Best Wedding Planners and Designers

Simply put, Invision Events are the best planners I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their aesthetic is fresh, yet classic and timeless. They can create large scale events with ease and flawlessly design and execute any project, including building a wedding venue from the ground up. They take care of their clients with warmth and kindness and bring together vendors that work as a team to make the day perfect, including a stylist to help create beautiful vignettes out of all of your carefully chosen details. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely perfect

Invision Events made all of my wedding dreams come true. Courtney and Julie were so sweet to work with and really made all of my ideas come alive. Their ideas were very original and our wedding was so uniquely ours thanks to their efforts to get to know us so well! They made the whole wedding planning process far less stressful than I ever imagined and really catered to our preferences. On wedding day, they made everything run so smoothly and didn’t let me feel any stressed at all!! I loved their classy taste in everything and all of their vendor recommendations. Honestly, everything was so perfect thanks to them, and our wedding day could not have been more dreamy!

Exceeded all Expectations

From the first moment I spoke with Julie and Courtney, I knew they were two people who took pride and joy in their service. They create a space that allows for open and honest communication, important when dealing with the expectations surrounding a wedding. Their synergy is due to how well they complement each other's strengths. Their systems and processes provide transparency so you always have a sense or where you are in the planning. You can trust that they have done the leg work to foster relationships with the very best in the industry and will make recommendations based on personality, budget, and need. They act as your advocate throughout.

All of the above led to a day we will never forget. The design was beyond words, beautiful, elegant, and perfectly matched to the venue. The attention to detail in all aspects: paper, florals, decor, and food fed into the vision, the theme, and the feeling. Our guests are still speaking about the details that began with the save-the-dates and continued until we were cheered off in the car. Invision Events was part of every discussion, whether leading it or nurturing, guiding the design at each stage that resulted in our one amazing, glorious, unforgettable, love-filled day. A day that was worry free and without incident (I don't actually know if there were any issues or incidents, but being a wedding I assume there was one or two).

Planning a wedding takes time, money, and creativity, and hiring Invision Events will maximize your potential in each case. Or, if like me, you lack time and creativity, they will fill the gaps and make the process of planning fun - saving your sanity along the way! Hiring a wedding planner is one more expense in the budget, and if you have room for Invision Events then I cannot recommend them enough.

If your dream is an elegant, personalized affair that is perfect from start to finish, then hire Invision Events. You will not regret the choice.

Wedding design

I would have not survived my daughter's wedding with the Invision Team. From the flowers, invitations, lighting, linens, chairs, napkins, signature drink cups, catering, etc it was PERFECTION!! My daughter stated that " I could not visualize what I wanted my wedding to look like until today! It was everything I dreamed of and more!" Invision's took the stress of out of this MOB day knowing it would be stunning!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Invision Events!!

Simply the best!

I have NEVER been more grateful to have people like Julie and Courtney by my side on my wedding day! I knew I was going to be a full service client, as my husband and I were getting married out of our hometowns, as well as me being a full time Nurse Anesthesia student. My dad was a little hesitant at first spending money on wedding planners, but looking back he said it was the best decision we made! Courtney and Julie made the planning process so so easy, and created the most beautiful design for an Indian/American wedding. I had so many people tell me on my wedding day that I was so calm, and it was because I knew Courtney and Julie had everything planned down to a tee and were on the ball with things. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful the actual day was, I don't think I could every repay them for the perfect dream they made come to life. My biggest compliment to them was that they took care of me, but they also took care of my family. Both my parents had so many questions/concerns that naturally comes along with planning, but Courtney and Julie were there through every step of the way to help explain everything. Courtney even made sure that my mom was able to get a glass of wine through all the people at the reception coming to talk to her :). Courtney and Julie truly are something special and will hold a special place in our hearts for their incredible hard work and AMAZING wedding that they gave to us. We had so so so many compliments about our beautiful day, and it would have been nothing without them!

