I had a wonderful experience with Invitations For Less. My invitations turned out exactly the way I imagined them. Dan was patient and spent a lot of time with my mom and me, answering all of our questions. Dan got back to me very quickly when I emailed questions and called me right away when the invitations arrived. It was nice to have a real person to guide us and make sure every detail was perfect. I would highly recommend!

We have worked with Dan & Kathy for wedding invitations for all three weddings in my family--both my sisters and I just mailed out the invitations for my wedding. We have had the best experience and highly recommend working with them. Dan & I have gotten along so well and he let me dream up all the different things I wanted for my invitation and listened and patiently worked with my mom and I as we designed the perfect invitation--we had the best time. I even brought my groom along for one of the appointments and Dan made it so much fun. We so appreciate the hours he spent and the hard work he put in with the vendors to ensure the invitations turned out just the way we wanted. They are beautiful invitations and are exactly what I wanted our wedding to encompass--can't wait to use the invitation theme as the focal point for our decorations. So looking forward to putting our programs together with Kathy, as well! Thank you so much!

I was very impressed with Invitations for Less. I had been searching the Internet for invitations and became very frustrated when I couldn't touch and feel the invitations. IFL had many invitations to touch and feel before making the big decision. They were very professional and walked me through a maze of decisions with clarity and ease. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth stress-free process. The invitations were absolutely PERFECT. We received many compliments on how they matched the venue perfectly.

I absolutely LOVED working with Dan at Invitations For Less! He made me feel completely relaxed, but also very confident throughout the invitation picking/editing process. He always got back to me incredibly quickly--both by email and phone. I am thrilled with the final product--gorgeous invitations at a moderate price. What I was really impressed with was that there was zero pressure to get a high end invitation. Dan was adamant that he would never sell anything "cheap"--and I couldn't agree more. I can't remember quite how he put it, but he said something along the lines of "we don't do cheap, but we can do inexpensive." I ended up staying within the initial budget I had planned to stay in, which was really nice. I could have saved even more money, but I'm pleased I spent the amount I did because I love everything! He did gently help point out that there were certain things that I probably should do, such as get beautiful thank you cards with our name on it (a GREAT call), some things that we could go either way one (such as getting the quick seal vs. licking/wetting the envelopes ourselves) vs. areas that I could cut without losing tons of quality (we addressed the envelopes ourselves, for example). He was so attentive and helpful--both my Mom and I felt so taken care of. It felt like I was the only bride he was working with he was so conscientious! I'm so glad that my friend Jenny referred me to Dan.

Invitations for Less are wonderful! I can't say enough great things about them! I highly recommend that you check them out for your wedding invitations are we couldn't have been happier with the final product. Their expert knowledge and guidance on wording, proper etiquette, layout, design, etc. was fantastic!

We ordered the invitations for my daughter's wedding with Invitations for Less and the whole process was wonderful from start to finish! My daughter lives out of town and Dan was so flexible in arranging times and in communicating with both of us. The invitations are absolutely beautiful and we would recommend them for any kind of invitation!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Kathy at Invitations for Less for our wedding invitations. Kathy and her husband are both very knowledgable about stationery/invitations from various sources and had some great advice on traditional etiquette for the overall layout of the invitations and for addressing the envelopes. The final product of our invitations were absolutely perfect, definitely one of my favorite parts of our wedding planning experience. I would highly recommend this vendor!

I wish I would have found Invitations for less before I ordered all my stationary. After I ordered with someone else I found out they didn't do addressing and then I couldn't find anyone local with the addressing services I needed.
After much internet searching I find this company and sent a panicked email. Lucky they managed to help me and let me send all my stuff from Texas!
Again I wish I would have found them first. I very much recommended this company even if it is just the addressing service.

Kathy and Dan Dixon of Invitations for Less were wonderful to work with. We met them at the Unveiled Wedding Show. We were very impressed with their multiple products and they took time to show us several beach theme invitations right at the show. So professional! We saw them at two more Wedding Shows and they even provided complimentary tickets to one. We met with Dan at the Invitations for Less office and went through many books and examples of invitations. Dan helped us narrow down the selections and we chose one. We were impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He helped us with the wording for the invitation as well as the directions and accommodations cards. When we picked up our invitations Dan went through each part and showed us how to put them together. He also showed us vendors who we could purchase other items and advised us on the best items for our ceremony and reception. Dan was fun to work with and I would recommend them highly!!

Invitations For Less took my amateur invitation sample and turned the final version into a highly personal and professional one. As mother of the groom in a divorce situation, it was very important to me that the groom's dinner, including the invitations, be perfect. And they were!

