolute BEST! From the food, to the service, to the beauty inside space and outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Our guests were raving about the food. As a bride, I was SUPER impressed with the service - they even wrapped my husband and I to-go boxes of our meal to take home after the wedding (SERIOUSLY, how sweet and thoughtful). We have been here several times for various events and always thought the food and service was great. We had our wedding here on March 17th -we did a brunch. It turned out beautifully. We are so happy we went with the IACS for our bridal shower, wedding ceremony and reception. Mindy was so helpful throughout the whole process and we were so glad she was able to be there the day of the wedding. Over the past year she has been a delight to work with, always quick to respond to our emails and answer any questions.
The food was amazing, our guests raved about the breakfast buffet (at the shower) and the dinner menu (at the reception). Furthermore, the grounds are gorgeous, we got so many great pictures. And the staff was so great, they were even thoughtful enough to bring out hors d’oeuvres to us (the wedding party) between pictures and our grand entrance.
Alex and Mindy were always willing to go above and beyond to make our wedding special. We definitely recommend the IACS!

When we first visited IACS in December 2016, we fell in love with the fact that it was an indoor/outdoor venue, within our budget, and good proximity to family/church. Mindy was our wedding coordinator and she was phenomenal during the entire process. She answered numerous e-mails, phone calls, and customized requests in a timely fashion. On the big day (10/8/2017), the hall looked amazing. The staff set all of our requests up correctly, and the service from beginning to end was flawless. We took pictures and had cocktail hour outside during a beautiful sunset, and dinner and dancing was inside after. We received great reviews on the food and service from all of our guests. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about IACS, Mindy, and the entire staff. I highly recommend if you're considering.

Choosing IACS for our wedding reception was one the best decisions we made. From event planner (Mindy) to the bartenders / wait staff, everyone at the venue was amazing! From the second we chose this as our venue until the second our DJ stopped playing, we were taken care of to make sure everything was perfect! Mindy was our planner and was AWESOME! We used the IACS for our wedding reception and it was absolutely perfect!!! Our guests raved about the food, it was delicious and the wait staff was excellent! They set up the room beautifully and it was everything we pictured and more! Mindy was a pleasure to work with in preparation for the big day. She was able to answer all of our questions and make sure every detail was covered. On the wedding day, the management took great care of all of our guests and made sure the family and bridal party had everything they needed. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue, thank you so much for making our big day so special!!!

I was recently just married! August 18th, 2017! Drew and I have nothing but great things to say about the IACS! They were so accommodating, and patient! I say patient because I really didn't know what to expect when planning a wedding, and when I didn't know how to answer something right away they didn't make me feel dumb.
The venue was BEAUTIFUL and the staff did a great job coordinating with all our vendors. And the FOOD! Oii Vey! Our family and friends are still raving about the food. The chicken piccata... to die for. Same goes the toasted ravioli. The beer selection was amazing too. Drew and I are kind of beer snobs.. so when we upgraded our beer package and we could pick a craft beer to add, we were thrilled. What was even better, was the beer we were hoping to get wasn't on the list, but was we were able to get it! (Lagunitas Lil Sumpin).
The price was outstanding too. honestly we checked out quite a few places and we wouldve been able to make it work, but the price was just too good to pass up.!
If we had to do it all over again, we would 100% pick IACS again.

Everything about IACS was amazing! Our ceremony outside was beautiful. Almost every guest complimented how great the food and service was! Mindy was awesome answering all the questions and concerns I had leading up to our big day. The day of Alex and Brittany were so attentive and helpful! I would 100% recommend them to all!