I don't even think I can imagine my wedding day without Courtney and the Invision Events team! From the day I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to be an Invision bride. Their team's style, creativity, timelessness and elegance are exactly what I hoped my wedding day to be, and in the end, it was even better! The entire planning process was seamless - and what I appreciated most was Courtney's help in securing vendors in the Atlanta area. As a Birmingham bride who wanted a wedding in Georgia, it was a tremendous help to have Courtney and team guide me through choosing the best vendors, both from Alabama and from Georgia to come together to help create my perfect day. I don’t even want to imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Courtney Wolf and the Invision team. Even the week of the wedding I had last minute ideas in my head, and Courtney’s response to executing them was always “Of Course!” The day of the wedding my mom and I did not have to worry about a single thing because we knew we were in such great hands and everything would be taken care of- and it was! Henry and I could not have asked for a more wonderful team to help us with our Wedding! Invision Events....Courtney and Julie.....were amazing! Undoubtedly the best money spent in the wedding budget.

The entire process was completely seamless and so enjoyable. And most importantly on the wedding day.... It was exactly what my daughter, Emily, had imagined and dreamed.

I received so many compliments about how elegant and beautiful everything was without being overdone. I couldn’t agree more.

I couldn't have pulled off this wedding without Courtney, and I wouldn't have wanted to! Once we were a month out from the wedding, Courtney and I sat down to have a meeting about how things would go. She led me through the whole process, got all of the details she needed from me (contracts, etc.) and handled the rest on her own. I honestly couldn't believe how easy she made everything. From that point on, Courtney went behind the scenes and spoke with all of my vendors to nail down final details and to make sure they were committed to our timelines. I didn't even know all of the work she was doing because she didn't bombard me with details, only reached out when something extra needed to happen or if she had a question, and ensured that I need not worry... she truly had everything handled. Because of Courtney and Invision Events, I was able to actually ENJOY my wedding weekend rather than be worried about all of the little details. I got to live in the moment and honestly had the most relaxing, laid back day before the ceremony started all because of her help. She even kept up with my phone, bag, etc. It's the little things that count!! Friends kept asking me the month of the wedding, "What can I help with? Do you still have a lot to do?" I honestly answered them that everything was taken care of and I could rest easy for the last few weeks of our engagement and enjoy my groom. Hands down best wedding planner ever! Thank you so much, Courtney! You were a DREAM to work with!!

We had Courtney as a partial wedding planner and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our big day. She was extremely thorough, accommodating, organized and helpful during the whole process. We knew we were in good hands after our first meeting with Courtney, but it was confirmed by the end of the wedding weekend. Looking back now, I cannot believe I was once on the fence about having a wedding coordinator. If you think it may not be necessary, please do not - it, without a doubt, is. I will share two moments where Courtney was a hero. The afternoon before the wedding, I was unfortunately involved in a car accident. It became clear to my husband and I that we would most likely miss our own rehearsal. When we let Courtney know the bad news, she could not have been more positive and reassuring. We arrived to the ceremony venue as Courtney and our wedding party were wrapping up – just enough time for everyone to show off how well prepared they were for the big day. It was such a relief to know that, despite such an unforeseen hiccup, everything was under control. The day of the wedding, my maid of honor forgot the ring inside the room we got ready in. She realized this as she was standing beside us during the ceremony. Courtney quickly noticed what was going on and grabbed the ring before the exchange. Neither my husband nor I even knew this had happened until the day after the wedding. Those are just two examples but there are countless others that highlighted her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. She was there every step along the way to provide support and guidance while always making sure the day remained a genuine reflection of us. Not only did we have our dream wedding, we got to truly enjoy every moment without a single worry! Courtney is the best of the best.

If you want to enjoy the most important day of your daughter's life, Call Courtney at Invision Events! She handled every detail including cleaning up after the 17 bridesmaids once everyone was ready to packing my car at the end of the evening! There is so much planning that goes into a wedding and having Courtney and her team managing the day, it allowed us and the groom's parents to just "be in the moment" and enjoy every part of the day!

