We worked with Steve on our wedding invitations for our destination wedding in Italy, and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was super responsive, attentive to every detail, and truly brought our vision to life. Steve incorporated in to the design a custom logo and envelope liner that made our stationery feel so personal and special — and he even helped us create custom napkins that tied everything together beautifully.
Everything turned out better than we could have imagined, and our guests were so impressed by the thoughtful, cohesive details. Steve: The Unsung Hero of Our Wedding Stationery

Choosing our wedding invitations with Steve was one of the unexpected highlights of our entire planning process. He demonstrated incredible flexibility and patience as we iterated through paper types, fonts, and layouts. Wonderful experience!

A Truly Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend Steve at Invitations Etc.
Working with Steve from Invitations Etc. was one of the absolute highlights of planning our wedding. From the very beginning, Steve provided exceptional customer service that made the entire process of creating our wedding invitations and printed materials not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable!
We entrusted Steve with everything including our invitations, ceremony programs, menus, signature cocktail signs, and place cards, and he delivered beyond our expectations on every single piece. Each item was beautifully printed, perfectly coordinated, and exactly what we envisioned (if not better!).
What truly set Steve apart was the way he made me feel like I was his only client, even though I know he has many. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Whether I had a question about wording, a last-minute change, or just needed advice, Steve responded quickly and thoughtfully every time.

Amazing service!
I was recommended by a family friend and boy did Steve not only meet all my expectations but succeed them. I used Steve for my wedding invitations, RSVP cards, welcome dinner cards, welcome bag tags, wedding programs, escort cards and thank you's and they each turned out amazing!! Steve was so easy to work with. He clearly showed me all my options and communication was top knotch every step of the way. I myself am very detail oriented and Steve is as well. I knew that every product I received was going to be exactly the way I expected it to be, if not better. I would recommend Steve over and over again! Wedding planning can be difficult and stressful but this experience was the easiest and most enjoyable of them all! -

Steve was amazing to work with. Out of every single wedding vendor we worked with (venue included), he was the best! He is very communicative, helpful, and genuinely caring. He made the entire experience fun from the Save The Dates all the way to the Thank You Cards. He also eased all of our stress - he's clearly an expert at design and timing. If you want it done right, you want to go to Invitations Etc. Steve will guide you through the process, timing, and design. Trust his approach. You will be in good hands. I sifted through some 300 formats and landed on this one. Steve was accommodating, patient, a true professional, and most importantly an expert on etiquette and editing. Absolutely outstanding! What an easy, exciting and fulfilling experience. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure - the entire process had such a calm flow (Which is very much appreciated when you are trying to coordinate a wedding) And he guided me through it perfectly.
We absolutely loved our invitations, our guest escort cards, and our thank you cards. All of which we received many compliments on how beautiful they were.
My love for print has been rekindled as it such a personal and thoughtful gift, and I will continue to work with Steve in future for all of our personalized printing needs.

AMAZING! Steve is the best!
I absolutely loved working with Steve. He was there every step of the way from save the dates to bridal shower invites to wedding invitations to place cards to wedding programs. His work was gorgeous and I got to see my fairy tale become reality. He stayed right on track and made a potentially stressful part of the wedding planning process be my favorite part. Not only did he give us beautiful invitations he made our lives so much easier by sending our orders VIA mail or giving us extra copies in case there was an error. The Best Vendor
Steve was the most professional, detail oriented, and timely vendor that I worked with. Not only was Steve's work impeccable, but he worked with me to make sure every detail was perfect. My husband and I postponed our 2020 wedding 3 times, and Steve was always reaching out to make sure I had everything that I needed. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that guests were notified of changes, and that when our wedding finally arrived, we had stunning programs, menus and napkins. I have often heard horror stories of brides and vendors, especially during COVID. Steve is NOT one of those vendors. I would recommend him above anyone else, and I am looking forward to working with him on other needs in the future. Thank you Steve!! -

Classic and tasteful!
I had all these great thoughts about DIY for my invitations. But that was at the beginning of my education journey when looking over vendors and budget.
I LOVE working with Steve at Invitations Etc. He is incredibly talented, responsive, and on top of managing expectations and the overall process. No detail was left out regardless of whether it was in the product of interest, contract, or thinking through the elements of our print needs.

