We had the absolute joy of working with Amy from Intertwined Events for our wedding at Santa Ana Country Club. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her incredible team, Lynsey and Mia, who were there for us on our big day. From start to finish, these ladies were beyond kind, calm, professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and full of heart! On the day of the wedding, it rained all morning, and while I was internally panicking, Amy stayed cool, collected, and completely in control. Miraculously, by the time our ceremony began, the skies cleared, the sun came out, and it turned into the most beautiful and magical day. Every single detail came together perfectly, and I know that wouldn’t have happened without the amazing support of Amy and her team. They handled every behind-the-scenes moment with such grace and made sure we could relax and truly soak in every part of the day. If you’re getting married, I wholeheartedly recommend Intertwined Events. Their dedication, warmth, and expertise made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable!!

Amy is amazing
We are so incredibly grateful to have had Amy as our wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, calm, and focused, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that our wedding ran smoothly without a hitch. Not a single thing went wrong on the day, and that’s all thanks to her flawless planning and execution.
What really stood out about Amy was how kind, friendly, and relaxed she was. She was a joy to be around, and her ability to stay calm under pressure helped keep the whole atmosphere stress-free. She was also fantastic with our guests and family, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease.

Felt like a guest at my daughter's wedding
I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Amy at Intertwined Events. From our initial consult, Amy was attentive and took all of our ideas, dreams and concerns into consideration. We used Intertwined for the 3 months prior to the wedding and it was such a relief to "pass the baton" to Amy and her team to finalize all the details. The weeks leading up to the wedding every detail was attended to and there was always an extra helping hand offered when needed. On the day of the wedding Amy and Brittany managed every detail perfectly. We felt like guests at our own daughters wedding and were able to fully enjoy the day, knowing that every detail had been thoughtfully curated and confirmed. We had nothing to worry about. It was the very best day, thanks to Amy and her team. Poised and professional, we give our highest recommendation!

With my family on the East Coast and planning a wedding on the West Coast I knew I needed a phenomenal wedding planner who would help guide me every step of the way. Amy and the Intertwined team helped to make my dream wedding come to life and were such a pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and each event flowed seamlessly into the next without a single hiccup. Our one wish was to be as present as possible on our special day so we could soak in all the amazing moments and Amy made this possible. Amy & Intertwined Events are THE BEST in the business
I've been so excited to write this review because Amy & her team went above and beyond to make our wedding week everything we could've wished for and more. The process of finding your perfect wedding planner can be grueling, however we knew from the minute we hopped off of our first call with Amy that she would be the one to bring our vision to life.
Our Western-Sikh wedding involved a lot of moving parts, including five events across four days. I had ideas and inspiration of what I wanted for each, and Amy was able to bring to the table the perfect vendors to tackle each one.
Some of the best attributes of Amy were really her ability to come up with creative ways to help us stay close to budget, brainstorm with us alternatives when certain elements weren't going to be feasible (for ex, being creative about the venue, looking internally to her team and bringing on her colleague Marissa who had a design/floral background, and much more), and she always came to us with solutions for any issue.
Marissa from her team also very quickly jumped on the train with us to help with a few of our events, which was incredibly valuable because she wasn't just amazing at interpreting our vision, but she also helped us find ways to drive cost efficiencies when we started to feel we were stretching a bit.
The planning process was so much fun with Amy, and her massive binder for "Pritni & Alec" showed how much attention she paid to our details and goals for each event.
The most fun, however, was being on the ground with her that week. I felt calm and supported on our wedding day knowing Amy and her entire team that day had everything under control. Even with some unexpected rain in the forecast, Amy was able to guide and counsel us toward a BEAUTIFUL tent setup for our reception (just three days beforehand!!), which honestly made the entire space look even better than I could have imagined.
At Intertwined, they say on their website "get ready to meet your new best friend" and it is so true. Amy felt more like family by the end of our wedding. Our guests knew her by name and were taking photos with her, which I never see at weddings and goes to show just how much her clients mean to her. We were sad to say goodbye but she is absolutely someone who we will keep in touch with for the rest of our lives.

Katie at Intertwined Events: more than a wedding planner
Katie at Intertwined Events made sure from day one that as mother of bride she wanted me to really enjoy this process. Planning a wedding in Laguna Beach at the Montage from Atlanta was daunting to me. Truth is it would have been impossible without her, and I did enjoy it! Katie made my daughter feel that bringing her vision for her day to life, was what was most important. And that’s exactly what she did. Martina was also a great help! I believe any planner at Intertwined Events would be amazing.
What you get with Katie is someone who loves what she does, loves her business, and her partners. This is a passion for her and “that’s fine” or “it’s ok”, just won’t fly. Our daughters wedding was perfect, and unique. All of this, and she happens to be an amazing human being and role model for our daughter and all women! So yes, we highly recommend Katie and Intertwined Events!

I could not recommend the Intertwined team more! Amy was an absolute boss. From the moment we met her, Amy was supportive, honest, and collaborative. She helped us pick our venue, all our vendors, and provided such valuable knowledge on traditions, etiquette, and more. She brought our wedding vision to life and ensured it was the BEST party that felt truly "us." We are so grateful for her and the Intertwined team that help plan and throw the wedding of our dreams. Could not imagine a better company to plan my destination wedding!
The most superb wedding team! We had the honor of having Katie, Amy and Martina as our planners for our destination wedding in Italy. Even though we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, they were there with us every step of the way. I can't imagine having to plan a wedding in Italy with the language barrier and with the different time zones. They made it so easy for us. The day of our wedding was ridiculously windy (the windiest day in Ravello (Amalfi Coast) that they had seen in the past ten years! And to top it all off, it was brutally cold when we expected it to warm. Despite these roadblocks, Amy and Martina were there that morning at the venue to come up with a plan B and set everything up perfectly. Although our ceremony wasn't where we had imagined it would be (overlooking the Amalfi Coast) they created a beautiful set up that still awed our guests. I was beyond stressed out and they were so reassuring and wonderful. They even took care of my parents while my future husband and I were getting ready in our separate rooms. There were so many little details I forgot to ask them but it turned out that they had remembered and picked exactly what I would have wanted anyways. Amy (the sweet and kind soul that she is) even gave me her jacket to keep me warm while I was shivering in my wedding dress waiting for my turn to walk down the aisle. Our reception looked like an absolute fairytale and I have the pictures to prove it! Martina was with us every minute of the day and even helped me put my shoes on. These wedding planning angels are literally the best. It was super helpful that Martina knew fluent Italian since she grew up in the area. I would not look anywhere else if you are trying to find quality planners who will give you the most luxurious wedding you could ever dream of. Don't just take my word for it, but you can be the judge by looking at all my dreamy wedding photos. All hail Intertwined Events! :)