Courtney Wolfe at Invision Events was my daughter's month of coordinator. Highly recommend! Unfortunately, the Monday before our wedding, the forecast for rain was almost certain. She helped me locate and put a hold on a tent, which saved the wedding reception. On wedding day, she did pick-ups, unloaded several carloads of beverages & decorations, coordinated all the vendors, set up tables, managed the wedding party & ceremony & just generally allowed us to relax and enjoy. At the end of the night, our cars were re-packed, the bride's area completely cleaned up and we were on our way. We planned the wedding, but Courtney executed those plans. Honestly, I didn't want the expense of a wedding coordinator, but so glad I did. Courtney was worth every dime!

Courtney and her team were accommodating and encouraging of my vision for the reception from day one. I cannot say enough about how comforted I was to know my reception (and the biggest party of my life!) was in Courtney's hands. The day of the wedding, I was calm, cool, and collected because I knew everything would go off without a hitch with Invision at the helm! When my headpiece completely fell apart less than an hour before the ceremony, it was Courtney who rushed across town to find super glue to fix it. When I wanted to welcome everyone into a "Marie Antoinette garden party," it was Courtney who had napkins special printed for the cake table to read "Let them eat cake!" And when we arrived in a flurry to the reception, it was Courtney who had put together a plate and welcome glass of champagne for Morgan and me so we could enjoy our spread. The details are what makes a wedding perfect, and Invision covers them all!

Our Rehearsal Dinner was perfect because of Courtney Wolf and Invision Events. Living 3 hours away, I was initially overwhelmed with the thought of planning all of the details of a large Rehearsal Dinner. I was unfamiliar with venues and vendors and didn't really know where to begin and knew I needed help. Courtney made the planning and the event itself so easy and enjoyable for everyone. She really listened as I explained my vision and got to know my son and his personality to make the Rehearsal Dinner uniquely "his." Very quickly responding to my calls and questions, Courtney contacted vendors and guided me through each decision on everything from our paper suite and calligraphy, rentals of linens and chairs, a video presentation, flowers and decor, Rehearsal Dinner menu, and shuttle transportation for our wedding party. The evening itself was flawless because we were given a minute by minute schedule of our evening and Courtney and Invision staff were there to make sure everything went according to plan. With Courtney's careful attention to every detail during the planning process and then her presence there at the dinner, I was free to relax and enjoy every moment of our special night as our family and friends gathered to celebrate.

Invision was not only a professional and competent company, but their planner Courtney Wolf personally made it her goal to provide us with the wedding we desired. Invision did that and so much more! Our wedding was beyond our dreams, more beautiful than we could have ever imagined all due to their meticulous attention to detail and their incredible source of competent and professional and affordable list of vendors. Each one from the calligrapher to the caterer was most excellent. This company is well managed and highly recommended and if you are fortunate enough to work with Courtney Wolf, you will be blessed beyond your expectations. She won us over with her professional skills of organization and communication but it is her heart that she shared that made us fall in love with her! Courtney was so amazing to work with!! She was super organized, had great advice to offer, and responded very promptly to emails during the planning process. Having a day of coordinator was one of my non-negotiables for our wedding and Invisions day of coordination package was worth every penny! They helped us finalize plans, work out details and timelines, coordinate a schedule for the day for everyone involved in the wedding, managed the flip from ceremony to reception and kept everything running smoothly! As a young professional with a full plate, the thought of planning a wedding was quite daunting. Julie took that anxiety and fear and turned it into an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I found in her an advisor, a stylist and a true professional. She gave me honest feedback and allowed me to play a hand in the things that were important to me and took the other details off my hands. She took my wedding very personally and worked hard to create a special day for our family. I can't say enough about Julie and her team. Invision did a great job of steering me in the right direction, I was a bit all over the place with certain ideas. I didn't know much about wedding planning before this process and they helped me reach the vision I had in mind without turning into their vision. Through the whole process they were great, but when it came to the big day they knocked my socks off! Everything went off without a hitch and the professionalism was amazing!! When it came to the timing and making sure I was in the right spot at the right time they could not have done a better job!! Courtney was a wonderful wedding planner. She helped keep this procrastinator on track with everything that needed to get done so that I could secure the best vendors and have the very best for my big day. She had great recommendations for me whenever I needed them and had a great relationship with the vendors I used. She helped keep me organized especially the week of the wedding, providing me with lists of things to have ready for the photographer, vendors that still need to be paid, along with other last minute details that needed to be taken care of. We brought everything (guestbook, personal decorations, etc.) for the wedding reception to her at the rehearsal at the church so that we could relax and enjoy the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding stress free. She and her team handled all the details so all we had to do was get ready and go to the church! Our wedding day was perfect and we are so happy with how smoothly everything went! I would highly recommend Courtney and the Invision Events team.

