Amazing Value!!!

When I lost my original band from my wedding set I was heartbroken.... the cost of replacing it just wasn’t something we were anticipating and I knew I just couldn’t find anything I would like in our budget. We visited Israel Diamond Supply (IDS) and were shocked at the HUGE selection and the affordability. I’m talking extremely affordable! So much so my husband started looking at other items for me and we ended up completely resetting my stone and I have a new ring with that I get complimented on weekly!

They weren’t pushy and took their time. Asked the right questions and had plenty for me to try on even with my larger ring size. My appraisal once completed was amazing. I’m the type of customer who automatically doubts the price, shops around, uses coupons and waits for those epic deals- no need here! Don’t hesitate. This place is the BEST!

Never buying a diamond elsewhere.

I got engaged 10 years ago. Then, IDS was amazing with my husband who is NOT a shopper. He raves about how helpful everyone was with picking out “the ring” and making him so comfortable. I love my ring now as much as I did when my husband proposed and am so happy with the years of outstanding customer service including cleanings, repairs, etc. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and willingness to help. My diamond earrings were also purchased here and we will never buy a diamond anywhere else. We’ve referred all friends and family to IDS and they have also had great experiences. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Israel Diamond Supply.

So amazing!

I can not recommend Israel Diamond Supply enough!!! They not only helped find the best setting for my diamond, they were so fun to work with! Also, they turn around time was much quicker than I expected.
I love that they are happy to clean my ring as well when I need it!

Would recommend Isreal Diamond Supply to anyone in the area! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They aren't pushy at all and really work to help you find something you love. They don't inflate their prices to give you a "discount" like other stores, so you get much more for your money here. You can create your own ring or buy one of the many that are ready to go. They even offered to overnight my ring if it had needed sized. We'll definitely be returning for future jewelry purchases.

Absolutely my most favorite people in the Tulsa Area!!! They are incredibly generous in their time spent with their customers...not to mention generous to our community with best prices around and donations to needy causes. Lori and her team make you feel as if you are the only lady in the world shopping at that moment! Very attentive, very polite, and great attention to all the details when picking out jewelry. Definitely the ONLY place our extended family and friends go to for jewelry!!! Best prices!!!!

Wonderful Experience! Professional to work with and the diamond was perfect. GIA certification and stone was a match and it has been valued at nearly double what retail would cost. I will come back to Israel for all of my diamond purchases. By the way- I bought this online, sight unseen by GIA cert and video images.

I had an amazing experience with Israel Diamond. The sales representatives that we worked with were very helpful and made sure we knew all the facts before making a purchase. They were not pushy in any way and even gave us several options to cut down on price. They even offered for us to take the diamond we were looking at outside to see the glimmer in a better light. I felt very trusted there. At the end of our visit we mentioned that my brother was serving in the military. When the owner heard this he immediately waved the extra fee for labor. He asked me my occupation and I shared with him that I was a teacher. He than presented me with a free pair of earrings. It felt so good to support a business that appreciates the work of others as well. I highly recommend this establishment.

My fiancé and I wanted to share our amazing experience!
Brian- Lori at Israel Diamond was recommended to me by a co-worker, who raved about his experience with her. I contacted Lori inquiring about an engagement ring for my now fiancée, knowing absolutely nothing about rings or the buying process. Not only did she make the buying process effortless, she took the time on multiple occasions to educate me. It was immediately clear that she was very passionate about diamonds, and her objective was to make sure I got what I wanted rather than just making a sale. I ended up paying much less for a GIA stone than I could find anywhere else that exceeded my expectations, 10 fold. My fiancée can hardly go anywhere without getting complements on her ring. Courtney - Brian completely surprised me with the perfect proposal and the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. My wedding was 3 years ago (4/27/13) and I probably should have reviewed Israel before now, but I was just telling someone where we got my ring and thought I should review. First, let me say that my husband spent a long time looking for the perfect diamond with the help of staff at Israel. They showed him many options and when the perfect stone was found... the rest of the process went very smoothly (I'm told, I had NO CLUE). My ring is a round solitaire on a white gold band. It's absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted, even if I didnt realize it.

The stone is perfect and it sparkles brighter than other rings I've seen. It's been 3 year and I STILL get so many compliments on it. Anytime it needs to be cleaned or inspected, we just pay for shipping and its returned very quickly, looking amazing.

I really can't recommend Israel Diamond Supply enough--even if you don't live in Tulsa! My husband and I live in Kansas City and the whole process was done long distance with no issues.