I shopped around quite a bit for places to do our invitations. I visited the big vendors and found that they did not have a very big selection or options to chose from and that the young girls helping me were pretty inexperienced. I was so happy when I found Kathy and Dan at Invitations for Less. When I first met with them for my consultation, I was impressed with their knowledge, and the wide variety of options I had for my invitations, everything from designs to fonts to color. Kathy worked with my mom and I for quite awhile until I found exactly what I was looking for. Kathy was super helpful when we were deciding on the wording for our invitations as well (we wanted out invitations to be more formal rather than casual) and I really trusted her advice, but what I appreciated the most about working with Kathy was how thourough she was and how much she paid attention to detail. The first proofs that came back were now quite what we wanted and she worked again to make them perfect. She was also extremely responsive and flexible. She always emailed me back the same day, and worked around my schedule to look at and pick up our invites. Our invitations were absolutely beautiful and we have gotten a lot of compliments from guests on them. You are in great hands with Kathy and Dan at Invitations for Less!

Kathy and Dan are gold. They worked with us from the very beginning on Save The Dates, then our Wedding Invitations and finally our Ceremony Programs. We didn't always know what we wanted and their experience and patience was exceptional. Everything was perfect and I will truly miss not having to visit them any longer. I could do it all again. Definitely visit them. Their selection of products is vast, at great prices for ALL budgets; and they just make you feel like family.

When we first met Kathy, she wasn't the nicest person I felt...maybe she didn't have a good day...but after the first interaction, Kathy was very nice and helpful! She gave lots of good feedback and her expertise of being in this field, we appreciated that very much! And when the print out invitation didn't look right, we FaceTime her and she was there to support and make sure that the reprint will be perfect! It was a pleasure to work with Kathy!

I could not have been happier with the services provided by Kathy & Dan. Their professionalism & knowledge about their industry was very valuable to me & my fiancé as we did not have a solid vision for our end product. Our pocket invitaions were so beautiful! We had to put them together ourselves, but it saved us so much money. In the end, they looked just like the high end invitations but saved us a ton!!

Dan & Cathy do a great job of helping couples find the right invitations and save the dates for them. We spent hours with Dan looking through books, he was patient and had great suggestions. He and Cathy have over 30 years of experience working with any of your stationary needs. Dan was personable, professional and fun. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does. I was so pleased with our Save the Date Magnets and Invitations, they were personalized and really reflected us. We received so many compliments on both our Save the Dates and our Invitations.

Ok this is the first vendor I am giving all 5's to. They did a phenomenal job. We worked with Kathy and we were less than easy customers. We were picky about the way things looked (ie didnt want them to be cheesy etc.) and kept changing our minds about so much. Kathy went with the flow, did everything we asked, was completely totally detail oriented and precise, gave us great direction when we were going astray, and HELLO they take 30% of all your order. We wanted affordable and we got it!! We were so happy with our results that we ended up using them for all the custom printing we needed (ie programs, menus, place cards, cake table flavor labels, etc.). So many people dump a lot of money into this piece of a wedding and I feel like we didnt have to do that with Invitations for Less in order to get the quality we needed. In fact, I think we got better service than many other shops give.

Draw backs: it is a little off-putting to go to someone's home/basement but once you are there you realize it is totally fine! And you are just so happy that a least on piece of the wedding is coming in under budget!

OH and keep in mind they carry a whole range of invitation lines from Carlson Craft to Monique Lhullier and William Arthur so you can get the same lines as places like Watermark or Epitome but minus 30%.

Invitations for Less was wonderful! They were SO easy to work with and flexible - while so many other places were very rigid in their colors and designs, Invitations for Less worked with us to get the exact style we wanted. They were also very personal - I always emailed and called a specific person who was there to help me. Finally, there was one mishap with how some cards were folded; they immediately overnight shipped me a bunch of extras just so I could get them out on time. I had such a hard time at first finding an invitation vendor, but after finding Invitations for Less, it was smooth sailing! I'd highly recommend them for their quality, service, and value.

I worked with Kathy at Invitations for Less on programs, placecards, and table numbers for my wedding. She has great attention to detail and was very quick to respond and complete orders. The pricing on their products and services can get a little complicated because things like adding an extra color or changing the style of paper can result in additional fees, but Kathy was very patient in explaining everything. Pricing for the items I ordered was about comparable to online sites providing such services, but having the personal touch makes a huge difference!

Not only did he help with designing our invitations, but he also helped advise us about formal invitation etiquette. When we got our invitations back and several were unusable because of a problem at the printer, he advocated for us and we were able to get more than enough replacements. In all, we had a great experience with this company!

With the help of Dan and Kathy at Invitations for Less, our wedding invitations were beautiful!! I spent many hours searching for invitations from various online vendors and found that they were expensive and I didn't like not being to touch the paper and view the exact colors of the paper, designs, and printing. At Invitations For Less you have access to hundreds of invitations that you can touch and see the exact color available. Dan is very patient during the selection process and spent over 6 hours on 2 separate visits with me going through books. He is very knowledgeable and know the vendors personally.