Kaitlynne and her team were amazing all the way through the entire wedding planning and then, the day of the wedding. It really was a beautifully orchestrated event that went off so smoothly due to their incredible attention to all of the details! I cannot imagine not having them by my side or my daughter's to walk us through the plans. We had guests commenting at the reception that is was the best wedding they had ever been to. I give the credit to Invision Events for their attention to every single detail. We just sailed through the day on a cloud and Kaitlynne took care of everything for us!! If you want the best, then I would say to you use Invision. They totally rock in our book. We would use them again in a heart beat!! Thank you for making Savannah's wedding day perfect!

Hiring Kaitlynne was the best decision I made through the entire wedding prices - hands down. Kaitlynne kept me sane through the entire 14 months of being engaged and planning. She answered every question I had (even the ones in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep because I had the wedding on my mind). She made me feel calm and know everything was under control (which is hard for someone whose a perfectionist and OCD like me). She understood my desire for perfection on that day and Kaitlynne and Morgan executed exactly that!

I can't imagine planning my wedding or rehearsal dinner without Courtney and the Invision team! Like most people planning a wedding, I had never done it before, so it really helps to have someone experienced, professional, and reliable in your corner. From the first day I reached out to Courtney after reading so many glowing reviews, she was an excellent communicator, which I so appreciated over the course of the planning process--you'll never wait around long to hear back from her. It doesn't hurt to have input from someone with great taste, either.

Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I, as well as both of our families, had a perfect and stress-free weekend. She is worth her weight in gold! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Courtney and Invision were a dream to work with. Although she was only my month of coordinator she she was there for me throughout the entire planning process. (Which was a little over a year!) Courtney made my wedding day PERFECT. I am very type-A and, always worried about time, and generally anxious about everything - I was not worried anxious about anything on my wedding day because I was in the wonderful care of Courtney. Honestly, there was nothing out of place or wrong on that day because of her. My only regret was not making her my full service planner- she is a delight and I am forever greatful I was lead to her and the team at Invision

I can honestly say that Courtney Wolf, Invision Events- Birmingham, was absolutely fabulous! Courtney truly cares about her clients! She listened to my daughter and made sure her vision of that special day became a reality!! Courtney has developed a great working relationship with local vendors! That is extremely important! I felt like we had the "A" Team!
She is organized and prompt! I simply have the utmost respect for her! As the parents of the bride, we enjoyed every minute of the wedding weekend. We were free to enjoy the wedding, socialize with family and friends, and danced the night away! Courtney worked out the timeline in great detail, coordinating with the venues and vendors. She delivered welcome bags to two hotels for our out of town guests.
My daughter and her new husband had their dream wedding!

Hiring Kaitlynne was the best decision I made. She provided invaluable advice, support, and counsel. She helped us organize everything and kept everyone on task throughout the month and particularly the day. At one point I lost a ring and she literally walked up to me with it before I knew it was gone. Every little detail was taken care of down to taking items to our room so we wouldn't have to think about it afterward. Super responsive, professional and kind. She brought in Morgan and I fell in love again. They are a dynamic duo team. I recommend them very very highly.