My boyfriend and I have been shopping for the perfect piece for over a year now and we keep going back to Isreal Diamond. We find that they don't attack us as soon as we walk in or show us jewelry we are not intested in. They listen to our likes and dislikes and don't make us feel pressured. Every time we walk in they are friendly and let us look around. Isreal has by far the best prices in the Tulsa area. Why pay double for a piece when you can get it for a fraction at Isreal. Trust me, we have shopped around to all the big name jewelry stores and have not only seen huge prices but major pressure to buy. The experience has been the opposite at Isreal. I will recccomend Isreal Diamond to anyone who wants no pressure, and a VERY reasonably priced jewerly experience. A huge Thank You to Lori Simms for her assistant in our purchase of my dream ring!!

Fantastic service! My fiance went without me to pick out my ring and the staff was incredibly helpful and gave him great information! They picked out a beautiful ring! And when we went to pick out wedding bands they were able to give us exactly what we wanted and got them to us in half the time estimated.

Amazing experience with Israel Diamonds. Wouldn't go anywhere else. When my engagement ring was too big they ordered me a new one and gave me a plastic sizer so that I could continue to wear it while I waited for the new one to come in. They understand how important they are to you. When the new one came in they reset my center stone in just a couple of days and got it right back to me. We looked every where for the perfect band because I had something very particular in mind and we weren't able to find it anywhere. Went back to Israel diamonds and they had exactly what I was looking for. Amazing service!!! I can just walk in anytime and they will clean them for me at no charge. They always look like new when I leave. So very happy with the product and the service. An amazing value too. When we got my engagement ring appraised for insurance it was worth nearly twice what he paid for it.

My fiance and I didn't need to look anywhere else for an engagement ring. I wanted to use my grandmother's wedding band and they helped me find a diamond and band style that matched it seamlessly. When the ring arrived it was only slightly too big and they custom fit it between sizes for me in no time at all. The owner is a kind, business savvy man. I would recommend them over and over.

I can't say enough good things about Israel Diamond! My fiance and I had our ring custom designed at another jewelry store, but they neglected to inform us of the risks associated with our design. When we brought the setting in to buy the center stone, we received the most amazing service! It wasn't their job to inform us of the prong risk, but they did, which means they CARED! They did let us know that we would have to sign a waiver if we left with a diamond in the setting, and they even reset a QUALITY prong setting for us that looked great with the design. If I would have known all this, we would have designed our custom ring with Israel Diamond FIRST! I had no idea you can get a custom design there. Not only did they help fix the prong design issue, but they used their experience to find a better looking diamond cut for the ring setting. We are SO COMPLETELY happy with our purchase. Not only quality, but for the PRICE, you can't beat Israel Diamond. We are looking forward to coming back and buying our wedding bands.

This past fall I bought my future wife's engagement ring from Lori at Israel Diamond. I came in with a design that I had in mind and they were able to custom make me the perfect ring for my fiancé. I was inexperienced with buying wedding rings and jewelry but felt completely comfortable. They answered all the questions that I had. I got an incredible diamond for an amazing price! Most importantly my fiancé said "yes" and is in love with the ring.
I just recently went back to get our wedding bands, and they were just as helpful as before! They are custom making the wedding band in order for it to lay perfectly against the engagement ring.

Overall the experience has been great! I feel like I was treated fairly and they did an amazing job making sure we got just what we wanted for our big day. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a great deal for an amazing diamond, and also loves great customer care.

A Superior Engagement Experience

Israel Diamond Supply (IDS) is the only jewelry store that I will trust. I had the pleasure of spending hours with IDS President, Adel, and Lori as they gave me a free education on our diamond and setting options. After making the most symbolic purchase of my life IDS suggested I shop around at local competitors. It only took one visit to a larger, local chain of jewelry stores for me to realize that I saved over $4,000 by buying at IDS. I have the utmost gratitude for IDS as their business gave our family a head start on a better financial future.

There are three reasons why I chose IDS; 1. After weeks of research I had decided that IDS was the best place to go for a personal, professional experience. 2. Through my time as a graduate assistant I was introduced to the IDS business model built with us, their customers, in mind. 3. Finally, 15 years ago my fiancée’s parents had their rings made by IDS so when I asked my fiancée’s father for his daughter’s hand, I already knew where we would go for our rings.

What we weren't expecting, was equally unbeatable customer service and a world class shopping experience!! My partner and I went into Israel on a Saturday afternoon. My biggest fear going into it all was that I was going to be judged walking in the door being a same-sex couple, but instead we were approached with a contagious smile and guided to feel warmed and welcomed. We were given instructions on how to find the perfect ring, and more importantly, left to ourselves to share this special moment without being pushed. It didn't feel like a sale, even a little bit. It felt as if we were sharing the same investment and that they were just as excited as we were to get married. I followed up with an email because so be it, I wanted to pop the question that following Friday, and they were so very prompt with a response and made sure it was everything I ever wanted. I was clueless about diamond quality and worth, and when I went to pick up the ring they were happy to walk me through each and every piece of the diamond, they were also happy to go over every piece of paperwork and make sure I got everything I needed to go to my insurance company and I was 100% satisfied with my entire experience. I loved every bit of working with this company, it was wonderful!

