  Just perfect!

  This was the best experience ever! Everything that was promised was delivered and it was so stress free. Robert always responded immediately after any questions I would have and the ceremony was exactly what we had envisioned! Kahala beach was breathtaking and the photographer was the nicest man and very professional. We went with the package with the limo and also requested a circle of flower petals. Just perfect!

  I cannot express in words how lucky me and now my wife had choosing Islander Wedding to help us celebrate our wedding in Hawaii. Robert is so professional and passionate about what he does. We got the Full package with the Limo, Kulele, Photo on the beatifull Makappu beach and everything was above and beyond our expectation. Robert was so flexible to attend our needs that I truly believe that was God who choose him and his company for us. You Rock Robert

  So happy with our whole experience!

  It was incredible working with Robert and Naomi! I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a dream Hawaii wedding experience without the stress that comes from planning a larger wedding. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, truly professional, and will treat you like family. I happened upon Islander Weddings in a google search when we decided to plan a small elopement due to uncertainty with Covid 19. We ultimately booked with them because of their quick responses and willingness to provide guidance even though we hadn’t even secured our date yet. They surpassed the other companies I reached out to and they bent over backwards to make sure we had the exact date, location and experience we desired. Everything went so smoothly throughout the whole process and we got to focus on the excitement and enjoying a laid back vacation rather than getting bogged down with details and logistics. The ceremony was perfect, the ukulele was played beautifully, the photographer captured everything just right, and the videographer blew us away. I highly recommend upgrading to the videography package. We will have beautiful memories of our wedding forever and we can’t thank Robert and Naomi enough for providing us with the stress-free wedding of our dreams. We also set up a live stream using the LoveCast app which allowed us to include our family and friends who couldn’t attend. It wasn’t how I expected our wedding planning to go because of a global pandemic, but if I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing!!

  Islander Weddings is the BEST!!!

  Robert with Islander Weddings performed our ceremony on 9/6/19 at Makapu'u Beach and we COULD NOT be more pleased with how everything turned out!!!! Our wedding was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and EVERYTHING we had dreamed it could be!!!
  Little did he know that we had done months of research and comparisons of the 100+ wedding vendors available on the island of Oahu! I am so happy that we decided to go with Islander Weddings!!! Robert and his team of professionals did not disappoint!!!
  Robert impressed me from day one by being very responsive, patient and understanding to my plethora of emails with questions and concerns, as we were planning this destination wedding from 4800 miles away, but also on a predetermined budget. He worked with us to create a package that was PERFECT to our wants and needs, then he and his team made our dream come to fruition!!! 😁
  We arrived on the beach never having met Robert or his team in person, but was immediately set at ease that there was no need to worry!! We were in great hands and had the BEST day of our lives!!!! 😁
  Mahalo to Robert for making our dream wedding come true flawlessly, to Kaipo for playing your Ukelele and singing so beautifully and to Marty and Michelle for capturing and producing STUNNING videos and pictures of our special day!!! Many blessings to you ALL!!!! 💗

  Wow, we couldn't have had a better experience! Robert was organised and lovely from our first contact and beyond. He was so relaxed and nothing was too much a bother for him! He planned our wedding ceremony perfectly as we imagined and it ran beautifully! He works with great vendors- our photographer and videographer were amazing, Ellworth was awesome and fun! Naomi's singing voice is beautiful. The flower isle and decor was beautiful. On the day Robert made sure everything ran smoothly and did it ever- it was perfect. He was truely happy to be there and so lovely. We are so so happy and thankful to Robert and his team for our wedding ceremony, it was beyond what we hoped for and we can't recommended him enough to anyone reading this review. You will be truly looked after in all the small details of your wedding ceremony. Robert cares that everything is done as planned and you have a good experience down to the smallest details. He cared what way the wind blew in my hair and veil and organised the ceremony accordingly- I wouldn't have even thought of that but it made such a difference! He directed the proceedings perfectly and in such a welcoming way. It was like having another friend at our ceremony! Thank you always Robert!

  Fantastic!

