  Highly recommend Gina for timeless elegance!

  Gina was such an incredible floral partner throughout this process! We wanted a timeless elegant feel for our event and she executed it perfectly.   Fabulous florist

  I worked with Gina for my wedding in Sonoma, CA in October 2022 and I could not recommend her enough. She was a joy to work with and she truly made my vision come to life. She was always prompt, creative, and she really just "got" what I was going for from the beginning and absolutely nailed it on the big day. Highly recommend!!

  Gina was great! Not only is she a awesome energy to have in the room, she listens and took great care of us. My bouquet was gorgeous! All of the flowers were! She also provided us with lanterns and tea lights for the tables and ceremony that set the mood perfectly. Was a magical night for our family. Thank you Gina. You honored our budget and provided an excellent service!! You’re a star!

  A true creative, and a true professional

  Gina is a true artist, one of the most creative professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We hired her for our October 2021 wedding on the recommendation of our coordinator. We told her the vague vision we had and loved the inspiration photos she sent us back. We specified what colors and general feel we wanted (“fall” but without pumpkins or maple leaves) and went back and forth a bit on the ceremony centerpiece, but beyond that we left a lot in her hands. I’m so glad we did because she got to do what she does best, which is create incredible floral art.
  
  I think Gina is also a bit magical because she did something pretty special and extraordinary with our flowers… A few weeks before the wedding she texted and asked me what jewelry I was going to wear on the big day. I sent back a picture of the earrings I planned to wear, red coral drops that my now-spouse had gotten me on a special vacation to Italy. He bought them for me in Napoli, a city that is very dear to my heart, and I chose them because they remind me of the “cornicello” a Neapolitan good-luck symbol that looks a bit like a red chili pepper. I didn’t tell Gina any of that — but on our wedding day she had red chili peppers scattered throughout our floral arrangements, including in bouquet. It absolutely blew me away! It felt like I was surrounded by little bursts of good luck everywhere I looked that day, and just meant the world to me. It also struck me as incredibly creative — I’d never thought about including peppers in floral arrangements, and so many guests asked us about them.
  
  Finally, not only is Gina deeply creative but she’s also a true professional. We had to move our entire ceremony from a redwood forest to our indoor reception venue on short notice due to rain. Gina pivoted on a dime without complaint, and really busted her butt to bring inside the forest feel we’d spent a year dreaming about. Furthermore, she and her team, with the help of our caterer and coordinator, flipped the ceremony space from an altar, aisle, and chairs, to a sit-down dinner for 140 in about 90 minutes. It took my breath away to see how she transformed the space and to experience how different it felt, and it was not lost on us how incredibly hard she and her team worked on our wedding day. And in one final very thoughtful surprise, she had purchased beautiful wooden cutouts of our and our wedding party’s names for our plates at the head table. We had no idea she’d done that and were so touched by the gesture.
  
  To top it off, Gina was incredibly easy to work with, start to finish. She was a clear communicator, had easy online booking and payment, and was willing to work with our firm budget. I can also vouch for her special occasion arrangements; I hired her to send a bouquet to a friend for her birthday, and the arrangement was gorgeous. I’ll be coming back to her for all my flower needs, whether everyday or special occasion, from here on out, and recommend her to everyone!

  There is one word that describes Gina, "FABULOUS". Me and my husband hired Gina as a planner for our small, intimate wedding and Gina carried out our vision beautifully. She made our special day, stress free. She ensured that our caterers were on point, that the bridal and groomsmen were in position and that our venue was exactly what we wanted. She was full of ideas and suggestions, but also took time to listen to what I had envisioned for my wedding and she delivered above and beyond what I had thought possible. She took her time to make sure our reception site was set up to perfection and I truly couldn't have pulled all of this together without her help. I would highly recommend contacting Gina and booking her for not only your wedding planning needs, but contact her for your floral and wedding design as well. She is awesome to work with.

  Gina was so helpful in renting us a large 40x40 tent for our daughter's wedding ceremony. We realized that we needed one 4 days before the wedding due to rain forecast. We were already stressed out with all the wedding plans and really appreciated her help. Gina is very professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her services.