Look no further!!
Steve is amazing! He handled our paper needs for our wedding (save the dates, invites and place cards) and was super easy to work with! I was stressed about what information needed to go on the invites and how to word them. Steven took care of all of that! We had no questions from our guests which I credit in part to Steve making the information clear, understandable and readable.
I liked how upfront he was about pricing and about how some of our ideas or suggestions might lead to confusion and kept us on the right path. It was so valuable for our peace of mind and let us focus on other things that needed to be taken care of, and give us more time to actually enjoy planning. I was dreading finding out the cost to have them made for us and it wasn't nearly as expensive as I feared especially considering he does everything involved aside from mail them out! Steve is super personable and we loved all his designs. He is one vendor we will miss now that this process is coming to a close for us! -

Wedding Invitations
Invitations and all things paper related can be very daunting and tedious, however Steve made it such a smooth and easy process! My fiancé and I were a bit last minute in creating our invitations for our wedding, but Steve was very accommodating and helped us complete our beautiful invitations in an efficient manner. Even if you are indecisive and scatter-brained like me, he is patient and will work with you to figure out what you are envisioning. If you are looking for someone professional, organized and easy to work with, he is your guy! Our wedding shower invites, wedding invitations, welcome cards, and ceremony programs are absolutely beautiful and we have received numerous compliments on them! We will definitely be using Steve and his services in the future! -

Steve was one of my favorite vendors (if not my favorite vendor!) to work with. His communication was spot on and he made you feel like you were the only client he was working with. From our first meeting with Steve at their lovely office in downtown Batavia, we knew that we would be in good hands with Invitations Etc for our wedding invitations and prints. They offer a large selection of options, but Steve worked to understand us and highlight designs which matched our tastes. Communication was effective and pleasant along the way, and we received just what we wanted ahead of every deadline.
We met with other providers, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to work with Invitations Etc. We have already offered recommendations for their services and will continue to do so moving forward.

I used them for my invitations and ended up going back for menus and table numbers. It was the only place I looked at where I could afford an entire formal suite for invitations. I had stunning formal invitations for about half of our next favorite suite. I loved working with Steve. He was probably the easiest and most fun vendors we worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. He listened to what we want and never pressured us for what we didn't want, or just couldn't afford. The turn around was quick and easy. There were so many to choose from, but Steve helped us narrow it down. Please go to Steve for all paper needs, you won't be disappointed. -

We have a very small wedding and I only needed 20 invites, but Steve still made time to meet with me and make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. He used a template that I had chosen and even ordered a special backing that I wanted to use. I loved the end result and got a lot of compliments. We still get compliments! He was honestly the BEST wedding vendor we had. He made the design process incredibly easy for our wedding invitations, menus, programs, seating cards and signs. He was honest and kept us in budget and cared about that. He was the only wedding vendor that didn't want to push extras and actually wanted us to save money. I have worked with Steve on several occasions over the past few years and have ALWAYS had an outstanding experience with him. Steve is an incredibly professional, friendly and easy person to work with. He is also a great resource for other vendors in the wedding field. He recommended our D.J. for us as well.
I first met him while looking for formal wear for my high school aged son for his formal dances. Invitations Etc. has an outstanding selection of men's formal wear and you can't beat Steve's prices. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process.
We went back to Steve for my daughter's upcoming wedding invitations. He worked really well with her and her fiancee creating a beautiful, original pocket invitation. It exceeded all her expectations! Not only is Steve incredible to work with, but his product quality is unsurpassed. His products have high quality paper, raised or foil printing, etc. Top of the line all the way. Steve also helped create a table place card that not only coordinated with my daughter's wedding invitation, but also fit into our photo booth frames. It will make the perfect keepsake of the day.
I can't recommend Steve highly enough. He knows his business very thoroughly and is a complete professional & delight to work with. He took all my stress out of the entire invitation process. You can't go wrong with Steve and Invitations Etc. for next formal event!

Because we live in San Diego, we would send pictures of samples we liked, and Steve would either find the same invitation or something similar for us to choose from. We received Steve's information from a friend; he was the first person we met with about our invitations and it was a no-brainer. We instantly hit it off with Steve. This was the first review we had to write regarding our wedding vendors because he was so incredible throughout our entire wedding process. Steve was so genuine when he helped us throughout everything and every single time we emailed him, he responded in a very timely manner. We gave Steve a general idea of what we wanted for our invitations and he simply blew us away. Our invitations were more beautiful than we had pictured. Needed a tux for my son for the Geneva High School prom. Steve was very personable and helpful in getting my son just what he wanted. He looked great! We had the most amazing experience with Steve. We were new to the area and found his Invitations Etc. online. We had an unusual experience because we had 4 months to plan a wedding and it was also out of town. He worked very closely with me in choosing the invitations and then emailing my daughter, who was out of town, to help us make selections. We sat down with him and he patiently explained to us all of the different options and helped us make decisions to come up with a great invitation. I used Invitations etc. for our save the date, weddings invitations, grooms dinner invitations, escort cards, church programs and random table card sayings. We had a great experience with Steve. He was able to envision what I wanted for the price range I wanted to stay within. He has a variety of choices for every price range and is able to give you a more expensive look for cheaper. They did not push us to exceed our original budget which was important to us. He was very prompt with all email and phone responses. They were very good about ensuring the proof was exactly as we wanted before placing the order. We would highly recommend him to any one of our friends. -