My husband (eek!) and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience at the Italian American Cultural Center in Clinton Twp. During the planning process, Mindy was prompt in her responses and incredibly kind and thoughtful. As we got closer to the date, Mindy spent time with my mom and I making our final decisions and answering all of our questions. My mom and I can be a little over the top when it comes to details, but Mindy took it in stride and answered everything she could to the best of her knowledge. On our rehearsal day, Mindy handed the reigns over to Brittany and Alex who ran the show through to the end of the wedding reception. They went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel special and taken care of on our wedding day. Additionally, the entire staff was very attentive to us and our wedding party, making sure that we were well fed and "watered" :)
On top of the amazing staff, this venue is stunning. We were married on site under their outdoor pergola. It sits right in front of a small pond with greenery everywhere! Gorgeous. There were several contingency plans incase of rain, including a covered patio or inside their Club Room. The hall itself is also beautiful. The entryway is well maintained and there are so many windows, you feel like you're outside! It was absolutely perfect for a summer wedding.
If you can't tell already, I highly recommend the Italian American Cultural Center in Clinton Township! Thank you SO MUCH Mindy, Brittany, Alex, and everyone on staff :)

After calling a number of venues for pricing and details, the IACC seemed to be the most affordable with the best reviews. We had our wedding there last week, and everything exceeded out expectations! Food was amazing, staff was awesome. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend this venue!!

I recently had my wedding here and everything was AMAZING! We received countless compliments from our guests regardling food and the venue. Mindy and the rest of the staff were so helpful and easy to work with. I live in Illinois and did the majority of my planning from out of town, and Mindy took care of everything for me! We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at IACS. We would book there again in a heartbeat! The Emerald Package makes this place affordable for an elegant location with great food and accommodating staff. We had 280 people, so booked the whole place, which made it really nice and spacious. The dance floor is very big and was full the whole night. The outdoor areas provide a nice place for guests to enjoy and get some fresh night air. We held the ceremony there too under the pergola - very nice setting. Can't say enough about how great Brittany and Alex were to help make everything just the way we wanted it the night of the wedding. They were right there keeping things flowing and paying lots of attention to details. Mindy, the event coordinator, was always very responsive and made sure that all of the boxes were checked to get our venue plan in place. Our friends and family are still talking about how great the food was and how beautiful it all looked.

I initially thought of this venue as the perfect place for my wedding reception because we had 2 separate family events here that were amazing. Needless to say, my wedding was perfect! I worked with Lindsey & Alex from the very beginning. Everything was addressed in a timely fashion & was highly organized. Due dates were clear, & there were tons of options to choose from but definitely not overwhelming.
The day-of staff was also very helpful, although I do know some guests commented that their meals were cleared out too soon. Other than that, they were quick to even respond to a medical emergency! One of my guests dropped a glass and by the grace of physics, it cut open her leg! She was able to control the bleeding and staff quickly cleaned up the mess on the dance floor in a professional manner.
I would definitely consider IACS for future events!! It was a relief to not have to worry about having separate vendors other than my photographer, DJ, photobooth. IACS was able to provide space for my decorations the day before, help set up my centerpieces the day of, my bridal stage & backdrop, colored linen (napkins, table cloths, chair bows), chargers, hors d'oeuvres, family-style dinner, open bar, cake cutting and distribution, late night snacks, just to name a few for all 200 guests! It was very budget-friendly being able to have everything bundled in (food, linen, chargers, backdrop). I went through other vendors for my cake, ceiling drapes/lanterns & uplighting.

I had a great experience with the Italian American Cultural Society. Mindy was great about answering all my questions whenever I emailed her or called her! I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. The food is great and I was reassured by my guests after my wedding on how great the food was, especially the beef Wellington. I highly suggest the Emerald Package!! After looking at many other venues, nothing could beat IACS emerald package. My husband and I felt very comfortable during our reception and did not have to worry about one thing. The staff took care of everyone very well. I also suggest having IACS decorate the head table... it was worth the add-on price and adds a really nice touch to the atmosphere in the room. If you are having more than 200 guests I would suggest adding on another bar tender as well. I would definitely recommend IACS to a anyone looking for a reception site. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful venue!