  Gina is a wonderful coordinator and a great person to have around during your wedding. If ever an issue arose she handled it expertly in the most efficient manner.   Gina was amazing and simply wonderful to work with! She took my ideas and turned them into a stunning bouquet for an elopement. She was incredibly flexible when my date changed last minute and hand delivered my flowers to me exactly when I needed them. She was fantastic and I'd highly recommend her for anyone!

  If you're looking for a wedding planner that will remove most of your stress and all of your doubt (if you're willing to work with her), then you've found the best planner in the San Francisco Bay Area. Gina and her assistant added so much to my wedding. She paid out of her pocket for many of the decorations and those little details I forgot. Gina is so professional, not once getting upset or losing her cool (although I'm sure all of my vendors pushed her to the limit a few times). You'd be lucky to have Inspirations by Gina plan your event.

  Gina and her team were a wonderful addition to our wedding vendor allstar line-up! Gina met with us several times leading up to the wedding to make sure all details were being covered and we were all on the same page for the feel of the day. She even came with me for a venue site visit 2.5 hours away and also helped coordinate our engagement photos! Her help was most appreciated in the month before the wedding- she made sure that all of our contracts and paperwork were in line for our vendors (the LAST thing a bride wants to be doing during her pre-wedding prep) which made me feel like we were as prepared as possible for the big day. On the actual wedding weekend, Gina facilitated the rehearsal and prepared timelines for all parties for the next day. On the day of, Gina and her assistant worked nonstop until every last detail I had envisioned was set up for the wedding and then taken down and stored after the fact. She handled every snafu (because there are bound to be some, trust me) with grace and I didn't even hear about them until I asked her at the end of the night.
  
  My husband and I weren't sure we needed a wedding coordinator, and in retrospect, we don't think we could have done it sanely without one! We really tried to pick vendors who "got" us and made us feel like they were genuinely excited to be part of our big day, and the Inspiration by Gina team was no exception. We are so happy to have had them and can't even imagine what the experience would have been like without them.

  I hired Gina to plan my oldest daughter's wedding. She was GREAT and on top of every detail. I like her friendly and warm disposition. Gina really has an eye for detail and brought our stress level down several notches. My daughter's wedding was beautiful. My middle daughter will be getting married soon, and I'm absolutely hiring Gina again. I LOVE HER!!!

  Gina did a wonderful job of helping us plan our wedding!! She is friendly, outgoing, and flexible. She payed attention to every little detail, and was extremely organized. Having Gina as our wedding coordinator helped us have a piece of mind that everything would run smoothly on the big day.

  Maid of Honor view

  Gina was a absolute delight to work with! She took care of the set of the first ceremony, then breakdown & set of second ceremony & reception! She also cleaned up & was in clear communication! Her floral arrangements are beautiful and made with quality flowers! I forgot my boutonniere and on the fly made a beautiful flower arrangement for me to hold as maid of honor with a smile! She noticed that the mother of bride didn’t have an arrangement and made her a special arrangement at the venue minutes before the ceremony. Gina is amazing!

  Gina did an amazing job and ensured the planning process and the day of our wedding went smoothly and above our expectations. Her to-do lists kept us on track, her input and suggestions were always helpful, and she is also a wonderful and friendly person to interact with!! She has great contacts in the business and helped us pick great vendors as well as made sure we got reasonable rates and stayed on budget. Gina made me feel like I was always in control and aware of everything although she was consistently working directly with vendors taking care of little details so as not to overwhelm me when the stress started to hit right before the wedding. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about our event and we could not have done it without Gina; she made it possible for us to truly enjoy our wedding and not be stressed or worried about timing or how things were going from start to end. She knows her job and takes the time to get to know those she works with as well as follows up even after the event to ensure everything is taken care of.

She was also creative with ideas to help solve a particular problem we were facing regarding our cocktail hour, and her idea saved us a great deal of money. She was flexible with meeting with us to plan and quick to responses to any of our needs. Gina also did our floral which turned out exactly, if not better than I had invisioned. She was instrumental during the day of including being the glue for all of our other vendors. Gina did exactly what we wanted and provided relief during the day of our wedding