Invitations Ect. Is a fantastic company! We used them for our invitations and tux rentals for our wedding and we would recommend them to everyone for whatever event they were having. They go above and beyond for their customers. Their attention to detail is amazing and provide nothing but quality products. I worked with Steve throughtout the whole process and he made it fun and easy. He was very patient and had great ideas. We were more than satisfied with the product and quality provided. I will be using them in the future for all of my events. I can not express enough how fantastic this company is and how great it was working with Steve. Highly recommended!!!!! -

We worked with Steve for our event. He was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond for us. He was always available by email and would respond very quickly whenever I had a question. I've passed their card out to everyone I know! The invitations were absolutely beautiful! They looked very elegant! They also printed our wedding programs placecards that also turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend them for any event! -

We used invitations etc for our wedding invitations and seating chart. Steve was awesome, he worked within our budget and actually listened to what we wanted. They were very professional and had everything done in a timely manner. They completely exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them! -

These guys were fantastic! In planning a wedding the stress level can be intense however the one thing I did not have to stress about was the tuxedos and how the men would look. They looked fantastic with the help of Invitations, Etc. They were extremely accommodating and had no issues with helping my out of town attendees. They were very flexible on the returning of the tuxedo's as well due to travel plans, etc. I would highly recommend these people. They are definitely one of the few companies left out there that have customer service at the forefront! Thank you again for making our day that much more special! -

Steve was the best! From the moment my sister and I walked in (with no appt.) he made us feel like my wedding was as important to him as it was to us! Steve was great to work with. WOW! The ceremony looked beautiful thanks to Steve and Michelle. The white runner for the roundhouse was top notch and I highly recommend the gazebo decorations. My husband really wanted the under-lighting at the head tables and it really made it look nice in there.
They are a very good value and you cannot go wrong with any of the options they provide. -

Steve was wonderful to work with for our wedding! We used his decorating services for the reception hall and ceremony and it was worth every penny! We received numerous compliments throughout the night and are still receiving complements today about how beautiful it looked. The only part I wish is that I got to see him to personally thank him the day of the wedding, but everything was perfectly set up by the time we arrived at the venue. Would definitely recommend and use again if we needed decorating services. -

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve and Michele. They were very respective of our our budget, our ideas, and our time. We planned most of our wedding from out of town and they were able to work within our availability to help us create affordable and beautiful invitations and place cards. We also rented tuxes. Steve has a great selection, he is very kind, helpful, trustworthy, and honest. He is also a one-stop shopping. We are also renting our tuxes from him (at a very reasonable price), he is decorating our gazebo for the ceremony, we our renting the "birdcage" for our wedding cards from him, as well as a seating placement print (48" by 60"(that will be put in a nice large frame). I would DEFINITELY recommend Steve and Invitations, Etc. for your wedding needs. We were very happy :) -

I 100% loved my invitations. Steve was amazing at creating everything the way we wanted. They have so many different options and they are very flexible with what you want. Steve was every bit about making our invitations they way we wanted so that we were happy. We also did an In Memory table and when I asked if he could create something for us, he did without hesitation and it was beautiful. Let me also say that they are very quick getting everything in. My husband and his groomsmen also got their tuxes from Invitations Etc, and they were amazing. Everyone looked great. -

"Elegant, unique, beautiful,"...these were the words our guests used to describe our wedding invitations. Our invitation was one of my favorite parts of planning our wedding. They were personal, elegant and matched the level of romance and sophistication our venue & church demanded. Steve & Michelle, the owners, were beyond helpful in making suggestions, providing prompt response to emails/phone calls, and found ways to add a little something extra to our invites that a tradional invite would not have. We love Steve! We used Invitations, Etc. for our daughter's Save-the-Dates and wedding invitations and couldn't have been happier. Steve has the patience of a saint, and his sense of humor is delightful. While he was incredibly pleasant to work with, his sense of design was outstanding. He was able to listen to what we want and yet give great insight into what would work best. His desire to make us absolutely happy with every detail was impressive. Steve is awesome!
I wanted colorful invitations, but my fiancé did not want flowers in the invitations. Somehow Steve, found a happy medium using our theme colors or burgundy, navy, and gold. The gold envelopes were beautiful and a show stopper when my guests got them in the mail! Steve also made my menu tents for each of our tables in addition to customizing them with our table number theme. He did well and brought the expertise I needed! -

Steve from Invitations Etc was fantastic to work with. He always responded to my emails right away and thankfully, caught a few spelling errors that I had missed. He also fought for me when we had problems with the proofs from the printing company and worked with me until everything was perfect - under a tight deadline too. Wonderful experience with Steven and Michelle! I was very pressed for time and they were able to get my invitations ordered and printed in about 2 1/2 weeks. I received proofs of the invitations in about 4 days after ordering. I did expect them in under 2 weeks but was still able to get the inviations out 6 weeks prior to the wedding. We received so many compliments on the invitations - they were gorgeous. The store is a little cluttered but there is space to look at the books and they are very willing to work with you and find the perfect invitations. They also suggested tips to save money and printed the guests' addresses which save me LOTS of time! They are wonderful to work with! -