Amy made our wedding feel effortless all day and was so supportive during the replanning process (2020 rescheduling). Amy made sure all our vendors knew where they needed to be and answered their questions. She made sure that everyone was good throughout the wedding weekend and we really loved working with her. If you are looking for a wedding planner, I promise you, look no further.
I am a Covid Bride (as so many are these past 2 years) and I could not have gotten through this process without Amy Kutcha by my side. I originally only booked Amy as a Day Of Planner, but after getting a better understanding of her attention to detail and her incredible work ethic- it was a given, I knew I wanted/ needed her to help me create the wedding of my dreams.
Leading into the wedding Amy was consistently accessible. She was organized, she was incredibly resourceful and above all- she was so kind. Helping me with all of the check list items that I didn't even know that I needed. No matter how big or how small.
3 days prior to my wedding, Amy and her team helped me completely pivot from my original direction in a way that was better than anything I could have ever imagined. Even when it felt to me that my wedding was falling apart due to a national pandemic, Amy kept me positive, and was able to deliver the most gorgeous I've ever seen.
Amy has the delicate skill of treating every bride as if they are the only people she is working with. Despite knowing that she has an insane schedule, as a bride, I would never know it. She was there for me for every question I had throughout the year + I was planning my wedding. And let me assure you, there were many, many questions.
While I loved every asset of my wedding, the one detail I wouldn't trade for the world, is hiring Amy + Intertwined Events.

AMAZING TEAM! Would recommend to anyone!
I just got married at Big Canyon Country Club in Newport Beach and had the pleasure of working with Amy from Intertwined for the months leading up to the big day. Amy has so much wonderful experience and connections which made the planning process so much smoother and fun. She knew exactly what we were looking for and we fully trusted every piece of advice that she provided. My mom and I are very particular and detail oriented but so is Amy! Not only is she wonderful at what she does, she is also a wonderful person that I now get the pleasure of calling a friend. She is so calming and made sure that we were not stressed one bit. We absolutely adored working with Amy and the Intertwined team and would recommend them to EVERYONE!! Our day was pure magic and this was due to the Intertwined!

By far, the absolute best!
Amy did an amazing job for my son’s wedding, from referring vendors for us, advising us about so many details, reminding us when payments were due to vendors, setting up meetings, always available and quick to answer messages, and generally very well connected with other professionals and knowledgeable about everything. She is full of ideas and suggestions if you need it, and she works with a calmness that is soothing. On the wedding day, she handled everything with ease, and what a smooth day it was. Anytime I wondered about something, there it was, already done! I can’t recommend Amy enough, she was beyond excellent, and having her made our day a stress-free and enjoyable one.

Dream Come True
In love with Intertwined events. Katie and the team did an amazing job for us. We have some very particular family members in the family and she was able to maneuver and make our special day absolutely magic and exactly how we envisioned it. We did the full package and it was worth every Penny! Katie was so amazing and supportive; we cannot imagine our wedding without her! As a couple from Minnesota having a destination wedding, Katie navigated every logistic for our perfect day and always made the planning process feel easy and stress-free in a way that we never thought the wedding planning process could be!! At her core, Katie is a kind, sweet, and compassionate person, as well as an amazing advocate for the couples she works with. As far as the wedding itself, we never could have imagined how flawless every aspect of the experience was for both of us as a couple and our friends & family. Katie and her team collaborated effortlessly with the resort and all the vendors for us, which allowed us to focus solely on each other and having fun with our guests. Hands down, Katie and her team are the best in the wedding planning game! From day one, Katie made planning a destination wedding in Laguna Beach, CA such breeze. We live in Dallas, TX and only traveled to Laguna Beach twice for wedding planning/vendor meetings. I am sure she could have made our wedding just as perfect without us visiting at all. Katie is that good, y'all! She was always available to chat via phone, text and email. I am a nurse who works night shift and Katie always accommodated my schedule and made sure our vendors did as well. She was amazing at making us feel like everything was taken care of (which it was) and she was very good at knowing our personality/style and she matched us perfectly with our vendors! Our vendors were extremely accommodating, genuine and worked within our budget. If we had any issues with a vendor, Katie took care of it immedately and made sure we didn't have any problems with them on the wedding day! She even helped my husband and his family plan our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. Her team is so friendly and made everything so stress-free! We met most members of her team the night of the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding and they made us feel right at home! Katie and Intertwined Events made our wedding dreams come true! It was the day we have always dreamed of and everything went so smoothly! We didn't have to worry about one thing the day of our wedding and it was truly magical!! Katie has a heart of gold and is the best wedding planner ever!

Highly recommend Katie, Martina and the Intertwined Events team!
5 stars and more! Katie and the Intertwined team did a fantastic job from the initial phone call, planning and execution of our wedding day. Katie had a connection to a gorgeous private venue in Lake Tahoe (exactly what I was looking for) and the planning was underway! Due to the venue being a private house, the team had to source all vendors separately meaning separate contacts, contracts, payment dates, etc. It was a complex wedding from a vendor management perspective, and required a ton of organization! On the day of the wedding, I could relax knowing things would be taken care of. Before I could even wonder where something was, Katie and Martina were right there with it, or making sure family knew where to be seated, and much much more. We had an issue with our florist and Katie and Martina handled the issue to the best of their ability, making sure I did not stress and didn't have to deal with any issues. Before hiring a wedding planner, my father and husband (fiance at the time) did not understand the importance of it and of course thought we could do without one. But let me tell you, if you ask either of them, post wedding, what the number one most important thing is when planning a wedding, they will tell you to get yourself a qualified wedding planner and that is exactly what you have in Katie and the Intertwined team

Katie from Intertwined Events put together such an amazing wedding last Friday night! Because of her, the wedding, rehearsal dinner & welcome party went exactly as planned. Katie, Kelsey, and the rest of the Intertwined Team are awesome! Aside from being great at what they do, they are also such great people. Katie was with me through a Covid wedding of planning, pivoting, and replanning. She took everything in stride and made sure I was not stressed one bit. We had to cancel our original wedding and Katie jumped in to help us pivot to a small 13 person Covid wedding at an Air bnb in Palm Springs. They then took on the task of helping us plan an awesome reception/party last month. I had a particular vision and I was able to bounce all ideas of the team and they always gave great advice. They also never steered me wrong on vendor selections! I'm actually bummed the wedding planning process is now over because I really enjoyed my planning checkins with them. Katie had a conflicting event on our reception date but her right hand gal Kelsey jumped in and she was just as awesome to work with day of. The whole team is super professional and excellent at what they do. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for Wedding Coordinating services. Thanks ladies!!