  We're an older couple, first time for both of us to be married. Went with IslanderWeddings based on the reviews. Totally met our expectations! We picked Makapu'u Beach - gorgeous setting on the beach with lava rocks around/ocean behind. Robert did a great job officiating - ukele player was great with traditional songs - and now just waiting for the photos! Very easy to work with and everything went smoothly.

  Dream Wedding Check!

  My husband & I are from Philadelphia and have always had our hearts set on marrying in Hawaii- well more me;) We are lucky enough to have family as well in Oahu. Once I found Islander Weddings all the planing could happen. Robert answering the million questions I had even with the six hour time difference quickly and extremely detailed.
  The wedding day was flawless. Picture perfect. Amazing company to work with, amazing prices, amazing photography. Wish we could get married every year.

  Islander Weddings did an EXCEPTIONAL job with our 25 year wedding vow renewal! Our daughter worked with Robert, our Minister, to surprise us with an anniversary to remember forever! Naomi sang us a beautiful Hawaiian wedding song and played the ukulele... her voice was like an angel singing! Our photographers were OUTSTANDING! They helped us feel extremely comfortable and took special photos that we requested, like writing in the sand along the shoreline (a thank you note to our daughter)! Our limousine driver Scott was on time and drove us through the most beautiful scenic route to our destination of Waimanalo beach! Afterward Scott dropped us off at “the top of Waikiki” a rotating restaurant which was also AMAZING! We truly could not of had a more memorable and beautiful day! Mahalo to Islander Weddings!

  We are a military couple stationed on Oahu and chose to have an intimate wedding ceremony with our family and friends at Waimanalo Beach. Everything from the quick responsiveness to the personalization of our ceremony to the ukulele musician and the photographer was top notch and completely worth every penny. Islander weddings offered the best value and we were more than satisfied and grateful for everything our package included. I have to give a quick shout out to Jolene the photographer who did a phenomenal job and had our pictures edited and ready for printing just 3 days after the wedding. Thank you Robert, Jolene and Islander Weddings for making our day everything we had dreamed of!

  We recently got married in Hawaii and Robert was our celebrant. We organised everything from over 5,000 miles away in Sydney, and after corresponding with Robert over a few emails the whole thing was sorted. Nothing too big. No request too hard. He made the process so easy and stress free. And the day? The best day of our lives. And it went off without a hitch, it was absolutely perfect. Robert’s beautiful and kind words along with the way the ceremony was structured and the music was beyond what words can describe. We would recommend Robert to anyone in a heartbeat, you won’t find someone with that level of service who makes it so easy anywhere else. Robert, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

  My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in beautiful Oahu on November 18 2017. It was an absolutely beautiful day. Robert, performed a beautiful and touching ceremony and was also great to involve our two young boys. Naomi sang beautifully and added such a great energy to the occasion.
  From the moment I first reached out to Islander Weddings to inquire about the process, nothing was too much trouble. All communication was prompt, friendly and very accommodating. Any concerns about me trying to arrange a vow renewal while being overseas was quickly alleviated with the absolute professionalism and amazing customer service. Even when we arrived, on the island, we were contacted promptly to see how our trip was going so far and if Islander Weddings could support us even more than they already had. We were given great directions to the agreed vow renewal destination (Waialae Beach).
  Lastly, Michelle the professional photographer we had on the day was incredible and the photos she took really captured just how beautiful the day was for us.
  
  I would highly recommend Islander Weddings to anyone looking to have their special day celebrated in the way it deserves to be celebrated.

  Thank You Robert Roche for making our special day perfect, I highly recommend you, everything was amazing, you are amazing, Our special day of our 25 year Vow renewal was May 17,2017 on the Beach as requested the photographer Jolene made our event even better, she is top notch, I highly recommend her, super great job, I love you all so much, because I have no complaints at all, everything went perfect, I can't get the smile off my face still, especially when I look at our pictures everyone of them is just perfect!!   I am from Australia and when I decided that Hawaii was the place for my wedding I had to get googling.. I am a perfectionist so when I decided to go with Islander Weddings I knew I had made the right decision! Robert responded to all my emails quickly and efficiently.. When I made a quick trip over to Hawaii 6weeks before my big day I met with Robert! He is one of the most nicest person you will ever meet.. he is so calm and genuine and just made everything flow for our wedding day.. words can not express how happy we were with how our wedding went.. we had a ukulele performermer and a hula girl.. we were married to the Hawaiian Wedding song and everything was amazing.. Robert performed the ceremony and his words were so kind and just beautiful.. we honestly cannot Thank him enough.. wonderful organisation