My husband and I married in February and I would do it all over again right here at the IACS! The whole reason I booked my reception at the IACS was for the coordinator Lindsey, unfortunately she left the company in the middle of us planning . You can imagine how stressed I was! Mindy who took over was quick to ensure she would make sure everything was just how I had originally planned with Lindsey (thank you so much Mindy!!!). Mindy made so many great suggestions and helped me make all of my last minute decisions. Everything turned out just how I hope it would, absolutely beautiful. All of our guest raved about the delicious food and impeccable service. Alex the manager went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. I would totally recommend having any major event hear! A huge thank you to all of the staff who worked our wedding!

This is really a very beautiful venue. The staff was very accommodating, Mindy answered any questions we had and always emailed us back. We did not utilize the outdoor facility for the ceremony as we used a church and also at the end of March, weather was not really permitting. My daughter had the Emerald Package which also includes a Premium Bar. Lets' start with the food.....the bride and groom chose 4 appetizers which were passed around by the staff during the cocktail hour, they chose Beef Wellington (everyone loved it), antipasto skewers, little spinach pies and my favorite, the toasted ravioli. There was also a champagne toast for everyone! The main course was outstanding, the chicken florentine was so good and so were the roasted potato's! At 10:30 p.m. the staff brought out soft pretzels with dipping sauces, which they did give a choice of a late night snack and this is what they chose. One thing we did not know until closer to the wedding which we were not told up front is that there is only one bartender at each bar, for the 200 guests and you have to have two hundred guests to use the big ballroom so we opted to pay for another bartender, 3 in all, as sometimes there is a back-up at the bar. There was complimentary valet parking which was nice because the weather that day was not the greatest, the piano and the fireplace in the lobby were very nice touches. The hall also decorated the head table beautifully. Be sure to ask for a floor plan the closer you get to the wedding so you can plan tables accordingly. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this hall to anyone.

Our Wedding was just amazing. You will not go wrong with the Italian American Cultural Society. The staff was fast, incredible and accommodating, this includes the coordinator, the bartenders, the waiter and even the coat checker! I did not have to worry about a thing, they had it all under control. The food was awesome (family style), we received so many compliments. My favorite part of dinner was the bowtie pasta with the garlic sauce and the chicken florentine, the grooms was the red meat, of course. We did the appetizers that were walked around by the staff, so happy I did that, all four app choices were fantastic! I really do not think there is a bad choice on the menu. The hall itself is very pretty brought together with gorgeous linens and flowers. The lobby area is really nice as well and we were able to display a slideshow, some photos and seating chart there. The grand piano was playing as guests walked in, very nice ambiance. The center did a grand back drop for the wedding party and that was perfect, it added the importance and height factor we were looking for. I love the location of the hall too. It is near Hall Road but nestled back on Romeo Plank and not surrounded by buildings. Making it easy on my guests that were traveling from all parts Macomb County, St. Clair County or out of towners staying at hotels near M-53. During the planning process, it was nice to be able to sit down with the coordinator and go over everything. I had asked quite a few questions for opinions and such via email and or phone and she never made me feel like I was being a burden. And all the answers were responded to very promptly. Do the the food tasting prior to your wedding, I brought my groom and my maid of honor, it provided insight on how the hall operates and you get to taste and see everything.

My husband knew from the start he wanted the Italian cultural center(I am so glad I listened). Working with Alex, Lindsey and Brittany was amazing. They all made our wedding day amazing. Our guest are still talking about how amazing the food is! Once again the food is AMAZING. Everyone that works there was so friendly. Weddings are stressful and all the planning can get crazy but Alex and Lindsey did the best job ever not only answering all my crazy questions but helping choose the colors for the table and thinking of amazing ideas I would have never came up with. So we are truly thankful for everything that they have done.

This place is amazing. We had a difficult time finding a place within our budget, that wasn't a dump. This venue is beautiful. There is a beautiful pond in the back, and the actual hall is really nice. Service was amazing, they set all of our favors and extras up for us because we didn't have time to go between our ceremony and reception. They did a beautiful job. We worked with Lindsey during our planning. She was so kind, helpful, and very quick to respond when we emailed our questions. She worked really hard to make our wedding day perfect. We got so many compliments on the hall: beautiful set up, amazing food, great bar. Hands down, best hall. I would highly recommend this place for any wedding!