The absolute best
Katie and her team are the best of the best. Not only are they great at what they do, they are also extremely kind, gracious and patient. I started with Katie in 2019 and had to postpone twice, and I changed my design as well to fit in with the time of year, Katie never complained once and did not ask for a dime more. She will always treat your money like it was her own and make sure your money is spent wisely. During the wedding day, Amy was my bridal concierge and she was very helpful kept me calm in the early hours of the wedding day. At the reception, Katie was attentive and made sure nothing went wrong. She packed all of my loose items and made sure it came home with me at the end of the night!
My wedding was the best night of my life and Intertwined Events was behind it all. I cannot recommend them enough and if you hire them you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Amy
We hired Amy to be our wedding planner and it was the best decision we made. Not only did Amy successfully move our wedding 4 times due to the pandemic, but she did it with a smile. Through all of the stressful changes and the many tears from (me) Amy stayed calm and relaxed and gave my husband and I the most perfect day. Amy is genuine, a true profession, attentive and assertive. Yes assertive. Amy is not mean she never yells, but when she speaks everyone stands and listens to her. You need this when you have 18 adults who need to be told what to do doing rehearsal. Amy had a wonderful bridal assistant Martina who not only speaks multiple languages, but made sure when we left the bride room everything was taken care of. Amy told me “I have you covered “ “I got it “ I’ll handle it” and my gosh she did. Everything I said I wanted 2 plus years ago when this started Amy delivered on. She finds a way to make what most say is the most stressful day the best day with no stress. Amy and I have become friends and I can say the day would not have been the same if Amy didn’t take control on the wedding day and so many days before. I’ve been planning my wedding since I was 4 and Amy knew exactly how to handle me ! She made my vision come to life and helped me see new styles to incorporate as well. If you want the most perfect day, hire Amy and you won’t be disappointed.

One of the VERY BEST planners in the biz!
Intertwined Weddings & Special Events is one of the very best planners I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I'm a videographer with about ten years of wedding filming experience so I've worked with all kinds of coordinators but Amy of Intertwined is by far one of my favorites. The weddings that she plans are absolutely stunning and, from a vendor perspective, flow so smoothly. Her kindness, communication, and attention to detail allow me to focus on the creative aspect of my job since I know that she'll take care of the rest. Every time that I work with Amy, I walk away at the end of the night thinking, "Wow, I truly wish that she could plan all of my weddings." Yes, she's THAT good. If you're considering Amy of Intertwined for your wedding or event, look no further!

Wedding planner.... Amy has a special place in our hearts since meeting her. We consider her family. We say these words since our weeding was beyond expectations thanks to her profession. From day one her input and communication is key into enjoying our wedding day stress free. Our family and friends loved and still love her. Bridal shower dreams are made of....
Planning a wedding and shower during a pandemic was overwhelming to say the least. The obstacles that we faced were never ending. So when it came time for my daughter's Bridal Shower, I knew that I needed help. I wasn't sure that the wedding would ever take place with the changing events, so I wanted my daughter to have the most memorable bridal shower possible. I contacted Amy Kuchta at Intertwined Events just 30 days prior to the bridal shower. The rest is history! Amy was amazing! I can't say enough about how she handled EVERYTHING! She was so good at listening and incorporating what I wanted, but also working with such amazing vendors, to make it spectacular. Seeing what Amy was doing with the concept and design, I basically handled all decisions off to her and her team... and it was the best decision I ever made! The bridal shower was magical and a dream come true. My guests still talk about how they have never been to a more amazing event. It was perfect in every detail. Amy was not just an event planner, but became a friend through this process! I can't say enough! If you're looking for a planner for any event, Amy Kuchta at Intertwined Events is truly the BEST!

My Wedding Day Fairy Godmother
My husband, family, and I cannot talk about our wedding without raving about Amy and her team and how critical they were to pulling off our fairytale day. I got married at Pelican Hill in February 2020 and hired Amy Kuchta and her Intertwined Team (shout out to Mia Greco for her help too!) for assistance beginning 3 months before our big day (and honestly wish I hired them sooner). My husband and I both work long hours but of course wanted our day to be special with every detail uniquely us -- which takes a lot of time and creativity! Amy made sure we had everything in place leading up to the big day and then executed! From spray painting easels gold and finding creative ways to make my seating mirrors stand, to making little baggies ahead of time with each guests' acrylic name and menu place setting; from coordinating pictures with our pup before the wedding to getting three flower girls under age 3 down the aisle without tears in truly spectacular fashion! This doesn't even begin to cover it. My whole wedding day I didn't worry about a thing and found myself calling for Amy's help more than I'd care to admit... I cannot imagine the day without her and wish we could do it all again. Love her!

Italian fairy tale destination wedding
Our wedding was truly an Italian fairy tale thanks to Katie and her associates. She went above and beyond by finding the best international vendors, communicating our vision to them (despite the language barrier), making our travel arrangements, and coordinating daily tourist activities. She even flew my wedding gown home with her so that I would have a more stress-free honeymoon! We cannot thank Katie enough for making our wedding trip so memorable!

Katie and her team at Intertwined Events were the masterminds in making our fairytale wedding come true! My husband and I interviewed over 20 wedding planners and Katie was the creme of the crop. From the first phone call we had she made us feel supported and heard. Katie held our hand every step of the way as we worked together to bring our vision to life.
Katie has a particularly unique gift of being calm in the eye of the storm, which is exactly what one would want in a wedding planner. She is mindful of budget, responsive, respectful, and has a keen eye for design which is something not all wedding planners have. I felt like Katie knew what I wanted even better than what I knew I wanted, which was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire decision making process. I fully trusted her every step of the way.
Katie is also remarkably brilliant the day of. The day of the wedding, I felt so calm, relaxed and had fun! Toward the end of the night, Katie and her team even drove back to my hotel room to grab me a change of clothes for our after party... just another nod at going above and beyond. It's been nearly a month since our wedding and our friends have been raving about our wedding being the most beautiful wedding they have ever been too, they had the most fun and everything was absolutely perfect.... I can guarantee we wouldn't be receiving that feedback if it wasn't for Katie.

Where do I start? Intertwined is the reason I had my dream wedding. Vinscena was amazing to work with. She really understood my vision from day one and didn’t stop until it was literally perfect. Everything flowed and went smoothly. Not one thing went wrong the day of the wedding. I was never nervous or worried about anything bc her confidence kept me so confident in her! She was so sweet, quick to reply and did not forget a single detail. I highly recommend them if you want to see your dream become a reality!! Oh and let me add... every single guest made it a point to tell me it was the best wedding they’d ever been to!