Invision Events was wonderful to work with! The Atlanta directors, Morgan and Kaitlynne, jumped in on my wedding day to coordinate with vendors & set-up for our reception {leaving me to relax & enjoy the day}. They made sure that we stuck to the timeline, and everything came together perfectly. For a bride who is very much organized & particular, I trusted them fully, and it truly could not have gone any better! Morgan & Kaitlynne made sure my husband and I were catered to the entire night, all while managing nearly 215 guests! Courtney Wolf is in a class all by herself. She managed to make my daughter and myself, feel like both royalty and family at the same time- which is an almost impossible feat- given all the moving "pieces" and people involved in wedding planning.

Courtney was always at the ready to offer her expertise and referrals (I could write another epistle on the top drawer nature of the vendors she recommended) yet she was very quick to defer to our preferences and opinions in the process. I've never experienced a director of any kind- with no ego- until Courtney.

The common thread of advice we received from all who had previously been involved in the wedding process was: "Expect something to go wrong, it always does, and decide not to let it bother you." Well- it never did. Not once. I credit that in whole to Courtney.

I continue to get regular comments indicating that it was the most "meaningful, prettiest, most fun, most delicious food,etc"...wedding that our guests have ever attended. Objectively as is possible- I wholeheartedly agree.

Lastly, my affection for Courtney grew in such a way- that I not only miss our daughter no longer living under our roof; but, I also miss my regular contact with Courtney. She is surely at the pinnacle of her craft as a professional furthermore, she is also a lovely person of character, whom we now consider our friend.

Courtney Wolf spent the last year helping my brother and sister in law plan their incredible wedding. Courtney is more than a planner, she is a trusted friend to her couples and will always be a friend of our family! She has an incredible attention to detail, responds quickly to all emails and texts, and has a vision to make any event a masterpiece. The wedding day was flawless, and I have no doubt that it was thanks to Courtney and her team. She truly went above and beyond for this event, and we are so thankful for her. As a wedding photographer myself, I have a very high standard and only recommend those that I would use for my own wedding or events. Invision Events truly made my dream wedding happen. Courtney and her team did an amazing job in my short 4 month engagement. No detail went undone. She helped with vendors, scheduling, DIYs, budgetting, overall vision and just keeping me calm and happy. She was always quick to respond and give advice when I needed it most. My day would not have happened with out her. All of our hard work paid off, and the day of the wedding I did not stress at all while Courtney handled EVERYTHING. Hiring Invision Events was the smartest, most worthwhile thing we did in planning our wedding. Julie and Dallas were so professional, and such a big help to us in making sure the day went perfectly. They helped us with coordinating a major set-up change with our venue due to extreme rain the week before our wedding, and they made sure all of our vendors were taken care of and knew where to go on the day of the wedding. They helped keep us on schedule leading up to the wedding and during the reception. They even helped make sure that my husband and I ate dinner at our reception! Julie is a total professional, is calm under pressure, and provides great ideas and solutions. I can't recommend Invision Events highly enough!

We were fortunate to work with Julie at Invision Events. Julie's services were immeasurably helpful during our wedding planning. Julie was consistently responsive, professional, and kind. She went above and beyond to help us plan our event. She was generous with her time and attention, and she never made us feel like "one of many" events she was working on. She was willing to share her experiences and opinions on any questions we brought up. The Invision staff did a fantastic job at the event itself, helping the evening to run completely smoothly. Others had prepared me to expect things to go wrong on the day-of the wedding, but Julie and her staff executed everything perfectly. Courtney, our Invision Events Wedding Coordinator was unbelievable. I would not have survived without Courtney by my side. My number one piece of advice is - get a wedding planner (Courtney preferably)- whether it be a day-of planner or attached-at-the-hip planner, because it took away the stress of the wedding day so that me, and my family, could experience the day fully, instead of manage it. I give Courtney and Invision Events a 5/5 stars. Not once did they ever insist on their design preferences and always put my priorities and desires as number one. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I would never know because it was so flawlessly led by Courtney and Invision Events. My mom was able to breathe on our wedding day, my fiance was able to know where to go and when, my guests were taken care of, and I was overjoyed to not have to continue to plan on the day that I was supposed to enjoy. I could never say one negative thing about Courtney or Invision Events. 100 % one of the best decisions we made. Courtney and Invision will forever be a huge reason my wedding day was the best day of my life.