The IACS was AMAZING! I am so glad we chose to go forward with using them as the venue for our wedding. Lindsey and Alex were exceptional to work with and made planning so simple and stress free. Even when I had a million emails and questions Lindsay was always so sweet and available to meet with me to make sure everything was perfect. We used both ballrooms and the patio and there was more than enough space for our 220+ guests. The windows add a beautiful touch that look out to the pond and wooded area located behind the building. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was - the butler passed hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and pastries. Lindsey accompanied me to my linen appointment and helped me to choose the perfect table covers, runners, and overlays. They also put together a gorgeous backdrop for behind the sweetheart table that was included in our package. I highly recommend having your next event here - you will not be disappointed one bit!!

On behalf of our families, I want to highly recommend IACC for your wedding - both for the ceremony which was held in their beautiful trellis area ( by the way even though the walk is long our guests loved that they were able to view everyone from start to arrival at altar!!) and the hall for the reception - beautiful views from all their windows and perfect backdrop for bridal party. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The setup, decor, food. Lindsay was awesome at helping us plan and coordinate the rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception. Alex made awesome recommendations for the food and was right on. A month later we are still hearing compliments on the setting, the decor, the views, and especially the food. It all went beyond our expectations!!

Honestly, everyone that wrote a review about this place has said everything I was thinking. You will definitely be stress FREE if you choose to have your wedding here. I loved working with Alex and Lindsay. They are pretty quick to get back with you and very professional. Shout out to Lindsay who probably deals with so many stressed out brides and still does whatever it takes to keep them satisfied!
Also, Brittany was awesome on the wedding day. She brought our bridal party appetizers to eat when we arrived to the venue, which I appreciated so much. I didn't even expect that, God knows how busy it gets on wedding day and no one has time to eat! I have been a bridesmaid in weddings that were awful for us because we are so busy all day that we don't get to eat until dinner.
We would definitely recommend Italian American Cultural Center to anyone!

My wedding was outstanding at the IACS, thanks to Alex's, Lindsey's and their staff's hard work. After looking at many venues, we decided on IACS in Clinton Twp because they offered more food for the price, I loved the outside ceremony location (which was very important to me) and I liked the idea that we could have the venue to ourselves if we booked both rooms. I will be honest and say that I wasn't impressed with their venue by looking at their website (back in 2015) and that was before they were on WeddingWire with the nicer pictures, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was when I went to visit the location in person. My guests have not stopped raving about the food! Many have said that it is the best they've ever had at a wedding and they liked that it wasn't typical wedding food. Our package came with 4 hor d'oeuvres but they actually served 5 instead. It seems they didn't have the 4th hor d'oeuvre we picked so instead they substituted it with 2 other ones, one of them being calamari and I am happy they did because our guests LOVED the calamari...said it was the best they've ever had. Many guests also said it was the fanciest wedding they've ever been to. My husband and I think what contributed to that is due to the decorations I picked (Top That Event), the string quartet (Rondo Quartet), but also because of the hor d'oeuvres being butler passed and the top notch service the hall provided. In addition, people raved about how beautiful the ceremony was. The pouring rain stopped a few hours before our ceremony began and the IACS staff did a great job of making sure the 190 chairs outside were set up and everything looked great. Alex even made sure there was a nice rug over a wet spot on the grass for us. And I can't forget to mention how much I appreciated Alex and Lindsey's flexibility and help with suggestions, switching things out, and answering the thousands of questions we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They both had great suggestions and were so easy to talk to. Lindsey was always available and easy to reach. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! It was so nice to work with a wedding coordinator who was always willing to listen to your ideas and suggest other great ideas of her own. It was absolutely gorgeous! Our guests also raved about how great the food was. It was fantastic! We received so many compliments about the wonderful food and the beautiful venue. I had my wedding ceremony, reception and wedding shower here. First of all, the staff is fantastic! They were so attentive and kind, even when I was having bridezilla moments, haha! The grounds are so beautiful. They really take pride in making sure everything is perfect. Most importantly though… the food! I’m a foodie so the food was very very important to me. It was top notch! I had the pleasure to meet with Chef Alex to plan our wedding day menu down to last detail. I was quite high maintenance about some things and he excelled every single expectation I had. We are STILL, almost a year later, getting compliments on the food and venue. We even got thank you cards from guests for being invited to such a beautiful wedding. Bravo IACS! Bravo!