Katie at Intertwined Events is amazing! Everybody says wedding planning is stressful and my husband and I did not want that stress. All the pre-wedding decisions were made easy with Intertwined Events. Katie coordinated EVERYTHING for us - from selecting and communicating with vendors, setting up meetings, decor, the list goes on and on. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it flowed so smoothly thanks to Katie and Nicole. We were able to enjoy ourselves from start to finish. Intertwined ensured that we always had a drink when we wanted one and that we could also enjoy eating dinner. We can’t thank Katie enough for all her help in planning our wedding and making sure there were no glitches. Our wedding would not have been the same without the help from Intertwined Events. I can't say enough great things about Intertwined Events! From the first phone call with Meg to our in office meeting with Katie & Leslie, to the actual day of our wedding, we loved everything about them! We only needed the "day of coordinating" package but we felt like they offered so much more. Katie was so fantastic throughout the entire process, it felt like working with a friend that truly cared about our big day. After just the rehearsal, our entire wedding party was commenting how awesome and on point she was. The day of the wedding was nothing short of perfect. I'm sure there had to have been some hiccups but we knew nothing and the day turned out so smooth and better than I ever could have expected. I didn't worry about ONE thing because I just had to look at Katie and she had it handled right away or was already one step ahead of me. I love to be in control of everything so it was so great to have someone you can trust to make it so special and great. No matter what level of planning you need, don't look any further!!

I wish I could give Intertwined 10 stars!!!!! Our experience was beyond amazing. Katie created the most magical, picture perfect wedding I had always dreamed of. The day of my wedding- I did not have one ounce of stress. It was the best morning getting ready with all of my girls and when I finally saw the finished product I was in complete awe. Katie handled everything so professionally and without a hitch! My husband, parents, in laws, bridal party, and all of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Katie and her team. I would recommended her times 100 to anyone beginning their wedding planning process. She was with me from day one and I am so thankful for that. I let her take the reigns on some things and she is SO creative, it blew me away! Her team handled all of my RSVPs and were always available whenever I had a question. The night of our wedding, all of our gifts were placed in our room and she made sure to pack up all the little momentos from the night that she thought we might want to keep. I am forever grateful! They are very hands on and amazing when dealing with ALL the vendors. Oh and keep in mind- Katie’s answer is NEVER no! She makes everything happen!!!! I can’t wait to plan my next event with Intertwined! :)

I don't even know where to start explaining how wonderful Katie and her team are. One of my best friends referred me over to Katie after a very stressful experience trying to find a location for our wedding. From the first conversation with Katie, I knew she was going to be awesome. She and her team made the whole wedding process seamless, from finding a perfect location at the Monarch Beach Resort, to negotiating the contracts, finding an amazing florist, providing a detailed timeline... and everything in between. Katie has the best disposition and is so passionate about what she does. She is incredibly organized, responsive and creative. She made our wedding the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES and more than we could have ever hoped for. When my husband and I walked into the reception room we were aww struck! She made our vision come to life. I love the "Intertwined" family and their entire way of doing wedding planning. Katie and her team are diligent, meticulous, and most importantly, FUN :). For our wedding, I was not a "designer" and now always great at communicating my vision. Katie and her team helped bring my vision to life and they did it all within my price range. They helped me find beautiful decor that I could actually afford!!! Also, they recommend the best vendors in the industry and everyone loves working with them. The day of my wedding our venue almost kicked us out of the bridal suite. But have no fear, Katie was there and didn't even let me find out about it. She would have none of that and she ensured that I was completely ignorant of any issues and made sure the day was perfect. Intertwined is clearly a very PROFESSIONAL and EXPERIENCED company. There is no doubt they have been doing this for a long time, because they know how to do it right and do it well. Any time I contacted Katie with a potential issue or problem, she ALWAYS had a solution. Not to mention, she always had a way of making a bride feel good and not crazy for stressing about stupid little details. Not only will you get a planner who will make sure your event is perfect and your wedding is how you imagined, you will also have someone who will listen to your needs and particular situation. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Katie Webb and her team and what they can accomplish. My now husband and I hired Katie back in 2016 for our wedding in ITALY - May 2017. This was after months of us trying to communicate with wedding planners in Italy and it was a complete nightmare. Katie (thank goodness) was there to save us! We knew of her through my husband's brother, whose wedding she planned back in 2014 in San Juan Capistrano and it was nothing short of perfection. We contacted Katie, desperate to see if she knew of any contacts in Italy for wedding planning and she proceeded to tell us that she could take on the job and could plan a wedding anywhere! We could not have been more thrilled! Instantly, the ball started rolling and Katie was doing what she does best, plan the "BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES"! Katie handled everything from showing us the most incredible venue we have ever seen, excursions with our guests, provided a timeline of every little detail along with the BEST vendors and even flew out to Italy days before our wedding to ensure everything was perfect! And it sure was! It was truly magical and will forever be grateful to Katie and her team for making it all possible.
I have heard from friends who have gotten married how stressful it was planning their wedding and how relived they were once it was over. I had the exact opposite experience. I enjoyed every single step of the way and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Katie and her team at Intertwined were a blessing throughout our entire process and an absolute joy to work with. I not only had the wedding of my dreams, but I also gained a friend.

Katie Webb and her team at Intertwined Events are amazing! A wedding is a “once in a lifetime” experience, and Katie will ensure that you will LOVE every step of the journey. Working with Katie is fun, stress free and an absolute JOY! We hired Katie for my oldest son’s wedding in 2014, and she was outstanding. She has impeccable taste, her communication & organizational skills are the best & the vendors she recommended were all awesome! Their wedding in San Juan Capistrano was incredibly beautiful and everyone had a BLAST!
In 2016 - our younger son & his fiancé decided to get married in ITALY in May 2017. Out of ignorance, we attempted to hire an Italian wedding planner, and it was a disaster. We wasted 4 months with unprofessional “professional” planners & we made zero progress. We called Katie in desperation to see if she knew an international wedding planner, and she said, “You guys, I can do this for you!” We had no idea!! We immediately met with Katie & literally … in just 2 days she found a location in Italy, she had a gorgeous venue booked, a timeline prepared, a travel concierge lined up and a remarkable team in Italy helping us. My son & his fiancé were so relieved, they said it was like a huge weight had been lifted from their shoulders. Katie worked miracles for us – from organizing lodging, transportation and excursions for our guests to finding Italian florists, musicians, hair & make-up people – everything was perfect. Katie & Meghan came to Italy a few days before the wedding to ensure every detail was covered. We had unexpected rain – no problem, plan B was in place! We had lost luggage - no problem, they retrieved it! Katie even convinced a local OC photographer that we knew & LOVED to travel to Italy to shoot the wedding & the photos are AMAZING!
The entire experience in Italy for our family and our guests was an epic fairy tale - no joke! The wedding exceeded ALL of our expectations and was the most beautiful event EVER. All thanks to Katie!

We worked with Vinscena at Intertwined for our day of coordinator and absolutely LOVED her. When we got in touch with her for the first time we knew this was her expertise. She was so easy to talk with, made sure I was on track with all the planning, and was so friendly. She really became a calming source to us.
I don't know if anything went wrong during the wedding since everything ran smoothly. If anything did happen, she took care of it. At our reception she kept our schedule on track, made sure that we were okay and had what we needed, and was truly a life-source to my husband and I.
Vinscena and Intertwined were worth every single penny, and I can't imagine my wedding day without them. We'd recommend them to anyone!