Courtney was awesome during this whole process! I don't know how I would've handled the day-of without her help! Also contacting all the vendors periodically was a huge task I didn't have to worry about doing. She took care of everything! Julie was fantastic to work with as our day-of coordinator. We did a lot of the planning leg-work ourselves (booking vendors, planning/making decorations, etc.), but her advice in the months leading up to the wedding really helped us think about details we never would have considered on our own. She also worked with us to develop a realistic and detailed timeline for the wedding weekend that made everything go so much more smoothly for us, our vendors, wedding party, and guests. On the day of the wedding Julie took care of everything so that we could truly relax and truly enjoy ourselves. We have said several times since then that we don't know how we ever would have pulled it off without her!

We used Julie and her staff at Invision Events as our 'day of' wedding coordinator. Our wedding was so smooth and organized. I didn't worry about a single element with Julie around. There really is no way to put into words how much Julie helped to create my dream wedding. I could not be happier with our beautiful wedding and all the hard work by Julie and her team.

Julie worked with us on our wedding as our day-of coordinator. She was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what to ask before the wedding so that when the day came, she was super prepared to help everything go smoothly. Very professional and consistent, I knew at our first meeting that all small or big things would be handled in the way I would want it. We hired Courtney as our day-of coordinator. Because the space we rented was only open to us the day of the wedding, we needed someone to handle all of the decorating and setup while we got ready. I felt at ease with Courtney immediately and although we were on a tight budget, we made the decision to spend 10% of our budget on her services. It was well worth it.

Courtney made planning so much easier. She checked in with me early and often about all vendors and logistics, and once we had agreed upon something, I was able to let it go and move on to the next thing. I sent her really, really long emails in the middle of the night and she responded to them all promptly. A week before the wedding, I loaded up all of my DIY decorations and handed them over the Courtney. It was a relief to know that someone so organized and capable had it under control.

Courtney ran our rehearsal very professionally, and my brother, who has recently been in about 5 weddings, said she was the most organized wedding coordinator he had worked with.

Julie was there on the day of my wedding along with Courtney and her assistant. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING. I messed up our wedding procession playlist, and Courtney and Julie were able to fix it and find substitute music at the last minute. Nobody really knew the difference. If they had not been there I don't know WHAT I would have done.

Everything at the wedding went well and everyone had a great time. All was where it was supposed to be, and all of our family and guests were able to enjoy the party.
We left at the end of the night and I had no concerns that all the cleanup and rental agreements would be handled appropriately, which they were.

TL;DR - I highly recommend Invision Events for your wedding! They are worth every penny.

Julie is amazing! She is so organized and professional that I knew I would have nothing to worry about on my wedding day. She is always willing to work with you and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy on your wedding day. I can not say enough good things about Julie and her team! Julie is truly a "voice" for the bride. We met on several occasions and she also had many conversations with my mother prior to the wedding. On my wedding day, I was so relaxed, and I have no doubt Julie had a lot to do with that. Everything went smoothly, and if anything was not "right" it was taken care of without worrying me unnecessarily. I definitely recommend hiring a professional wedding planner to help organize and direct the wedding day. You can't go wrong with Invision Events! They are very professional and also fun to work with.

Courtney and Julie and the entire Invision Events team are absolutely amazing. Yes it's a lot of money, but YES IT IS WORTH IT. They are lifesavers and make the entire planning process and wedding weekend/day so stinkin' easy. I did not get stressed once on my wedding day because I knew they had it. I just got to enjoy being with my friends, family, and husband. And THAT, my friend, is invaluable. Not to mention my wedding was more gorgeous than I ever could imagine. They do a fantastic job of taking what you want your day to be and keeping exactly with that but then making it more than you could do/plan/think of on your own. Do yourself a favor and hire them.