You will not find a better deal than at Israel Diamond Supply. They found me a 1.8 carat ring at nearly half the normal price. Their staff is spectacularly helpful. Save yourself days of researching and just buy from Israel Diamond.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Rena assist us in selecting a solitaire diamond ring. After 35 years of marriage my husband wanted to get me a "official" engagement ring. He diligently looked up information about buying diamonds and learned as much as possible about the 4 C's -carat, cut, clarity and cost. We looked around for GIA certified diamonds and compared quality versus cost at a number of stores in town. With the website and Rena's advice, we were able to select the diamond we wanted and had it sent to the store to be mounted. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. With Rena's experience and professionalism we walked away very happy customers.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here. He had a great experience working with the owner. When I went back to have my ring sized, I was worried it would take a while and I was only going to be in Tulsa for one day. They took my ring from a 5.5 to a 4.5 and had it ready for me the next day and were extremely pleasant to deal with. We plan on purchasing wedding bands from there too.

I want to thank you and your entire staff for the amazing job that they have done in selling me a piece of family history in the making. Lori, the sales person called and explained it to my wife and I about a question that we had about the ring.
This ring is a special piece for us. Recently we had our house broken into and all of my wife's jewelry except for the main diamond part of her wedding band and a necklace that our son gave her before he died a few years ago was taken. It just so happens that we will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year and she deserves a beautiful ring. She has been there for the loss of our only son, the raising of our children and the raising of a special needs child and I can not imagine anyone except her to spend my life with.
Your staff has went over and beyond anything that I expected from a jewelry store. We shopped around at quite a few stores before we came to your store and no one compared.

Following up on a recommendation from a friend, I called Israel Diamond Supply and spoke with Adel about what I was looking for. Right away he was sending pictures to me of rings they had in store. After deciding which style I wanted, I drove to Tulsa from out of town and picked out the stone I wanted to put in platinum. The service and everyone in the store was was terrific. Lori helped me finalize everything and assured me that they could have the ring I wanted built before the day I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. The ring was finished ahead of time and I made the drive back to pick it up within a week. Needless to say, she loved the ring and we will be getting married. I'm glad I did business with Israel Diamond, and will hopefully get to do it again in 50 years when we renew our vows. Thank you IDS!!!

First let me say, I have gotten so many compliments on how much my ring sparkles!

My husband got my ring from them, and they shipped it all the way to VA, and when it didn't quite fit, they paid the shipping to have it mailed back to re-size it! He paid about half what he would have paid at the more major retailers, for the same quality, cut and karat! It's absolutely beautiful!

We also got our wedding bands there. They offer a wide variety of both plain and elaborate bands, with or without diamonds. And you get a free cleaning once a year for the life of the ring! I highly recommend!

Israel Diamond Supply is a FANTASTIC place to purchase wedding and engagement rings! My husband had my engagement ring custom made and the quality of the diamonds and the work are amazing! We paid less than half of what the other jewelry stores would have charged us for a smaller, lower quality ring. My wedding band is gorgeous too! The first piece of jewelry I received from IDS was my engagement ring. It is gorgeous! That was almost 7 years ago. I still find my self admiring it and receive praise on my engagement ring and wedding band almost everywhere I go. We have since made them our only jeweler. Over the years my collection has grown to include "push presents", diamond earrings, knecklaces, etc...and every time we get exactly what we want for a price that is well within our budget. I have never had a problem with any of the salespeople and in fact feel that I am greeted like an old friend when I enter the store. I am saddened to see when others have given IDS a bad review. My fiance and I stopped by Israel's one day to just look at rings, so that I could find out what styles I liked best, as he was going to do the finally selecting of the ring. Even though we were not buying anything, which they knew up front, the individual that helped us was willing to focus their attention on our needs and questions without treating us as though we not important because we were not making a purchase that day. When it came time to buy the ring, the individual helping my fiance spent extra time with him, describing the different qualities that go into choosing a diamond and allowed him to select from a few options that had been chosen based on his requests. The only reason that I gave less that 5 stars in because there is one individual who has been slightly grumpy and hateful when I have gone in to get my ring cleaned, even though the cleanings are free with a purchase. She has a tendency to make us feel as though we are wasting her time. Other than this, everything is great! The people, the quality, everything!