Where do I begin to review the absolutely incredible work of Katie Webb & the Intertwined Events team. Katie & her team helped me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She embraced the fact that I wanted a very unique, dark, & ethereal vibe. I wanted a wedding like nothing that has ever been seen before. Katie made sure to work with vendors who could give me the looks I really wanted all while always giving me options as far as cost. The best part about the team at Intertwined Events is the way they are always one step ahead of me. Anything I needed or any questions I had were answered immediately. My entire wedding day anything I needed was already done & handled. Katie still to this day makes herself available to answer any questions regarding the aftermath of the wedding i.e. photographer questions etc. Katie is a wedding angel. I would've paid her twice what she charged us simply for the priceless piece of mind she constantly gave me. Katie Webb is phenomenal at what she does & I actually miss planning my wedding with her. We hired Intertwined Events for the final month of planning and day of coordination. It was the best decision we could have ever made. Since we got married on December 30th, we had to work with holiday schedules. Even with Thanksgiving and Christmas, Leslie McCammon was extremely responsive. She did an excellent job making sure that everyone (family, the wedding party and vendors) were on the same page. We had the time to focus on what really matters to us and we knew that Leslie would take care of everything. Intertwined Events made our day so memorable and special. It would not have happened and gone as planned without them.

We hosted our reception at a private residence which can bring about additional needs, tasks, and questions. We did not doubt for a second that everything would be taken care of...and then some! Hiring intertwined was the best decision made throughout all the wedding planning. Vinscena was so knowledgeable and organized throughout the entire process. She set us up with amazing vendors, had great advice and really made our dream wedding come to life. We had our reception at a family friends home, which required us to bring everything into the home (a lot of extra organization/ planning). Vinscena helped our vision really come to life. We had a beautiful swag tent overlooking the ocean with chandeliers. The night before our wedding was extremely windy, so much so that Vinscena added walls to our tent just in case. Just one example of how detailed she is! There were many many more! I am so grateful for Intertwined they allowed us to soak up every single minute of our amazing day without a worry! My husband and I highly recommend Intertwined Events to plan your wedding. Vinscena and her team were with us every step of the way. She understood our wedding vision and brought it to life. We worked with her for over a year planning our wedding and she remembered every detail we talked about. Whenever we needed to get a hold of her for a question, or feedback on an idea she made herself available. She had excellent vendor recommendations (ex. Wonderland Weddings, for photo and video). We had zero stress during the planning phase leading up thanks to the care that Vinscena put into this wedding. She coordinated with the vendors, the venue, even family members and kept us cool and calm. Vinscena thought of literally everything the day of the wedding. She knew to bring us chilled water during photos due to the heat. One of my groomsmen ripped their tux pants at the reception and she even had a stitch kit to mend the pants! We received so many compliments from friends and family after the wedding on how professional and focused Vinscena was. Intertwined Events and Vinscena made our wedding day perfect, we will remember it forever and it would not have been possible without them.

My husband and I truly believe hiring Katie at Intertwined Events was the best decision we made when it came to planning our dream wedding at Terranea. From day one, she was incredibly organized, professional, and welcoming. She had such great input when it came down to little details. When it was time to hire vendors, she knew which ones to recommend based on our personalities. Katie definitely led us to amazing vendors. During the wedding ceremony and reception, Katie and her team ensured all the details were exactly how we wanted it and made the evening flow incredibly. When my husband Jarred and I decided to get married, I knew I wanted to plan the wedding of my dreams! (And yes I tend to go overboard with planning :)) When I got in contact with Intertwined Events, I instantly had the best feeling that I was in great hands. Talking over the phone with them was very real and sincere. I can honestly say without a doubt, I AM SO GRATEFUL! Our wedding was at Monarch Beach Resort, Dana Point, on August 6, 2016. My day of coordinator, Hayley, was incredible! She was upbeat, knowledgable and very fun!!! GREATEST personality, I LOVED working with her! She was the greatest partner in making sure the wedding of my dreams actually came true!! She was very detailed oriented and had great advice about everything I had questioned. We saw eye to eye on everything. The communication was on point. I flooded her email/text and she took care of EVERY single concern I had right away. During the wedding, I was floating on a cloud. I'm a very busy professional that travels a lot. I was clear from the beginning that I would heavily rely on Katie and her team to provide recommendations and help us select vendors, etc. I was also clear that I had strong opinions and a vision for our wedding (glamorous, romantic, etc.). I do event planning for my job, so I wanted to plan majority of my wedding but started to realize having someone to help day of would be nice. My husband and I ended up contracting with Hayley White to be our "month of coordinator," and it was the best money spent! She knows the business, is fun to work with, and truly makes you feel at ease leading into and on your big day. She was so flexible with whatever we needed help with before the wedding and on the wedding day. Vinscena was her "assistant" that day and between the two of them everything was handled. Anything we threw her way she handled with calmness and a sense of humor. We would recommend her highly to anyone getting married!

My husband and I used Intertwined Events for full-service wedding planning. I have struggled writing this review because it is hard to put into words how grateful we are for everything they did! We honestly could not be more thrilled with the wedding planning process and the wedding itself! Vinscena was our main contact at Intertwined Events. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. Vinscena respected our time outside of wedding planning, our near-inability to make decisions, and our vision for our wedding. We absolutely could not have planned the wedding without her! On the day of, Katie and Meghan joined Vinscena. All three of them worked so nicely together to ensure a smooth day. The end result was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We have such wonderful memories due to their hard work. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need :)

Katie was the best thing that could have happened to my wedding. She was amazing from day one. I hired her about 18 months before my wedding. She was great with all the details. She made sure I had all my vendors and that contracts were signed. She contacted all of them before the wedding to make sure they were all prepared and had the day of timeline. She was priceless on the wedding day. I had so much fun and was so relaxed because I knew Katie was there handling all the details. I cannot say enough good things about Katie and all of the people she works with. This is an amazing group of women who are hard working and dedicated.