  Aloha! Our wedding experience with Robert Roche and his beautiful and talented wife Naomi was outstanding, they are both very professional, friendly and a lot of fun as well. The ceremony was beautiful!, and the location Ala Moana Beach Park was amazing!, such a wonderful afternoon with a gorgeous sunset it was!. Naomi played the ukelele and sang some traditional and spiritual Hawaiian wedding songs during the ceremony, she has a beautiful voice which was very soothing and calming exactly what a nervous about to be married couple needed. The photographer Jolene was amazing as well, gorgeous pictures!. We were married on March 18th, 2017. I give all credit to my lovely husband who googled wedding planners and thank God he came across islanderweddings.com, we couldn't believe how reasonably priced islander weddings was, we were expecting a much higher price tag. We had talked in the past of what type of wedding we wanted to have and everything that was discussed was made possible and we have Robert to thank for that! He made all of the arrangements and was helpful in the decision making process, you can reach him by e-mail or phone and he is very prompt at getting back to you immediately. I would absolutely recommend Islander Weddings to anybody wanting to get married in paradise!

  I surprised my wife with a vowel renewal and Robert did an amazing job. He was great communicating via email and phone and had everything ready for us when we arrived. He performed a very heartfelt ceremony and the ukulele player was wonderful. I highly recommend Islander Weddings!

  This couple officiated and played at our wedding. It was lovely and they were so warm and wonderful to work with. I was a little nervous because we came from Colorado and didn't have time to meet them but they were wonderful and felt like family!! Loved having them as part of our wedding.

  Coming from the East coast of the main land, I was leery about doing business online with someone so far away, but Robert and Naomi did not disappoint me at all. They were on time and ready for my vow renewal ceremony. They accommodated my requests, included my parents and even had umbrellas for me to hide under because it rained before we started. (It also rained on my actual wedding day which is good luck). The ceremony was beautiful and the photographer got some really good shots. I received my pictures not long after we got home from our trip.

  Robert and Naomi were amazing and John the photographer is awesome!!!! I planned everything over the phone with Robert he answered all my questions, brought my bouquet to the beach! We got our CD with all our great pictures in a week!! We couldn't have had a more perfect ceremony! So thrilled I found them online!!   Rob and Naomi were so helpful when we were planning our wedding. Having never been to Hawaii, I had no idea what location to pick. Rob helped me pick out a beach near where we were staying at the Kahala. They gave us step by step instructions on what we needed to do to have our marriage license ready for the big deal (so helpful!). The ceremony was beautiful - it just flew by, I wish I could go back and do it on slow-motion! I am so happy with Islander Weddings - they picked out the perfect beach for our ceremony, gave us a lovely ceremony, and made the day that little bit less stressful that it needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

  Aloha! Our wedding experience with Robert and Naomi was outstanding, they are both very professional and a lot of fun as well. The ceremony was beautiful and the location was nothing short of amazing. Naomi played the ukele and sang during the ceremony, she has a beautiful voice which was very soothing and calming since we were both a nervous wreck, we were married on my husbands birthday and they sang happy birthday to him at the end which I thought was very thoughtful! My husband planned this engagement and wedding as a surprise to me! He was referred to Robert from someone local on the island. He said he couldn't believe how reasonably priced islander weddings was he was expecting a much higher price tag. We had also talked in the past of what type of wedding we wanted to have and everything that was discussed was made possible and we have Robert to thank for that! He made all of the arrangements and was helpful in the decision making process.   Our wedding was exactly as we wanted it. Small and intimate. Robert and Naomi made it such a special day for us. They were both so warm and friendly. Robert suggested a gorgeous beach where four turtles happened to show up and stay for the ceremony. Naomi's music made the ceremony even more special. As part of the package we chose, Robert took pictures for us and we were very happy with them.