If you are looking for a venue that is affordable, easy to work with, and superb food...then this is the place for you!! We had such a great wedding experience planning our wedding through this venue! They even have an outdoor patio over looking a pond that is beautiful and nice for your guests!

My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day for our wedding day, back in June. Everyone at IACS were amazing, to the managers Alex, Brittany, and Lindsey who were there for any questions I had during the planning process, to the night of there were there to help and answer every question. They also constantly checked on us to make sure things were going well. Our guest could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was, we had no left overs, many tables asked for seconds. We have heard nothing but amazing things from our guest, and how wonderful our wedding was. The Italian American Cultural Society played a huge part in making our day wonderful. My husband and I would choose them all over again, and defiantly recommend them to everyone. For both ceremony and reception everything went smoothly and was absolutely beautiful. Prices are very fair too, and lots of options to choose from.

I recently had my wedding reception and wedding shower at the IACS and I could not be happier with the service there. I know that you will not be disappointed either. The staff there could not have been more helpful on the day and every day throughout our planning process. The venue was beautiful and clean. The staff on the day of the event made sure that everything ran smoothly and that my guests and I were all happy. The food was absolutely delicious. My family and friends are still talking about how amazing the food was. We can not say enough nice things about this venue and their staff. We would definitely recommend this venue for any event you are considering. You will not be disappointed!

My wedding was Amazing!! It was more than I could have imagined! The staff at the Italian American Cultural Center were amazing to say the least. Lindsey was the one in charge of my wedding, she was so kind and was wanted to do what it would take to make my special day exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention we planned this wonderful wedding in a little over 2 months!! My guests couldn't believe we planned it in only two months! It honestly looked like we had been planning it for a lot longer. I know all my guests absolutely loved the Food! I still dream about the food it was that good. We had Cesar Salad to start off, then the amazing Chicken Florentine, Beef Tenderloin Tips, Fettuccine Alfredo which was delicious. And for sides we had the Parmesan Redskin Potatoes and Fresh Green beans with Butter and Garlic which are mouth watering!! I Highly Recommend the pizza for a late night snack it was so yummy! The Venue was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of beautiful places inside and outside to take lovely pictures that made our day even better! I absolutely love the Italian American Cultural Center and I definitely plan on going back for some of my Events in the future! I recommend using the IACS for any of your events! You guys are Amazing!!

The Italian American Cultural Society is an amazing place to have a wedding. Throughout the planning process Alex and Lindsey were amazing! They are both very kind, accommodating and flexible. I never felt stressed out or had to worry about anything at the hall. The night of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing- the manager that night was great! She checked in with my husband and I frequently to make sure everything was going as planned or to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

My husband an I were married in May. Our reception was held at the Italian American Cultural Center. Everything was beautiful. Alex and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Working with them was easy and stress free. They were very accommodating and flexible. I always felt confident that we were in the best of hands. Two months later my guests are still talking about how incredible the food and experience was. The cultural center itself is beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend them. They helped make our wedding perfect! My family has also been to the IACC for other events such as graduation and anniversary parties. All were also wonderful experiences. Everyone should check them out!

We had our wedding back in November 2015 and it was perfect. Lindsey and Alex and the rest of their staff was amazing. Everything was beautiful and just the way I had dreamed it to be. I never felt I had to worry about anything. The food was amazing. Our friends and families still talk about it every time we see them. I highly recommend this facility for your future events!!! You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all of you for your hard work and dedication!!!!