Hands down the best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Shannon and the Intertwined team. Shannon is an industry pro and handled coordinating our day so well, I had absolutely zero stress. Any issue that arose or timeline deviation was a mere blip and Shannon made the event as smooth as could be - it was a perfect day and wouldn't have been so if not for Shannon and the team. So happy to have had her there on the big day and would recommend her to anyone (as I already have to all my engaged friends!)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't say enough good things about Intertwined Events! Planning anything in life has never been my forte. To say having Intertwined Events by my side was the best thing that could have ever happened during the wedding planning process is an understatement. Everyone warned us about the stress that could come with planning a wedding. Katie and Vinscena made planning feel fun instead of a burden. Katie went to our designer meeting with us at our venue, The Smog Shoppe, and from that moment on I knew we were in the right hands. We turned to her for advice with every question the venue event director asked, not having a clear vision of how our day would unfold. Katie guided us with ease in a direction that fit for us perfectly. From then on everything just fell right into place with help from the girls when any question arose. Being the creative souls we are, we decided to do a lot of "DIY" for the big day. Still not a clear vision of where all of our projects were going to fill our space, we tried to relay to Vinscena in the best way possible what our small vision was. The day of our wedding, we walked into the room and were blown away how the girls had transformed the space noticing all the small touches around the room! To watch our dreams become a reality was breath-taking. The day went more perfect than we could have ever imagined. If there was any question of what were we supposed to do next, the girls were there to guide us through the day before we could even turn our heads. If there's any advice I can give, it's to soak up every moment of this whole experience and having these girls makes that 100% possible. Katie Webb and the Intertwined team were the biggest blessing...hiring them was the smartest decision we made when we first got engaged. They made the entire planning process so manageable - there are so many things that come up you can never foresee and having someone like Katie who understands the ins and outs of the wedding industry was a lifesaver. Our day was absolutely perfect, thanks to their incredible attention to every last detail. Everything came together beautifully and all we had to do was sit back and enjoy it with our friends and family. Katie actually became a dear friend throughout the planning process and I really just can't recommend their services enough. I can't even start to express how amazing Meghan is in words. I've known her work style for a long time from past work events but entrusting someone with your wedding is a completely different thing. I don't think we would have been able to get the result that we ended up with without her support and expert advice.
Our day was absolutely perfect and I don't think I've ever heard anyone say that their wedding exceeded their expectations, but I can honestly say that ours were exceeded. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and more. She even joined forces with the bartender to cut off a family member who needed to be cut off at the bar, gave me a heads up to let me know if was being handled and to not worry about it. Meghan was always 10 steps ahead of me - by the time I thought of it, it was already done with some extra bonus touch. Simply amazing.
Too often I have heard how unhappy my friends were with their wedding coordinator, which is ridiculous to me. They all needed a Meghan that day.
We couldn't have imagined our day without her and really hope to work together again on another amazing event.. May it not be the last!

I cannot even begin to say how happy I was that we hired the girls at Intertwined to help us with the day of coordination. It was so nice to have someone else handle the vendors with the logistics and the entire behind the scenes detail as the wedding was approaching. I knew I could count on them to make sure everything was perfect. The day of the actual wedding they were sure to have everything just as I wanted and were sure to have a big glass of champagne and tray of appetizers waiting for me and my groom. If there is anything I needed as the night went on Katie was just steps away from me to be sure everything ran smooth. We all were able to really enjoy this special day and not have to worry about anything at all. They gather up absolutely everything at the end of the night and make sure that you are leaving the wedding without any cares! It is worth every penny and you are in the best hands with Intertwined!

Working with Intertwined Events (and Katie) made my wedding process and wedding day so EASY! From the moment I started working with Katie, she answered every single one of my questions, even as I kept asking and asking them - putting my mind at ease many times. I had a lot of specific ideas for our wedding day, but wasn’t quite sure how to execute them, and Katie came to the rescue! She recommended vendors right away who blew me away on the wedding day, and she was really great at guiding me to what I knew I wanted all along. She has a FANTASTIC eye for classy and elegant details, so really helped when I was trying to figure out all the little details like “will these linens match these flowers” and she also pushed for things that she knew I would want.
When it came to the wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly! I knew that with Intertwined Events I wouldn’t have to worry about a single thing on the wedding day – and I didn’t! I was completely relaxed, and in awe of how beautiful everything looked. There are SO many details to juggle when planning a wedding, and so many things that have to go right on the wedding day – and everything was perfect!! Multiple people have told me it was the nicest wedding they’ve ever been to, and a lot of that has to do with Katie and the entire team at Intertwined Events! My goodness - we cannot begin to tell you enough about how wonderful Intertwined Events (our coordinator Katie Webb) were at coordinating the most perfect day for us!! Since our first conversation on the phone in November to waving goodbye from our car at the end of the wedding, she was so incredibly kind, skilled, dedicated, and passionate with helping us put together our special day! Even a month later, we keep hearing countless and countless compliments from friends and family about how flawless our wedding day was and all I can say is that our coordinator made sure of it! Thank you, and your incredible team, for truly making our wedding day one of our all-time favorites!! I always thought it was a cheesy thing to say your wedding day is the best day of your life but, because of their seamless work, I have to seriously reconsider this! :)
She answered all our (numerous) emails so promptly, gave us many suggestions and tips for selecting vendors, and was especially considerate of sticking within our budget to find the best for what we could allot to each category (flowers, furniture rental, videography, etc.). On our rehearsal day, some people in the wedding (including the groom) got stuck in traffic. An hour before, I called Katie frantically saying things were running late and, instead of being upset or frustrated, she stayed incredibly positive and accommodating. She pushed back the rehearsal for us and stayed the whole time to make sure everything ran smoothly. On our wedding day, she arrived with two assistants and made sure every last detail was finalized. I cannot tell you how impressed I still am with all the work and professionalism by Intertwined Events. You are DEFINITELY in good hands if you decide to plan such an important day with them.

I will keep this short and sweet. Katie from Intertwined Events made our wedding day perfect. I did not think I needed a wedding planner or coordinator. I was an ambitious bride and thought I could handle everything. I could not have been more wrong. We contacted intertwined 3 months before our wedding, and we are SO glad we did. Katie is THE BEST, and we couldn't have had a more perfect day. Katie set up everything, took down everything, and no one worried about a thing during the wedding/reception. My parents will agree that this was the best investment we have made, and it was worth every penny spent!!! My ceremony was at a catholic church, and I forgot my veil 5 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to start. Katie went above and beyond to get the veil from one location and drive it to the ceremony, secure it as I anxiously waited outside the church with my dad, and told me not to worry about a thing. This is just one example of how she and intertwined events go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect.

We could not have been more pleased with Katie and Intertwined! We had the month-of coordination package and we had not one worry in the world on our big day. We planned our wedding on our own and between our busy schedules and a lot of traveling during our engagement and planning process we knew we would need to entrust a day-of or month-of coordinator so we would be able to enjoy our day and each other! That is exactly what we got with the help of Intertwined. Katie had such great ideas for small details that really stood out during our reception. It was so great to hand everything over and trust that it was going to be exactly how we envisioned, if not better! With her experience, Katie had solutions for tricky itinerary situations and our timeline for our entire day - starting from the wee hours of the morning until our night was over and even improvising as the reception went on to keep everything moving flawlessly and ensuring our guests were engaged and entertained! She also helped out with last minute vendor bookings and a very last minute plan B for our guest signing piece. Every little detail was taken care of throughout our day - wrangling the bridal parties and family members for key events, making sure everything was per schedule, vendors and deliveries, where our decor and gifts would be the next morning along with making sure she had an extra room key made up for us at the end of the night (because that was the last thing on our mind!) - I could go on and on but having Katie and Intertwined on our big day was the greatest decision we made! Its not easy to trust someone with your big day, especially if you have a high attention to detail - but I can honestly recommend Katie and Intertwined for any wedding or special event!