  I have called a few Wedding Performers before deciding and they are all fairly good but it was Robert's warmth, professionalism, and promptness made me picked him. He was very efficient, kind and his wife Naomi and the photographer John, were just as wonderful. Our ceremony was a very simple one, just how we liked it. We had it at Waimanalo and the place was perfect, the day was perfect! Thank you Robert, Naomi and John.

  Robert & Naomi planned and presided over our small wedding ceremony on Oahu at Haleiwa Beach on 11/12/14. They were laid back, professional, on top of things and pleasant to work with. We had a snafoo with the location, as a winter swell came in and washed away our original location. Robert stayed calm and picked a new location that was perfect and beautiful. We got our license, photos and video w/in weeks of our ceremony, to our delight!!! The photos and video were great!!! Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would recommend Robert & Naomi to anyone looking for a laid back Hawaiian beach wedding! Mahalo:)

  We absolutely loved our wedding, and Robert and Naomi were a big part about why it was so great. Robert was so friendly and relaxed, he felt just like one of the family. And Naomi's singing and ukulele playing was beautiful and really made our wedding feel like a Hawaiian experience. Robert answered all of our questions before hand over email, and everything was very easily organised (we were coming from Australia). We picked a package with a limo and photographer and both were great. The drive to Waimanalo was beautiful and we enjoyed a champagne in the limo on the way back to Waikiki with my sister and cousins. The Photographer was friendly and all the photos turned out great. We just received a CD in the mail this week and have had them on a slide show ever since. Thanks again Robert and Naomi, you made is a very special day!

  Robert and Naomi make such a great team and were both a calming presence at the start of our wedding. We both loved that the ceremony was short and sweet, and Robert took into account all of the requests about wording, etc, that we'd mentioned. Naomi played and sang beautifully, and it really fit the mood we were looking for in a north shore Hawaiian wedding. Plus it eliminated any concern about choosing songs for processional/recessional - it was great to have a talented live musician there! Thanks so much to you both.

  We had a truly wonderful experience with Islander Weddings. Our families (from both America and Japan) we very impressed with the experience Islander Weddings created for us. My wife and I had been considering a beach wedding on Oahu for quite a while. Islander Weddings made the planning process very easy and straight forward.   As everyone knows planning for a wedding can be very stressful, however with the right partners it can also be an event full of wonderful memories.   We would like to thank Robert for a very memorable wedding ceremony. We thought we would have problems finding an Officiant since we wanted to get married on New Year's Day but he agreed without hesitation. We told him what we wanted and he gave us the perfect recommendations for the time of day and the location on the island that would best suit our request. We had a beautiful sunset wedding. We were able to capture the most amazing wedding photos and were pleased with every aspect of the ceremony. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get married in Hawaii.   Ciao a tutti,
  plan a wedding is very hard. Imagine when we decided to get married to Honolulu, so far from Italy and we had to organize all in 3 months.
  Everything seemed so difficult, until we did not find "Islander Wedding". I asked some informations and Robert solved all my perplexities.
  We came to Honolulu in 3 (myself, my boy-friend and my little niece Beatrice).
  Robert and Naomi have had a very important role (in additional to celebrate our marriage), they have been our family for a day, so that we did not feel so much the nostalgia of our family so far from us.
  Wayalae beach was fantastic. The cerimony was wonderful with naomi's musics and songs.
  Video and photos are beautiful.
  I was worried that the certificate of marriage with apostille (necessary in Italy for recognizing the marriage) does not arrive, but Robert readily solved this problem.

  Robert Roche is an amazing Officiant and his wife Naomi is a beautiful and talented musician with a lovely voice. We were so fortunate that Robert could conduct our wedding ceremony. We wanted a very small, private ceremony and it was very last minute as well. We approached Robert and he was able to accomodate us at the requested day and time. Robert directed us to their website http://www.islanderweddings.com which has very detailed information about their wedding plans. Our plan included two lovely leis, and beutiful singing in Hawaiian by Robert's wife Naomi. We couldn't wish for anyone better! Robert was very personable and accomodating, and he has the most amazing blue eyes :) Both Robert and Naomi have a soft, pleasant and positive energy about them. Robert gave a beautiful and memorable speech about love and marriage. And at the end of our ceremony, Robert and Naomi gave us a Commemorative Wedding Certificate and a very cute gift. It was magical! We loved them both and would highly recommend their services to anyone getting married in Hawaii.