My fiancé had my ring made in yellow gold and it was exactly what I wanted. With the exception it was not my size at all. It had accidentally been made about 3 sizes too big. Isreal was more than happy to have it remade. But it took WEEKS longer than anticipated. But I finally got it in the right size and the diamond was set differently and I was so bummed because I didn't like it that way. I sent it back again. It took everyone so long to relay what I wanted and nobody ever got back with me. By the time someone finally got Adel on the phone I was very clearly upset. He assured me he would personally set it and return it. And he did. With a beatiful ring as a gift as well. I immediately felt better about everything. My ring was micro pave and before two months of having it a diamond fell out. I went to Tulsa and met with Adel and explained I can't deal with stones falling out often. I want a ring I can just love and wear and not have to get it checked or worry about it. He laid out options for me and told me how much stronger each option would be. I picked the setting that looked just like my ring but it has visible prongs not whispy micro prongs. I LOVE this ring! It's visibly stronger. It even feels more durable. It also maintained the same look. It looks delicate and stunning. If Adel had not been patient and accomdating I wouldn't have had my problem solved. He really makes Israel Diamond a great place to get a ring. I have this ring forever and he took the extra time to make it perfect.

They have a huge selection, and very helpful associates. My husband got my engagment ring from them first and we didn't even think about going somewhere else for our wedding bands. You can get different kinds of care plans that allow you to take your rings in every 6 months for their "Check ups", polishing, making sure everything is still tight and in place, things like that. They were a bit on the high price side but all of there rings are beautiful and great quality

They claim to sell their diamonds at wholesale prices and I believe it. If you compare similar pieces at other retail jewelers, you will be surprised at how much less they are at IDS. The quality is much better here as well.

However, be sure to place your order as early as possible. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and it ended up being almost 10 weeks.

The sales process was very low pressure. I had a specific set of stone requirements and once I established that I wouldnt go below the requirements I got exactly what we were looking for in a very short time and for an excellent price.

The lady who helped us pick an engagement ring was amazing. However, I have had to take my engagement ring back 3 times in the first 3 months because diamonds kept falling out. Finally they put in more prongs and I have not had an issue. I recently got my wedding band made with my grandmother's 1940s Single Cut diamonds. I had 2 extra in case I lost any diamonds. I came to pick up my finished ring and there was only 1 diamond extra in the bag. I am glad I checked it before I left as I might have never gotten my other diamond back. Apparently the jeweler left it on his desk...but I had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it? They didn't even apologize. Costumer service could be better when they mess up. Overall, the rings are decently priced compared to most places but check everything.

I LOVE my engagement ring that my fiancé purchased at Israel. From what I understand it's a great value for the quality of diamond I was given. We went back to look at wedding bands and I think they judged us immediately upon arrival and so our quality of service was horrible. We were ready to custom make pieces and make a purchase that day. Because of the horrible service we received we walked out and we will not be returning. We look extremely young and we happen to just be in jeans and t-shirts from running around town that day. I suggest to dress up to go in there if you are serious about purchasing. That's sad, I know. My parents were also with us and they called it as soon as they saw how we were treated.

I received my engagement ring and wedding band from Israel Diamonds. If you want high quality diamonds this is where you want to go. Nothing is cheap but you are getting good quality. Depends on your priorities. The staff can be helpful at times but if they think you aren't buying, they won't help you very long. They also missized my wedding band so my rings are two different sizes. Be prepared to wait a month for any customization to be complete.

I had previously heard great things about Israel Diamond Supply, and the first time I went in the salesmen I spoke with wasn't very friendly or helpful, but we managed to find the perfect ring. When i went back later to purchase it, it was gone and the salesman refused to stay within my price range. He pushed me towards rings that were $1000 over my range and refused to help me look at rings that were less. Even after I told him I would leave if he tried to sell me a ring that much again he still told me it wasn't that much more and i got so frustrated I just walked out on him. He was horrible and made my experience terrible. I drove all the way to Tulsa from OKC for nothing.

Israel Diamond (Tulsa, OK) has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. My wife and I had been customers for nearly seven years, and we will never set foot inside the store again. We dropped off several rings for resizing and refurbishing and when we received our rings back, my wife's wedding band had been mistakenly sized up to my ring size. I called to ask how to get the ring fixed and was chewed out by the saleswoman and the owner! They didn't want to accept the blame for the mistake and they had the nerve to yell at me to "stop talking" when I tried to explain the situation. They eventually tried to buy me off with a $100 check, claiming it would be plenty enough for a resize at another jeweler. When my wife and I went to another jeweler, they told us it would cost $600 to fix what Israel Diamond had done to the ring. It was abundantly clear that they used underhanded business practices to try to get out of fixing their costly mistake. And the real insult was that they tried to blame me for the error and their aggressively rude attitude. Do yourself a favor. Ask any jeweler in Oklahoma about Israel Diamond's reputation for burning their customers, and just see if you want to buy from them.