My husband and I were first introduced to Intertwined Events at our close friend's wedding in 2012. We noticed how smoothly the event went and our friends were raving about the Intertwined team. We met with Katie Webb about 5 months before our wedding in the midst of planning a move across country, I was finishing and my husband was starting graduate school--we were overwhelmed! We were going to be planning the last 4 months of the wedding while living in Connecticut and Katie made it all seem possible. We decided to hire Intertwined (BEST IDEA EVER!) and started working with Katie 3 months before the wedding. I emailed back and forth with her constantly and it is truly amazing how quickly she responded to EVERYTHING. I checked-in with her about advice on so many details down to how many parking spaces we should reserve and she got back to me literally within a few hours if not sooner with every email. The couple months leading up to the wedding Katie was on-top of everything and checking-in for every last detail. My husband and I researched all our vendors and hired them along with getting all the center pieces and decor together; however, we knew that on the day of the wedding we didn't want our family and friends to have to help with anything. Katie and her team came in on the day of and the event went so smoothly. They picked up all the decorations from my in-laws house and set the entire venue up along with managing all our other vendors. I worked with Katie as my "month of coordinator" for my October 2014 wedding. From the beginning, Katie was very professional and accommodating for what services my fiancé and I were looking for. After choosing her as our coordinator, Katie was very helpful on giving suggestions on wedding details, suggested vendors and everything having to do with the timeline and day of details. The last few weeks before the wedding were stressful because of all the details I needed to complete before the wedding day. However it was such a relief to have Katie finalize the timeline and coordinate details with all the vendors. She was always organized, responsive to emails, and I always felt like we were in good hands. From the rehearsal through the wedding day, we didn't experience any serious hurdles and if we did, I didn't know of them! The number of decisions you have to make for a wedding is staggering ... and so many of them we would never have known to think of. We had so many guests tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful one they had ever been to - because the attention to detail and the personal touches made all the difference.
Katie's suggestions on vendors were spot on; our venue, photographer, DJ, florist, caterer, and videographer all exceeded our expectations - I didn't think that was possible!!
When we walked into the venue, it took our breath away ... it was more beautiful than we had imagined. Every vendor & staff member onsite was professional, attentive, friendly and that made our guests have such a great evening.
Our journey with Katie started well over a year before the wedding, and she guided us through every step. We LOVED working with Katie!!! She helped us with the planning from beginning to end and we couldn't have done it without her expertise and amazing timeline. Over the year leading up to our wedding, it was so comforting to know we could turn to her to ask her any questions along the way. She looked over our budget, helped recommend vendors, reviewed our vendor contracts, helped us stay on schedule, helped us narrow down our creative vision, helped keep us calm, etc.
As it got closer to our wedding date, she took care of reconfirming our vendors so that we could focus on the final details. It helped so much to know that we were in such capable hands. When we couldn't figure out how to pick up the rental ladders to display our escort cards, Katie went above and beyond by borrowing a truck to pick them up for us. And then the week of the wedding, she let us drop off all our day-of goods (programs, escort cards, guest books, table numbers, guest favors, lawn games, etc) at her office so that she could transport them to the venue and take care of setting them all up. She was so good at paying attention to the details and everything was set up exactly as we wanted it.
On the day of the wedding, Katie and her assistant spent most of their time at the ceremony and reception sites setting things up and were mostly flies on the wall. When Katie saw the lighting set-up in our ballroom, she knew it wasn't the color we would have wanted so she made the quick decision to change the color filter. When she showed us the before and after pictures we were so grateful to her for knowing us so well and making the right decision!
During the reception, the girls helped clean up our hotel room (since it was also the getting ready room) and we were delightfully surprised to find petals and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us at the end of the night! They thought of everything we would need and we didn't have to worry about anything.

Vinscena from intertwined was amazing. I could have not asked for a better wedding planner. She was quick to respond throughout out the entire process and whenever we had an issue she was quick to come up with a solution. She is sweet and kind and when I had a freak out over the groomsman suites she offered to pick up new suites the night before the wedding if we needed them. Our entire wedding day ran smooth. We had no major issues (and if we did i didn't know about it). She made my wedding the best day if my life. For any of your wedding or party needs make sure to book intertwined. I hired intertwined events to be our day of coordinators for our wedding at my parents house, I could not of been more pleased!! The months leading up to the wedding they helped with any questions I had and reminded me of the details I may not of had covered. They took all my vendor information and created the most detailed and awesome "week of" timeline so I knew exactly what was happening when, with all my deliveries and events etc! It was perfect!
The day of coordination was also awesome! Vinscena and Bri made sure all my needs were taken care of and that all the vendors were executing their jobs as needed and on time. I didn't have to worry about a thing! My wedding was absolutely perfect and am so lucky to have nothing but wonderful memories of my wedding day to think of forever! Thank you Intertwined!!

Katie and the whole Team at Intertwined events were Flawless!. I couldn't have asked for a better Team. They were spot on from the Decor to the the little things like bringing us drinks all night and making sure everyone knew where to be and when. Besides being an amazing team they were such a joy to work with so pleasant and sweet always a smile on their faces!. They don't neglect the little details and everything was very organized, on time and so amazing. From the beginning they helped with everything i needed to do and know. I do not even know where to begin! Let me just start by saying I could not imagine our wedding day without the AMAZING girls at Intertwined! Seriously.... All of my girlfriends who got married this year kept telling me to make sure I stop and enjoy the moments because the day is so busy and there is so much to worry about - We truly feel like we soaked in every single moment of our wedding, and that everything was perfect, and I know it is because of all of the hard work and behind the scenes magic that Meghan and Ali did!
The girls at Intertwined are absolutely AMAZING at what they do, they truly enjoy doing it, and I can tell that they pride in making such a special day absolutely magical! We are so thankful for everything they did in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day itself!