I had my wedding shower at IACS 8/01/2015 and wedding reception 9/12/2015. The facility is clean and beautiful. Guests remarked on how nice the outdoor patio was. And even spotted a deer on the other side of the pond! My husband and I lost count of the many wedding guests who came up to us raving about the delicious food. "I've never had such fabulous food at a wedding!", was a common statement throughout the night. One guest told me they usually spend more time at weddings drinking and socializing during dinner. She said "But at your wedding the food was so good that I actually sat and ate my whole meal!"
The manager, Alex, takes obvious pride in his work. He and his staff were flexible with our requests and always made themselves available for whatever we needed. The servers were polite and attentive and all of the small, minor details were treated as important as the major ones! We could not have been any happier!

My husband and I were thrilled with the turn out of our wedding. IACS staff made wedding planning so incredibly easy for us. We worked with Alex, the manager, and Lindsey, the wedding coordinator. Lindsey did an awesome job explaining the menu and helped us make the best decisions for our group of people. She was knowledgeable about the menu and spoke highly of the food. We were offered to try the food at a food tasting so we could pick our favorite dishes. Lindsey was helpful with sequencing the events of our wedding in a timely fashion. We had our guests fed with appetizers, drinks, and dinner, in time and we had just under 300 people! All of my guests were thrilled with the food and the wait staff were happy to bring out more of anything we asked. Service was quick and pleasant and was sure to be talked about the next day! Lindsey did an excellent job helping us select table cloths, linens, chair covers, bows, etc. for the day of the wedding. She was knowledgeable and helpful! We used the outdoor area to take pictures. It turned out amazing. We used the outdoor gazebo, the sidewalk behind the IACS, and the pond and field for some spectacular photos. My husband and I were very pleased with the grounds outdoors. Everything was clean and organized. Our cake was served in a timely manner and guests were pleased with the service. We had ice cream with our cake as well as an added bonus! Our wedding had about 300 guests and the dance floor and space was very accommodating for the size. We had excellent bar tenders and waitstaff. They earned every penny. When the wedding was over, the waitstaff even helped my mom and aunt take down all the centerpieces and help us store and box them up. Everything was a dream come true. Lindsey and Alex took great care of us prior to the wedding and made sure every detail was covered. We even had them help us with a slideshow presentation on a white screen while my husband and I danced with our parents. It was beautiful. THANKS, IACS!

My wedding was more than a dream come true thanks to the management and staff at the Italian American Cultural Center. There are so many great things I could say. What sticks out to me is how accommodating, flexible and personal they were. The week of the wedding we decided to move the ceremony indoor and our personal coordinator, Lindsey, went above and beyond to give us options and the look we wanted. I came nearly every day that week to bring in fabric and decorations and Lindsay was always there to help me or show me something new. The day of the wedding when I saw how everything came together, I couldn't stop smiling. Our guests kept telling us how elegant and perfect everything looked. And something they're still talking about is the FOOD. Being in an Italian family, we have high standards when it comes to what we eat. This is a place where your great Uncle from the old country will be more than satisfied. Friends and family are still talking about the Chicken Florentine, the focaccia bread and the Beef Wellington appetizer. And I'd definitely recommend the pizza for the late night snack... quite honestly, some of the best pizza I've had in my life. And not to mention, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful...Clean, high ceilings, lots of light indoor, and the perfect backdrop for pictures right outside. We wanted to have the ceremony in their outdoor pavillion, but it was just a little to hot that day. I'm glad we ended up having it inside because our guests could hear everything and didn't bake in the sun. Many of them went outside to enjoy the scenery at some point during the evening anyway and we still got to have the beautiful trees and pond as a perfect background for our photos. Overall, I couldn't recommend the Italian American Cultural Center enough. We'll definitely be back for our next big event. Thank you IACS management and staff!! You rock!