Invision Events should be your go to event planner in Auburn, Al. Julie planned all aspects of a Rehearsal Dinner for us, from invitations to calligraphy, prop rentals and printed products. She coordinated with the florist, the venue and the photographer and kept us on top of all of it. She took our original vision and ran with it coming up with something better than we even imagined. Living in another state and planning an event could have been stressful but Julie's calm demeanor, great taste and communication, made it the easiest event I ever planned. I would highly recommend her and Invision Events for your next event.

Julie was amazing! There were many, many things that went wrong the night before my wedding. Every brides nightmare! However, Julie was there to help calm me down and to fix the situation. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone. PLEASE get a day of coordinator at the least. If you don't have one you will regret it! Julie and her team are amazing and were 100% worth every penny!

Working with Julie was awesome! She is laid back, and easy to talk to. Neither my mom or I had ever planned a wedding before and she helped make the experience a lot easier. All the vendors she recommended were awesome! She handled everything the day of the wedding and it all went perfectly!

Great Invision Events Experience!

As the mother of the bride, I appreciated the casual yet business style of our meetings. Courtney asked questions and listened well. She took detailed notes and answered tons of questions. The wedding weekend went smoothly as she quietly kept everyone on schedule and handled all of the vendors, taking all of the responsibility off of my shoulders. Courtney worked well during the reception and she and her team were personal and professional with everyone. Her knowledge and expertise guided us and we were very pleased with the results!

Julie and her team made our wedding picture perfect. It was everything we dreamed of and more! My fiance and I were 1000 miles apart and far from the venue during the planning process and Julie knew the best vendors in the area, and set everything up perfectly. Wade was amazing!! I truly recommend that anyone getting married to have a day of coordinator, at the least. Out of the millions of things that went wrong I never noticed because she handled things so amazingly well!! Two thumbs up!!

The team at Invision Events saved the day over and over again at my wedding. They handled everything to the point that I didn't have to worry about a thing on my big day. Everything went so smoothly and if there was a hiccup, they handled it immediately and professionally. This is the best decision we made as far as things we were unsure about investing in for our wedding. If you think you can coordinate a wedding on your own, you can't. You need Invision Events!

It was a little difficult to work with Wade after doing every planning meeting with Julie. Overall, I was happy with Invision Events, but there were a few things that happened that made my day more stressful. This included asking me about times we were doing certain things (when it was her job to make the schedule, and I had only received the itinerary the night before). Also, she told me that my friends were rude to her and cursed her out when she turned the football game off. While I deeply regret that any of the guests would have treated her with such disrespect, I would have rather her kept this information to herself so I didn't have to stress about who said what, etc.

Julie was easy to reach leading up to the wedding and was very helpful in recommending vendors and did a good job the moments before and directly after the actual ceremony in getting everyone where they needed to be in a polite way. A few experiences did stand out to me that left things a bit disappointing.

A vendor was coming a few days before to drop off some items and I did not expect Julie to be there but she said she felt she should be there and considered it a part of her job. She was not there and never called or texted.

The evening before the wedding I was texting her a few things that I wanted to make sure got done. One was that I told her where some mini chalk boards were that I wanted on the buffet labeling each of the dishes. The chalk boards were never put out.

The other big issue I had was her in general lack of being there. By that I mean she showed up for the rehearsal just right as it was supposed to start. I then felt very rushed to speak with her about details for the following day.

The day of the wedding she didn't get there very early and she was not easy to find. I felt like I was going around making sure the details were being taken care of. I appreciate that she wasn't in the middle of everything, but I wish I had someone just checking on stuff. For example I noticed the flip flops we had for favors had been scattered and I really wish someone had noticed and put them back in place.

With it being such a big event, the biggest of my life, that I put my whole heart in I really wanted someone to be my set of eyes and do the little and big things that I was not able to do. So something that seems so ridiculous like mini chalk boards and flip flops, to me was so big because I put it in her hands and spent so much time and money getting them together.