Working with Intertwined was a great value, decision, and experience! As the mother of a very busy bride, I counted on Intertwined to keep us on track, on budget and on the same page. From the beginning, they helped us choose the venue, caterer, entertainment, paper goods, cake, and all other vendors in a very short time period. A timeline was provided, and all the advice and guidance along the way to keep us on track, as well as help with the vendor contracts and meetings and confirmations. Their coordination on the day of the wedding ensured that everything went smoothly and beautifully, so that we could enjoy the big day without worrying about a thing! The ladies at Intertwined Events are just simply fantastic! From the very first meeting, it's all about you - from figuring out your style and your vision to creating exactly the level of service/involvement you need, they make sure that your wedding will be exactly what you imagined. I worked primarily with Meghan and Katie and they are a delight - completely professional, extremely creative, not to mention fun and very easy to work with. They made the planning process easy by always being available for questions and helping me find the perfect vendors to fit my style and budget.
As for the day-of coordinating service, I can't recommend Intertwined enough. The week of my wedding, I did not have to answer a single email or phone call from vendors - Meghan took care of everything, leaving me to relax and pack for the honeymoon! And on the day of my wedding, every detail was perfect and everything ran smoothly with no effort from me. They literally run the show so that you are completely free to enjoy the day. I couldnt have been more happy with our wedding coordinator, Katie and her team at Intertwined Events. All the details, all the planning, all the little things I would never have been able to do on my own and Katie and her team came through and hit a homerun doing it all. Our vendors were A+ all the way around. Katie was able to read myself and my husband so well and refferred us the absolute best wedding vendors. Katie was easy to talk to, very responsive and extremely professional. On Our wedding day, Katie and Megan were there to guide our whole wedding party from start to finish. I had no worries in the world on my wedding day. Zero stress and everything came together so perfectly. Intertwined Events made me feel like a celebrity, from directing our guests to the ceremony, to coordinating our wedding party & vendors and lastly, hiding me until I walked down the aisle. It was done impeccably. I had friends after our wedding talking about how amazing our day was and how beautiful everything came together. There were no flaws whatsoever. Working with Katie was the best decision we made. We live in Seattle and got married at the Hotel Del Coronado so I was not there for much of the time. After meeting with her the first time and discussing my budget and vision, I was 100% comfortable letting her run the show from there. We mostly interacted via e-mail and I was able to send her photos of things I found. Because of Intertwined Events relationships with various vendors, we were able to meet budget requirements and I got exactly what I wanted. We decided to not do many of the traditional things (i.e. cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, no assigned seating) and Katie was more than accommodating and had many suggestions to help make everything flow amazingly well. There is not one thing that my husband and I can identify that we would have done differently. Everything was perfect, thanks to Katie and the Intertwined team.

Our wedding was at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Katie was so great helping to plan months prior and made it all come together the day of. It was an absolutely perfect night thanks to them. It was our best decision to enlist the help of Intertwined Events to help with planning our daughter’s wedding. We had actually hired the services at the venue, but were having difficulty making important decisions regarding vendors since our daughter lived back East and it was a destination wedding. Emily took us under her wing and it was smooth sailing after that point. She kept us on target with daily and weekly e-mails that helped us to prioritize and stay focused. She diplomatically helped us all work together as she literally tied all the loose ends together. Her opinions were invaluable as she embraced our daughter’s vision and offered suggestions as to how best implement.
My husband and I were overjoyed with the end result. Seeing a glowing bride and groom, relaxed and having fun, made all the preparation leading up to the day so worthwhile. We loved having both Emily and Meghan there to make that day go smoothly. They took all our stress away. I would highly recommend Emily for any event.

Emily from Intertwined was my wedding coordinator. The company was a referral from a friend who raved about them. I am thankful every day that I found Emily and Intertwined to help make my wedding dreams come true. We met with Emily in April and signed the contract for a month of wedding, which includes three months of e-mails/calls/referrals/advice/etc before the wedding.
Emily was so sweet to respond to my e-mails and questions even months outside of the three month range. Once the three month range hit I definitely flooded her with frequent updates on contracts/vendors/design/etc so she could be up to date with all the changes and such. She stayed SO organized with all of my countless details and changes and was so sweet about it every time (I thought she would have been annoyed with me by then but no, she was so sweet with each e-mail or phone call). We did our walk-through with the venue she pulled every detail and dream of what I wanted together and understood my vision. Emily also put together this fabulous day-of timeline (sent to each vendor working the event) that was so detailed and included what was happening the day-of minute by minute with each vendor (DJ, string quartet, food, rentals, decor, etc etc etc) so each vendor could totally understand what was happening the wedding day.
On the day of she (and her assistant Ally) kept the day stress-free and executed my dream wedding. They put out all of my little decor ideas (programs, check in table, escort cards, etc etc etc) and it all looked fabulous. They coordinated each detail of the wedding seamlessly and it just seemed like everyone working the wedding was in sync and stress-free (and actually having fun!). I would recommend her services to anyone. Hiring Intertwined was the best gift I could give myself, a stress-free and perfectly executed wedding. Thank you Intertwined!

Finding a planner is not always about who can do the job, but more about who understands you as a bride. Interview lots of planners because they really are the glue that brings your wedding together and the person who will be with you through the entire process. Make sure your personalities mesh well and you like them as a person. Planners tend to have many connections in the industry that you will rely on, and those connections usually suit each other. Meaning... super laid back planner = super laid back photographer, super structured planner = super structured DJ, super quirky planner = super quirky florist. Pick the vibe that works for you.
Katie from Intertwined was that perfect person for me. I interviewed A LOT of planners and Katie was the first one that I felt really got me that first day. She was with me every step of the way and was always coming up with great detail ideas... and the details really MADE our wedding. Every vendor she recommended was like they were hand-picked for us... and they were, because Katie always thought of what we wanted. I honestly could not have done this without her.

I had the luck working with both Katie and Meghan. And I absolutely love both of them. I originally started with Katie. Since I do not live in the same town as my wedding's venue, I really counted on her to make best decisions for me. She always responded to all my emails within 24 hours with clear direct answers. She was honest with what was/wasnt worth my money.
In the middle of planning for the wedding, we suddenly had to change the wedding date. And every day counted since we were having a hard time confirming the new date with the venue. Fortunately, Katie stayed on top of keeping everyone (ALL the vendors) informed and we were able to find the date that I dont lose any deposit.
Unfortunately, Katie had vacation plans for that day so Meghan stepped in on my wedding day in her place. Katie and Meghan and her team are all hard working and knows the wedding industry better than anyone else. Most of all, the girls are so sweet which makes wedding planning so much better!!

Finally coming down from the high of just getting married 3 weeks ago and the new husband and I were trying to think of anything that went wrong during our wedding and we could not think of one thing!! Emily from Intertwined events, along with Lauren executed everything flawlessly, from the morning getting ready until the last dance at midnight. Not only do they have the best smiles, personalities and energy, but they are extremely professional, reliable, efficient and dedicated beyond belief. My husband, Anthony, and I were pretty convinced we could do without a wedding planner and coordinator when we started to plan our big day. I have a background in visual/graphic design, and knew the overall vision/theme we were going for. It was not until we started communicating with vendors/rental companies for our destination wedding that we were bombarded with all sorts of obstacles/questions we did not know the best way around. Lucky for me, I have known Katie for years and asked for her advice on a few items. Some days I would send her an email with 20 questions and she’d get back to me regarding each and every one (in full detail). It's sad to say I miss our wedding emails back and forth because she is SUCH A DOLL!! Meghan was our day of coordinator and our guests would not stop raving about how fun and accommodating she was.