  Robert was very helpful before the wedding, helping me plan our last minute intimate ceremony. I didn't know anything about what I needed to do and he guided me through. At the ceremony He and his wife were dressed very nicely and performed a beautiful ceremony. Very nice very helpful!

  Amazing! From the beginning, Robert was very helpful and responsive to our questions and emails. He continued to check in with us as the date came closer which was extremely reassuring. This quality of service continued the day of the ceremony as well. Speaking with Robert for a few minutes prior to the ceremony it was clear that he and his wife Naomi genuinely enjoy what they do, and truly care about their customer's experience. The ceremony was perfect and Naomi's ukulele and singing was an added value. Even after the ceremony Robert and Naomi stuck around to offer support, which included Naomi continuing to help my wife with her dress for our photos. With the overwhelming amount of wedding vendors in Hawaii, we are so thankful for coming across Islander Weddings, we can't imagine there being anyone better!

  Planning a wedding is a task and a half as it stands let alone doing it all from abroad. My now husband and I chose Hawaii as our destination for a number of reasons and are so grateful we met the perfect person to guide us and assist in the co ordination of what turned out to be the most perfect day of our life to date. I spent countless hours online searching for the right vendors to use and after a few bad experiences, i finally found Robert from Islander Weddings! I am not sure exactly how, but it was most rewarding that we did.
  Robert was prompt and informative with his correspondence and nominated his own personal time to scout for the perfect location. He listened to us and exceeded our expectations by dedicating his time and effort to this project as if it were his own.
  We will never forget his contribution to helping our overseas wedding be everything we had hoped for. We are forever thankful!

  We had decided to have a small family wedding and came across Robert’s website. When I was corresponding with him via email about the plan that we had in mind, Robert was very prompt, informative and always showed professionalism. Robert even called us the night before the wedding day in order to make sure everything was going as planned. One of the absolute bonuses was his wife playing the Ukulele and singing a Hawaiian song with Robert at the wedding. It was thrown in at no extra charge! We often listen to this song on Youtube to remind us of the wonderful day that we had. Highly recommend to all.

The limo and photographer he provided were both excellent. His lovely wife played the ukulele and sang during the ceremony.   Robert and Naomi made our wedding very special. Robert met with us a few days before the ceremony to get to know us and find out what our needs were. We had a simple and beautiful service at Waimanalo Beach. Robert and Naomi knew which part of the beach would give us the most privacy. We had a large part of the beach to ourselves. Robert's word were touching and Naomi's singing and ukelele playing were so very beautiful. Robert hired our photographer for us, and he was amazing. Robert and Naomi were very sweet. They spent time with my parents while my husband and I were having our couple's photos taken. Naomi made a beautiful case for the CD of our photos. I highly recommend Robert and Naomi of Islander Weddings.

  It was awesome working with Robert & Naomi. I had many questions and Robert could answer them all. Robert had us picked up at our hotel in a 6 wheel stretch Cadillac Escalade limo brought us to Waimanalo beach where Naomi sang beautifully and played the ukulele. Robert also supplied us with the photographers which were husband and wife team. We have only seen 2 pics so far from our wedding and they are sooooo unbelievable, looks like shots from a magazine. We can't wait to see the rest of them. If you are looking for a laid back comfortable easy going ceremony then Robert and Naomi are the ones to choose.

  We found Robert and Naomi while looking for a reasonably priced officiant to marry us in a non-religious ceremony at a vacation rental property. They were lovely to work with and I'm very happy with the choice we made. Robert did a very nice service and his wife Naomi's beautiful singing gave a nice Hawaiian touch to the ceremony and stopped us from having to decide on processional and recessional music. We went for the islander extra plan so that we could get some professional photos without spending a fortune but given the price and the fact that we only had an hour with them we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised! We had not one but two photographers (husband and wife) show up and they were wonderful. They put a lot of work into getting all the shots we wanted and recommending various angles and backdrops based on their expertise.
