  InterContinental Dallas was amazing! Adam McGee was very helpful. He quickly responded to all questions and concerns. We had our parents come into town on 3 separate occasions and he was always willing to show them the event space and the hotel. The food was great and we got lots of compliments on it! The pastry chef on site also did a great job on our cake! We had a lot of out of town guests and they loved the wedding rate. The hotel had 3 weddings the night we had ours, but there were no issues, all wedding were separated and we couldn't here anything from any of the other weddings. Unlike many of the other hotels in the area, we felt like they wanted our business and were happy to help. Adam did a great job of making us feel welcome! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

  Our wedding at the InterContinental was absolutely amazing! Adam McGee & Dustin Logan were super helpful and accommodating along every step of the way. We did not hire a wedding planner, but Adam & Dustin often went above and beyond to help me prepare for our day. We used the garden court space, and it was beautiful. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the pastry chef they have on staff who did our cake was superb! We also had a lot of out of town guests, and they very very pleased with the group room rate and the hotel's amenities as well. I highly recommend the InterContinental to anyone looking for a gorgeous & professional wedding venue!

  Dustin Logan was so helpful, we had a unique situation with a little less than a month to finalize out event! He was able to would with our budget and a lot of special requests in a multi-cultural wedding!

  The InterContinental Dallas, Garden Court, was an excellent venue. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was superb. Service wonderful, and Amber, our Social Catering Manager was a delight to work with! The bride and groom were treated like royalty. Also, our guests were given an excellent room rate for the weekend. The location is very good with easy access to both airports and local attractions in Dallas.

  Overall, this venue did a great job and Dustin and Adam were very accommodating. The only problem I had with them is that the night before the wedding, I stayed at this hotel and it was LOUD. There were doors slamming every 2 minutes, the people in the room next to me would not be quiet, and I did not get to sleep until about 2:30 am (and I had to wake up at 5:00 am to start getting ready). I had to call the Front Desk twice to have them quiet the people next door to me. However, this really isn't the hotel's fault because they cannot control their clientele. Also, things were a little confusing when I checked in as it seemed the Front Desk did not know I was the bride who was getting married the next day so everything our event coordinator told us got thrown out the window as far as parking, paying for the rooms, etc. In the end however, Adam and the InterContintental Hotel took care of us.