I found that the invitations were still expensive, but I knew exactely what I was getting. Dan helped with the ordering process and Kathy addressed our envelopes. My only complaint is that they seem to work better by phone than by email and I often had to call to check on the progress of my invitations. When my invites arrived we discovered that a mistake had been made and our envelope liners hadn't been ordered and Dan took responsibility and corrected the problem immediately. Kathy also worked while sick to finish addressing our envelopes because we were running a bit late on mailing them.

Overall, we were incredibly happy with the final product and enjoyed working with Dan and Kathy! I would highly recommend them!

Dan and Kathy were great to work with and with 30% off, who can beat them!? It was a little strange knowing they work from their home but we really loved the invitations and programs that we got with them. They worked with us on a few options for paper etc as well as going through the designers. They don't use email very much but its worth their quirks to work with them and their extensive knowledge in this area.

Invitations were beautiful and the owners were very detailed and organized. The only reason for some of the 4 stars is because the invitations seemed really expensive for us to still have to assemble all of it.

We had a really great experience working with Invitations for Less and would recommend them to friends and family. They did a wonderful job of guiding two very inexperienced people through the invitation process.

Our experience with this vendor was great. They are very professional, but the only thing that would have made me more comfortable with the experience was the office location. It's in the owner's home, but in the basement with alot of supplies surrounding you when you come to select invites. The big plus is that they really do know exactly how to help select invitations to fit your needs and they really are experts about printing and fonts and paper. I spoke with multiple invitations vendors before this one and Invitations for Less beats all of them hands down in knowledge and experience. You really should give the a call before selecting another company.

I was able to take a couple ideas of what I wanted to them and came out with the perfect invite. They work out of their house, which is fine, but they have pets in their home. If you are allergic, I would recommend meeting them for coffee or something.

I had a very specific invitation in mind (pocket style) and spent 20+ hours researching to find what I wanted. I ended up at Invitations for Less after seeing a carlson craft invitation online that fit what I wanted but in different colors. I had an extensive consultation (2.5 hours) in which they helped me order exactly what I wanted (colors, fonts, wordings, etc.). They were very knowledgeable in wordings which was VERY helpful.

The downsides were that the person I worked with was somewhat imposing (very opinionated in having the parents names listed on the invitation which I didn't want but he was pretty pushy about it) and they are not very computer literate (hard to work with over email).

All in all would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the perfect invitation at a reasonable cost. The end product was exactly what I wanted.

I used the online service for my invitations. When you do that, there is no wiggle room. The website was clear and easy to see what I was getting. They provided me with good ideas for what to write on the invitations and rsvp cards. I didn't have any problems and if you are a person who knows what they want and can take care of things yourself, I would go with the online ordering. It saved me a lot of money.

I don't really have any complaints, but did not feel we got anything exceptional. Our invitations were picked by us, but were not our favorite. The cost did not seem any more or less than what our friends have gotten for their invitations. I do wish we would have shopped around more first. If you do go here ask for the man. It is a husband and wife and the wife was not very friendly. However, overall it could have been a lot worse. We were happy enough with the service they provided.

First let me make the disclaimer that we had a very small wedding and I think I might have received better service if the order had been more profitable to them. However, my experience was that Dan and Kathy were not pleasant to deal with. We first dealt with Dan for our save-the-date magnets. He was very pushy and I constantly felt like I was in trouble when I asked a question or made a suggestion. Dan does not respond well to emails, like others have said. Also, he knew we were in a hurry and called us a day after our STDs came in and then they had a noticeable defect in the graphics that he didn't notice. He did a rush order to reprint them and they were nice, as were the addressed envelopes. Then later I tried to use a coupon for programs, which made it considerably less profitable for them but it was a coupon they gave us at a wedding fair. Kathy does the programs and I was relieved I wouldn't be dealing with Dan. (She's also much better at responding by email.) However, when I showed up at their house for our scheduled appointment, I discovered she never put it on her calendar. Dan was very rude at the door, barely opened it and asked, "May I help you?" Even after I showed her the email scheduling the appointment, I didn't get an apology. I chose a program style and I asked her how many free proofs I was entitled to. Instead of giving me a definitive answer, she said "within reason" which is subjective. I had some changes, some of them based on what I thought was poor formatting on her part and the fact she kept forgetting to add text I had sent her. After the 3rd proof, instead of simply stating I had run out of free proofs (which would have been fine), she proceeded to lecture me about how she had gone above and beyond what is reasonable and I should take the weekend to think it over. Really? Just be up front when a customer asks you how many proofs they are allowed. We decided the coupon was not worth it and we used a kit we found at Michaels.
